The Morning Report - 10/14/21

curtisckimchgn.jpg

Good morning, kids. Thursday and with the economy heading south, ironically as hordes of illiterate peasants head north, Emperor Backtalk, the Kalorama meat-puppet, fled from reporters so as to avoid questions about the near collapse of our supply chain that is set to make American stores resemble those of the non-Potemkin village Soviet Union. Not that he would have anything to fear from a reporter pool that is essentially on par with that of Soviet era Pravda and Izvestya.

Whatever damage the self-inflicted wounds of the forced lockdowns caused, they're nothing compared to the wrecking ball we have been pounded with since noon last January 20th. Massive borrowing, the incentivization of indolence by paying people to stay home, the dismantling of our fossil fuel industry, and the threat of internal exile for those who refuse the jab are key components in all of this misery. And, yes baby, the Misery Index is back along with stagflation. Psaki-psircling back to this supply chain madness, even with the constraints put on the economy by the Chinese COVID stupidity, how could that have possibly thrown a monkey wrench into the works? Well, it really didn't. But the hand of whack-o environmentalists (BIRM) aided and abetted by greasy, brilliantine tyrant Gavin Newsom have their hoof prints all over this.

According to the Washington Post, the port crisis is also causing rail yards to back up and logjams for truckers. California passed AB 5, which eliminated owner-operators. Another law put restrictions on the age of trucks that could legally operate in the state. These restrictions further impede getting products out of the ports and in and out of the rail yards. Florida doesn't have any of these restrictive rules.

The Florida Ports Council's response shames the one from the federal government. For example, Representative Michelle Steel (R-CA) introduced legislation to ban ships from idling or anchoring within 24 nautical miles of the Southern California coast for the next 180 days. Steel's Stopping Hazardous Incidents in the Pacific Act of 2021 (SHIP Act) is based on speculation that an anchor or chain from a ship off the coast may have caused a pipeline spill in the area. Florida, meanwhile, is offering the cargo ships a place to go.

Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg is at the helm of the crisis for the Biden administration. The former small-town mayor of South Bend, Indiana, has no evident experience handling a supply chain crisis that spans the globe. He got the job because he dropped out of the primary, endorsed President Biden, and likes trains a lot. . .

. . . Miami, Florida, has opened its arms to tech companies fleeing California. Residents of the Golden State flocked to Florida in 2020 in numbers not seen previously. Maybe cargo ships will be next. Governor Ron DeSantis made some real infrastructure investments to upgrade Florida's ports. Let's see if they pay off and save Christmas for everyone.

The thrust of the article is how Florida, yet again, under the leadership of Ron DeSantis, is willing and eager to ride to the rescue and show the Left how things get done. That is, using common sense and letting business and people do their thing with minimal interference from the government. But no. We can't do that because Gaia, white supremacy and capitalism. The ridiculous SHIP act from Michelle Steel underscores the motivating force that I had noted a few days ago. Fear and the drive for absolute safety. So, because of an oil spill caused by an errant anchor, an already moribund economy has to be My Pillowed indefinitely.

Look, I'm not a fan of oil spills, but remember how the Left shrieked in 2010 about the Deepwater Horizon catastrophe? As bad as it was, only a few months passed before all the oil had essentially dissipated and was gone, much to the chagrin of the propagandists who went down there to follow up and found that the Gulf, that is the Earth, had healed itself. Rush Limbaugh, PBUH, was all over this for months and yet again he was right. However many thousands or even tens of thousands of gallons might have leaked into the water, it was all figuratively and quite literally by comparison to the size and volume of the Gulf, a drop in the ocean. What most people don't realize is that oil is constantly leaking up from beneath the seabed in the same or even greater volume than the instantaneous spillage of Deepwater, or even the earlier Exxon Valdez, but it is eventually absorbed and dissipated.

