Good morning, kids. Tuesday and the signs of unrest and anger over having our collective head shoved into a bag full of sand flies is building. First, even in my dead and decaying hometown of New York, the battle cry of "Fuck Joe Biden" is growing.

Days after the mayor announced that all government employees except for jail staff will need to receive a vaccine shot by Friday or be placed on unpaid leave, about 5,000 incensed demonstrators marched over the Brooklyn Bridge to Manhattan.
Many carried American flags, chanting, "F--k de Blasio" and "We will not comply!"
Some protesters wore NYPD and FDNY shirts, and several hoisted Gadsden "Don't Tread on Me" flags, while others took to the extreme of wearing yellow stars of David to compare the inoculation requirement to Nazi Germany's persecution of Jews.
"Now, [after] working after countless of emergencies -- Hurricane Sandy, the snowstorms -- I am under threat. We are under threat of losing our livelihood for simply retaining the choice of protecting our bodies," fumed firefighter Sofia Medina after the crowd reached City Hall . . .
. . . The cop wondered, "Under the authority of Mayor de Blasio, what will be the next order for the NYPD?". . .
. . . The demonstration follows a mob of anti-vaxxers gathering outside the Barclays Center on Sunday to support Nets star Kyrie Irving, whom the team is not allowing to play because he has not yet been vaccinated.

FYI, the demonstration for Kyrie Irving included BLM supporters among the more normal anti-jabbers. Sadly, yet predictably, the NY Post along with the agitprop media uses the blanket term of "anti-vaxxer" to smear anyone as a Jenny McCarthy-level loon who opposes what for sure is a very problematic concoction, but I digress. We'll see how long this alliance on this issue with the BLM-sters lasts, but for now, they're useful, if for no other reason than to have them attack the Junta from the left and force them to confront a key ally, carve-outs etc. notwithstanding (and that would cause holy hell to be raised).

Psaki-psircling back to my highlighted quote, the officer raises a question of utmost importance. Recall many months ago when churches and synagogues (and in theory mosques) were barred from holding services or classes and DeBolshevik sent cops around to sniff out violators, especially in the Chasidic areas of the city. It's ironic and frankly as a Jew and soon-to-be ex-New Yorker, rather galling that after being blood-libeled, attacked and handcuffed from doing their jobs in the vain attempt to prevent the Dresdenization of Broadway in the wake of George Floyd's induction into the Infernal Reaches, that even after turning their backs on DeBolshevik for the aforementioned, they nevertheless clicked their heels and "followed orders" in enforcing the Chinese COVID fuhrerbefehel.

It would have been nice and perhaps a hell of a lot more effective if the NYPD, FDNY and the teachers (although they're a hopelessly lost cause insofar as the rank and file being overwhelmingly leftist) refused to obey these directives en masse a year-and-a-half ago when it might have mattered more. Truth be told, the bugaboo of a virus that was pimped as worse than the Andromeda Strain is for sure an effective psychological weapon. But many of us smelled a rat from almost the beginning. Rush Limbaugh of blessed memory, PBUH, immediately rang the alarm when "two weeks to flatten the curve" was announced. He knew then and there we'd be in for a never-ending two weeks.

Well, here we are, and at least the cops here in NYC and elsewhere, along with healthcare professionals, Southwest Airlines crew and more and more across the spectrum of our incredible shrinking economy have drawn a very bright red line in the sand. And it's not an Obama red line either.

Labor unions are already voicing concerns about the [Chinese] COVID-19 vaccine mandate, which was announced in September. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration, which is in charge of drafting and distributing the mandate under the guise of "emergency powers" awarded to the agency at the height of the [Chinese] COVID-19 pandemic, has yet to follow up on Biden's announcement, though a draft is expected at any time. . .
. . . "Worried that [so-called quote-unquote "president"] Joe Biden's [Chinese] COVID vaccine mandate for private companies could cause a mass exodus of employees, business groups are pleading with the White House to delay the rule until after the holiday season," CNBC reported Monday.
"White House officials at the Office of Management and Budget held dozens of meetings with labor unions, industry lobbyists and private individuals last week as the administration conducts its final review of the mandate, which will require businesses with 100 or more employees to ensure they are vaccinated against [Chinese] Covid or tested weekly for the virus," the outlet continued. "It is estimated to cover roughly two-thirds of the private-sector workforce."

