Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | The Morning Report - 6/25/21[So-called quote-unquote "president"] Joe Biden said Thursday he would not sign a bipartisan infrastructure deal with moderate Republican senators without an additional partisan funding package for entitlements. "I control that. If they don't come, I'm not signing it. Real simple," Biden said, when reporters asked how he planned to get both measures through Congress at the same time. Biden spoke to reporters after he met with moderate Senate Republicans and Democrats and announced a deal on infrastructure. But he also promised the more leftist Democrats that he would pursue a partisan budget reconciliation bill to fund more entitlements "promptly and in tandem" with his infrastructure deal with Republicans. "We need physical infrastructure, but we also need the human infrastructure as well," Biden said, adding that, "We're going to have to do that through the budget process and we need a fair tax system to pay for it all." Biden requested an additional $1.8 trillion in funding from Congress to fund entitlements such as free community college, free childcare, and free universal preschool. When asked how he would aid families while they were waiting for both bills to pass, Biden leaned into the microphone and whispered hoarsely. "I got them $1.9 trillion in relief so far. They're going to be getting checks in the mail that are consequential," he said.Meanwhile, the GOP is about to get snookered, or more likely knows exactly what they're doing: As part of the agreement, Republicans stripped out the non-infrastructure requests, such as nearly $1 trillion in corporate subsidies and $400 billion for long-term care. These Republicans can ensure the 60 votes necessary to pass the Senate without a filibuster. However, there is a catch. Democrats are still allowed to pass at least one more reconciliation bill this year -- a bill that cannot be filibustered and can therefore pass the Senate with only the 50 Democratic votes. Reconciliation bills are usually limited to one per year, but Democrats were allowed a second bill this year because last year's Senate Republican majority did not pass one (and it is possible that a budget law technicality could allow additional reconciliation bills). So what is to stop Senate Democrats from passing the rest of the $4 trillion infrastructure package themselves through reconciliation? Republicans provide bipartisan cover for the first $580 billion, even agreeing to new tax revenues, and then all the other taxes and extraneous spending that Republicans worked to strip from this package would simply be passed by Democrats in a party-line vote shortly thereafter. In fact, Biden and Democrats are openly bragging about this bait-and-switch.I don't know why I'm getting my undies in a bundle over this, considering all the madness going on around us. The GOP expects us to cheer them for stopping H.R.-1 (for now) but as I said, it was not so much to save us from institutionalized permanent election-rigging. It was for them to protect their access to the trough. No need for a phony baloney "opposition" party if the Dems can just win it all every 2-4 years, now is there? The fact of the matter is every single elected Republican in this nation, from dog-catcher right on up to the Senate and the House should have as his or her stated goal the dismantling of as much of the government bureaucracy as possible - not ways to spend more money, supposedly under the sham excuse of "being better managers." Oh well. As an old boss and mentor of mine in Hollywood used to say "you can fuck it, you can suck it, but it is what it is." At one point, the whole shithouse has to collapse in a Cloward-Piven heap of destruction. At the rate we're going, that's going to be sooner rather than later and frankly, maybe that's what needs to happen. And to all the dick-less trolls infecting the comments section who think it will bring about their wet dream glorious Communist paradise on earth here in the former United States, think again. You're in for a rude awakening. Wasn't sure how I was going to do it but Daniel Greenfield's outstanding piece in Frontpage Mag this morning encapsulates perfectly the mentality - or lack thereof - of the aforementioned dick-less and tragically mindless trolls out there. Barack Obama turns 60 over the summer. The AARP cover with Barry posing next to a basketball and a shelf of bestselling non-fiction books he hasn't read can't be too far away. Once the symbol of youthful hipness, the former boss of Hope and Change now lectures "young people" on what they should be doing. His legacy is being carried forward by 78-year-old Biden and the 81-year-old Pelosi. That's above the average age of 80 of the House Dem leadership. The average age of the Biden cabinet is two years older than President Trump's cabinet. The gerontocratic technocracy uses AOC as its younger foil, but she's been a stalking horse for Bernie Sanders who will hit the big 80 in the fall. The big donors behind the American Left are even older with George Soros due to hit 90 the same month Obama gets to 60. The even bigger reservoirs of cash flowing into the leftist machine are coming from the foundations of men who were born in the 19th century like Henry Ford, John D. MacArthur, and John D. Rockefeller. That's about right for a 19th century