I don't mean to go off on a tangent but commerce, a free market, individual choice and indeed our entire way of life have been predicated on being able to choose for ourselves the who, what, where, how and why we want to live as individuals based on our own understanding of what is best for ourselves. Of course, being respectful of others as laid out by both custom, morals, ethics and a just and stable law. Considering who and what is now in control of our government and our society, I'm sure you can spot the problem. Fauci himself, echoed by Arnold Schvartzeschvartze, said it out loud: "Screw your freedom!" That of course was in reference to wearing the worse than useless face diapers. But it applies to everything. Every aspect of our lives is to be controlled because we are too stupid to make decisions for ourselves. Naturally, an enlightened elite will make the choices for us, with the reward of never having to be beholden to the constraints they put on the rest of us.

But at least we can be reassured that the GOP has our back. Mostly with a knife in it.

Republicans in Congress plan to improve their messaging on climate change, conservation and the environment in an effort to win the support of Americans who deem the issue important.

"If we sit on the sidelines and are not willing to talk about it because we don't like the green New Deal, we won't be successful," Utah Rep. John Curtis told the Daily Caller News Foundation in an interview. "We've got to get Republican members of Congress comfortable talking about it, educated in the real facts and in the real science."

In July, Curtis founded the House Conservative Climate Caucus, a first-of-its-kind caucus that has more than 70 GOP members. Chief among the groups' core beliefs is that the climate is changing and humans have contributed to it through decades of global industrialization.

But the caucus' members have proposed free market, "America first" solutions to climate change in sharp contrast to Democrats' big spending ideas. The Green New Deal, which progressives in Congress unveiled in 2019, is composed of various proposals to help the U.S. achieve net-zero emissions in the near term, which could cost Americans as much as $65,300 per household.

Note to Utah Rep. John Curtis: The climate of the earth has been changing for 4.5 billion years. The effect of man's activities on the climate has been ZERO. (NB I said "climate" and not "environment"). The idea that you are going to propose "free market solutions" to the goal of turning America into a planned Soviet economy on the premise of one of the greatest lies in history is just beyond rage-inducing. The stupidity of thinking that the GOP is going to attract Leftists by offering slightly less than America's head on a platter is idiotic. We're already white supremacist bigots who stole the land from the Indians and then raped it with our oil wells, SUVs and private homes. I.E. we're evil and need to be eradicated. And you think you're going to win them over?! Shut your whore-mouth, sit the hell down and get the fuck out of the way.

Amazing. Complete schmucks like John Curtis are eagerly grabbing their ankles for people who, when they're not decapitating them in the womb, are force-feeding our children puberty blockers and Communist propaganda 9-3 in the schools of mis-er-ee. And when parents who actually give a shit about what's going on are stomped on by the police at school board meetings, assholes like John Curtis look the other way.

The callousness is what is so hard to stomach from the progressive elites of Loudon County, Virginia, the wealthy dormitory community of Washington, DC.

They laughed and cheered when plumber Scott Smith was crash-tackled by police and humiliated at a school board meeting on June 22 as he tried to raise the plight of his 15-year-old daughter who he says was raped and sodomized in the school bathroom by a boy in a skirt. No one expressed any concern for his daughter.

There was no compassion, either, from superintendent Scott Ziegler, who claimed bafflingly at the meeting that there had been no assault in a school restroom anywhere in Loudon County and airily dismissed parents' concerns about the risks of transgender bathrooms. Then he gave a little woke homily to show those powerless parents in the room who really was in charge.

"Time Magazine in 2016 called that a red herring . . . we've heard it several times tonight from our public speakers but the predator transgender student or person simply does not exist," he said.

Tell that to the Smith family.

The rainbow activist who allegedly threatened Smith's livelihood at that meeting told him point blank his daughter's rape three weeks earlier did not happen, as if she would know.

He raised his voice and called her a "bitch."

For that mild response to her provocation he was arrested. The video of his humiliation, his T-shirt ripped, his belly exposed, his pants pulled down, went viral globally.

No one cared about his shattered family.

The Soros-funded left-wing prosecutor, Buta Biberaj, reportedly a de-carceration, proponent tried to get Smith jailed for his disruptive behavior . . .

