She's calling Biden a racist again, and as the 50 year olds pretending to be 15 year olds on Twitter say, I am here for it.

Sources close to Vice President Kamala Harris have a new explanation for her extreme unpopularity: The Biden administration only defends white men.
Staffers and allies of Harris believe her disastrous first year as vice president is in large part due to racial discrimination from President Joe Biden and his office, a new CNN report claims. One former aide to Harris noted the "specific energy that the White House brings to defend a white man, knowing that Kamala Harris has spent almost a year taking lots of the hits that the West Wing didn't want to take themselves." That white man, Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg, faced criticism for taking months off the job in order to care for his newborns without informing the public, only for Biden press secretary Jen Psaki to call his decision an example of how he is a "role model" for Americans.
Harris faces "constant" "racism" from "Republicans and right-wing media," according to CNN (which declined to cite any specific examples), over the handling of her wide-ranging portfolio, which includes solving the "root causes" of the border crisis, the future of national security in space, dramatically reforming voting rights, accelerating the rate of COVID-19 vaccinations, pushing for more unionization in the labor force, and closing the "digital divide." Her lack of progress in virtually all of these areas is well documented, although CNN's sources contend that is because her "staff has repeatedly failed her" and that Biden has not "adequately prepared or positioned" her for success.

Last time Kumala called Biden a racist, she later laughed it off, saying "It was a debate! It was a debate!"

I believe this means she thinks that lying is a normal and acceptable tactic in a debate, as bluffing is a normal and acceptable tactic in poker.

So we are now not in a debate. Does this mean her current charge of racism is For Real? Or will she later say, "It was just an attempt to Reframe the Narrative! It was just an attempt to Reframe the Narrative!"

Kumala sucks. But she's advanced to a position where she's confronted by problems she can't suck her way out of. Per the Peter Principle, she has been promoted to her level of incompetence, and there are no higher-ranking peters she can latch on to to disguise her incompetence any longer.

I fumed about this yesterday -- the constant shriek from leftwing identity-politics-deranged women and minorities that, despite being Stronk and Empowered and Being Twice as Good But Getting Half the Pay and Recognition, that if they don't succeed on their own merits, it's because White Men weren't eager enough to Hand-Hold them while doing their jobs and Make Them Succeed.

Or "position them for success," as Kumala's defender says.

Below, what I wrote yesterday, in a post that got a bit stomped by the trail. It's mostly about a very #Based Boyscast podcast about eternally-complaining women.

This is very much a complaint rooted in feminist grievance -- if a woman isn't succeeding, it's because men aren't playing Daddy Do-Right to her and hand-holding her through a job she was appointed to for diversity points to make sure she succeeds (but doing so invisibly so that she succeeds "On Her Own").

That's in my mind because of this discussion in the Boyscast of feminist whine-merchants complaining that the world of NFTs -- digital art -- is being gatekept from women precisely because there are no gatekeepers at all, and thus no figures of authority to pass our Diversity Slots or offer up Charity Funding.

The article points out that only 5% of the people in NFT are women -- but at a recent NFT convention, 20% of the speakers were women.

That proves that where there are gatekeepers, the gatekeepers work to significantly overrepresent women and artificially increase their presence.

So the real complaint is that there aren't enough gatekeepers holding open the gates for women and even simply carrying them over the threshhold.

When these endlessly-aggrieved whining losers complain they're being "kept out" of an industry or even a hobby (such as hiking or birdwatching!), what they really mean is that White Men aren't actively begging them to join and cooing "You can do it! You go girl! YASS KWEEN SLAY!" and hand-holding them and mentoring them and basically acting like their Daddies, patiently teaching them and instructing them and even supporting them financially, despite being strangers with no emotional or filial or sexual investment in them whatsoever.

Sorry for the tangent. The whole podcast is kind of about that. Near the end of the show they discuss an article about "investment advice" from Elle Magazine's "ElleVest" vertical. Instead of providing women with actual advice about investment from an actual woman who invests money, Elle... hired another low-level Grievance Studies blogger to complain about the anti-woman hostility of the language of investment, complaining that terms like "bull," "alpha, "pump-and-dump" were toxically masculine.

