Another Corroborating Witness Says That Reade Complained of Sexual Harassment By Her Former Boss in the Mid-90s

Can't wait to see Chris Wallace and the Fox "Brain Room" scramble to come up with further reasons to suppress this story.

BI also spoke with a second person who remembers Reade telling them about sexual harassment in the mid-90s. Lorraine Sanchez worked with Reade in the office of California State Senator Jack O’Connell from 1994-96. She says Reade told her "she had been sexually harassed by her former boss while she was in DC." Sanchez told BI she doesn’t recall if Reade specifically mentioned Biden or the details of the harassment, but she does recall reassuring Reade that nothing like that would happen in O'Connell's office.

John Sexton adds:

The media’s excuse for protecting Biden from these allegations should be over. All of the excuses about Reade changing her story have to be put away now that we know her story has been consistent with what she is now saying since 1995. That means Biden is finally going to have to answer these allegations himself. It's about time. As Reade's neighbor said, "This happened."
Biden should be careful how he denies this. There could be several more people out there who Tara Reade told about this decades ago. And that’s not all the Biden camp should be worried about. Because one thing we’ve seen in previous cases of alleged sexual assault is that once the silence protecting a powerful public figure ends, additional accusers come forward. That could happen in this case too.

Sagaar Egreti of the Hill's vidcast pointed out that Biden's camp did not just deny the sexual assault -- they denied that any complaint of any sexual nature was ever made to them.

Given that Reade, for one, was conclusively complaining about sexual harassment and sexual assault, it seems preposterous that she's not telling the truth about having filed a complaint with Biden's office.

Which would make the Biden denial false.

And we could check the files to see if Reade filed a complaint... except that the University of Delaware, which has possession of the records, has decided that they will place the records under seal until Biden completely retires from public life.

America. Smallpox, being an airborne virus, is more contagious than the
flu. Smallpox kills approximately 1/3rd of the people who contract it,
while

horribly disfiguring most of those who survive. Bubonic plague - also
known as the Black Death - decimated the populations of Europe and Asia
during the middle ages, and while treatable today, was incurable in the
1790s.

Despite the existence of these horrific diseases, the founding fathers
of this country saw fit to give us the Bill of Rights. Among those
rights were the rights to peaceably assemble, and freedom of Religion.
Given the medical history at the time, there is no question that neither
the right to peaceably assemble, nor any other of the rights in the
Bill of Rights can be legally

suspended for medical reasons. Ones' rights do not cease to exist in an emergency.
There
is no question that house arrest is a form of punishment. For people
who live alone this punishment becomes solitary confinement, since they
are not allowed to have house guests or to visit others.

This general house arrest violates the Bill of Attainder prohibition in
the Constitution, since it punishes people by fiat, without due process.
What made it a particularly egregious violation of Article 1 Sections 9
10 of the Constitution, was that there was not even a crime
alleged before sentencing the general populace to house arrest

All of the Bill or Rights have been incorporated against the states;
that which is forbidden to the federal government is also forbidden to
the state and local governments.

The first amendment to the Constitution reads: Congress shall make no
law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free
exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press;
or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the
government for a redress of grievances.

The current house arrest deprives people of their first amendment rights without due process.

The
second amendment reads: A well regulated militia, being necessary to
the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear
arms, shall not be infringed.

The second amendment, which is evidently the Red Headed stepchild of
Constitutional rights, since it is kicked around and ignored at will,
simply because some people don't like it, was the very first amendment
to be violated by local governments in the current situation. Local
edict closed both gun stores and shooting ranges as "non-essential"
businesses before the local governments were forced to allow them to
reopen by the federal ruling which held them to, indeed, be essential.

The fifth amendment reads: No person shall be held to answer for a
capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or
indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval
forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or
public danger; nor shall any

person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of
life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a
witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property,
without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for
public use, without just compensation.

Clearly, the house arrest of the populace, by executive proclamation, deprives people of liberty without due process.

The
eighth amendment reads: Excessive bail shall not be required, nor
excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

Certainly,
confining the general populace in house arrest while convicted
criminals are set free is both Cruel and Unusual punishment, and thus a
violation of the eighth amendment.

The
ninth amendment to the Constitution states: The enumeration in the
Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or
disparage others retained by the people.

Among
the rights retained by the people is the right to trade one's legal
time and efforts to others in return for wages, or to create a company
which pays wages to people in trade for their legal time and effort.

The current de facto house arrest deprives people of those rights, and thus violates rights enshrined in the 9th amendment.

