Democrat PAC Founder Says That If the Couple Had Been White, the Execution Would Have Been Justified

The couple were driving around showing the Puerto Rican flag. It was Puerto Rico day in Chicago, so there's nothing "provocative" about that.

It's not known yet why the man was murdered, and the woman left for dead.

A group of men converged on a couple who were celebrating the Puerto Rican People's Day Parade in Chicago and allegedly shot them in a horrific incident that was originally caught on Facebook video.
The assailants numbering about six allegedly dragged the couple out of their vehicle, which was displaying the flag of Puerto Rico, and opened fire in the incident that occurred in Humboldt Park.
Victim Gyovanny Arzuaga, 24, a father of two young children, was rushed to a local hospital where he tragically died from a gunshot wound to the head. Yasmin Perez, 25, who was shot in the neck, is listed in critical condition. The suspects are reportedly still at large, and detectives are investigating, ABC 7 reported.

Now, the racist moron who founded the "Democracy Preservation Initiative" PAC confused the Puerto Rican flag for the confederate flag, and then opined that the couple got what they deserved.

When his error was pointed out, he doubled down on the hypothetical: Well if the couple had been white and flying the confederate flag, their murders would be justified.

It might. It would depend on the form of the violence. In this scenario, if the black family executed a white family in that neighborhood, then it might (and likely would) be justifiable. If a white family were to execute the black family, it would be an unjustifiable expression of system racism and white supremacy.

Keep in mind that in this country and in the world at large, white people (or their adjunct groups, to slightly lesser degree) hold the positions of power in the commanding heights. Attempts by non-whites and/or non-adjacent populations to disrupt this position are justifiable because they are a response to the real-world conditions that reflect systemic racism, neo-colonial structures, nationalist/supremacist movements, and other facets of the system that maintain systemic oppression of the majority-power group against the minority-disempowered group.

Anything that disrupts the power group's tendency to interfere with the progressive arc of history is likely justifiable. The opposite case is never justifiable.

Yes. Just take off your "reasonable person" hat and put on your "Marxist dialectic" hat. The argument is now cultural rather than economic (broadly, it's Maoist instead of Marxist, Leninist or Stalinist), but everything boils down to "oppressor" (bourgeoisie) or "oppressed" (proletariat).

Oppressor == powerful; oppressed == non-powerful.

And since concepts like any given *ism (racism, sexism, etc.) has been recast by the Critical Theorists to be a power-based rather than behavior-based, the rules become simple. The anti-white racist isn't a racist because the non-white person isn't in a power position. That just becomes "restorative justice." The exact same action in the exact same situation by a white person against a non-white person is, however, unjustifiable perpetuation of oppression.

They reject the scientific method (and thus reject science itself), while pretending that they're legitimate men of the mind. The entire structure is dishonest, and so people are rejecting it and paying it no respect.

There are a few on our side doing just this, but not nearly enough. Perhaps part of the problem is we're not of a hive mind the way they are. We need to organize and plan. To get something like that the proportion of votes in a mixed sample, you will need to use ecological regression models. Gary King at Harvard did have some pointers on that.

Basically, you use samples where the distribution is skewed to an extreme amount of the desired population such as all white, all hispanic, all male, all female, etc. to estimate the parameter values for the more normal mixed samples. There are some assumptions that have to be made, e.g. that the skewed samples do not have some innate difference in the desired population sample than exists in the mixed sample.