. . . Caught amid this Kafkaesque nightmare was a father trying to protect his daughter. Too bad. He's an inconvenient reproach to the perverted equity agenda, so he must be crushed like a bug.

Where the fuck is John Curtis when this is going on? Where the fuck is the GOP? Yeah, I know they're worse than useless but where are the few like Rand Paul, Ted Cruz, Marsha Blackburn or Louie Gohmert over in the House? And where is Donald Trump?

Yes, Joe Biden is a freaking disaster. But this is going on in the name of, at the behest of, and because of Joe Biden being installed in the White House after a rigged election overthrew the damned country. I think it's at least as serious an issue, if not more so than even Afghanistan and the economy. And still, we get calls to vote harder, or for Constitutional Conventions or today's tone-deaf pundit (who I really like) Ted Malloch calling for all sorts of actions to kneecap the Deep State. Well, considering the Deep State is at the controls, in Soviet America, Deep State kneecap you, Ted.

Finally, I'm heading out of town, so this will be the final Morning Report for the week. I'll be back a week from tomorrow, so see you then.

In doing so, they merely preserved the existing order. Sound familiar?"

The press whores, enviro-communists, anti-industrialists, et. al. were drooling with anticipation of many years' worth of oil spill follow-up stories like they got with the Exxon Valdez. Those people were all, to every individual, retards. The two scenarios were wildly different.

The biggest difference? Climate and temperature. Oil isn't some alien thing. There is in fact rather a lot of the stuff and in lots of places - including off the coast of Southern California - the stuff naturally seeps into the oceans. Stuff has evolved to eat it. Lots of little critters eat oil. The Gulf of Mexico, like the coast of Southern California (and unlike Alaska), is warm. Stuff thrives there. The oil has largely been eaten. People expecting a recurrence of the Valdez were fools.

The Biden maladministration cannot claim full credit for the first two. Trump spent a lot of money to (albeit grudgingly, capitulating to Congress after losing the shutdown battle, as Republicans do with 100% reliability) and the lockdowns and extended benefits started under him. Biden's crew has mashed down the accelerator on both, though, and kept the extended benefits and lockdowns rolling for longer than the original schedule. It was a bad idea to begin with, and Biden's politburo has doubled down bigly.

And that doubling down has occurred in the context of the rest, the most important thing perhaps being the destruction of our high-growth energy policy. It's a nightmare scenario.

Women where wearing those fancy printed face panties and persons of color were all masked up in the cheap dirty paper mask. But the old white men were basically at at 2% wearing mask.

34 Florida, meanwhile, is offering the cargo ships a place to go.
++++
I don't know if it will work. It might help. There are a bunch of problems in play. The key problem is that California is a choke point for imports. That shouldn't matter because California has three gigantic port facilities and one of them is in the north. The capacity is probably there. California has made things untenable. Banning older trucks and other pollution regulations, the "gig work" deal blowing out owner/operators, the lack of good intermodal freight terminals in Arizona near the state line - there is a lot going on. California has ruined itself and it has a lot of consequences. Consequences on supply chain, the truck market, the broader economy.

Sending freight elsewhere is good, but there are still problems. Seattle isn't big enough. I doubt Florida is, either. New Orleans and Long Island getting into the mix would also help, but they aren't idle now. And transit time. If the ship will fit through the Canal, it's extra time but probably workable. if they have to go down round South America, it's a much bigger problem. We need more non-CA dock capacity as well.

You are missing a massive component to all of this. Far too many people electricity comes out of the wall and chickens originate at the grocery store. The thirteen years of free government education has resulted in the need for a massive indoctrination in the fine arts of logic and reason; also profound increases in economic thought as in the ability to ask: "Then what"? Empirically, it seems that most people have a Why Level of one, often just zero, where if you ask a question "Why?" you get the teenager's shrug of the shoulders and "I dunno". Sadly, this generation has traded in the "I dunno" with these fantasy solutions as they explain how to stand a puddle on its edge when they have no clue at all.

It has long been my favorite piece of cognitive dissonance from collectivists. "People make bad decisions and so their choices need to made for them by people in the government."

