What's sad is he kind of has a point, and not just about current-events political stuff. Not a lot of dynamism or innovation these days; it's just a bunch of mostly hereditary bureaucrat-nobles and their camp followers (social media techbros, etc.) jerking themselves off about the Cold War that was while the whole world slides toward stagnation and eventual dark age.
