Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | The Morning Report - 11/18/21"Sorry, Your Honor. Let's get back to justice. What is justice? What is the intention of justice? The intention of justice is to see that the guilty people are proven guilty and that the innocent are freed. Simple, isn't it? Only it's not that simple. However, it is the defense counsel's duty to protect the rights of the individual, as it is the prosecution's duty to uphold and defend the laws of the State. Justice for all. Only we have a problem here. And you know what it is? Both sides wanna win. We wanna win. We wanna win regardless of the truth. And we wanna win regardless of justice, regardless of who's guilty or innocent. Winning is everything!"In our case, the "we" poor old Arthur is referring to is not the royal "we" since it is plain as day, at least to me, that there is no equivocation. There are no shades of gray. The "we" is the anti-American Leftist/globalist enterprise. They crave power by any and every means necessary. The only difference between now and 1979, when And Justice For All was released, is that the American Left is now out in the open about it. At least those who are honest about who and what they are and what they want. Yet the Enemy is in some sort of intermediate stage of metamorphosis. It's hypocrisy wrapped in a cocoon of projection as the chest-bursting acid of reality reveals the Jame Gumb death's head moth about to emerge. On the one hand, freaks and monsters like Rustoleum Jeri-Curl Nikole Hannah Jones and Ibram X. Krement condemn America as a land built and founded on slavery after it was stolen from the indigenous natives and then raped for its oil and coal on the backs of white slave traders. On the other hand, you have execrable criminals like Malig-Nancy Pelosi, Schiff-for-Brains and of course Joe and Kamala - aka "Shits and Giggles" - crying about "preserving our precious democracy" from the insurrectionists who attempted to overthrow it on January 6th (that they themselves orchestrated the "riot" with the help of the FBI is not to be mentioned, of course). As Huey Long, himself a megalomaniacal Democrat tyrant (but I repeat myself) who fancied himself an emperor even as he proclaimed "every man a king" is purported to have said, "When fascism comes to America, it will be wrapped in an American flag." And "Sure, we'll have fascism in this country and we'll call it anti-fascism." Give that man a kewpie doll! Meanwhile as you ponder that, not only is Zhou Bai-Din strangling our fossil fuel industry and driving up the cost of basically everything, you'll be happy to know that he's at least tapping into our Strategic Petroleum Reserve -- and shipping the oil to the Chi-Coms. Not to worry though. While cleaning out the freezer at some lab in Pennsylvania, two vials of smallpox were discovered. Yes, the same smallpox that wiped out millions throughout human history and that only two vials are supposed to be left. And neither of them in a freezer in PA next to the Birdseye frozen cream corn. Ho. Lee. Fook.

Woke 'Social Emotional Learning' nonsense "is being presented as factual to very young children."
Documents Reveal Kindergarteners Being Forced To Learn About Transgenderism The sad thing is that all these "reveals" means not that this is just happening in our schools now, but rather that it has been happening for years (decades?) and people are just bothering to find out about it now. Better late than never, I guess. But once this shit is entrenched in the system - teachers, principals, school boards, departments of education, not to mention the nation's culture - it is going to take a massive effort to expel it from the system. If you were running the CDC and had possession of two vials of smallpox, you would keep them under lock and key. Know exactly where they are at all times. Never let them travel from their designated lab, which is named in a treaty for crying out loud, and have a process for governing their research use.
All of that the CDC did not do. How long was the smallpox missing? No one knows. How did it get to Pennsylvania? No idea. What controls there on its use? Not a problem, don't worry your pretty little prole head. Posted by: Huck Follywood at November 18, 2021 07:44 AM (PUXju) 47

The Empire, that is, the Garland Justice Department, is striking back, claiming that in raiding O'Keefe's home, it 'complied with all applicable regulations and policies regarding potential members of the news media in the course of this investigation, including with respect to the search warrant at issue.'
But didn't comply with the law. SO is it part of "regulations and policies" for the Deep State to perform protected espionage for a private business? If the NYT sent out some mechanics to break into occupied PV homes, wouldn't the residents of those homes have the lawful authority to use lethal force against the intruders? The state limits the type of gasoline to a specially-formulated blend known as CARBOB, which is too expensive for most outside producers to make and deliver -- so has to be made in-state. Hmmm, I wish they would tell us what type of crude is in the strategic reserves. Wonder if its made up with a bunch of our domestic sweet crudes from N Dakota and Texas. Big problem we have with the domestic crudes here in the states is we do not have the refining capacity to handle the sweeter crudes we produce. Most of the refining capabilities for sweet is on the east coast.(this was because we used to get a majority of our sweet from Nigeria) Refineries in the gulf have wanted to upgrade but you have the problem of killing off of future exploration, getting permits to upgrade and of course enough pipeline to keep the refineries supplied. Wonder why they're killing the Keystone? I bet this is one thing among many to do with it. They're not going to make it feasible for gulf refineries to upgrade for handling the sweet if the Keystone is not completed. That pipeline doesn't just benefit the Canadians it benefits us to with our own crude.