By being in government, a magic wand gets waved and prevents the decisions from being bad, from being driven by conflicts of interest or ignorance or personal benefit, from being harmful. It's arrogance that rises to the level of hubris and the cross-section of destruction is enormous. If I make bad decisions, I am harmed and my family is harmed. The cross section is small. If they make bad decisions, everyone is harmed. The cross section is large.

Subsidiarity as a governing concept exists for a reason.

55 Anthropogenic climate change is literally the most ludicrous proposition that it truly enrages me that the pushback against it has largely been a failure.

First, there is no proof that atmospheric concentrations of CO2 are the primary driver of climate on earth.

Second, CO2 comprises 0.04 pct of earth's atmosphere, man's total global output of CO2 is 0.0006 pct of total atmospheric CO2, The total US's output is 0.00009 pct of the total atmospheric CO2.

Third, even if we absurdly wanted to do something to fight "climate change," what are we even trying to change it back to?

The Sexual Science crew has not even established a metric or point in time as a reference to "Change Our Climate." to.

It's all marxist bullshit.

57 In July, Curtis founded the House Conservative Climate Caucus, a first-of-its-kind caucus that has more than 70 GOP members. Chief among the groups' core beliefs is that the climate is changing and humans have contributed to it through decades of global industrialization.

After all of these years with the Climate Alarmists first screaming 'Global Cooling! Ice Age Coming!" then "Ozone Hole Depletiion! We are going to be killed by cosmic rays!: then "Global Warming! We are going to bake to death!"

Of course the most recent is "Climate Change! Extreme Weather Events! We are going to die from floods, hurricanes and locusts!"

But the latest is "The Extreme Calm Winds Over Europe Are Due to Climate Change!" as their scapegoat for why their green energy schemes are failing.

The GOP is setting up their personal scapegoat (which is you and your consumption) to explain inconveniences in life.

Lots of ports. But I don't know that the Gulf Coast has enough capacity over and above their normal volume to cover for California, even assuming shippers are willing to shoulder the expense and time of getting the cargoes to the South Coast instead of the West Coast. We'll see. Every little bit will help, though, and I hope DeSantis' people are wearing out their telephones and sidelining reams of regulations to get things moving their way.

But there's another problem I just considered: the feds. All of that stuff is import product, which means customs. All the work in the world to get freight moved and unloaded through the South Coast won't amount to a hill of beans if the Feds don't step up to get customs clearance moving concurrent with the volume. They could torpedo the thing, too.

71 I subjected myself to my weekly dose of local news this morning. I saw a propaganda ad from the CDC. It opened with a statement (no supporting data or numbers, though) about how "youth COVID hospitalizations are higher than ever" and then telling people that the shots have been fully approved for teenagers. The call to action at the end was "get your kids vaccinated for COVID."

It was grotesque and heavy-handed fear porn. Even if the initial claim is true (I'll assume it is), the vaccines are demonstrably and empirically more dangerous for young people than the disease. The booster regime they're cooking up will be significantly more dangerous and expand the age bracket for where risks are inverted. It's deeply sinister.

As I was ranting about just a few moments later. It seems that people have never learned to bump up their Why Level and ask "then what?"

So you add magic talisman off-duty LEOs (assume they have their full regime of mRNA shots), then what? Crime stops because the drug addicts and looters know that the cop has no ability to do anything about the shoplifting?

It seems that not only have these stores have a shrink problem hurting their bottom line, now they can incur more losses hiring high priced mannequins.

130 POLL: Under Half of Americans Think the Pandemic Will Be Over By End of 2022, Nearly a Quarter Say It Will Last Forever

--

The pandemic will end the day people say it's over.

Unfortunately, there are countless people who have gained a lot of power over others because of it and they will not relinquish it easily. That includes elected officials and bureaucrats who wield the axe in curtailing our rights, to the ninnies in the general public who have found a reason to live in badgering others.

Since I'm a federal contractor for the VA, I STILL have to wear a mask when inside the clinics and medical centers. They've been required "medical grade" masks for some months now, but nobody gives me any grief -- and mine is literally falling apart.

