Danchenko Indictment: Source For Steele "Dossier" Claims Was Not Russian Officials. It Was... A HILLARY CLINTON POLITICAL OPERATIVE

So here's where we're at: Clinton advisor feeds story to Danchenko. Danchenko feeds story to Steele. Steele feeds story to Fusion. Fusion feeds story to media. Media accuses Trump of Russia collusion.
Did Hillary Clinton know about these rumors and direct the operative to pass them to Danchenko, so they could be laundered as "Russian tips"? It seems bizarre to even suggest she didn't know. She loved conspiracy theories. She paid Sidney Blumenthal to spin conspiracy theories for her.
According to the indictment, Danchenko lied about his contacts with "Russians," his travels to Russia, and the identity of his sources. (Those are just some of the lies.) In John Durham’s words:Techo_Fog further reports that Danchenko claime that this call came from Sergei Millian -- who has long denied placing such a call. Sergei Millian is now absolved. Danchenko lied about who placed the call to cover up for the fact that his Hot Tip From The Kremlin came from an American operative for the Hillary Clinton campaign. There is some belief, not yet confirmed, that they've ID'd the Hillary Clinton operative. I won't name him (check the link for that). Now, there actually are some Russians in this story. One of Danchenko's sub-sources -- one of the "Russian drinking buddies" he'd share bullshit stories with in DC bars, as has been previously reported, one would assume -- is called in the indictment "Russian Sub-Source-1." If this is confusing, note that Danchenko is called "Primary Sub-Source-1." "Russian Sub-Source-1" was told by this Clinton operative, "PR Executive-1," that he had a job waiting for him at the State Department... one assumes, if he did a good job in this criminal conspiracy to defraud the US government.
"Russian Sub-Source-1" had a personal interest in a Hillary Clinton victory, stating that the Democrat PR executive would "take me to the State Department if Hillary wins."He was also gifted a Hillary Clinton autobiography, and told PR Executive-1 that Hillary Clinton had a fan in "Country-1." Russia, obviously. So who had the Russian support? Now, PR Executive-1 made up a false story about the resignation of "Campaign Manager 1," who I assume must be short-term Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort. He contrived a story based on public news reports to "drive a stake through the heart" of the Trump campaign. He claimed the information came from a "GOP friend." I don't know what his story was. Sounds like one of those many, many "anonymous GOP sources" the media is always basing stories on. It was a lie. He made it up. And Danchenko peddled this lie to the FBI, and then lied to the FBI about where the information had come from.

The damage has been done (note: a lot of that damage was done in effect by the GOP, in hobbling Trump very effectively) - what Trump wasn't able to accomplish in his term. IF he gets another term, it's POSSIBLE he'll be able to make up some of that.

In a way, Trump is beside the point. The people elected him based on his platform and his agenda. Much of his agenda was stymied by this years-long investigation. It was hugely damaging (not only that, of course - the insane double impeachment and outright rebellion in the agencies were also factors, but many of those people also took cover under this to some degree). This hurt Trump to be sure, but it defrauded and nullified vast tracts of this country's citizens.

There can be no justice. It was too big and too destructive. There can be a facsimile of justice, though: retribution. Or, to put it in left-wing terms, we could call it "Retributive Justice."
The agencies involved in this - all of them - need to be dismantled and ended. A complete tear-down of federal intelligence and law enforcement, to every last man, right down to the guy who sweeps the floors. End them all. Rip it out by the roots and rebuild from scratch. Every single enabling act repealed, every handbook thrown out, every computer shut down, every man fired, everything. Gone.
That wouldn't be enough either, but it would at least be a start.

They got away with it.
These people will be paying legal fees (probably out of some quiet pocket) for a few years and their problems will be gone. No one significant, no one who should be executed, will suffer consequences.
The only thing that could change that is a President in 2024 that rips the DOJ out at the roots. Don't think even DeSantis would be that aggressive, and Trump has had his shot and failed.
So...absent someone with some weaponry angry enough and without a family, retribution is likely thin.

In the old days, they were called floaters. These were individuals that went from polling place to polling place to cast multiple votes for the machine to win.
Depending on the jurisdiction, they either voted for the dead or for just for votes.
Like the poor, you will always have some degree of election fraud. If you don't vote long enough, chances are that someone will vote in your name. To prevent this, HAVA motor voter law required jurisdictions to purge voting rolls periodically. That has never been done in most blue areas despite outside groups winning lawsuits to have it done. The truth is that floaters, fraud, etc. also come useful to GOPe during primaries.

The two things are related.
The prosecution basically doesn't have a case, so instead of presenting evidence, the prosecutor is trying to slime Rittenhouse by putting shit before the jury that isn't admissible (such as multiple hearsay statements, and in one instance a video made by a "social media influencer" of the riots that had a tag identifying Rittenhouse as "militia" -- which he was not).
Some of the legal analysts are faulting the defense team for not objecting more to the prosecution's sleazy and unethical tactics.
