In 1995 this stuff wasn't nearly as litigious as it is today. I would have expected a complaint about someone who ultimately made the decisions in the organization to have gone nowhere. That was right about the time companies were starting to pay out big bucks for this sort of thing, and they hadn't yet started to react.

This current "lock down" is a non-judicial, house arrest of the innocent general population done by executive fiat. This lock down of the innocent occurred at the same time, or slightly before, actual, convicted criminals, including convicted murderers, were released from confinement. It is critical to note that at the time the Bill or Rights was adopted, that both smallpox and the bubonic plague were widespread diseases in America. Smallpox, being an airborne virus, is more contagious than the flu. Smallpox kills approximately 1/3rd of the people who contract it, while horribly disfiguring most of those who survive. Bubonic plague - also known as the Black Death - decimated the populations of Europe and Asia during the middle ages, and while treatable today, was incurable in the 1790s. Despite the existence of these horrific diseases, the founding fathers of this country saw fit to give us the Bill of Rights. Among those rights were the rights to peaceably assemble, and freedom of Religion. Given the medical history at the time, there is no question that neither the right to peaceably assemble, nor any other of the rights in the Bill of Rights can be legally suspended for medical reasons. Ones' rights do not cease to exist in an emergency. There is no question that house arrest is a form of punishment. For people who live alone this punishment becomes solitary confinement, since they are not allowed to have house guests or to visit others. This general house arrest violates the Bill of Attainder prohibition in the Constitution, since it punishes people by fiat, without due process. What made it a particularly egregious violation of Article 1 Sections 9 10 of the Constitution, was that there was not even a crime alleged before sentencing the general populace to house arrest All of the Bill or Rights have been incorporated against the states; that which is forbidden to the federal government is also forbidden to the state and local governments. The first amendment to the Constitution reads: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances. The current house arrest deprives people of their first amendment rights without due process. The second amendment reads: A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed. The second amendment, which is evidently the Red Headed stepchild of Constitutional rights, since it is kicked around and ignored at will, simply because some people don't like it, was the very first amendment to be violated by local governments in the current situation. Local edict closed both gun stores and shooting ranges as "non-essential" businesses before the local governments were forced to allow them to reopen by the federal ruling which held them to, indeed, be essential. The fifth amendment reads: No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation. Clearly, the house arrest of the populace, by executive proclamation, deprives people of liberty without due process. The eighth amendment reads: Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted. Certainly, confining the general populace in house arrest while convicted criminals are set free is both Cruel and Unusual punishment, and thus a violation of the eighth amendment. The ninth amendment to the Constitution states: The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people. Among the rights retained by the people is the right to trade one's legal time and efforts to others in return for wages, or to create a company which pays wages to people in trade for their legal time and effort. The current de facto house arrest deprives people of those rights, and thus violates rights enshrined in the 9th amendment. The above violations of Constitutional rights are forbidden by law: 18 U.S. Code 242: "Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or to different punishments, pains, or penalties, on account of such person being an alien, or by reason of his color, or race, than are prescribed for the punishment of citizens, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death." The use, by local government, of armed police officers to enforce their illegal edicts, turns their violations of 18 U.S. Code 242 from misdemeanors into felonies. Please note that a violation of 18 U.S. Code 242 which results in death is a capital crime. Most certainly, the wholesale confinement of the general population in house arrest by local governments has directly resulted in the deaths - by suicide, or by neglect - of individuals who would, otherwise, not have died. Local government officials could have chosen legal means to attempt to solve the problems posed by the Wuhan virus. Instead they indulged their worst tyrannical fantasies by taking the most draconian and illegal set of options - short of shooting kneeling Kulaks in the back of their heads - imaginable. The first amendment to the Constitution reads: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances. The current house arrest deprives people of their first amendment rights without due process. The second amendment reads: A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed. The second amendment, which is evidently the Red Headed stepchild of Constitutional rights, since it is kicked around and ignored at will, simply because some people don't like it, was the very first amendment to be violated by local governments in the current situation. Local edict closed both gun stores and shooting ranges as "non-essential" businesses before the local governments were forced to allow them to reopen by the federal ruling which held them to, indeed, be essential. The fifth amendment reads: No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation. Clearly, the house arrest of the populace, by executive proclamation, deprives people of liberty without due process. The eighth amendment reads: Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted. Certainly, confining the general populace in house arrest while convicted criminals are set free is both Cruel and Unusual punishment, and thus a violation of the eighth amendment. The ninth amendment to the Constitution states: The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people. Among the rights retained by the people is the right to trade one's legal time and efforts to others in return for wages, or to create a company which pays wages to people in trade for their legal time and effort. The current de facto house arrest deprives people of those rights, and thus violates rights enshrined in the 9th amendment. The above violations of Constitutional rights are forbidden by law: 18 U.S. Code 242: "Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or to different punishments, pains, or penalties, on account of such person being an alien, or by reason of his color, or race, than are prescribed for the punishment of citizens, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death." The use, by local government, of armed police officers to enforce their illegal edicts, turns their violations of 18 U.S. Code 242 from misdemeanors into felonies. Please note that a violation of 18 U.S. Code 242 which results in death is a capital crime. Most certainly, the wholesale confinement of the general population in house arrest by local governments has directly resulted in the deaths - by suicide, or by neglect - of individuals who would, otherwise, not have died. Local government officials could have chosen legal means to attempt to solve the problems posed by the Wuhan virus. Instead they indulged their worst tyrannical fantasies by taking the most draconian and illegal set of options - short of shooting kneeling Kulaks in the back of their heads - imaginable. I'm basing this on my late aunt, who had this problem, and my mom, who currently has this problem. It's really sad to experience. The people who are actually lying are the staffers, and Dr. Jill, who are trying to drag Joe over the nomination finish linfe. And, by the way, senility/dementia/alzheimers doesn't happen overnight. This was probably a mental decline that was evident over the last few years to those close to Biden. I suspect symptoms were showing up during the latter part of Joe's Vice Presidency.