ideology whose followers keep trying to make it look young. Youthful leftism is anarchic. It's CHAZ, BLM, and Antifa. It's open air heroin markets, smashed store windows, and political assassinations. Turning that anarchy into collectivism requires hysterical propaganda and rallies that appear anarchic, but are actually tightly controlled, ideas that seem edgy, but are actually the work of men who were born during the age of steam. If you think Bernie's old, Karl Marx celebrated his 203rd birthday in May. Obama's policies have aged as badly as Marx, Biden, or their front man. But instead of moderating as they grow older, they only grow more radical. Obama equivocated on gay marriage, while Biden entirely erases the existence of women by calling them "birthing people". Obama covertly weaponized the government against conservatives, while Biden is doing it openly. Everything from election rigging through H.R.1 to indoctrinating every government employee with critical race theory is happening more openly and blatantly under Biden. Youthful leftist revolutions break the system while leftist gerentocrats impose the tyranny . . . . . . As Obama gets closer to his AARP cover, a generation lives in the world that he made. Like Obama, his radical political movement speaks endlessly about the past, but has no actual past. Its past is always being reinvented and retold through new narratives, but with no facts. The Obama revolution has come and gone. We have skipped past it to the Soviet Union of Chernenko and Andropov, of gerontocrats building the tyranny with the beams of revolution. The decline is everywhere as the theories fail, the factories close, and the stores stand empty. The youth are being rallied to cheer for the revolutionary tyranny of Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi, and Chuck Schumer who are promising a new era in history no one believes in anymore. Since the election their cause is no longer free college, it's federalizing elections through H.R.1. Federalizing elections, eliminating the filibuster, and packing the Supreme Court are compelling issues in Washington D.C., but the regime plotting new coups has little to say to the ordinary people facing high prices for gas and bread. Land, Bread, and Peace has given way to a race for total power over the country as the revolution of Hope, Crisis and Change comes of age.Read the whole thing. And, naturally, weep. While Greenfield's observation that the youth movement is overthrowing 2,000 years of advancement to empower geriatric dictators, that really isn't topsy-turvy world at all. In fact, that's how it's always been when totalitarian regimes take over. Vanilli Milley may be evil, but he's no dope. Once all of us "white supremacist insurrectionist terrorists" are neutralized, the very first people rounded up and "dealt with" will be the cadres of BLM, Antifa and the loudmouth leaders on campuses. "If only Biden knew!" they'll shriek as they're all shot into mass graves. If only Biden knew the time of day. But as I said up top, he sure as hell is aware of what side the bread is buttered. Still, even with all of that, there is reason for hope, given the utter revulsion at Crackpot Disgrace Theory where it counts; in the school and community boards. There is pushback happening and if you can see past the lead-lined iron curtain of propaganda media censorship and disinformation, I'd wager it's bigger than we know. It just needs a spark to break out and spread. 1. More and more counties across the country are passing resolutions as first steps to secede from home state governments that have become too oppressive. A proposed bill by a state senator from Roswell is pushing for several New Mexico counties to become part of Texas. Seven counties in Oregon have voted to secede and become part of Idaho. Citizens of Weld County, Colorado are thinking of joining Wyoming, and counties in western Minnesota have proposed leaving for South Dakota. What was once merely a dream of northern Californians to break away from Democrats by forming the new state of Jefferson has turned into a national movement. And after years of actively trying to secede from dark blue cities, even neighborhoods are redoubling their efforts . . . 2. Because the federal government has failed in its duty to protect American lives and property and seems intent on creating the worst border crisis since the Mexican-American War, Arizona and Texas bypassed the feds on June 10 and sent distress call seeking help from any state willing to engage hostile forces waging war against American citizens . . . 3. . . The Department of Justice has made it clear that it is more interested in punishing Americans for uncovering vote fraud than in punishing Americans for committing vote fraud. Intimidating Americans to cover up past crimes sounds a lot like aiding and abetting criminal activity, and Arizona wasted no time making that plain to the feds. State senator (and former fighter pilot) Wendy Rogers fired back: "You will not touch Arizona ballots or machines unless you want to spend time in an Arizona prison." Then, just to make sure she had hit the target, she added, "Maybe you should focus on stopping terrorism. The Justice Department is one of the most corrupt institutions in the USA". . .On those and a couple of others linked in the essay, we end on a positive note. Have a good weekend.