Anyway, weeks ago I ordered one of those Claymore Mine masks (first got the idea from an 'ette here!) that says "Front Toward Enemy" (not sure how well this will go over at the VA), but of course the USPS has lost it somewhere between Tennessee and Arizona.

The pandemic is over. The pathogen is endemic now, like the flu and cold viruses. It is what it is. I get that's a nuance, but this kind of poll is odd to me. What does "pandemic will be over" mean? Does it mean that the virus is eradicated? Because that's never going to happen. Does it mean that the restrictions are all gone? Does it mean 100% vaccination? Does it mean a death rate lower than that of the seasonal flu? What the hell are they actually asking?

149 I had an extra barbie propane tank filled the other day just on principle. Still have a reasonable stack of seasoned firewood, we have electric heat. "Heat pump" which is reasonable down to about 25 degrees. When it gets real cold it can't keep up and the toasters kick in, and then it starts costing some bucks. Resistance heat, works just like your kitchen toaster.

And the furnace is "aging" in the modern "we need to build a new school even though the old one is only 20 years old" parlance. And I'm dreading what it would cost to replace - and, whether one is even available.

There is a huge shortage of everything needed to build homes right now from what I'm reading, this may be regional. But it is concerning. And then shortages of crews to install it. Shit piles up quick when things go sideways.

151 Back in my AF days, "Blues Monday" was attempted twice. The idea from the top was to boost morale and esprit that was crushed by poor leadership, they would force everyone to wear their dress blues to work on Monday, no matter what their job was. If your actual duties called for a utility uniform, why, you bring that and change into it at work. Morale would be boosted so much if we saw all of our fellow airmen wearing the same uniform!

The first time, middle management told the Wing King to cram his stupid idea up his ass.

The second time, just a few years later, we were told the rule might be coming and we better make sure our blues were in order.

That marked the end for the military. Milley types were middle managers at that time. Now they are in charge.

(1/2) It's a two-fold problem per my understanding. First, CA has banned older trucks from working the low-speed/high-idle port jobs (and now, I think, it is statewide). This was to control smog but had the effect of locking out huge chunks of the existing truck fleet. The trucks that can work the ports and traverse California are newer and more expensive, which means the fleet has been artificially limited. Most trucks are non-compliant, which means that there is a dislocation in that market. Newer trucks go to California - after prices have been bid up by desperate CA trucking firms, but there aren't enough of them. To keep those trucks in CA, the cargoes have to be swapped at intermodal freight depots. There's a big one in Nevada near the state line, but the one in Arizona is near Phoenix and this adds a lot of extra time to the round-trip circuit.

(2/2) Second is AB-5, which was to control "gig work" but was targeted at Uber/Lyft drivers to protect the taxi industry. It limits the number of "freelance jobs" a freelancer can do for a single outfit each month. The limit is, IIRC, five jobs. So a news freelancer could only write five articles for the same paper, for example.

But truck owner/operators - that is, people who own their rigs and don't drive a company truck for a fleet - are *also* limited by the bill since they are also "freelancers." That means the OOs can work the docks if they have a compliant truck, but they are limited on the number of cargoes they can haul because AB-5 restricts the "gig work" that the OOs face but that the fleets don't. This knocks out a lot of driver and truck capacity by reducing it to a few days' worth per month.

Another stellar compilation today. J.J. Thanks. Unfortunately, none of these named people are going to help us. We're beyond placing hope in mere political mortals, that they may right this ship. Many here have suggested focusing our activism at the local level. That may be all that's left to us, short of social upheaval. I don't think that deep down, the majority of us want that. I guess we shall see what we shall see.

Same as if they were underway with a different paying cargo.

3 squares a day for the crew, paychecks, insurance payments, some fuel to keep the engines running and lights on.