Can you imagine two-thirds of the private-sector workforce chanting "Fuck Joe Biden" in unison? I'm sure the Klain/Kalorama Klown Kommittee can. If they can't, they're hubris is going to turn around and bite them in their pubis. Speaking of the K/K.K.K., and on an adjacent battlefront against an in your face tyranny, the parents in Loudon County are not amused by Barack "beagle on a bagel for breakfast" Obama's latest blathering.

Obama classified Republican gubernatorial candidate Glenn Youngkin and Americans' focus on important education issues as "fake outrage."
"We don't have time to be wasting on these phony trumped-up culture wars, this fake outrage that right-wing media peddles to juice their ratings," the tone-deaf former president rambled Saturday. "Instead of stoking anger aimed at school boards and administrators, who are just trying to keep our kids safe... [W]e should be making it easier for teachers and schools to give our kids the world-class education they deserve, and to do so safely while they are in the classrooms . . ."
. . . Parents quickly slammed Obama's disconnected remarks.
"That is the most tone-deaf statement I have ever heard. To say that this is trumped-up as a political thing is laughable," Brandon Michon, a father of three in Virginia, told Fox News. "Any parent, regardless of our political views -- Republican, Democrat, Independent -- wants our kids to go to school and be safe."

It is probably not unreasonable to assume that the majority of these parents now objecting to having their kids' minds being raped by Ibram X. Krement's Jive Kampf as well as their hymens penetrated by teen penis in a skirt in the girls room by and large vote Democrat. Same goes for public sector unions, especially the teachers but sadly a good percentage of police, fire, sanitation, etc. in the big cities.

So the $29 trillion dollar question is, is all of the aforementioned going to wake these people up to the fact that in voting for Democrats they have brought all of this on themselves?

My message to Brandon Michon (quoted above) is if you want your kids to be safe in school, then stop voting to deliver them to Ba'al and Pazuzu on a silver platter. Of course, electoral politics isn't necessarily the issue anymore. It's, with a nod to Mark Levin, liberty or tyranny? The choice is yours, assuming we still have the ability to choose via the ballot box anymore. But it is still a choice, and you're going to have to make it one way or another. And the more you dither, the costlier it will become.

I sure hope so. I have a problem with labor unions. They are a classic case of being victims of their own success. They won. They got decent pay and good working conditions and compensation for high-risk positions or low-preference shifts, etc. They got their way. That leaves a problem: now what? Well, the took a common path in such a case: they became gangsters. Many were gangsters anyway, but they all essentially became that way. They had nothing to do and a big pot of money with which to do it.

But I'd support an organization effort at my company. I am looking into it, as I might start such an effort. The time for unions is back. Not for pay or working conditions or whatnot - those are solved problems - but to represent workers against HR. The executive/worker relationship is adversarial again, and it's adversarial because of the HR tyrants. Time for some collective bargaining to hold those fuckers in check. No more CRT bullshit. No more "unconscious bias." No more vax mandates. No more time-wasting and productivity-destroying "cultural efforts."

This. I would bet that likely at least 75%+ of the people against the SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19 shot are not against vaccines in general. This shot is also not an actual vaccine. At least it could not be called one until the CDC changed the definitions of "vaccine" and "vaccination" on Sept 1, 2021. These are experimental shots that the entire medical industry has been falsely calling "vaccines" from the beginning. These are more in line with influenza shots, which may or may not immunize people against a specific seasonal influenza strain.

The vast majority of people hear "vaccine" and immediately think "immunization against virus/disease", like polio, etc. But these shots do not immunize.

It is hard to get a Number Needed To Treat (NNT) for statins, it is impossible to get that for the mRNA Kill Shot. Most likely because the NNT is skyrocketing with each passing day and each passing C19 variant.

The NNT for statins is pretty high, and if one would sit with their physician they might discover that a statin isn't significantly beneficial, and might be a No Go because of the undesirable side-effects.

There is absolutely no care or concern for that by those pushing the mRNA Kill Shot.

They got decent pay and good working conditions and compensation for high-risk positions or low-preference shifts, etc. They got their way. That leaves a problem: now what? They had nothing to do and a big pot of money with which to do it.

But I'd support an organization effort at my company. I am looking into it, as I might start such an effort. The time for unions is back. Not for pay or working conditions or whatnot - those are solved problems - but to represent workers against HR. The executive/worker relationship is adversarial again, and it's adversarial because of the HR tyrants. Time for some collective bargaining to hold those fuckers in check. No more CRT bullshit. No more "unconscious bias." No more vax mandates. No more time-wasting and productivity-destroying "cultural efforts."

