Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | BLM Leader Threatens "Riots, Fires, Bloodshed" After Sit-Down With Incoming NYC Mayor Eric AdamsIn other words, he's threatening Fiery But Mostly Peaceful Terror Protests. Adams, who is black and a Democrat, is also a former NYPD police captain, and ran on a platform of restoring peaceful order to the city and cracking down on the surging crime.A Black Lives Matter leader vowed there’ll be "riots," "fire" and "bloodshed" if Mayor-elect Eric Adams follows through with his promise to bring back plainclothes anti-crime cops to battle New York's surge in violent crimes. New York BLM co-founder Hawk Newsome debated the plan for a return to tougher policing with Adams during a contentious sit-down at Brooklyn Borough Hall Wednesday that was livestreamed on Instagram. Although Adams found common ground with the activists on plans to fight poverty in the black community, the former NYPD captain said he'll be reinstating a revamped version of the undercover anti-crime unit that was disbanded at the height of widespread police protests last year. "If they think they are going back to the old ways of policing then we’re going to take to the streets again," New York BLM co-founder Hawk Newsome said outside Borough Hall after the meeting. "There will be riots. There will be fire, and there will be bloodshed," he threatened.Remember, Kyle Rittenhouse is a domestic terrorist "who had no business being on the streets," but this guy is a legitimate protester who has every right to be on the streets to exercise his first amendment right to set fires, throw stones through department store windows, and kill people. Kyle Rittenhouse's mere presence was a threat, but this guy's actual threats are just a present. Comments(Jump to bottom of comments)Posted by: David French at November 12, 2021 03:37 PM (sGnvY) 2

++++ Yes, this is correct. One is an arm of the Complex, and the other is not. Remember, BLM and Antifa are the same as the KKK. They serve the same purpose. They're the armed terror division of the Party and the conceal their identities while brutally enforcing Party objectives with state support (or at least state non-interference). Probably more than one put down that way, unfortunately. The first such suppression will be seen as an outlier, and the reality that "it could happen to you" won't really sink in for many would-be rioters after the first such instance. Too many will assume that it was a one-off, and those who ordered the suppression will be punished. Posted by: junior at November 12, 2021 03:48 PM (R7Ov8) 69
Fascinating Case decided today, Truck Trailer Manufacturer Association vs EPA. It's a case that will seem highly technical and dull, but I'll argue that it's a very important case that you'll hear a lot more about in the future.
The D C Circuit Court - which specializes in Govm't Cases and is almost *never* overturned (kind of like a Supreme Court Lite) invalidated an EPA regulation today covering truck trailers because the "EPA exceeded the authority granted to it by Congress" why significant - this dovetails very nicely with the pending review of of the EPA's CO2 emissions rules for power generators, and also with whether OSHA can mandate vaccines. Take all 3 of these together and they could turn into something Really Big - a change in how the Bureacracy is allowed to operate. Posted by: Tom Servo at November 12, 2021 03:48 PM (trdmm) 70

Horseshit. When that society is filled with cowards, nothing will happen. Maybe a few meaningless columns threatening a Mean Look or a stern talking-to. Nothing is gonna happen. Or more specifically, just the white ones? Or will they target Jews first? Huh. The "Safer Federal Workforce Task Force" changed the contractor requirement (did it on the 10th, two days ago). The deadline is no longer December 8th, it's now January 18th.
My guess is either: 1. The companies screamed so loudly about workforce losses that they pushed it back to buy time and see if things change, as well as assess the outcome of pending litigation 2. There was so much blowback over firing people at Christmastime that they elongated the compliance window to keep "this man worked for his firm for 30 years and was fired just before Christmas and also lost his Christmas bonus and his kids are gonna starve now" stories from hitting the wires just in time for most people's biggest annual holiday. They assert in this E-Mail that it is because of the EO changing. Two things, though. First, the EO didn't change. The organization to which the EO (illegally) delegated rule-writing changed their rule. The EO is still exactly the same. Second, the new writing of the rule demands compliance by January 18th, not January 6th. The Gage G. testimony where he stated he thought Kyle R. was an active shooter goes far in explaining why the prosecution went all in on getting the provocation charge in the jury instructions. You can bet this testimony will be used when they lose their minds for two hours that Kyle went to Kenosha to commit premeditated mass murder and that his attackers not only had every reason to try and kill him but are heroes for doing that. Plus burning down the city. Remember the City Government and Police stood down and let this happen which created the environment where citizens felt the need to step up in an attempt to do the job the city and police willfully refused to do. On purpose. And now a different part of the civic machinery is prosecuting Kyle R. for the failings of the Civic machinery. If they City and cops had down what they took an oath to do none of this would have happened. This all is relevant to what the BLM terrorist have they will do to NY.

Kyle was not acting under the color of authority required for civil rights charges. "Adams, who is black and a Democrat, is also a former NYPD police captain, and ran on a platform of restoring peaceful order to the city and cracking down on the surging crime."
Please go and read Adams' platform and plans as contained in documents on his campaign site. They are still available. His plans involve such things as sending in social workers and spending money to treat criminals for the "trauma" they suffered growing up with "gun violence". That extends that to domestic violence. It involves hiring more "black and brown" officers. It includes community vetoes of station commanders and public contact officers, and an upgraded system for anonymous complains against officers. And more. The media called that a plan for "cracking down on surging crime". Nobody should believe it for a moment. It is "defund the police" just without those three words. As for Rittenhouse, think if any of us did what the media or family members of Saint George Keisterpocket have been doing, either threatening the judge via spreading lies about him or by threatening jurors, we'd be locked up within minutes, but when it comes from the left they're free to do what they want.
