I can't argue with that meme. Good morning Horde.

People aren't the only creatures which need coffee.

Tear open coffee pack and pour the other two packets into it. Fold and pinch the top and shake it up to mix. Dump the mixture into your mouth, take a big swig of canteen waters, swish it around 'til everythings sorta dissolved and swallow it.

So I'm off to the supermarket, where I do NOT have to wear one because Kroger's dropped it. But if I wanted to stop at the liquor store next door, they have giant signs up saying "We follow the SCIENCE! You STILL need to COVER YOUR FACE and this includes your NOSE. If you can't comply, you can't come in!"

That one's been hysterical mask N*zi's all along. Then I'm hopping on the bus, where I will have to wear a tard rag (The lifting of the mandate specifially exempted public transportation.) When I get to Famous Footwear to buy a new pair of sneakers - who knows? I'll have to stand there trying to read all the signs on the door and figure it out.

Which is like I said, right back to where we were just before the mandate.

Ballot initiatives are the way lefties get things passed like abortion laws and bike paths and environmental rules no one wants but a few liberals in one city in county - you know, the places where they run elections and cheat anyway. Now Republicans are passing laws against ballot initiatives - 'direct democracy' as a sadden NYT sniffs. Hopefully electoral division by districts will be next.

Medium roast, tiny splash of milk, just enough to make it off-black, done up in a percolator if I have time (usually on weekends) or a regular ol' coffee maker if I don't. Not a keurig fan.

Not really. I saw it on an episode of Gunsmoke (the one with Buddy Ebsen). After his wife burned down their house and barn in order to win him back from the husband-stealing neighbor widow, she made beanhole beans and invited Marshall Dillon and Chester to join them.

Apparently it's a Dutch oven buried in a deep hole in the ground over a deep bed of coals, covered with dirt and slow-cooked overnight. Yankee beans, fatback, onions, molasses and mustard seem to be the typical ingredients.

270 Public mask update: I went to Costco this morning. The same CDC masking requirement signage was up but was not enforced and not all employees were masked. Unfortunately, I'd estimate ~2/3rds of customers were masked. Sad.

After having watched a video of a doctor doing the same yesterday, I took a deep drag from an e-cig and exhaled whilst wearing a mask. Doing so is probably the most effective demonstration as to why mask mandates of the general public are worthless.

1) This is the first of its kind vaccine ever released to the public.

2) This is the first vaccine released without finishing phase trials and following the typical 5 year period to ascertain its efficacy and safety.

3) mRNA is fragile and can fuck up your DNA if it breaks down prematurely.

4) Scientists are apparently divided on whether it can change DNA, but assure us the vaccine itself doesn't. I would have like to have seen that it absolutely unconditionally is IMPOSSIBLE for it to change DNA, not ehhhh, maybe it could, maybe it can't, but it's still safe, for realsie!

5) The government and Karens want me to take it, therefore the government and Karens can go fuck themselves.

So Chester said, "Golly Mister Dillon! Why I ain't had bean-hole beans since I cain't remember when."

But the timing seems off. The ruins of the house and barn were still smoking, suggesting that the fire had been burning as recently as just this morning, but bean-hole beans have to cook in the ground overnight, so she must have started the beans BEFORE torching the farm. Smacks of premeditation rather than a crime of passion. And who the hell tries to win back their husband by burning down the farm? I call shenanigans!

Putting a kid in a 14 year old is a classless move, it puts a LOT of pressure on the female socially, economically, and developmentally.

A Kennedy would have bludgeoned her to death, drowned her, coerced her into an abortion, or simply walked away and fixed the lawsuits for paternity.

I do know people where I would probably suggest they get the vaccine simply because they have health conditions that WU FUK MAI FUNG could dangerously exacerbate . It's a cost benefit choice. If you want a return to normalcy we need to win a lot of politics between here and there.

Imagine being told in 1981 that the Federal government would have as its baseline position that illegal immigrants are a higher moral resident than citizens, that criminals should be released because of the flu, and that you will be imprisoned for being angry at the political class.

I mean I am not even bringing up the east things like "the feds will have a tranny recruiting new members on their dime on PBS" or the other sh*t...

We have a lot of work to do.

330 I hate coffee. Never liked it (except in a few rare cases), can taste it's specific bitterness in very minute amounts if it in food. Wife once invited me to her work for an icecream cake; I said it had coffee, she said no way; it was near the bottom of the list of ingredients. It's funny, since just about all family members around me like it except for one niece that is the same way. Not that I didn't drink it in the past if I needed the caffeine.
