"President" (lol) Brandon Brags: You're Welcome for the Inflation, America!

"President" (lol) Brandon made a bizarre boast yesterday -- on the day in which it was declared that 2021's inflation was the highest yearly inflation (7%) in 40 years, he actually bragged that December's inflation fell a bit from November's extremely high level.

President Biden
@POTUS

United States government official
Today’s inflation numbers show a meaningful reduction in headline inflation over last month. We are making progress in slowing the rate of price increases. But there is still more work to do -- I remain focused on lowering costs for families and maintaining strong economic growth.

If I remember right, November's monthly rate of 0.8% inflation was also the highest inflation since 1982. December's rate of 0.5% was in fact lower, but it's bizarre to boast, "At least last month we didn't beat a 40 year old record."

Perhaps "President" (lol) Biden should brag some more -- now it's announced that the Producer Price Index, the producer-side inflation metric, widely believed to be a more accurate gauge of inflation than the Consumer Price Index -- rose nearly ten percent in 2021, the highest level since we started coming out of the Little Depression of 2007-2008.

Wholesale prices surged nearly 10% last year -- their biggest increase in more than a decade -- but notched a smaller-than-expected gain during the final month, sparking hopes that the worst of inflation could be behind the US economy.

Yeah well we'll see about that, huh?

Most unexpectedly, unemployment claim rose again last week.

Stocks fell on all the great economic news.

Update: It's someone else's fault!, Brandon's puppeteers insist.

Charlie Spiering
@charliespiering

WH econ advisor Brian Deese tells reporters that inflation is a "global phenomenon" and an "unanticipated outcome" of the pandemic

"This has been a unique year," says Deese when asked to explain why they were wrong on inflation predictions

A couple of weeks ago "President" (lol) Brandon adopted the Wreckers & Saboteurs explanation always favored by communists to explain away communists failings and blame them on the newly-minted Enemies of the State. Whenever communism fails -- which is always -- they need scapegoats, and the communists always turn to "wreckers and saboteurs" -- those deliberately undermining and subverting the brilliant communist schemes -- as well as "hoarders" and other exploiters who are causing all the economic problems through their greed.

"President" (lol) Brandon picked up a rhetorical lifeline offered by fake Indian, Affirmative Action Stolen Valor Queen and socialist c*nt Elizabeth Warren, and blamed the soaring meat prices caused by Brandon's own policies -- dumping trillions of excess dollars into the economy while paying people not to work, resulting in staffing shortages, which results in rising costs -- on the nefarious scheming of "Big Meat" conglomerates.

Josh Wingrove
@josh_wingrove

(Bloomberg) -- President Joe Biden will announce plans Monday to combat the market power of the giant conglomerates that dominate meat and poultry processing, ratcheting up a months-long campaign that has blamed anti-competitive practices for contributing to surging inflation.

"President" (lol) Brandon continues to push this "meat prices are being driven by a nefarious conspiracy of ruthlessly greedy meat shysters" which is so utterly divorced from reality that even the Washington Post now notes how deranged it all is.

President Biden is facing mounting criticism for inflation's rise to its highest level since 1982. Unfortunately, the White House's latest response is to blame greedy businesses.

Economists across the political spectrum are rightly calling out the White House for this foolishness. Even some within the White House are questioning this approach, The Post reports.

Inflation, which was relatively low for years, did not suddenly rise in recent months because businesses decided now was the ideal time to squeeze their customers.

Strangely enough, the Washington Post is repeating a line from Ben Shapiro from January 3:

Ben Shapiro
@benshapiro

Amazing how all these companies simultaneously discovered greed at the same time Joe Biden's policies created massive inflation

10:12 AM Jan 3, 2022

And that inflation is making people poorer -- tangibly poorer. Really poorer.

Inflation in prices has reduced the buying power of Americans' wages, resulting in a reduction of real wages.

Christopher Weihs
@chrisweihs_

On average, real wages declined 2.4% from December 2020 to December 2021

Workers have gotten effective pay cuts in year 1 of the Biden presidency

Many corporations fall under the deceit that they will live forever, regardless of anything that happens on a national scale. There will always be a CEO, the stores will always stay open, and things will go in perpetuity.

So they line up with the Democrats and their Green New Deals and their Great Resets because the social justice activist wings control the purse and purchasing power, because they've been convinced by Millennial bean-counters that ESG is the future and actually makes them more money than their main focal point.

They think they can afford just a little more communism; no matter how entrenched they are, they can always fund one more project. Until they can't.

++++
Let's assume that's true. It is Big Meat driving up prices and putting the screws to consumers because they can because they posses either monopoly or cartel power.

The State/Party Complex would *never* do anything about it in that case. The system *adores* monopoly. Look at the Big Tech complex of narrow monopolies that work together in a broad cartel. This is an obvious problem that hugely anti-competitive, restrains trade and does incalculable harm to consumers and the public. And nothing is done about it, ever.

The Complex wants *more* monopoly, not less. They want more centralization, not less. Everything they do is in pursuit of objectives that are perfectly in line with what Brandon claims Big Meat is doing.

That's where I heard about this stuff, as well as on here. She writes:
"How does one take the Horse Paste form of Ivermectin?
"The tube that the horse paste comes in has a built in measuring 'clicker.' For reference, one tube is a single dose for a 1250 pound horse, so you know an adult human prophylactic dose will be roughly one-sixth of a tube, and an average human aggressive treatment dose will be roughly half of a tube.

