Parent: A "Boy In a Skirt" Sexually Assaulted My Daughter In the Bathroom -- and Then the Loudoun County School Board Covered It Up

Via Twitchy, the thing that we've all warned would happen did happen, and then the people who've spent years denying it could ever happen covered it up.

On June 22, Scott Smith was arrested at a Loudoun County, Virginia, school board meeting, a meeting that was ultimately deemed an "unlawful assembly" after many attendees vocally opposed a policy on transgender students.
What people did not know is that weeks prior on May 28, Smith says, a boy allegedly wearing a skirt entered a girls' bathroom at nearby Stone Bridge High School, where he sexually assaulted Smith's ninth-grade daughter.
Juvenile records are sealed, but Smith's attorney Elizabeth Lancaster told The Daily Wire that a boy was charged with two counts of forcible sodomy, one count of anal sodomy, and one count of forcible fellatio, related to an incident that day at that school..

As a result of the viral video showing his arrest, Smith became the poster child for what the National School Boards Association has since suggested could be a form of "domestic terrorism": a white blue-collar male who showed up to harangue obscure public servants on his local school board.
"If someone would have sat and listened for thirty seconds to what Scott had to say, they would have been mortified and heartbroken," Lancaster said.
Minutes before Smith’s arrest, the Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) superintendent lectured the public that concerns about the transgender policy were misplaced because the school system had no record of any assault occurring in any school bathroom.
Then a woman wearing a rainbow heart shirt -- a left-wing community activist -- told Smith she did not believe his daughter, he says. His rage reached a boil and he had a heated exchange of words with the woman. A police officer, there to keep the peace in the meeting, pulled on his arm. Smith yanked it away. Before he knew it, Smith says, he was hit in the face, handcuffed, and dragged across the floor, with his pants pulled down. Images of the incident were splashed on televisions and newspapers across the world.
Buta Biberaj, the county's progressive, top elected prosecutor, who has close ties to the school board's most liberal members, appeared in court to personally prosecute Smith for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Biberaj ran on a platform of ending "mass incarceration," but she wanted to put Smith in jail for the misdemeanors.

Note that that is the prosecutor that Loudoun County parents successfully got removed from their attempt to remove leftwing school board doxxer and intimidator Beth Barts, for conflict of interest.

As prosecutor, Biberaj would have known about the case involving Smith's daughter. The suspect, juvenile court prosecutors assured Smith, was being held responsible: He was on house arrest, confined to his mother's townhouse. According to Lancaster, a conviction was expected on October 14, likely in the form of a guilty plea to a lesser sexual assault charge.
But on October 6, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office, a 15-year-old was charged with sexual battery and abduction after police said he forced a girl into an empty classroom, held her against her will, and touched her inappropriately.
Lancaster says the suspect is the same boy that allegedly attacked Smith's daughter.

The police responded vigorously to the perp.

And by "the perp," I mean the raped girl's father. They were angry he was making a big deal over a transgender student's Journey.

On May 28, Stone Bridge High School called Smith to come to the school, where they told him that his 15-year-old daughter had just been in a physical altercation in a bathroom with a male, Smith says. When he arrived, he determined that what had happened was not a case of his daughter being beaten up -- it was far more serious.
The school said it was handling the incident in-house. Smith was dumbfounded.
Deputies from the sheriff's office ultimately responded to the school -- not to investigate the alleged rape of a child -- Smith said, but because school administrators called them on him for making a scene about it.
Smith acknowledges he did make a scene and says any father would have done the same in the situation. "I went nuts. I called the principal a p---," he said. "Six cop cars showed up like a f--ing SWAT team: to respond to the school's complaint about an assertive parent, he said.
The police department declined to provide records from that day to The Daily Wire.

In order to defeat the Domestic Terrorists complaining about the vicious rape and forcible sodomy of their daughters, the school district is denying any knowledge of the crimes:

The problem with this and COVID is two-fold. One, the vax simply doesn't work. Two, even if it did, it'd stop working in a couple of months. Some viruses simply can't be vaccinated against with current technology; this is EXACTLY why we don't have a common cold vax, many strains of which ARE coronoviruses.

Don't walk into rakes if you can avoid them, and attack from directions of your own choosing.

It's not as if it's going to matter. He's not even in jail, despite being a repeat offender, by the school's own admission.

He's a juvenile, which means he likely wouldn't be doing hard time anyway, but they're protecting this rapist son of a bitch, and already saying they're going to plead it down to some lesser charge. He'll probably end up with a misdemeanor and will get his record expunged in a few years. It'll be like it never happened -- except to the raped girl who he has traumatized for life.

He probably won't be going to any juvy institution. That's why they're going to let him plead down -- so they can make it a misdemeanor and give him "home detention" or "community service" or some such bullshit.

I was just reading the VA voting rules, and they certainly ain't as bad as the shitshows in AZ or GA; that is, if they follow them. Mail in ballots, but you must request the ballot and it must have a witness sig. Early in person voting. Looks like you can dodge around voter ID requirements pretty easily.

Each precinct does its count and then sets the "ready" flag, which stages the results for retrieval. Once all precincts are "ready," the central system polls for the results, which are then sent by the precincts. The precinct, upon receiving the "return results" command, queries the central system and releases results only if 100% of precincts have returned "ready."

Such a system would not be too difficult to implement.

State legislatures need to ensure that local elections are held on the same day and at the same polling place as all the other elections. How the school boards (and other similar bodies like water districts) are able to perpetuate the low turnout is by having elections at odd locations on Saturdays when no one even knows there is an election.

For most vaxxes that work, you do continue to worry about the disease at least on the level of understanding that the uptake rate of the vax matters. Because (1) few of them work indefinitely at the individual level (2) even if they worked for you and keeped working, they're not going to work for your kids before they can get it, and you don't want it circulating in an endemic fashion during that period.

It is absolutely not a matter of "I got mine so I can't get it, no need to care about it anymore" unless you're not paying attention and/or aren't going to have kids.

Recently re-watching some old action dramas from the 80s, 90s, and early 2000s.
