He has been vilified to the point that you'd think he was Lex Luthor. I don't know how productive that is. What might have been missed and the source of all of this, I get that. But to make him the target of attacks, I think that a lot of this has to go back to his departure from the former president, Donald Trump at the time. A year ago when all of this mess started, there was a YouTube video called PLANDEMIC. It would be up for about an hour and then get taken down, but then someone else would put it up for a while before YT took it down again.
I saw it.
There is a lady interviewed extensively in this video. An American woman who worked for I believe the CDC. Older lady. Glasses and very straight hair. I don't remember her name unfortunately.
She talked about how the FBI was putting extensive pressure on her and her husband to shut up and had already arrested her husband I believe. Midnight raid like they traditionally invite CNN to cover.
My questions - now that everything she talked about is being proven true:
Is PLANDEMIC still being censored?

I believe the servants of our oligarch masters have been directed to get much better at using mRNA to do useful things. The virus was only created for testing mRNA counters. mRNA research although hinting at great possibilities has had a really rough record with lots of clinical failures. mRNA tools are one of the more potentially promising means to bring about life extension engineering. There is a lot, a whole lot of money and power being put into that.

From the sidebar. I think a certain amount of superhero film fatigue is there, but I think its more several other major factors:
1) This was box office, not streaming, which tells me there's a small portion of the population who wants to go see movies in the theater any more, and very little repeat business. For any movie.
2) Black Widow as a character is pretty weak, and not remotely as popular as people keep claiming and insisting. Plus, she died in a movie, which removes all tension and real dramatic interest in the character; we know how it turns out.
3) The film is not very strong, even to its most rabid fans, and many are annoyed at the tone.
Overall the meh level of Marvel's films for a while now is not exactly exciting viewers. Black Panther, Ant Man and the Wasp, Captain Marvel, even back to Guardians of the Galaxy 2 only the two final Avengers movies really stand out as impressive or exciting to most fans.
They have had a few gems: Thor Ragnarok wasn't a Thor movie really but it was a lot of fun. Dr Strange was entertaining (but doesn't hold up well to repeat viewing in my opinion).

The bigger problem with 1 is that the streaming numbers were shockingly soft. I think they did $60 million the first week where Mulan had done $260 million in the similar timeframe. People are going back to the theater, and the numbers are generally getting higher, but the bigger problem really is the anemic streaming numbers. Disney never even released the numbers for the second week.
I cannot wait for Eternals to just outright bomb. I've been reticent about believing that the MCU was over until Black Widow opened and we could see what kind of legs it has anymore, but I'm now on the "MCU is dead" bandwagon.

It felt like the shows were filling the gap well at first. WandaVision had a great hook, but it just kind of petered out. The Falcon and the Winter Soldier was the action movie in TV form I think everyone wanted (the comfort food of the MCU like how The Mandalorian is the comfort food of Star Wars) before it turned into a CRT preachfest. And then Loki didn't seem to play well to anyone outside of the most dedicated MCU fanbois.

I've seen no reviews or critiques of Loki.
The Reason Family watched it and loved almost all of it.
Owen Wilson was unexpectedly really good at his role. I thorougly -THOROUGHLY- geeked out over the endless anachronism of the TVA.
I wasn't so thrilled with the attempts to make a Marvel movie. The episodes where they *aren't* ni the TVA office didn't impress me too much, but...okay....schtick only works for so long. The "band of Lokis" at the end was amusing to me. Did not like the very end. Did not like at all. I chalk it up to poor writers who knew they had to end, wanted a big flashy twisty ending, but didn't really know how to pull it off. So they went with a thoughtless big-twisty ending.
It made you go "...hm." I wanted one that made you go "...whoa."

There's a secret level of reporting that can't be accessed by the public. The CDC is covering these up because even tho 12k deaths is more than any vaccine before this they know they'd get called out if it was 45000.
And also that the side effects of heart inflammation, blood clots and lung problems are from overreacting to the covid spike and the manufacturers knew this could be a problem. It depends on the amount of spike in the shot. Too little means no prevention (altho they don't seem so good at that either) too much gives people an overreaction and possible death.

Honestly, none of the Marvel female characters are interesting or well-crafted except Black Widow, and she's pretty narrow, too. She's basically a nonentity in their fight scenes, and her "interrogate by being interrogated" schtick was kind of interesting but only a once. She made an interesting world-weary contrast for Captain America, but not much else.
The Wasp is just angry and Scarlet Witch is defined almost entirely by liking Vision. Captain Marvel is scowly and angry at the world for no reason. Its not that the guys are very well defined and deep either, but they are more interesting and have more development and character.

IF, if they can do the Fantastic Four right (a very sketchy hope) and not just "Guardians of the Galaxy as a family" then that really could breathe new life into the Marvel movies. X-Men is another potential chance at new life.
But really I do not have much hope.
The thing is, DC has put out alternately great and terrible stuff for decades now. Superman was wonderful, then got progressively worse. Batman with Keaton was great fun, then got ghastly. Then they got their mojo back with Nolan Batman. Then it went downhill again.
So you can't count MCU out, just... not likely to be huge hits again for a while.

No way, Robert Downey Jr. played an outsized role in the MCU's popularity and success.
And all of the movies were just rough outlines of all of the original comic book stories, it's just that Kevin Feige is not Kathleen Kennedy and he actually like the source material and generally like the fans.
The fact that the FF, one of the most popular comic book properties in the history of comics has largely been a failure at the box office can be owed to the wrong people being cast and just bad storylines.
They've already set up the Kree/Skrull storyline in Captain Marvel, that the FF's bread and butter.
So hopefully they can make a go of it.

CDC now says it has received reports of 12,313 deaths following Covid vaccination in the US - compared to under 6,000 last week.
2/ The new figure means CDC has now received more reports of deaths following Covid vaccination than ALL OTHER VACCINES COMBINED IN THE 30-YEAR HISTORY OF VAERS. It is not clear why more than 6,000 death reports were added to VAERS in a week. Perhaps @CDCDirector can explain.

Fauci didn't create the virus himself. What he did was send U.S. taxpayer dollars to the Chinese lab that created it.
The U.S. government had forbidden U.S. labs to do "gain of function" research, because it recognized that it was very dangerous. "Gain of function" refers to the process of taking animal viruses and manipulating them to make them able to do new functions that they weren't able to do before -- functions such as entering and infecting human cells.
Fauci did what crooked Dims always do: he simply ignored the law. He sent our money to China, and they used it to manufacture the new covid virus in their lab (from a bat virus) -- and then released it (either accidentally or purposefully) on the world.

Why is no one asking the most important questions that follow from the Chinese Lab origin:
1. That IF it came from a lab, won't Fauci (and every Dem) acknowledge that the Chinese therefore caused millions of deaths by covering up the fact and allowing early spread to Europe, and by not sharing what they know of the virus function itself?
2. Ask Fauci if he had reason to believe early on that the virus MIGHT even have come from the Wuhan IV, then why didn't he inform DJT of this fact at the outset, instead of the opposite, so the Administration could press the Chinese for more information that they were withholding?
Etc etc. The implications of inaction and coverup are in my view even more intentional and morally culpable than the virus origin story itself.
