The drug they use to induce is very natural and safe. Nothing to be afraid of. You can wiki 'oxytocin' to read up on it. Both of my children were induced because they were really big and my wife really small. Even at that, forceps were required.

Turned out in this case to be useful. The neck injury that Gray suffered in the van was catastrophic; no way he could move or speak after it happened. The bystander videos all show Gray speaking and resisting and moving his arms and legs as he's being put in the van, so the state couldn't credibly claim the cops caused the injury with their handling of him. It's just too bad there were no cameras in the back of the van; then we could have seen Gray attempting to stand (from where he'd been placed on the floor by the cops), and being flung into the side when the van turned or accelerated while moving through traffic.
It'll be interesting to see what this mixed-race jury does with the case. The evidence for the defense was pretty overwhelming. Plus, the state's own medical expert conceded that the neck injury could have been the result of an accident. There was no evidence at all that the cop deliberately tried to harm Gray, or even that he was negligent. The cop followed procedures, did what he'd been trained to do, and for this he is on trial for homicide. And all because Marilyn Mosby is a pandering, racist, dumbass with political ambitions.

You are right, it will happen, but we need to pay close attention to how it happens.
Be suspicious of every piece of news that comes from from every place. They all have their own agenda, and very rarely does it coincide with the Conservative base.
Just cuz BB has a piece up does not mean there is a war or rumor of war between Cruz and Trump.
Let one of them state that there is something going on.

I jump out of bed, grab flashlight, wander through house. "What has some cat done now?
I find nothing out of place until, in the front room, I see what looks like a large chunk of concrete in the middle of the floor. Turns out to just be a light piece of pumice we had on the shelf. And there's the little wood-and-cloth hammer for my grandmother's Chinese gong from the same shelf also on the floor.
And only the black kitty wandering around, the rest asleep.
I just can't figure out how she made that much noise!

It's not that.
The never-wases never was real candidates.
The sole purpose of "candidates" like Graham, Kasich, etc-
is to gobble up 1-3% outside their state and to win their state or put in a big showing if their states award delegates by percentage.
Then they can get behind Jeb! as the unity candidate.
Originally, this was done to prevent another Reagan-type conservative from seizing the moment and disrupting all of that sweet sweet graft and trough-gorging that a Jeb! or Christie or Rubio or Katich presidency would provide.
Trump blew all of that up.
That's why all of the never-wases and used-ta-bes, and midgets and pinky-raisers are still in the race.
The new strategy is to have a "conflicted convention' with no clear winner on the first ballot.
Then ***surprise*** Jeb! will emerge, even if he is at .00001% of the vote as the 'consensus candidate"-
and all of the squirmy little weasels still in the race will throw their delegates to him.
And it's "Candidate Jeb!".
Individually, the SLWs are nothing. Collectively, at 20% of the vote, they are a force and can command some some sweet graft or a do-nothing job from the GOPe and RNC.
The trick at this point is to drive both Jeb! and Rubio's numbers so low that this scenario will fail as well.
My state comes late win the primary season so by that point, my choices breakdown pretty easily-
Vote for Cruz (my #1)
or
if he's not catching fire-
Vote for Trump and hope I can frustrate the GOPe's "convention plan" to steal the election.
To this end I wish Carson would drop out (he's a spent force),
and some of the midgets would as well and throw their votes to Cruz.
We'll see, we conservatives need to be smart this cycle.
A "victory" may be Trump as Prez with Cruz as Veep.

The Chinese want to have the "rich" countries -- apparently they're not one of those -- foot the bill. No response reported from India.

Surprisingly, the dinner crowd says they have all followed the GOP debates closely (break now for fifteen minutes of shock and horror at Donald Trump) and there is general approval of the pablum GOPe's, Kasich, Christie etc. Some people even like those Republicans more than Hillary (break for general hubbub over that news!).
Surprise of the night: Cruz attracts some Democrats. Mildly, and not sure if they could ever vote for him, but he's not completely an alien life form. His patient style of campaigning, especially in contrast to the Trump Show, is reassuring.

Going thru Oil City on the way up, stopped for coffee and cigs, way pre-dawn, total dark, it looked like D-day with all the vintage jeeps.

7:00 am sharp and I hear the first shot, over a hill from where I am, big boom like a 30-06. Then all hell breaks loose. 360 degrees, shots all round, some guys working their bolts and levers quick. It's the Tet Offensive being performed by the bitter clingers of western Pennsylvania.
On a trail below me, 50 yards out, another doe parade is quickly stepping over a brook. They all go over, the last one looks back.
Boyfriend is behind, warily stepping into view. He stops. It's a downhill shot. He's not very big, but the spikes are clearly in view. I've shot at deer, but never killed one before. Pull on the trigger on the 94 when you thumb the hammer so there's no click.
Gun up. Breathe out slowly. Aim. He's looking right at me.

