Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | Judge Orders New Election In Paterson, NJ, Due to Widespread Mail-In Vote Fraud Of Such an Extent That It Completely Eradicates Any Credibility of the "Vote"This is another Trumpian Lie, is the sort of thing AllahPundit would quote Damon Linker saying. BTW, apparently Paterson has only one T. So I'm spelling it right. I'm not the asshole here. You are.A state superior court judge ruled Wednesday that a new election will be held for a disputed Paterson, New Jersey city council seat after allegations of voter fraud via mail-in-ballots. The ruling comes only weeks after voter fraud charges were brought against the May 12 election winner Alex Mendez, per the Associated Press.A diverse rainbow of Democrats. Wonderful. An investigation performed by the U.S. Postal Service's law enforcement arm found hundreds of mail-in ballots in a Paterson mailbox, as reported by the AP. Ultimately, 800 ballots were discounted by the Passaic County Board of Elections and another 2,300 ballots were rendered ineligible after analyzing signatures on file and comparing them to those on the ballots, according to the Hill. A Passaic County report shows that these 3,100 disqualified ballots is equal to more than 22% of the total votes cast in the election. ... The local race has garnered national attention amid the political battle regarding nationwide mail-in voting for the upcoming presidential election. President Donald Trump made reference to the Paterson election in a tweet attacking mail-in voting.Video report from Fox News -- definitely not from CNN, which I imagine has completely embargoed the story -- here.

I'm telling ya, no matter the result, Trump demands complete statewide recounts of ALL swing states and ALL states with Democrat/Soros Secretaries of State, for the presidential count as well as each House seat.
The Dems will fold, because they know exactly what will happen if Trump is ready to lock down everything with litigation and ballot observers at midnight on Election Day. Cheating can only happen when just the Dems get their hands on the ballots, and have 10 days after the election to fuck around. Posted by: Sharkman at August 21, 2020 05:03 PM (BM2fS) 20

Sounds like somebody on Mendez' payroll was filling out ballots without bothering to try and match the voter signatures on file. Didn't have access to the registration information? I honestly believe if we did, they would come to the table and there would be bipartisan reform for fair elections. In most of Europe, this is not political issue at all. It's not going to matter.
I'll highlight something you're all thinking. All, and I mean all, of the anecdotal evidence suggests a juggernaut for Trump in November. He travels to Maine in the middle of this China Pox a few months ago and people come out and line the roads just to see him drive by. He outdraws Democrat opponents something like 10 to 1. The Democrats can't even get a bump from their convention or the announcement of a running mate. People saw what Trumps economics team can accomplish. It was "destroyed" and then he does it again. The Democrats, in their fervor to try and destroy the economy basically gave the current administration an opportunity to ram home the point that there is no one better for the job. They got to highlight that point a second time. In truth, the only people totally on board with Biden are doing so, only because they are SOOOOO anti-Trump. There is a special kind of mental illness attached to that, and it's not a majority of the Democrat party. It's the most vocal, and the most radical part, and people are shying away from associating with that faction. The writing is on the wall. November is going to be a landslide. No amount of fraud is going to help the Left's hopes and dreams. I suspect it's obvious to the decision makers on that side of the aisle and they will switch to after election obstruction positions every before November rolls around. 11/3 - by 8 pm, the Biden campaign will declare victory, despite a complete lack of proof. 11/4 - the media will be declaring a Biden victory, again without any conclusive proof since the mail-in votes are still being counted and "found". 11/6, the media will be shrieking that Trump is refusing to accept the results of the election. 11/7 - the media-fueled riots begin. 11/15 - the counts are completed, showing that Trump won. The riots continue as no one on the Left cares anyway. The media rakes in millions selling ads while showing the riots they themselves instigated.
I hope this is true, but there was a guy with a blog in 2012 who called himself The Ulstermann and sounded pretty much exactly like THIS about Romney and his chances. It didn't come to pass. Posted by: Citizen Cake Nailed it. > Do any of the smart morons know if indeed, the speaker of the house gets the presidency?
The Speaker of the House becomes President if the elected President and Vice President are both unable to serve (due to assassination, illness, resignation, or whatever). That's different from the election being thrown into the House. The Twelfth Amendment requires that the House chose from among the top three receivers of electoral votes. The Speaker of the House isn't an option (unless that person has been a candidate and has electoral votes). That's for President. The procedure is similar for Vice-President, except it's the Senate and they have to choose between the top two. If the House can't choose a President by January 20, the Senate-named (or electoral college-chosen) Vice President becomes acting, until the House gets its head out of its ass and picks one (or, arguably, acts until the next election... there's dispute on that). February 2021....
The election is still in doubt. Both sides have filed numerous lawsuits. There's no end in sight. Congressional infighting continues unabated. Violence breaks out when speaker Pelosi attempts to assume the White House. Many "white separatists" are killed in Washington D.C. In a unprecedented move the House and Senate defer to the Supreme Court where Chief Justice John Roberts appoints Biden President citing his choice in the election. Several planes are dispatched to remove Trump and his advisors, supporters and cabinet members to Gitmo. Rumors persist that the nuclear codes have been stolen. The 2004 Rossi - Gregoire Washington State Governor's election is an example of a mail in election suddenly going from a Republican win to a Democrat take over. The key element was Acorn, an infamous left-wing voter registration group, that somehow managed to get scads of ballots sent to PO Boxes. Then there was a small matter of more and more ballots that kept getting discovered days after the polls closed. If this wasn't a stolen election it sure was a good imitation of one.
While not strictly a mail in race the 2018 New Mexico 2nd Race between Harrell and Torres-Small is another example of a Republican win that suddenly become a Democrat take over. Once again late ballots and some highly skewed precinct counts raised eyebrows. Herrell conducted an investigation and eventually dropped the matter after releasing a report. If this wasn't a stolen election it sure was a good imitation of one. But this is all sour grapes speculation. After all, nobody, especially, the Marxist Socialist Bastards now rampaging across the fruited plain, would ever violate the sanctity of the vote. I know this to be true because they told me so. Take a knee and kiss the ring, peasant. Sometimes it much better to count them instead of voting them. Posted by: Antio Marx - Pro Lennon at August 21, 2020 05:57 PM (Fmrwt) 307

