Virginia Democratic Rep. Abigail Spanberger has now surged ahead in her tight race with a Democratic challenger after officials reportedly discovered thousands of "overlooked" ballots on a flash drive.
Spanberger, is a former CIA official who was part of the 2018 Blue Wave that gave Democrats control of the House. Her victory ended the GOP's stronghold on the state's 7th congressional district seat. Her challenger this year is Republican Nick Freitas.
The election-watch group Virginia Public Access Project tweeted late Wednesday afternoon that Spanberger was down by about 1,350 votes following a canvassing effort by county officials.

Less than an hour later, however, VPAP reported she had jumped considerably ahead of Freitas, in part the result of an infusion of over 14,600 previously "overlooked" ballots found on an Henric County county flash drive.
The memory stick had been "mislabeled as 'provisional ballots'," the group said.

There is no statistical universe in which every tranche of suddenly "discovered" ballots all favor the Democrats by 80-20. This is fraud.

But not to Fox News!

And shortly after Bret Baier, the network’s chief political anchor, emphasized to viewers on Wednesday that Mr. Trump’s threatened litigation could throw the race into doubt -- even if Mr. Biden was projected to win 270 electoral votes -- Fox News'a politics editor, Chris Stirewalt, threw cold water on some of the Trump campaign's baseless claims.
"Lawsuits, schmawsuits," Mr. Stirewalt said. "We haven't seen any evidence yet that there's anything wrong."

It started with the Reform party, which tried to change the system from within the system. They were destroyed.

Then came the TEA party, who tried to get attention for the same types of issues, it had a lot of energy, but was co-opted by the Repubs, and then destroyed by the media 'choosing' who TEA party spokesmen were.

Trump voters are more angry. He was a missile shot at DC, and DC has done everything within their power to destroy him. They framed him, impeached him, investigated him, and did NOT investigate any of those who plotted against him. Nor did they investigate the overwhelming evidence of corruption for his opponent.

Counties in VA may differ, but in Fairfax County I show up, give my ID, pencil in the little bubbles on the ballot, then put it in the scanner.

I can see the data from that scanner being saved to a thumb drive.

If I had to cast a provisional ballot, there was no separate "provisional" scanner.

What I'm getting at is wondering why/how there's a thumb drive with only "provisional ballots" on it.

I worked the FC polls, and you are correct. I know this because my wife had to drive the ballots to the government center. I can tell you that the procedures for ensuring the ballot counts of all types are correct are numerous, redundant, and thorough. The idea that a thumb drive with a bunch of votes for one candidate just shows up is ludicrous.

Not a lawyer, but I would imagine that any review of the ballots will show blatant fraud.

I keep thinking back to the Jill Stein lawsuit in 2016, and how quickly that went away once they started looking at the ohysical ballot box certified counts vs. ballots within them.

Given how widespread this was, there is no way it can withstand scrutiny. Show us that flash drive, show us the associated ballots/chain of custody. Show us all 128K ballots that were counted at 3:00am in WI (or wherever).Show us who bought the sharpies (there's a receipt). Make them prove all of it -- the counts are weird and close enough to warrant a review.

Hell, skip SCOTUS: get DHS and DoJ all up in these states' operations RIGHT NOW.

Trump will have to get an order to recanvass each state, ear mark trouble ballots, and submit every one of them for review or general court order about signatures and timeliness (i.e. all those without signature match are discarded etc).

The problem with timeliness is that they are all mixed in now, no matter what else the officials have said, they have not been segregating the votes.

The the local election board froze all counting, began discarding Trump ballot, and rolling in tens if thousands if fraudulent unverified and unverifiable Biden ballots, often 100% Biden- 0% Trump, immediate proof of fraud.

Then, they either booted out or continued to keep out any GOP poll-watchers, so no one was there to witness or document the fraud.

THIS HAPPENED IN SEVEN STATES SIMULTANEOUSLY, all over the country.

It is the crime of the century. The crime of the last 244 years, dating back to 1776. It is the end of American representative democracy, if it is allowed to stand and they get away with it.

What we need is a new named party. Like the Whigs disappeared to make way for the Republicans, the Republicans need to disappear for the new America First Party. If Trump pulls this out that should be one of his first moves since he will run the party. Change its name, re-brand it, whatever you want to call it. Yes. The seven battlegrounds stopping the vote count on a dime while they went and "found" Biden-dominant vote traches is the most brazenly corrupt thing I have ever seen in my life. It beggars belief.

It is why I was wrong about the "margin of fraud" concept. The concept holds up only if the people committing fraud are unwilling to be caught. If they are willing to cross the Rubicon and destroy representative government now and in perpetuity, then the "margin of fraud" concept falls apart and becomes void.

I didn't think they'd do it. I didn't think they'd actually destroy elections right down to the roots.

But they did. They crossed the Rubicon. Elections and representation in the United States are dead, as of this year. Even if Trump wins, unless the entire system is completely remade before the '22 elections (and it won't be), it doesn't matter beyond getting a four-year Trump reprieve.

They did it. They killed off democratic representation in the United States, the world's greatest representative republic. As of November 3rd, we're in Post-America unless both Trump finds a way to win *and* the entire electoral system is overhauled and verified trustworthy for several cycles.

It depends on who decides to quit, PaleRider. The 1%ers don't matter, but the 15%ers *do* very much matter. These are the suckers (and I mean that self-deprecatingly, too - I am one of them for now). The entire system is hauled around on the backs of the near-rich and penny-ante rich. The guys who are affluent and pay eye-watering total taxes, but not rich enough to hide from the tax man. They carry the burden. If that tranche quits, the system collapses fairly quickly.

But those guys also have pretty nice lives. It's a tall order. I have been working toward doing exactly this for 12 years. I have spent more than a decade getting rid of my debt and socking away my sheckles so I can get to the point where it doesn't matter what I do anymore. I am not quite ready, but am holding the option of going early on the back burner.

I think before it would go to the House, the states would choose electors in the instance where the votes could not be certified due to fraud. THEY would then choose the electors. We are good in that instance in all disputed states but NV (split legislature I think). If the electors get decided by the House there, we are good. If both house get a vote, they may not be able to send electors at all (which is just fine with me).

They established that dead people had voted for Kennedy in IL, around Chicago in 1960.

Nixon, although he needed IL to win, didn't want to discredit our election system, so he did not press it.

That was in a slightly more innocent time when there was something to preserve yielding to the other side. Of course, that was probably a mistake back then as well.

661 I'd still like to know in what world there is no crossover vote in the black community from Biden to John James? In 2008 many black Republicans said they voted for Obama because they thought they owed it to their parents, great grandparents, ect to celebrate a black man who had the opportunity to achieve such greatness, and that's 100% understandable. Does that not work with Democrats? I think they'd see the chance to have someone who looks like them, and will fight for them, and they'd vote for him even if he was a Republican. Not seeing that crossover just cements how much fraud is occurring.

In top of that in MI (error or possibly WI) there was 10k less votes for Trump and 120k more for Biden than for their party's congressional races. I can understand 10k people maybe voting Rep Congress but not liking Trump, so they went for Biden. But 110k not voting down ballot, is suspicious and is what you do with fraud. All those votes are probably snuck into a few counties, so adding 15-20k to a congressional race would easily spark suspicion, where it looks normal when just happening on the larger total.

Dems are using the same tactics they always did, but failed to realize Trump isn't Romney or McCain who will just roll over immediately.

He used these guest appearances to impugn Arnon Mishkin, Chris Stirewalt, and his own network. I can see on both Tucker and Hannity that FoxNews is reaching a breaking point between the hack Left-Lib "news" side and the firebrand opinion side.