Bidens Small Business Administration nominee isnt pro-BDS
American Jewish leader pushes back on claims Bidens Small Business Administration deputy nominee backs anti-Israel boycott. Yeah? Fuck you: recent report by the Washington Free Beacon noted that Syed, who is currently in the midst of the confirmation process, serves on the board of a group that lobbies in support of the BDS movement and describes Israel as an apartheid state, citing Syeds ties to the Emgage Action organization. According to the report, Emgage called BDS a constitutionally protected nonviolent response that seeks to end the occupation and stated that it supports the right to boycott, divest, and sanction, as well as the Right of Return of Palestinians. ... Biden requested an additional $1.8 trillion in funding from Congress to fund entitlements ...
++++ You know, I remember a time - it was back in the Before Times - when asking for a couple of trillion bucks or nearly than 10% of GDP from Congress, and all of it deficit financed, was an extremely big deal. Like "this had better have end-of-the-world stakes" big deal. Now they're playing with questions like "should we piss away 20% of GDP on this iteration of bread and circuses, or only half that" like it's just another day at the park. They used to at least talk (though never actually *act*) about things like "if you want this, we need the base budget to be smaller. We need to figure out what to cut to make a dent in the new stuff." Now it's just "MOAR!!!!!!!!" shouted at the moon with no consequences entering into the discussion, let alone the plan. ++++ Infrastructure: n; def 2; the underlying foundation or basic framework (as of a system or organization) Human: n; def 1; of, relating to, or characteristic of humans So many questions. How does one *buy* such a thing, for one thing? How does Biden's controlling politburo define the "basic framework" of being human? Of organizing humans? If there is great concern about the basic human framework and the need to improve it, why do they support unrestricted abortion - an erosive force? If there is great concern about the basic human framework and the need to improve it, why do they support collective economic and social theories that have proven themselves most efficient at *destroying* that framework? ++++ It's what it's always been, but few ever put it in cold, black-and-white terms because it is extremely uncomfortable. Old power-mongers exploit inexperienced, naive, aggressive youth for the purpose of installing themselves into power or increasing their power once installed. Once successful, they slaughter the same people who put them there and aggressively and universally enforce their will on the next generation to prevent some other power-monger from doing the same. the interwebs say it is 30 percent with tattoos. They also say it was 20 percent ten years ago. I have always said my cultural knowledge is a bit dated. So really I had it dead on, if you are still living in 2012.
Posted by: Quint at June 25, 2021 07:06 AM (gJfTA) ++++ Asking "what percentage of the population has a tattoo" is akin to asking "what's the median American house price?" There's a calculable answer, but it isn't especially useful. In real estate, location matters rather a lot. So do interest rates. So does family size. Etc. In the tattoo question, there are similar factors. Generation. Economic class. College education. Religion. Etc. If the total figure increased by 50% in a decade, that's a big move - but knowing where it is concentrated is still pretty important. My guess is "young people, more young women than young men, more college-educated people than tradesmen." But that's just a guess. Posted by: Joe Mannix (Not a cop!) We are about to be sold out again by the GOP and watch the dominoes fall. This infrastructure "deal" is the same kind of deal the Sellout Caucus has given us before. It will be nothing they say it is, any everything they say it won't be. Every single senator voting for it should be a primary target, because this is what weakens us. Their cowardice and lack of principle will be our downfall. McConnell is no better. He's allowing this to happen and pretend he has no influence over this group. Should we regain the majority, he shouldn't be "leader". He's proven to be nothing of the sort.