What will not happen is them papering over what they're doing and how it's affecting every citizen with the changing of Harris for Biden or Bootybutt for Harris. You can make an argument that buying into an adult's delusions sets him on a path likely to end in failure, depression and suicide is bad policy and should be avoided. Kids are different. Kids are unsophisticated and mentally incapable by definition. Kids also want to please their adults. Encouraging this "transition" nonsense in children is far worse than doing so for adults. What so many are doing isn't even responding to some signal, it's implanting a signal that they then respond to. Yesterday's tomboy is today's trans male, and that's a disaster. And anything a kid does - a girl who wants to run with the boys, or a boy who wants a toy vacuum cleaner - can be identified as "trans" and therefore kick off a life-destroying sequence of events. It's almost like encouraging transgenderism isn't an act of love, but an act of hate that sets people on a path to never address the underlying mental issues that convince them that they live in the wrong body. Almost.
To people of faith, we immediately recognize this as the continued attack on Imago Dei. In short, its classified as spiritual warfare. I don't expect the unregenerate to understand. The idea is to teach people to hate their own body, their own self, not because of their own sin, but because of something that they were born with (other than sin nature). When a person is irredeemable, then they seek redemption that can't be obtained, it becomes a cycle of destruction driven by desperate nihilism. Basically, they have as much hope as the demons that were cast out of Heaven, and thus become desperately wicked. Kids are different. Kids are unsophisticated and mentally incapable by definition. Kids also want to please their adults. Encouraging this "transition" nonsense in children is far worse than doing so for adults. What so many are doing isn't even responding to some signal, it's implanting a signal that they then respond to.
-- I'll reiterate this story again, but every person with children should be well aware of what's happening. I'm in a red state. I was recently at my dentist's office and my hygienist and I were talking. She has a granddaughter about 10 years old whom she takes to school a couple days a week. Her granddaughter has been "teaching" her about pronoun usage, and how to use them with regard to gender identity. This young girl is now also unsure about what gender she wants to be. If we think this garbage isn't having an effect on kids, it's our downfall. I was absolutely horrified to hear this story. Just an average young girl in a nice, conservative state...with her head now filled with gender identity, pronouns, and questioning her own sex. The defense for Kyle Rittenhouse has done a poor job of separating the forest from the trees.
The simple question that should have placed before the jury was this: After seeing numerous videos, placing yourself in Kyle Rittenhouse's place, would you have felt in fear for your life? In can be debated, the wisdom of entering into a street mob scene with the intent to help fellow men, both in defense of their livelihood as well as in support that may have incurred injury. But what can not be debated is that the scene was chaotic, incendiary (in more than one way), and life-threatening. Set aside individual moments and look at the whole. The average juror sat at home as the streets of Kenosha burned, out of fear. The jury should not be permitted to ignore their own intrinsic fear of what could happen in such an environment and the fact that they, themselves, also acted out of fear for their own safety. Their actions took a different form, cowering in place in their homes, than did Kyle. But their fear was as real as his. They should have been brought to face that reality. He truly feared for his life, as they did. Posted by: Bitter Clinger at November 18, 2021 08:48 AM (7F9te) 368

Exactly. That is why I have no sympathy for the people of Kenosha. They elected the depraved criminals running the city into the ground. They passively stood back and watched their city burn, their police stand around hands in pockets doing nothing. Kyle's real sin was going into a city where he and his kind are hated and despised. School board meeting tonight. Parents have been letting it be known we are sick of the mask mandate, which is tentatively scheduled to possibly lifted n 2022, but only if covid cases drop below 0.0001%. The woke school board has announced there will be metal detectors and extra security guards (not making that up.) I'm wondering if the FBI will show up cleverly disguised as parents with dark sunglasses and walkie-talkies.

Right now I've been in a pissing match with the west coast VP of the Boilermaker Union.(I'm a Union Steamfitter here in the Bay Area) Had the balls to say Bidens policies have nothing to do with the price of energy/gas. Said since he negotiates contracts with oil companies he knows why prices are the way they are. I called him out to explain to us rubes why, unless its some top secret he cant divulge. Prick actually deleted his comments my question was attached to. Apparently he didn't want his membership, that was part of the conversation, to find out he was full of shit.

