But one thing many agree on is that it has not met the bosses' expectations. ... But The News with Shepard Smith, the brainchild of CNBC chairman Mark Hoffman, has struggled to attract the millions of viewers who watched Smith every day for years at Fox News, or to produce the fiery breakout viral moments that defined the later part of his tenure at the conservative cable-news giant. Yep, one of the things they realized, when the NFL went on strike is that the quality of play with replacement players was just not that much lower. Sure, they were "nobodies," but nobodies were only miniscually less talented than big name stars.
With baseball though, AAA "stars" often can't hack it at the big league level. Some of them can or could, but most can't. There's usually some fundamental flaw in their game that keeps them from moving up.
But yeah, a newsreader, like a Hollowood star or pop singer, is just the "pretty face" they got to get on their knees to get the job. There are dozens of hundreds more who would do the job, if they were asked to get on THEIR knees, but the millionaire stars don't want to give up the illusion that they're special.

This is another reason to have many tens of thousands of rounds of .22 on hand. It's more than sufficient to entice mobs ~300 yards away to move on if the situation looks so bad that you're worried about running out of regular centerfire rounds.
Also shows why you need a big 'ole pile of magazines loaded; a pile of ammo and a pile of mags isn't immediately useful. Although you should have that, too, for various other reasons (especially have the mags new in wrap and don't handle the rounds without gloves).

The hospital traced it back to the hotel pool where they were vacationing in Mississippi (insert Mississippi joke here). Some idiot had it and brought his shiatty ass to the pool. Then unsuspecting babies catch it.