The above violations of Constitutional rights are forbidden by law: 18 U.S. Code 242:

"Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or
custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory,
Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights,
privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or
laws of the United States, or to different punishments, pains, or
penalties, on account of such person being an alien, or by reason of his
color, or race, than are prescribed for the punishment of citizens,
shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or
both; and if bodily injury results from the acts
committed
in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted
use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire,
shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years,
or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of
this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap,
aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual

The use, by
local government, of armed police officers to enforce their illegal
edicts, turns their violations of 18 U.S. Code 242 from misdemeanors
into felonies.
Please note that a violation of
18 U.S. Code 242 which results in death is a capital crime. Most
certainly, the wholesale confinement of the general population in house
arrest by local governments has directly resulted in the deaths - by
suicide, or by neglect - of individuals who would, otherwise, not have
died.

Local government officials
could have chosen legal means to attempt to solve the problems posed by
the Wuhan virus. Instead they indulged their worst tyrannical fantasies
by taking the most draconian and illegal set of options - short of
shooting kneeling Kulaks in the back of their heads - imaginable.

The Psychopaths used to do nursing home litigation which means I know (or used to know) a whooooole bunch about nursing home regulations and sanitation requirements and the like.

And guess what? If nursing homes were following protocols that are already required (Typhoid Mary type super spreader excepted) then these nursing home wildfires should not be happening.

Because, you see, the residents have to be exposed by someone and given how these cases are happening, it is 99.999% likely that exposure is by staff members.

Which raises all kinds of questions regarding the compliance by the nursing home with existing regulations.

The general populace has allegedly, been placed under quarantine in response to the Wuhan Coronavirus.

This is not a quarantine. A quarantine is a well-known procedure where
the ill are confined to separate them from the healthy general
population. Nor is what we are experiencing an "isolation". An isolation
is a medical procedure where unusually vulnerable people are protected
from possible infection by isolating them from the general population.

This current "lock down" is a non-judicial, house arrest of the innocent
general population done by executive fiat. This lock down of the
innocent occurred at the same time, or slightly before, actual,
convicted criminals, including convicted murderers, were released from
confinement.

It is critical to note that at the time the Bill or Rights was adopted,
that both smallpox and the bubonic plague were widespread diseases in
America. Smallpox, being an airborne virus, is more contagious than the
flu. Smallpox kills approximately 1/3rd of the people who contract it,
while

horribly disfiguring most of those who survive. Bubonic plague - also
known as the Black Death - decimated the populations of Europe and Asia
during the middle ages, and while treatable today, was incurable in the
1790s.

Despite the existence of these horrific diseases, the founding fathers
of this country saw fit to give us the Bill of Rights. Among those
rights were the rights to peaceably assemble, and freedom of Religion.
Given the medical history at the time, there is no question that neither
the right to peaceably assemble, nor any other of the rights in the
Bill of Rights can be legally

suspended for medical reasons. Ones' rights do not cease to exist in an emergency.
There
is no question that house arrest is a form of punishment. For people
who live alone this punishment becomes solitary confinement, since they
are not allowed to have house guests or to visit others.

This general house arrest violates the Bill of Attainder prohibition in
the Constitution, since it punishes people by fiat, without due process.
What made it a particularly egregious violation of Article 1 Sections 9
10 of the Constitution, was that there was not even a crime
alleged before sentencing the general populace to house arrest

All of the Bill or Rights have been incorporated against the states;
that which is forbidden to the federal government is also forbidden to
the state and local governments.

The first amendment to the Constitution reads: Congress shall make no
law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free
exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press;
or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the
government for a redress of grievances.

The current house arrest deprives people of their first amendment rights without due process.

The
second amendment reads: A well regulated militia, being necessary to
the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear
arms, shall not be infringed.

The second amendment, which is evidently the Red Headed stepchild of
Constitutional rights, since it is kicked around and ignored at will,
simply because some people don't like it, was the very first amendment
to be violated by local governments in the current situation. Local
edict closed both gun stores and shooting ranges as "non-essential"
businesses before the local governments were forced to allow them to
reopen by the federal ruling which held them to, indeed, be essential.

The fifth amendment reads: No person shall be held to answer for a
capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or
indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval
forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or
public danger; nor shall any

person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of
life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a
witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property,
without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for
public use, without just compensation.

Clearly, the house arrest of the populace, by executive proclamation, deprives people of liberty without due process.

The
eighth amendment reads: Excessive bail shall not be required, nor
excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

Certainly,
confining the general populace in house arrest while convicted
criminals are set free is both Cruel and Unusual punishment, and thus a
violation of the eighth amendment.

The
ninth amendment to the Constitution states: The enumeration in the
Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or
disparage others retained by the people.

Among
the rights retained by the people is the right to trade one's legal
time and efforts to others in return for wages, or to create a company
which pays wages to people in trade for their legal time and effort.

The current de facto house arrest deprives people of those rights, and thus violates rights enshrined in the 9th amendment.

The above violations of Constitutional rights are forbidden by law: 18 U.S. Code 242:

"Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or
custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory,
Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights,
privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or
laws of the United States, or to different punishments, pains, or
penalties, on account of such person being an alien, or by reason of his
color, or race, than are prescribed for the punishment of citizens,
shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or
both; and if bodily injury results from the acts
committed
in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted
use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire,
shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years,
or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of
this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap,
aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual
abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or
imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be
sentenced to death."