There is one so far - "Executive Order on Ensuring Adequate COVID Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors" published on September 9.

BUT there's nothing in the EO that says anything about vaccination. The policy itself is very brief and subjective. Here it is:
This order promotes economy and efficiency in Federal procurement by ensuring that the parties that contract with the Federal Government provide adequate COVID-19 safeguards to their workers performing on or in connection with a Federal Government contract or contract-like instrument as described in section 5(a) of this order. These safeguards will decrease the spread of COVID-19, which will decrease worker absence, reduce labor costs, and improve the efficiency of contractors and subcontractors at sites where they are performing work for the Federal Government. Accordingly, ensuring that Federal contractors and subcontractors are adequately protected from COVID-19 will bolster economy and efficiency in Federal procurement.

167 There is no mandate on paper. It is a threat to cause businesses to panic/resignation and do it themselves on their own.

OSHA cannot do what he declares it can. They have to show that a threat to all workers is present and that the means to stop the threat is the Vaxx. They cannot do that or don't want to do it because of questions raised.

Plus OSHA and other departments can't just make law they must use a specific format to gather information from the public and then they might modify a current rule. They can't make up new stuff not mandated by the law written by Congress.

Also OSHA usually requires records kept of who does what and what injuries they acquired and how. They have said they are not going to do that. (for obvious reasons)

Staggering numbers of people are technically "federal contractors." I'm one due to how that is interpreted. My company holds federal contracts. I work for my company. Therefore, I am a federal contractor. I don't work on federal projects and I don't go to their facilities, but I am one because my company does do that in some divisions.

This American Thinker article has me confused with its discussion of Jacobsen v. Massachusetts with regard to the smallpox vaccine. In it, the author says that Jacobsen was forced to be vaccinated. However, from what I've read the choices were to get the vaccine or be fined $5. Jacobsen went to court protesting he shouldn't have to do either because he had already had smallpox.

The court disagreed, found him guilty, and he paid the $5 fine (equivalent to $150 in today's money, from one article I read). I haven't seen anything but this AT article say that he was forced to get the vaccine. Anyone know any more about it?

My house has crappy gutter guards that don't work and the gutters are fouled. Getting them cleaned is going to be costly because the old guards have to be removed to get them cleaned up and they can't be reinstalled because they're in bad shape (the gutters are fine). So when I get this done, should I just get them removed and cleaned, or should I also install new guards? There is a lot that I see on both sides of the "do or do not gutter guard" argument. It's a non-trivial additional expense (double or more than double, depending on product). I live in a very high-leaf environment.

Any thoughts?

I live in a high leaf area, too. Most homeowners in this area open up the end panel on the low end of the gutter, and do not install gutter guards. When heavy rain occurs leaves get swept down to the end, then out where the end panel used to be.

Drainage may be an issue, so examine pros and cons beforehand.

So, it used to be a temp scan and a mini survey about particular COVID symptoms, travel, contact with COVID symptomatic people, etc.

No, it isn't. The vaccinated will get something similar to - but still worse than - the world as it was. The unvaccinated will be slaves. That does not mean the vaccinated are receiving "special privileges" - unless you think the natural state of man is the state of a slave.

This kind of goal post move is commonplace. From our own country, take airport security. If you pay more and led the feds give you a rectal exam, you can get "TSA Pre-check." What is Pre-check? It's an easier time at airport security. Belt and shoes stay on, laptop and liquids stay in your bag and you go through a metal detector. In other words, TSA Pre-check is "special privilege" to go through what is in essence the pre-9/11 security process. Pay more to get the same old bullshit from before.

If I were to ask you, and then a dozen random people on the street to describe if and how there is a supply chain problem, I would imagine that most people would not know that there is a supply-chain problem, and the rest is a scatter diagram of reasons.

The point being, it takes a tremendous amount of concerted effort to come up with another C19-like lie to replace the current C19 lie - which they would have to do because the Kill Shot is perfect (in their binary world) and has C19 totally under control.

No. The control groups for many of the "studies" on things like IVM and HCQ were people who had already contracted the disease. Thy were not given monoclonal antibodies or really anything. Some lived by fighting it off naturally, others died, unaided. When I look at these studies and see the word "placebo" used again and again, I'm just in awe of how bad things are. Plus, they carefully waited until "early disease" was in the rearview mirror, before administering anything.

As for why give a vax for something the overwhelming majority survive... think flu shot. Even the idiotic "long covid" shit is the same as flu sequelae.