Democrats are going to use reconciliation to get everything the want anyway. Let them do it. Let them own it, by themselves. Why be part of that destructive farce? Because the GOP has no balls, no temerity, no principles, and no "deal" they won't sell out to. I am tired of the games. In a little while I get the see the greatest dentist in my neck of the woods. If I were not married to my husband I would like to be married to him. He is very pleasant and always explains things, has a good sense of humor and is helpful when the receptionist is backed up and he will talk to people waiting. I think he's a conservative because he wears a flap pin on his lapel and mentions some things that sound conservative. Also, they have a flagg outside their office . Anna Morgan-Lloyd, the grandma that was charged with breaching "parading" the Capitol was on Laura Ingraham's show last night. She told Laura that she was told to read a list of books by her court appointed attorney, which she did. Miley is a GO who is symptomatic of everything wrong with our military. Another fat ass career climber whose spent more time in academia poisoning his mind and subverting his judgment then with the troops and on the battlefield where he belongs. While I believe some of what he stated has been distorted, Miley is smart enough to know the difference between studying doctrine, and making it your own. What DoD has done with CRT is the latter. They are also undermining unit cohesion and our ethos with their gender obfuscation. To wit- will we be, against regulation, having female pole dancing or strippers on post for the heterosexual community? You know, to help "build morale"? I doubt it and their dishonesty is showing. If they can flip a guy like Miley, who is otherwise a pretty decent, accomplished Q Course grad, they can get to anyone.

"Self-secure people do not need a tattoo.
Posted by: NaCly Dog " I think where statements become completely false is when you broadly apply them to an entire population. I could not be more secure in myself- and I've been all over this planet, through many experiences, and accomplished many things that prove it. I know many people with similar circumstances who also have tat's. By the way, some of that has to do with the reason people get tattoos. For example, a lost brother, a tough battle (to include life battles like cancer), a lost loved one, a lost pet. or a special moment in your life. Notice I didn't say "looks cool" or is the "symbol du jour". Posted by: Marcus T at June 25, 2021 07:38 AM (VpIIl) 215

if you need a root canal, it is likely no pain reliever will fix it. We have legit dentists here so I an only speak of my personal experience. I have had two of them in the last five years, to be honest, they suck. I also had a time when i was really hurting and tried out a new dentist, someone with a crazy high yelp rating.
he told me I was all screwed up, that I needed to see an expert Endodontist. The Endodontist could not figure out where the infection was coming from. He told me to take some antibiotics for a couple of weeks and get back to him. Everything went away. I went back and all was good. I recall some question that online but I was there for it lol. I know it happened because I lived it. Now I only go to that guy if anything is amiss. So far so good. My advice to you is to see an endodoontist. It is either yay or nay. You need to know and once it is done, there will be no more pain. Posted by: Quint at June 25, 2021 07:55 AM (gJfTA) 274

Posted by: SH (Back Lurking, Commenting Occasionally) at June 25, 2021 07:43 AM (sX1BW) ++++ Interesting thought. I could go either way on this. On paper, you are doubtlessly correct. Comparing the platforms, the Democrats have lurched Left like it's going out of style since the 90s. The GOP's moves have been smaller. So officially, this is true - there's an enormous gulf. In reality, though, the parties are very close to the same. The GOP still lies better, I suppose but platforms aside they are awfully similar in that the GOP just fast-follows the DNC. In terms of practical reality, there's decreasing difference. One final note. In the 90s, the parties were closer than ever, which might explain switching that happened then. The parties converged on two major elements post-Reagan: immigration and trade. Once they converged there, switching was probably pretty easy. Posted by: Joe Mannix (Not a cop!) "is it possible that they won't need the cheat to "lose honorably"?
Posted by: SturmToddler at June 25, 2021 07:48 AM (8D42x)" I believe the key to victory isn't "not voting". It is ensuring we vote for, and put our resources behind the right people. If you know anything about Washington that is a reality, it is that people in Congress need to spend a lot of time raising money. It's just the way things work. So the way to ensure you use that to your advantage is to get involved in the primaries, or in processes that fund candidates. This is where I believe Trump and some others get it right. Get involved early in the process, so you can make a difference with who gets money and support. There is a lot of energy right now going into the process of identifying candidates who need to be primaried. It is getting to be a large enough effort that people in Congress are noticing. Fen, have you tried ice chips on the owie tooth or a cold compress (like in the old time cartoons - bandana wrapped around the head ties in a bow on to show character has a toothache)?
Army dentist told me long ago, sometimes there's a tiny gas bubble near the nerve and the pressure from that on the nerve is the main source of pain. Cold shrinks the bubble. And, hot coffee or tea makes it worse. That dentist used ice about the size and shape of candy cigarettes to confirm which tooth was bad. I think that was old school (even then, which was 40 yrs ago). Posted by: Iron Mike Golf at June 25, 2021 08:15 AM (8C7+r) Posted by: creeper at June 25, 2021 08:16 AM (XxJt1) 357
"And how's that working out for those cities?
