Omar has already been found guilty of improperly using campaign funds to pay her own personal expenses, including legal fees for one of her divorces. Mrs. Mynett’s divorce pleading alleges:If the $230,000 that Omar's campaign has paid to Mynett includes travel costs relating to romance rather than political consulting, or if the fees charged were inflated for the joint personal benefit of Mynett and Omar, it would represent another violation on Omar's part. An appropriate agency should investigate the appropriateness of the funds paid by Omar’s campaign to Mynett.
Beth Mynett is seeking primary physical custody of her and her husband’s son in part because of Tim Mynett's "extensive travel" with Omar, the document says. "Defendant's more recent travel and long work hours now appear to be more related to his affair with Rep. Omar than with his actual work commitments," the court papers state.
Ilhan Omar's campaign has funded $21,547 in travel for Tim Mynett's company starting April 1.

I think it was difficult for those of us outside the NYC/DC bubble to conceive of the idea that the whole entire thing was kabuki theater orchestrated by the liberals - that there was actually no conservative presence whatsoever in media or government leadership.
Because even a naturally suspicious guy like me would've called that idea absurd and impossible. There has to be some element of the conservative movement in the institutions... the whole system can't be completed subverted. Right?
Until I saw the whole show come to pieces before my very own eyes.

It's been 30 years, and people have forgotten that he didn't get bounced out of the race because of the affair with Rice; he got bounced because reporters had seen her with him, and asked him about it. So he denied it loudly and publicly, and even said "I challenge any reporter to follow me and try to prove any of these allegations!!!"
So unfortunately for him, some reporter said "ok, I'll try that" and came up with pictures of them together in just a couple of days, and all Hart could say was "well I didn't think anyone would really do it!!!!"
So Hart had to quit after the ridicule that was heaped on him after that ridiculous performance of his, not to mention the incredible arrogance he showed in blatantly lying in public, on an issue that was easily disproved. He was basically laughed out of the race at that point.