"You just eat it. It does not taste good. Whatever. Just eat it."

Which is what I've been doing. Do you mean the 1.87% paste, the only paste they seem to have on those farm supply sites, is not *strong enough*?

334 and blamed the soaring meat prices caused by Brandon's own policies -- dumping trillions of excess dollars into the economy while paying people not to work, resulting in staffing shortages, which results in rising costs -- on the nefarious scheming of "Big Meat" conglomerates.

The Junta, via Green Policies, is communicating that poor ESG scores, high taxes (cattle head tax) and government mandated competing products (insects) will be levied on the meat industry.

The "Big Meat" conglomerates is real. Like pretty much every other industry, the past few years, the slaughter houses have been consolidating by buying up all of the smaller houses. Tyson and Pilgrim's Pride pretty much own the entire poultry market. Dittos with pork and beef packers. They even admit to the collusion by characterizing their industry as "well disciplined" - meaning that they control pricing the same way OPEC controls oil, by managing supply.

So because of the banking changes, the threats of massive taxes and poor ESG scores, no one wants to nor can get into the meat packing business. The current players are restricting the markets.

343 I think they want it to be so obvious when they steal the vote again and that he's the one benefiting will make it hurt all the worse.

I really have very little belief that the National system of voting will be done everywhere properly and accurately.

Some places will and some places won't. And the places that won't will be the crucial ones that tip the balance. That's all they need is a few votes at the right time and the right place to make an effect.

They will make it impossible for people to not try and fix the electoral college system and that's when the real cheating will begin. That's where they will fix things so that the left has a permanent advantage. Just as they did in California. People can vote for Republicans but they way they apportion votes eliminates them from contention for the office and thus we have a state that is now run entirely by Democrats.

This is what they have planned for the nation. This Voting bill is just a ruse a head fake. What they want is a change in the electoral college system.That's been their lodestone for years. Notice they haven't said much for a few years about it. Interesting?

348 Rep Sinema makes it clear Biden/Harris' pressure campaign against her hasn't changed her opinions at all.

"There's no need for me to restate my longstanding support for the 60-vote threshold to pass legislation. There's no need for me to restate its role in protecting our country from wild reversals of federal policy," she said, Fox News reported. "This week's harried discussions about Senate rules are but a poor substitute for what I believe could have and should have been a thoughtful public debate at any time over the past year."

"But what is the legislative filibuster, other than a tool that requires new federal policy to be broadly supported by senators, representing the broader cross-section of Americans... Demands to eliminate this threshold from whichever party holds the fleeting majority amount to a group of people separated on two sides of a canyon, shouting that solution to their colleagues," she said.

Bimectin is a trade name. The active ingredient is Ivermectin, which is what it says on the tin. The stuff with other active ingredients (also called "plus" in a lot of brands) is usually to add treatment for liver flukes. You *don't* want the other ingredient, and it costs more. Don't get the various "plus" forms and just the stuff where the only active ingredient is Ivermectin.

Yep, they were begging in LA this past summer, and it's not going to get better. Soon, people will be killing each other over the free charging stations. And, CA is mandating the damned things. No doubt, it's all part of the plan to just take you off of the roads when it becomes illegal to charge your car between certain hours - or even at home. Too bad, sucker! And then they'll suddenly discover - like CFL's - these things are shit for the environment, and you have to pay $10k to get rid of your car when the battery inevitably dies.

Hell, not being able to safely keep your damned car in the garage is enough reason to not have one.

People. What was one of the main things we saw on 1/6? People climbing the walls to get in.

The white house has windows at floor level and although they may be toughened, eventually enough people at enough places could break in. I believe they are putting up some hidden people stopper. Physical preventive for people to get close to the windows/walls.
Perhaps even electrification and/or gas dispersement. And then there the age old enfilade windows so that the walls can be covered all along the face. Put up a corner tower with weapons slit covering the face of each wall. Auto fired from a command location or automatic self guided turn on and forget. Anything comes with in a distance of the wall gets fired on.

Here in the SF Bay Area, every damned company has a charging station in their parking lot. Even the tiniest Apple offices have half a dozen. And many of the malls as well have either an anchor store or Tesla station somewhere.

And, that's the bubble a lot of these people are living in at the moment. I know Toyota for one are working on solid state batteries, but you're really robbing Peter to pay Paul when it comes to different materials - other than adding stability - which is definitely a plus. Many folks here will be charging at work - in many cases shitbags like Apple have giant solar panels just for their charging stations. The others that rely on PGE? They might just wind up making those upper management perks.

604 Regarding inflation and the markets, I see a lot of people are relying on the Fed to step in--what happens if it does not or cannot?

People need to take black swan occurrences into their financial planning and figure out of the box solutions. For example the old saw of holding cash during inflationary times--perhaps if you held currency other than US such as Swiss francs, the equation might be different on holding currency instead of stock.

Not all countries are experiencing the inflation that we are getting simply because we inflated the money supply-other countries have not. Same as considering international stocks as a safe haven--it depends on whether that firm relies on US import revenue. Essentially, the dollar has been plundered for years by trade imbalances with our trading partners--what happens if the dollar is no longer treated as necessary for international exchange? For example, see what happened to the UK and its companies after the pound lost its reserve status post WWII.

The major issue in black swan occurrences is the failure of the market to value risk appropriately. Make sure not to make that mistake in any financial planning.