Yes, that's what's going to get women to be investment self-starters: more whining about trivial language-policing micro-bothers.

Hey, I've got a weird idea -- maybe if women were encouraged by other women to actually take an interest in these things instead of being encouraged to waste their time with stupid low-IQ blogbait, more women would enter these fields.

Maybe the primary gatekeepers keeping women out of these fields and hobbies are... other women.

That's probably secondary. If I had to guess, the primary reason is because sound financial advice for most normal people is stuff like "save money for emergencies" and "save money for retirement" and "don't spend more than you earn" and "save up for big-ticket items rather than using credit" and "don't use credit to finance consumption purchases" and stuff like that. In short: "be responsible and take care of yourself. Get professional help where needed for tough stuff like retirement." That's what most people need to hear, and most people don't need much more than that.

But that isn't a fun message. It isn't a message people like. And I guaran-damn-tee you that the typical Elle reader would *despise* such a nasty and unfair message.

When Big Boss at the Psychopaths used to introduce me to people as his protege, I was honored not because look the daddy figure likes me but because he was an extremely accomplished litigator and it would have been idiotic of me not to learn everything I could from him. It made the firm money for me to learn and him to teach me. It was win win

It was also hilarious when he would do so in front of his actual children who worked for him. When they would get mad that he liked me more then them, I would point out that a. he didn't raise me so he saw me as an adult, not his child who snuck in after curfew and II. I did what he said, unlike what they did and of course he liked me more.

I think this means that they've already found KR not guilty on the homicide counts, and are puzzling over the instructions whether they have to consider the "lesser included" charges of "recklessness" if they've found NG by reason of self defense. I think the self defense charges were pretty clear, and the elements (or lack thereof) extremely clear, and the instructions on the lesser included very convoluted.

This is my take anyway. I just dont know whether if they acquit on the major counts and hang on the lower, they get to retry for only the ones they hung on, or whether the acquittals on some counts accrue double jeapardy

I don't think the "not guilty of murder but no self-defense" folks will be able to reconcile that discrepancy as deliberations drag on though. It may seem like a natural compromise, but logically, it's hard to get around the fact that you've let the guy go on the principle murder charge, and you've gotta keep asking yourself, or holdout jurors, why.

Not a bad description. On the meta level, the big problem with the jury system today is that it depends on the existence of a coherent shared culture and sense of identity. Without that - when society is fragmented - the idea of random people being able to agree on anything becomes impossible. In Afghanistan, no one would ever let a Pashtun sit in on the trial of Tajik, for example - he would screw the other tribe member over just because he hates all of them.

But this diagnosis just leaves us with a bigger problem - if juries don't work anymore, what do we replace them with? There aren't any good answers out there.

506 I still think is all part of an ongoing internal war between the Clinton camp and the Obama camp. Currently, Obama is using the DOJ to destroy Hillary. In response (and keep in mind that Harris is very much an approved pawn of the Clinton camp) Harris is putting pressure on the Biden (Obama surrogate) camp by distancing herself and making it appear perceptible for Biden to be sent on his way. She seems to be going out of her way to make him look incompetent...or merely publicize his actual incompetence. Biden's numbers are in the tank...and the only diehards propping him up are the press and the radicals. She's doing all she can to turn them too.

This is an internal war using cat's paws. Still fun to watch.

The reason that the Democrats and Media are calling Rittenhouse a White Supremacist and letting everyone believe that he killed 3 black guys, is that in their belief system, Kyle strapped on his gun and crossed state lines to go to a Kenosha with the hope of lighting up some black protesters. In other words, he went to Kenosha because he had every INTENTION of killing some black people--but the three white guys got in his way.

"Going after"? I don't think FDR and his VPs liked each other much; I don't think he approved of Truman and vice versa. Kennedy and LBJ were not fans of each other, either. But I don't think we had stories like these, open public criticism between president and VP.

The FBI sent an HRT team to rescue no hostages - but they did end up assassinating an unarmed house-wife holding an infant from 100 yards. All because the husband cut down two shotgun barrels for them.

After that - they burned a few hundred people alive - because some of those inside might be getting molested.

After that - they pulled a siege on a rancher for a while - because he wouldn't sell out when everyone else around him did.

We're not in the "beginning".