231 But truck owner/operators - that is, people who own their rigs and don't drive a company truck for a fleet - are *also* limited by the bill since they are also "freelancers." That means the OOs can work the docks if they have a compliant truck, but they are limited on the number of cargoes they can haul because AB-5 restricts the "gig work" that the OOs face but that the fleets don't. This knocks out a lot of driver and truck capacity by reducing it to a few days' worth per month.

238 POLL: Under Half of Americans Think the Pandemic Will Be Over By End of 2022, Nearly a Quarter Say It Will Last Forever

The actual pandemic was over last summer. Everyone knew then that the virus had a survivability/recovery rate of 99%+ across all age groups. Everyone knew that children were essentially immune from infection and spread of the virus. Everyone knew that numerous successful treatments existed (HCQ, Ivermectin, etc.). Everyone knew that 94%+ of the cases, hospitalizations and deaths were limited to the elderly and immunocompromised.

What has been going on since last summer has been a Plandemic. A Plandemic to usher in the global elites' Great Reset. Count me among the "nearly a quarter" who believe -- unless there is a successful bloody revolution of the people against the elites -- the Plandemic will last forever.

251 I have a cousin who used to be in the shipping biz. The FUBAR situation in CA is obviously very complicated. You've got contracts, unions, laws, regulations, international treaties and agreements, etc. The CA legislature did an incredibly stupid thing by crippling the transportation industry in the state. A fair solution would be to remove the port of LA (actually any port in CA) as a destination for cargo/container or tanker ships from unloading.

This would require motivation from shippers, merchants and the whole supply chain in-between, so it's not likely, but would serve to give CA exactly what it wants.

Got a call from the doc at the urgent care center, and she said to take Tylenol - there was nothing else she could recommend. I figured I wouldn't tell her that I have my own regimen. Supposedly a couple of people from the Dept of Health will stop by my house to talk to me. If I take my next dose of IVM tomorrow, and the last dose on Sunday (48-hour spacing), I should be fine by Monday. I already feel better today.

273 I have a cousin who used to be in the shipping biz.

Well, consider the source. This 'observation' was made in the comments section of the linked piece.
We've seen this assertion before, touting some hair on fire notion that Comirnaty is not what Pfizer is distributing.

The product designated BNT162b2 is the Pfizer-Biontech mRNA SARS-2 vaccine. It has been approved by the FDA. The product in the bottle is the same. It will be marketed and sold under the brand name Comirnaty. Just because the vials have not been packaged with the Comirnaty label yet is beside the point.

332 The product designated BNT162b2 is the Pfizer-Biontech mRNA SARS-2 vaccine. It has been approved by the FDA.

The FDA did NOT grant full approval to the Pfizer shots: https://bit.ly/3twPqE5

The FDA sent two letters. The first one was a letter of BLA (Biologics License Application) approval, and the second was a letter of EUA extension to COMIRNATY.

The BLA approval letter approves Pfizer's application for a license to label its COVID-19 drug with the brand name COMIRNATY. This letter also spells out the terms and requirements for nine additional clinical trials over five years, and yearly status reports, to study the acknowledged occurrences of myocarditis and pericarditis that have followed the administering of the Pfizer shots. This license to label and manufacture is not a full approval of the drug, which clearly is still subject to many years of clinical trials.

Exactly. The message was getting into the mainstream that the shots were experimental and not FDA-approved. So they put out the lie that COMIRNATY was "FDA-approved" to try to shut that down. The name "COMIRNATY" for the "vaccine" was FDA-approved, but the drug itself was not. It was only approved to continue being used as an experimental shot under Emergency Use Authorization.

378 Muldoon, what's your thoughts on mixing up different original and booster shots in the same person?

*****

My understanding is that the Moderna and the Pfizer vaccines produce slightly different versions of the spike protein, so using both might give a slightly broader immunity. Whether that would help with variants mostly depends on how similar the variant looks compared to the vaccine protein.

I personally think natural immunity (assuming you survive) is broader and more likely not to be bypassed by new variants because of the multiple components of the natural virus particle.

Think of the virus as a lunar lander that comes to rest on the surface of the planet. A giant penis (spike protein) emerges from the lander and penetrates the outer crust of the planet, allowing the occupants of the craft to enter the inside of the planet.