I caught a bit of Rush today where he was discussing just what would happen should the counting go beyond 1/20/21.
It won't happen. I think States have a time limit to get their shit in order to get their Electors to Congress. Otherwise, their State's votes won't count. Posted by: Deplorable Ian Galt The deadline is actually 1/6/2021, the date the new House is seated. If state's haven't certified their electors by then, the electors don't count. If nobody gets 270, then the House votes. Vote by state delegation. Cali's 53 seats, mostly Dem, counts as one vote. Montana's one seat, an R, counts as one vote. The current split in the House is: 26 R 23 D 1 Tied (PA). Gotta win by 1. If it ends up 25 to 25, they vote again. The election of 1824 was decided in the House. Andrew Jackson had more ECs (91) and more votes overall. JQ Adams came in second with 84 ECs. William Crawford came in 3rd with 41 ECs. John Clay came in 4th with 37 ECs. John Q. Adams was declared Prez after a vote in the House. Posted by: Sharkman at August 21, 2020 06:00 PM (BM2fS) Posted by: runner at August 21, 2020 06:00 PM (7T5tR) 318
Put me in the camp that does not think the presidency goes to the Speaker. The House has a mandate to vote among the top three EC finishers, and they vote by state delegation, not by member.

Other places, too. Detroit used to be a magnificent and prosperous City of Lights. Silicon Valley is going to be Detroit in about 10 years, except without all the cool ruined architecture. Posted by: Rodrigo Borgia at August 21, 2020 06:04 PM (unn44) 338

Short answer, being shot in the head or chest area with a .45 FMJ will make you horizontal.

Democrats. How many fake ballots in November? 10 million? 50 million? 100 million? What's to stop them from generating mounds of fake ballots until they're done? They already tell us 2 + 2 = 5 every day. They'll point at the mounds of phony ballots and rage and screech about justice. Even if they somehow fail, and the fraud just isn't enough, if Trump wins they will denounce the election as illegitimate and run amok with violence until they're stopped, hard. Whoever wins, they're coming for you. Prepare. Posted by: Semi-Literate Thug at August 21, 2020 06:05 PM (dLSoa) 342

Scored some 380 thru AmmoMan.
Posted by: Diogenes at August 21, 2020 06:03 PM (axyOa) There are those who think .380 is barely enough, and those that disagree. To that end, ball ammo for the colder months. Posted by: OneEyedJack at August 21, 2020 06:07 PM (z79tQ) 346

Posted by: Diogenes at August 21, 2020 06:03 PM --- I have a metric crap ton of .380 on the shelf. I don't shoot it anymore and I only have my Glock 42 in .380 which I never take out to shoot anymore. It was my EDC gun in the 2 years after I destroyed my shoulder and went through surgery and physical therapy. It was about the most recoil I could handle through that period. Now I carry a 9mm Sig. Posted by: Mr. Scott (Formerly GWS) at August 21, 2020 06:08 PM (JUOKG) 348
Plenty of 38 special still on the shelves. And 9mm Bl*zer . They should be embarrassed and just quit making that crap.
Posted by: Weaning is hard at August 21, 2020 06:09 PM (2DOZq) 349
326 I have multiple emails from ammo companies coming in to me. A box of 9mm, or .45, or .556//.223 is off the hook. I'd have to go back and look but I think it's more than when TFG was all jacked up and ready to "take our guns" which never was real.
Ammo factories are running 24X7 and NOT keeping up with demand. Where exactly is all the ammo going? I hope to responsible gun owners, but I figure much of it will be to idiots. Posted by: Martini Farmer at August 21, 2020 06:01 PM (3H9h1) --------- You get a new gun, you are going to need ammo, otherwise why buy it? A glock 17? You need a 50 round box just to fill three magazines. You get two boxes and go to the range. Likely you come back dry. So you need another box or six. That is where a lot of this ammo is going. Your average gun owner goes through less than a box of ammo a year. Suddenly they realize they need more than that half box of .30-06 hunting ammo from 3 years ago if things go sideways. Maybe they need a box for their 9mm they haven't touched since they bought it in 2013? Posted by: rd at August 21, 2020 06:09 PM (+0uDE) 350
With the ammo advances, every caliber is lethal.

April 2021.. Joe Biden hasn't been seen in 6 weeks yet "announcements" or "proclamations" persist. VP Comma, La has all but assumed Presidential authority.
Yet. DOCTOR Jill Biden continues to assert without evidence that her husband is in control of his bowels. How effed up are things, because of the Commie Leftists ignorance of the law?
We are having to tell a nice lady like Jewells45 that ball ammo will kill people, too, just not as effective as hollow point ammo. Fuch the Left. Fuch them. I'm confident that Jewells45 would rather make us all a sandwich, than kill Leftists. I blame the Leftists. And I'm pretty sure that Jewells45 would rather talk about sandwiches than killshot effectiveness. Fuch Leftists. Posted by: LeftCoast Dawg at August 21, 2020 06:20 PM (df7zy) 355
A thought just occurred to me. Lots of people leaving NYC for other places. If they don't register at their new address, how are they able to vote?

If you build it (ginormous fraud factory of unfilled out ballots just waiting for somone to fill them out en masse and generally fuck with the mail after they're filled out) they will come.