Posted by: Sponge - Saying Ashli Babbitt at June 25, 2021 08:12 AM (Zz0t1)" The way it should be according to the way they voted. Federal intervention from a military perspective is a "break glass" tool. You don't want that cat out of the bag and used as a regular method of handling those situations. If anything the last 18 months or so is very instructive on that. Do you really want people like The Fraud employing that against "white guys" or some other invention? Nope. Posted by: Marcus T at June 25, 2021 08:16 AM (VpIIl) 358
And how's that working out for those cities?---------------------------------One of the benefits and designs of federalism was that competing sovereigns (state and federal) would and should protect our rights. When one sovereign infringes, we hope (and expect) the other will stand up for liberty. So if a state infringes upon our liberty by allowing leftist gangs destroy lives and property, it is right for the federal government to step in. When the federal government infringes upon liberty by refusing to defend our borders, it is right for the states to step in. Some things should be left to the states. But either side should always step in to protect liberty and our God-given rights.

SSI bankruptcy talk is to stir campaign contributions and once again keep people to scared and terrified to leave the Fe'ral Plantation. Its pretty damned clear that they will throw money at anything that is caustic, destructive and subversive. There is no longer talk of a mythological "debt ceiling" its print money and buy votes. Posted by: Marcus T at June 25, 2021 08:01 AM (VpIIl) It's one component of what's needed. And, it's tactical, so you get to enjoy seeing when it succeeds. We also need a long term effort. Yeah, it's all bullshit. There are already revenue streams allegedly for "infrastructure." Every state levies a tax on gas, every state has highway and bridge tolls of some kind, DMV agency fees and so on. There is also a federal gas tax allegedly for federal road and bridge infrastructure. The fact that all of this money has been squandered and stolen needs to be pointed out. But again, it's all bullshit. Posted by: Thomas Bender at June 25, 2021 08:26 AM (4i6p7) 400

It's when your town gets a hundred million dollars for bike lanes. The project calls for painting lines. What you get is 3 state workers in a pickup laying down orange cones that disrupt traffic for 6 months, followed by a dude with a bucket of paint, a roller and overalls. 6 months later the cones are picked back up. Posted by: Iron Mike Golf at June 25, 2021 08:23 AM (8C7+r) ++++ I don't think a "long march" of our own will work. The premise of the Long March is subversion, and it depends on using the philosophy of your opponent against themselves. The Left did this masterfully. Liberal western culture was susceptible to the tactic. Freedom of speech, for example, cuts both ways. Their subversive tactics worked extremely well to take over institutions over time. We don't have that luxury because they're decidedly *not* liberals. They have no root premise that can be exploited like "freedom of speech" or"equality before the law" or anything like that. Their root premise the Postmodern interpretation of "all things are based on power differential." The Long March approach will run into the Postmodern brick wall every time. Subversion is out. Naked conquest is necessary. Posted by: Joe Mannix (Not a cop!) (Jsjd7) at June 25, 2021 08:30 AM (Jsjd7) 421

It is a pay as you go system effectively and now the Medicare and Social Security taxes are not sufficient to fund current benefits and have not been so for several years. "Dr. Baker, of course, has seen what is a perfect storm of bad heart disease, exertion, excitement, cardiac arrest. Why, then, didn't he speak the truth and give his medically reasonable opinion about the cause of death?"
* * * We know why. Because he, like so many other experts in the George Floyd case, was intimidated and bullied into silence by the "woke" leftist mobs. Dr. Baker, to his credit, is a good pathologist. He did a thorough autopsy of George Floyd, and he correctly determined that Floyd had died of heart failure as a result of a combination of factors, including his severely diseased heart, his stress and the exertion of fighting with cops, and the cocktail of illegal drugs he'd swallowed. But that conclusion wouldn't have put the blame on the white cop, where the leftists needed it, so it couldn't be allowed to stand. When Baker wrote up his initial findings, the prosecutors sent them to a black activist in D.C. (the former ME there), who then called Baker and threatened to publish an op-ed in the Washington Post, calling Baker an incompetent raaaaacist hack and destroy him, both professionally and publicly. Baker caved and "revised" his findings. Posted by: TrivialPursuer at June 25, 2021 09:00 AM (k4dH2) 431