The mRNA vaccines teach your immune system to recognize the penis only. Natural immunity, on the other hand, recognizes not only the penis, but the landing gear, support struts, the capsule, thrusters, windshield, etc. If the next variant has a different shaped penis, the immune system will still recognize it as a lunar lander.

It's about a group called "Renew America Movement (RAM)", whose leadership includes former Republican Governors Christine Todd Whitman of New Jersey and Bill Weld of Massachusetts.

RAM will endorse and in many cases campaign for 11 moderate Democrats, nine moderate Republicans and one independent running for the House of Representatives and Senate in the November 2022 elections, including Representative Abigail Spanberger of Virginia and Elissa Slotkin of Michigan, and Senator Mark Kelly of Arizona, all Democrats locked in close contests. The group is also supporting Republican House members such as Cheney of Wyoming and Adam Kinzinger from Illinois, who are among a handful of elected Republicans to denounce Trump and his baseless voter fraud claims.

403 The BioNTech is still under EUA ONLY. It has not received full FDA approval. Only the Cominarty vaccine has, and it is not in production. Them's the facts.

===

Yep and this was apparent when the media did the whole "ZOMG....FDA approved the Pfizer vaccine!!". They completely missed it was the Cominarty that was approved. I think the date for that vaccine is something like 2024.

404 To be fair, I'm among those that believe the pandemic measures will go on forever. The pandemic itself will eventually burn out if we stop vaccinating. If not, then that too will go on forever.

To be fair, there is no pandemic.

Yep. I think its current use is under EUA only. Its future use is conditional on 5 years of trials. 5 years from now would be 2026. Which is the typical procedure, I think, for the approval of an actual vaccine (which prevents infection and spread of a virus in the vaccinated person).

407 So I'm reading more about the National School Boards Association that drove the letter that Garland issued re parents as terrorists. Had no idea teachers unions are contributing to school board political campaigns. Did everyone know that already? Is this nuts? Should 15 year olds be able to grade their own tests?

408 Curtis represents a district where the average age is 26. He is a Baby Boomer who cares more about his re-election by a bunch of Millennial and Zoomer environmental kool-aid drinkers. This ain't about how much he cares about the environment as much as it is his procession to power.

409 Note that Utah Rep. John Curtis reps the district which includes Salt Lake City and Silicon Slopes. So the influx of tech is going to turn the area blue an Big Blue is obsessed with climate change.

Shame on you, Mr. Curtis.

410 If they ever do commit this OSHA Mandate to paper, the Biden Junta might use the Testing Opt-Out to claim legally that it's not a experimental injection mandate since there is a testing opti...while the corporations refuse to offer the Testing Opt-Out.

Even though testing was part of Perv. Biden's original statement, have you heard of even one company offering a testing option? I haven't. Only the Tuskegee Injection or the highway.

411 The Fake- Future Tense Approval of Comirnaty was a political and legal farce, not merely medical.

It's purpose was to dodge the prohibition against forcing Experimental Drugs on people, especially on children and the military.

China's installed Proconsul Biden is obsessed with getting these injections into the arms of our troops, even though they are very low-risk.

Meanwhile, his Chinese owners use only traditional vaccines on their troops, not these mRNA Lab Rat potions...

412 Late to the party but Sefton may be interested that this is the likely source of who Curtis represents (hint: it's not citizens, he's representing 'former' Californian tech firms who have migrated like locusts to Utah from incentives of the corporate GOP run government):

Good luck, Utah. You're going to get it good and hard from them.

414 >(nota bene the actions of the police; back the blue my ass - jjs)

Finally.

Finally.

Finally.

The right has been unbelievably slow about this, but it is starting to wake up.

Cops serve one thing: their paymaster. Their paymaster is always and ever a Democrat. When cops tell you they are on your side, that is a weapon and a lie being used to get you to do what they want.

415 We're dead. There is no coming back from this. Prepare to die a horrible, horrible death. And pray for your daughters that they would be so lucky to have the same death as you.
