Remember: Abusing IRS Laws Regarding Non-Partisan Charities, Mark Zuckerberg Poured $350 Million Into Effort to Turn Out the (Extremely Democrat) Urban Vote

Strange that Mark Zuckerberg wasn't interested in promoting voting everywhere. Just in Democrat-controlled precincts.

Few are yet fully aware of the direct impact Facebook and its founder had on the farce that was our 2020 electoral process.

In the months leading up to November 3, tens of millions of dollars flooded into key urban areas in battleground states that had the power to, and in fact did, determine the outcome of the 2020 presidential election and some U.S. Senate races. This effort was conducted by an Internal Revenue Service-approved 501(c)(3) nonprofit that is barred under IRS regulations from explicitly providing support--financial or otherwise—to advance the agenda of one political party over another.

This particular nonprofit is the Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL), run by progressives formerly associated with the New Organizing Institute. While the nonprofit typically had been operating on a budget of just over $1 million, inl 2020 Mark Zuckerberg and his wife contributed $350 million to the CTCL as part of the Zuckerbergs' overall strategy to promote "safe elections."

But this wasn't about "safe elections" at all. It was Big Tech doing the big rig--using private, charitable donations to dictate to city and county election officials how to "manage" their elections. This Zuckerberg effort, according to a report by the Amistad Project, is "contrary to both federal law and state election plans endorsed and developed by state legislatures with authority granted by the United States Constitution."

So the Tech Trillionaires not only rigged the election by blocking negative stories about Biden, but they straight-up bought votes. Or, more accurately: They bought " " " votes. " " "

And I'm sure the government they bought for themselves will impartially consider these mega-monopolies' status under the antitrust laws.

Not just him. The guy who studied and created a huge amount of information around the theory behind election manipulation through search (I forget his name at the moment) did a study of this during the 2020 campaigns. This is tough, because almost everything you get out of Google as a user is ephemeral. That is, it doesn't exist until the moment the page content is delivered, and it isn't recorded. Real-time search suggestions, results, notification banners, etc. come out of the bowels of the system and no records exist.

To study what Google was actually showing and to whom, he got volunteers who consented to allow him to install screen-reading software on their computers to track what Google actually showed them and when. There were a mix of conservative, liberal and undecided voters in the study.

What he found is that they showed *no* GOTV messaging to known conservatives or conservative-leaning undecideds. Plenty of GOTV messaging for the rest of the sample. They eventually reversed that when they got called on it.

72 My personal guess is that Zuck's money was spent on vote harvesting (which means people got paid to hand over votes--legitimate or not). The way it works is that the non profit then subcontracts to voter contact groups which then hire people with a specific quota of votes to obtain (legitimately or illegitimately). In blatant cases, they are paid per vote brought in and usually have to document it in some way. It was also most likely spent on providing and paying poll workers via private ngo funds and thus were handed as a gift package to these urban areas. Needless to say, these were purposefully mistrained.

Old term was walking around money and paying certain individuals to bring busses of voters that got some of that money or other things of value when they remounted the bus.

Like it's clear, conscious or unconscious, these tech billionaires are increasing the temperature, driving hard left, and doing all they can to get the western world into a pretty scary place if we look to rhyming portions of history in terms of the rhetoric and intensity.

But why? Regardless of the system these plutocrats win. Their families will be 1%ers for generations to come. If anything, fundamentally changing the system increases volatility for them. Perhaps their Frankensteins continue to behave and enrich them, perhaps they turn on them.

Knowing this, why upset the preexisting order? Is it just a massive game of liberal one-upsmanship where they have thought through the obvious eventualities of their decisions? Or am I missing something that allows one to frame their behavior in a rational way that doesn't rely on puppeteering by Bilderbergs or Rothchilds?

Conjunction, collusion, what difference at this point does it make.

It was clearly illegal, yet nothing has been done.

105 My personal guess is that Zuck's money was spent on vote harvesting (which means people got paid to hand over votes--legitimate or not).

108 "My personal guess is that Zuck's money was spent on vote harvesting
(which means people got paid to hand over votes--legitimate or not)." --
AND there were a lot of people that went to vote and found they already "voted". ... Ballots mailed to everybody and their illegal alien dog ... and someone found a way to get ballots counted for people that did not request them, did not submit them. --

AND there are reports of printed up ballots being shipped by the tens of thousands (hundreds of thousands? millions?) to have on hand, (to pull out later, to replace the Trump vote ballots (which got shredded, military grade shredding, not just strips, confetti). Trump won in a landslide ... most of DC knows this, they demand we accept their RULE, or be arrested.