The use, by
local government, of armed police officers to enforce their illegal
edicts, turns their violations of 18 U.S. Code 242 from misdemeanors
into felonies.
Please note that a violation of
18 U.S. Code 242 which results in death is a capital crime. Most
certainly, the wholesale confinement of the general population in house
arrest by local governments has directly resulted in the deaths - by
suicide, or by neglect - of individuals who would, otherwise, not have
died.

Local government officials
could have chosen legal means to attempt to solve the problems posed by
the Wuhan virus. Instead they indulged their worst tyrannical fantasies
by taking the most draconian and illegal set of options - short of
shooting kneeling Kulaks in the back of their heads - imaginable.

The fictional children in Lord of the Flies could hardly have done worse.

He mentioned that more people are on the road and you see more people just out and about. I told him my guess is that Memorial Day is a hard limit both here and nationwide. the good and bad you get with Texas. It is good in many ways that there is less central control. The libertarian conservative ideal is for government to be as local as possible. But there is another side to that argument. The cities will always be blue and that is certainly true in Texas. The huge cities in Texas have never been more blue and way more lefty than they have ever been in history.

The governor of Texas is far from the most powerful governor. In fact I recall learning that the Texas governorship is one of the weakest in the nation. This is not about the person in charge but the structure of the office.

sorry for being wrong. But I was discussing a particular structure. There are times when it is better for the state to have control of the cities. I can think of two issues in the news today, one being of course anti 2a laws.

I am all in for smaller government. Trump has done more than some since he at least has cut a lot of regulations. I am not sure how much smaller government has become though. I guess when we consider the alternative if he loses, we will see this as small.

The key is going to be the lifting of the recommendation for "social distancing" and wearing masks.

My employer is putting in place new policies to allow those of us working from home for the past 7 weeks to come back to the office.

--- only 3 of the 20 or so entrances to the building will be open for entering of leaving
--- corporate issued masks will be issued to everyone upon entering
--- prior to entering, we will all have to use some cell phone app which has a questionnaire and some ability to take one's temperature and then spit out a green check mark or red x letting the person know they are healthy enough to be at work
--- corporate masks will be required to be worn all day
--- social distancing required everywhere... at your desk, when walking around the building and in conference rooms for meetings

I asked in the staff meeting this morning if these requirements were the "new normal" or were tied to government orders from Karen Witch-mer and the policies would end when the order ends.

Response I got was they did not know yet, but that's probably a good assumption.

Perry increased the power of the Governor over the bureaucracy, which gave the Guv a lot more control. The Lt. Governor is said to be more powerful because he doesn't just preside over the State Senate, he has a big say in what bills they can consider, and he also controls the State Budget process. It's as if the responsibilities of Mike Pence and Mitch McConnell were combined in a single office.

Consumer goods and food are fundamentally different categories, though. Most consumer goods we could do without for a fairly long time. Food... not so much.

Our big vulnerability is drugs, IMO. Nearly ever pharmaceutical we have is either manufactured in China or relies on precursors manufactured in China. It takes years to set up a drug production line, and millions of people are on drugs that need to be taken every day.

I was going up the aisle the wrong way, and a woman in a surgical mask looked up at me with wide, fearful eyes like some silent movie star trying to express abject horror.

She hunched and shrank away from me, as if I were Joe Biden about to shove my fingers into her.

I am THIS CLOSE to saying to someone - anyone! - in a surgical mask, "You don't really believe this shit, do you?"

Yeah, did he really do it? I dunno, I'm always skeptical of these kinda he said/she said claims about a high profile person. I mean it wouldn't exactly shock me to find out it was true, but its too easy to just accuse someone. Just because someone has been consistent in accusing someone over the years doesn't make it true.

As usual way late... but Trump said, When you are famous you can... GHBTP and it all good. In the context that women let famous or powerful men into places others don't travel. That in no way is him saying I do it or have done it. This is one of those things that has been reported wrong from the beginning and has gained "new truth". Especially considering the filth that has come out of hollywood since then... turns out Trump was just telling the story of the TV business.

I'm trying to figure out what on earth I think about this.

I'm always suspicious of these kinds of claims as they it's so easy to tarnish somebody's reputation YEARS LATER.

On the other hand -- the phone call from Reade's mother is pretty . . . well . ..odd...

And then on the other other hand, I have not thought her story sounded ONE BIT like Joe Biden, quite frankly. It's incredibly aggressive and arrogantly confident that he could get away with it.

And if he's the kind of man who does what she asserts he did -- there is NO WAY he hasn't had the brazen guts to do it to many.

Once they get away with that kind of behavior and think it's really cute and fun then they do it again and again until somebody rams their high-heeled spike shoe into his nether regions.

So then that makes me ask: where are all the other women coming forward?