Posted by: Too Bad Costa Rica Sucks at November 18, 2021 09:07 AM (oWBc3) And this is the number that proves that high oil and gas prices ARE this administrations fault. Because demand is always so high worldwide, oil prices are very sensitive when we are right at the edge of oversupply/undersupply. Trump helped push the markets into oversupply, which sent prices tumbling. Now the Biden admin has managed to cut 1.4 million BOPD from US production, and that was enough to push the world into undersupply. Prices will not just be high, but continue to rise as long as this persists. An eventual price of $200 per barrel (roughly $10 per gallon of gas at the pump) is not impossible. In fact, the hard core leftists even want this - but its starting to down on some of the less stupid ones that they are creating the conditions for a massive revolt against them. Wanna hear a joke? Here's a joke.
A man is on an airplane when he sees a beautiful woman walking toward his seat. As luck would have it, she takes the seat next to his. Eager to say anything at all, he blurts out, "are you traveling for business or pleasure?" "Business," she replied. "I am going to Boston for the convention on nymphomaniacs." Astounded at his potential good fortune, he asked, "What is your business at the convention?" "A lecturer informed by my experience," she replied. "For example, many people think Africans are best endowed, but it's actually American Indians. Many people think the French are the best lovers, but it is actually Jewish men. The southern hillbilly has the best stamina." Then she blushed and continued, "I'm sorry. I shouldn't be telling you all of this." The man nodded calmly and replied, "That's just fine, miss. Funny about Newsome - what everyone in the industry has known for 20 or 30 years now ; California, for environmental reasons, shut down almost all of its oil refineries years ago, and never allowed any new ones to be built. It's expensive to send tankers through the Panama canal, and the big ones don't fit anyways. They don't want any new pipelines, either.
So almost *all* gasoline in California comes from Chinese owned refineries in the Philippines and other out of the way Pacific places that the enviros pay no attention. When anyone buys gasoline in California, they are paying for oil to be pumped out of the ground, shipped 12,000 miles to the Philippines, refined, and shipped 10,000 miles back to California. And of course at whatever price those owners (who are mostly NOT the major oil companies) want to charge. there Newsome, I've done your investigation for you. My impression was that it's supposed to be a mechanism for the President or Governor to give direct orders to all employees of the Executive Branch, not some extralegal means of applying an edict to the population at large. A big-brush, super visible way of applying a policy, not a law in and of itself. It doesn't actually seem that way, though. @521 Tom Servo-California still has refineries here in the Bay Area and Long Beach California. Chevron/Richmond actually talked about moving its refining process over to China back in 2009 when their Modernization Project was first shut down due to the city extorting money from them at every turn. The Modernization Project fired back up in 2017.
They are trying to shutdown the refineries here where I'm at through new emission regulations that would turn the lights out on refineries. They're trying to do this through the Bay Area Air Quality Management District. Our unions had to put up quite a fight last year to stop it. If the Supreme Court does not have the power of judicial review (from Marbury v Madison), then there is nothing to stop the legislature from completely ignoring the Bill of Rights.
They could, and would, outlaw all firearms, censor "hate" speech, restrict religion, hold people without bail, trial contact, or lawyers, charge people for crimes they make up later, impose outrageous punishments, and ultimately condemn people with their entire families by majority vote of Congress, all without any possibility of legal recourse. The courts would be rubber stamps for tyranny. Yesterday in the Morning Rant, OregonMuse mentioned creating the legal framework being used by the current regime by over-support of law and order versus civil liberties. The objection to judicial review is that on mega-steroids. Posted by: Sam at November 18, 2021 10:54 AM (ohyxL) 583

Only problem with the notion that these "confirmation" rumors is about Biden leaving, Kamala elevating to POTUS and then having to confirm a new VP is that Kamala Harris isn't just worse than Biden, she's a LOT worse. And clearly, everybody knows it. That's how, while doing literally nothing, her approval is a full 10 pts lower than Biden's. I don't see any way anyone is strategizing about how to proceed after Kamala Harris becomes President. The US federal government is officially KAPUT if they have to elevate that moron to POTUS.
Posted by: deadrody at November 18, 2021 11:25 AM (/jrmI) 585
And they get overturned in the Courts.
There is a pending 2nd Amendment case right now. Without judicial review, the Supreme Court has no power to do anything other than decide if the law is being properly applied. They could not declare it unconstitutional and void the law. And so carry permits would remain forever subject to discretion and proof of need. I do not see how that would be a win. I suspect the smallpox story is probably crap at some level, but as usual, like with $10 gas in Lancaster, we'll have to wait for someone to sort it out.

"Not to worry though. While cleaning out the freezer at some lab in Pennsylvania, two vials of smallpox were discovered."
Read the fucking story before you post. It's smallpox vaccine, not the smallpox virus. Moron is too kind a word for the idiot posting this. Posted by: Tired of this Shit at November 18, 2021 11:52 AM (QVCVo) 588
