I've mentioned a few times that there was a case of voter fraud reasonably close to me a few years ago that resulted in the election needing to be done again. This was for a seat in Congress too. I was stunned at the time that this wasn't a huge national story because the guy who did it was a Republican.
You would think that would be all over the news. And then I learned that the guy was a consultant for both R and D and there you go. Not only was this ignored because of the whole having to admit voter fraud happens, it was because no one wanted that guy scrutinized that closely.
As I ranted on the Twats, Biden and Trump are simply the inflection points that collapsed a system that has been under strain for, what, a century? It was inevitable that something like this happen.

But it should already be before the Supreme Court. The facts and the caselaw were already well-known before 11/3. All that was left to happen was the states illegally counting those votes under their illegal rules. Which they did.
But here's the thing, Bush v. Gore may most likely have been ruled moot if Gore hadn't have won an injunction preventing Kathleen Harris from certifying the results.
She certifies the results, and then just a it's a pro forma legislative session to automatically accept that certification and approve the slate of electors.
Whether Palm Beach County was still counting enough votes to give Gore the win or not.

Plumbing won't matter soon after I sign the Green New Deal into law. Indoor plumbing will be outlawed as it's a big waste of water. Thankfully I already have practice crapping my pants on a daily basis rather than going to the bathroom and wasting all that water by flushing. This also avoids the clogging issue. I remember the time on vacation last year when we are at a cabin and Jill had to break up my giant turd in the bottom of the bowl with a stick she got from a pine tree behind the cabin. The whole bathroom had flooded after I left that one in the bowl. She probably didn't have to hit me with the same crap-covered stick immediately afterwards but I've gotten use to the elder abuse in recent years.

No, BiNO really does mean the last couple weeks. Literally. The damage he's upset about is solely about his preciousssss elections process. And he fears damage to the Republican party.
Those have always been his main concerns.
He was like this 3 years ago during the AL Senate runoff when the WaPo launched their hit against Roy Moore.
He's sort of the Andy McCarthy type. He's a good faithfull GOP guy who is upset by how Dem activists undermine the process. But he still believes in that process and institutions. As McCarthy is to the DOJ, BiNO is to muh norms and muh establishment principles. But real world events over the next 4 years might just make all of that, and BiNO himself, a quaint relic.

Go back and read, the 7-2 part was supposed to be 9-0. That said Gore could keep counting.
Because the liberals on Court thought they had the votes for part two, that the counties could decide how to count and that Gore could pick.
But, it went 5-4: Equal Protection required all counties be counted and all in the same manner.
So, the two justices got pissed and had their votes switched on the 1st part.
And the 5 justices agreed they would not resign for 4 years in order that their decision would not change the balance of the court.

I told him that while the state of Georgia continued to participate in voter fraud in the Presidential race, there was no way in good conscience for me to donate to the Senate races just for them to spend money with various media outlets who would in turn donate the ad money to liberal candidates and also announce those liberal candidates had won, whether by hook or by crook.
Impressively, I received a reply right away.
I began receiving texts, as well, asking me to donate money to keep the Senate from turning blue.
There is no more money for the GOP from me. There are no more votes for the GOP from me.
If I saw a GOP candidate being mugged and beaten brutally in a restaurant I was eating at, I would record the attack and post it on Youtube to see how many likes I could get and hopefully monetize it.
It would contain a commentary from me in the background mocking my GOP candidate while they were getting beaten, with hearty laughs included.
I might even move a picture of my beer or glass of wine into the camera frame toasting to the thrashing of the GOP candidate.
