The Morning Report - 3/1/21 [J.J. Sefton]

fortified.jpg

Good morning, kids. Start of a new week and a new month. The big story is the reaction from all quarters to President-in-Exile Donald Trump's first major political speech since the Democrat/Globalist cabal stole the election from him, and really all of us. As usual, by all accounts, he did not disappoint. On every issue and policy that, for the first time since the end of the Second World War, Trump's first term turned around and made a wild success and that Zhou Bai-Din is completely wrecking, Trump took a blowtorch to him, and really to his puppet masters Obama/Jarret/Ayers/Soros.

"Joe Biden has had the most disastrous first month of any president in modern history," Trump declared. "Already the Biden administration has proven that they are anti-jobs, anti-family, anti-borders, anti-energy, anti-women, and anti-science. In just one short month, we have gone from America first to America last."

The former president argued that there is "no better example" of Biden's failure "than the new and horrible crisis on our southern border."

"Joe Biden has triggered a massive flood of illegal immigration into our country the likes of which we have never seen before," Trump declared, noting that Biden has loosened the enforcement of immigration law. He accused Biden of "enriching child smugglers" and having "put the vile coyotes back in business."

"Biden has failed in his number one duty as chief executive, enforcing America's laws," the former president argued. "This alone should be reason enough for Democrats to suffer withering losses in the mid-terms and to lose the White House decisively four years from now."

A few things of note, both tactically and strategically. First, considering the absolute split between us and the only real vehicle for the advancement of our policy goals - the GOP - we are a voting base without a home. That raises the question, is it easier (for lack of a better word) to form a new party, knowing the pitfalls and problems that that would engender, or to try and wrest control of the GOP from the CoC-whore globalist Deep State stooges that are in control of it by purging as many RINOs as possible? PIEOTUS Trump had this to say:

"We will do what we've done right from the beginning, which is to win," Trump said. "We're not starting new parties. You know, they kept saying, 'He's going to start a brand new party.' We have the Republican Party; it's going to unite and be stronger than ever before. I am not starting a new party. That was fake news."

As horrendous as the GOPe is, it has the infrastructure and wherewithal to run candidates not just for president but at every federal, state and local political office. A new party starting from scratch, even with Trump at the top, would just not be able to field such a panoply of candidates, certainly not without splitting the vote as bad or worse than the Libertarians. So, as crappy a prospect as having to wrest control of the GOP, it's much more of an attainable goal. Second wave hitting Omaha Beach as opposed to the first.

Also worthy of note and of respect are up and comers Ron DeSantis and Kristy Noem. Both have proven themselves to be outstanding executives over this past year in their handling of the Chinese coronavirus and more specifically the Democrat totalitarian virus that was and continues to be afflicting much of the nation. Despite the usual and continuing media sliming and smearing, they have come up smelling like a rose -- unlike the Angel of Death in New York who is now circling the drain despite an Emmy Award and self-congratulatory book that is not going to protect him from those within his party who want him out.

In any case, as heartened as I am by the likes of DeSantis, Noem and of course Trump, all of the machinations of reshaping/retaking the party for 2022, 2024 and beyond presupposes that going forward we will have honest, open and fair elections. After everything we have seen, I would be lying to you if I told you I believed that that was going to happen. The United States of America, as it was, is no more. It has been effectively overthrown by a Leftist-Corporatist-Globalist cabal that is now instituting it's own "Operation Warp Speed" to institutionalize it's iron grip while silencing and crushing all dissent or potential threats to its power.

Peoples living under managerism, however, hold a tiger by the tail. The complicated modern lives they lead are held together by esoteric technical management. The management may be less effective than advertised, and leave the masses struggling, but it at least keeps the lights on. Overthrow of the managerial class means the chaotic reversion to pre-Information Age living. To cite just one glaring example, without Tim Cook and the other managers at Apple, there will be no more iPhones to type out Twitter messages about how awful Twitter is. Americans have ceded control of virtually every aspect of their lives to managers, in areas as diverse as food production, medical care, and national defense. The managerial class cannot be guillotined or thrown into gulags as in previous class revolutions -- not without a catastrophic loss of living standards or even total social breakdown.

Looking to the east for harbingers of things to come, Russia has pursued an alternative path to managerial-class eradication; but their alternative is almost as unsettling as guillotines and gulags. When the USSR fell apart, the power held by its managerial class passed into the hands of a wealthy, quasi-criminal oligarchy. The oligarchs allowed the managerial class of Russia to do their work on a leash, much as the managers allowed the capitalists to persist in a diminished capacity under managerism. Russia's path seems a likely template for the United States in the near-term future.