115 Regarding Roberts, the political system has defined Donald Trump as a citizen aka ex-president so Roberts cannot preside by the Constitutional wording. In addition, Trump's lawyers have already laid the groundwork for a challenge as the power to impeach private citizens is contrary to the wording of the constitution, violates a legal principle of justiciability because the only remedy impeachment allows is removal from office. Trump is already regarded as removed from office by certifying an election thus the actions by the Senate are untimely remedy (should have been done before term ended). See Chicago Picking and Steel v. Citizens for a Better Environment for a precedent regarding justiciability.

In addition, the history of impeachment in this country has not been regarded as a power dealing with private citizens because we have a judicial system for that--Congress has no judicial power over private citizens other than compelling them to show up and perhaps testify. So separation of powers issue then along with the prohibition of bills of attainder.

They might do it. They can do anything they want. But it is ultra-shitty and completely expected if they do. There is a reason representatives don't get a secret ballot - their constituents are entitled to know how they voted.

Since voters don't matter anymore, they might be drawing the reasonable conclusion that transparency doesn't matter, either. They wouldn't be wrong.

If that happens, he will be convicted, I am guessing 90/10. I suspect that if they had secret voting this time last year, he would have been removed from office by the pinhead assholes.

Unlike the old mass industries, they employ relatively few people, they are not uniformly distributed, and can easily be handicapped by modest changes.

Every state has to potential to basically destroy FANG power by simply requiring that these companies adhere to new state laws in their particular state and give private action power individuals. State level discrimination laws, public access and fee laws, etc. can be used to bring them to heel.

And if you do have to do the "re-work" for free, do so cheerfully, and with excellent customer service. Bag the positive online review, and go on to bother some other libtard, anew. They should never suspect that you caused 'em the trouble, in the first place.

The Senate tries the impeached person, to determine whether they are guilty or not. Which they did not, and indeed HAVE not with every previously impeached Prezzy. So Trump has now been impeached, twice.

Yeah he did. He just wasn't removed from office after the impeachment.

Impeachment, again, is the indictment process. All it is, is a method of deciding whether or not a trial is warranted or reasonable. Or, politically viable.
Posted by: Christopher R Taylor at January 25, 2021 02:40 PM (KZzsI)

And since we must, I shall say, removal from office is NOT the only possible punishment for an impeached and convicted officeholder. It's just assumed to be the reasonably expected result, and probably has been for every judge or whatever who has been both impeached and convicted.

In my NJ town, real estate taxes are about $30,000 per million dollars of assessed value, so in your hypothetical example, only $10,000 of that $30K is deductible for federal tax purposes. Under the Democrats proposed reform, all of it , all of it would become deductible along with all the state income taxes the person you describe would also pay.

The Democrats proposal is a huge give away to wealthy blue state taxpayers.

The huge swing to 90 percent D was voter fraud then, and the Zuck money just went to hiring more fraudulent ballot stuffing workers this time. Hence the absurd 110 percent voters in cities

Posted by: Deplorable Jay Guevara at January 25, 2021 02:26 PM (dkP80)

There's only danger of populism if you are acting against the people.

The answer is simple. As the company goes big, they hire lots and lots of admin staff. With Liberal Arts degrees from big colleges. These guys have been flaming Leftists of one stripe or another for about 2 generations now, and in the last few years have no ideas about history or civic responsibility.

The big bosses soon lose their libertarian impulses if they had any, and a lot did, as they become immersed in a soup of leftists, who revolt at any restraint on their power, and urge the boss to lead them not restrain them.

I'm listening to where they're saying they they all want to go and it's not Texas, not Florida and not Utah.

They're going to California. Or I should say they're going BACK TO CALIFORNIA. Phoenix/AZ in general has been inundated with people from Cali since 2016 when Trump won. They came in 2017 and registered to vote in the 2018 election which wiped out many republican state officials. They laid low and never got jobs. Its why AZ had a higher jobless rate and more hunger/more people on section 8 housing. They were paid to come and rent anything - single wide mobile homes, shared rooms in apartments, etc until the 2020 election and now they go home to California because they were paid for 3 years of their lives to turn Arizona blue.

Why else would anyone go to Cali now? Except the money has dried up and they've got to get back home.