Morning, all!
Woke up today and started to make coffee, but then thought: does this caffeinated beverage help ISIL? Not sure, needed a second cup to ponder this.
Went to the grocery store, was checking out bacon and realized Muslims don't eat this: does it help ISIL divide us to consume such a polarizing meat?
Had to fill the gas tank, and as I did so I thought: does it help ISIL to use fossil fuels potentially from the ME?
When I paid for the gas I noticed the man at the counter was likely an immigrant from the ME, I had to sop and consider whether smiling and telling him "thanks" and "You, too" when he wished me a nice day: does this help or hurt ISIL?
And then it hit me: I don't give a cr@p whether my actions help or hurt ISIL, because I'm a free American. I'm going to live my life as I please, and think whatever I want to think. STFU, Barack!!

I've mentioned before, when we last had a cafe, we served "Quiche and Quinoa," and the sign said, "just say 'keesh and keen-wah'" - for the Okie crowd.
The most excellent little quichelet I just had was prepared a couple of days ago by Milady. About three minutes in the nuclear oven at half-power to re-heat. Great snack. It had shredded zucchini, no bacon, but, "zucchini" just didn't fit the meter of my little pome.

Not in the IWB configuration, although I should. One of these days I'll get around to getting one of their mag holders. I do when I'm open carrying or when I'm using the shoulder rig, just because there's somewhere for the mag(s). In the case of the shoulder rig, the two mags on the right help balance out the gun on the left.

I love Mark Levin. Out of all the talk radio hosts I have heard, he is the only one who truly understands the dire situation we are in. In fact, I think he's even holding back on what he'd really like to say.

Well, at least the guy is honest. Kelo was a good decision, from the viewpoint of a yuuuge! real estate developer. For the little guy, not so much.
As a Canadian who owns some property in the USA, that means I do have skin in the game, vis-a-vis Kelo, but I cannot vote, anyway. (nor should I) But, from where I sit, Kelo represents a vanishingly small risk of harming my wellbeing. But, left unchecked, illegal immigration could destroy the quality of life in the country, and do more to destroy the value of my property there than any number of bad eminent-domain cases ever could.
And as President, there is little that Trump could do to change the eminent-domain laws. That's in the hands of the courts and Congress. To me, it's a non-issue.

But, while electing Republicans is certainly not enough, it's just the first step in a two-stage effort. We have to push out the Democrats. Then we have to push out the RINOs and DIABLOs. The latter stage is the harder one, so a lot of weak sisters wilt during this part.
I just don't see a third party being viable at this time, not ruling it out, but nothing's on the horizon - and if we start splitting the party, we just hand it back to the Dems.
This isn't the whole answer, of course. Sour judgeships, entrenched bureaucracies, massive regulatory agencies all have to be rewritten. Only moving the window to the Constitutional conservative side will actually achieve any of this. And with the advanced battle line the commies have reached, it's going to be a powerful battle. But worth it. Lives, fortunes, and sacred honor, and all that.
Just armchair noodling. I'll simply leave it at that, and let the contrarian voices dissect me now. Bon appetit.

Centennial Cookbook
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
3 Tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
8 Tablespoons butter
2 apples, peeled and sliced thin
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
Preheat oven to 400 F. Combine eggs, milk,
flour, granulated sugar, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl or
blender. Blend and set aside. Melt the butter in a 9x13" glass baking dish.
Layer the apples in the melted butter and return to the oven until the butter
sizzles (do not let it brown). Remove the pan from the oven and immediately
pour the batter over the apples, then sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake for 20
minutes or until puffed and golden. Serve immediately with syrup.
(optional)Syrup:
Combine 1 cup firmly packed
brown sugar, ˝ cup orange juice and 2 tablespoons grated orange peel in a small
saucepan while the pancake is cooking. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.

The problem with this plan is that the worst D's are in districts we can't touch. Most of the ones we could pick off we already have. If you're looking for best cost/benefit, it's time to clean house of the opportunists who stuck an "R" by their name just to get and keep office. If you're looking to preserve and redeem the GOP, you have to get your brand back in order and that's where to start. Then we can figure out how to get out the flamethrowers and go all Iwo Jima on the Dems.

I went to a boy's camp very close by, right on the Allegheny river. Prior to my camp season, it was Joe Paterno's summer football training camp and during deer season it was a deer hunting camp.
Canoeing, horseback riding, shooting, archery - 8 weeks of FUN!
I had to have put on close to 1,000 miles on the river. Runs from Kinzua down to Tionesta. And the horseback rides up in the hills, what a gas galloping the gas pipeline.
We would go out deer spotting in the evenings. They're everywhere...