There is no question the next four to eight years will see the managerial class tighten its grip on the levers of power, with concomitant frustration in store for those outside the managerial pale. At some point, we might expect disaffected working-class voters to elevate a leader who promises to break the grip of the managerial class and make experts 'accountable to the people'; but who in practice subordinates the managerial class using the mechanism of an oligarchy, one that dominates everyone, manager or not.

Ugh. It's not even 8:00AM on a Monday morning and I can see a lot of you heading for that bottle of arsenic. But in spite of all of this evil, something's going to give. Bill Maher is a vile homunculus. Yet, despite his being repulsively leftist, he does on occasion act like a broken clock on certain issues, and some of them rather important (the danger of Islam in particular). He had an interesting conversation with Megyn Kelly the other day and the conversation took a very interesting turn:

That's when Kelly dropped a line that should be at the forefront of every single parent's brain as he or she fights the school's efforts to coopt American children: "If he's going to be activated, Doug [Kelly's husband] and I should do it." It's up to the parents, not the schools, to set values for the children -- but of course, that's not how leftists see it.

Maher then chimed in that he'd been hearing from parents -- leftist parents -- about the relentless anti-white activism the New York schools, both public and private, are pushing.

And this is what I've heard from parents -- and these are all liberal, by the way -- who say, "My kids are not ready to be told they're white supremacists." You know, I'm not ready to be told.

[snip]

You talked about this letter the school put out. ... Can I read some of the things that are from this letter, lest people think I'm losing my mind?

"There's a killer cop sitting in every school where white children learn. White children are left unchecked and unbothered in their homes," one sentence starts. Well, how old do you have to be before you can just be unchecked and unbothered. You know, what age to you get bothered?

"I'm tired of white people reveling in their state-sanctioned depravities, snuffing out black lives with no consequences." You know, "go reform white kids."

You know, it bothers me so much that I have to be on this side [Kelly's side] of this issue. Because I've always been a civil rights advocate. You know, don't make me Tucker Carlson. You're the f***ing nuts. This is insane.

"As black bodies drop like flies around us by violent white hands." There is racist problems in this country. But this is hyperbole, and this is making people crazy.

It was with those words that the amazing thing happened: Maher's audience applauded. Over the years, Maher's audiences have always been trained seals, reliably clapping at every hard left, anti-George Bush, anti-Trump, pro-Obama statement the host utters. But this time, he said that the BLM rap pushing Critical Race Theory ("CRT") on American society is dangerous insanity -- and the audience clapped.

Sure, it's anecdotal but it is interesting to note. Also, much as I utterly loathe Bernie Sanders and his even more repulsively anti-Semitic flunky Matt Duss, seems the latter is less than happy with the Biden junta's renewed military adventurism in Syria. And that has got to be reflective of not just the psycho Code Pinkos but perhaps the more amenable liberals (if such a species is not extinct by now). Along with us, there is a lot of disaffection with the current junta as well as with the notion of the legacy two-party political system. I have noted with some irony how much of the rhetoric of the Occupy Wall Street astroturfed protesters actually makes sense some 10 years later (the Jew-hatred notwithstanding). But, look who controls the Democrats.

Forgetting elections for a moment, at least on a national level, the time is ripe to get involved on as local a level as you can possibly get. School boards, community boards, etc. etc. I think that that is going to be the key in somehow clawing back and at least having a chance. It's not going to happen overnight; remember, it took the Communists 100-years to get where they are today. But if you do move in Lefty circles and your cover has not been blown, make yourself into a concern troll and sow division and dissent but from that perspective. It's worth a shot. We've got nothing to lose now.

After four years of railing against "deep state" actors who, he said, tried to undermine his presidency, Donald Trump relented to U.S. intelligence leaders in his final days in office, allowing them to block the release of critical material in the Russia investigation, according to a former senior congressional investigator who later joined the Trump administration.

30 First, always remember that the GOP is part of the Uniparty. We aren't voting our way out of this. We tried with the Tea Party. We tried with Trump. Each time, the Uniparty was happy to break laws to stifle both. There is no reform possible. And there is no third party possible.

Second, there might be some backlash against the transgender madness. The gains though will be cemented into place. In five to ten years, conservatives will talk about how trannies are part of the big tent and Dems are the real transphobes.

Trump never had full control of the military, DOJ, or IC. Someone had an interesting article discussing how Trump failed to either realize or deal with the fact that the bureaucracy was never going to obey him. I still don't think he realizes it which is why it is futile (beyond the cheating) to look at him for 2024. Not that voting matters.

71 I don't trust DeSantis or Noem. I don't trust anyone with a R after their name. I have been conditioned to think like that by there Republican Party itself...

Elections? You gotta be f'ing kidding me. HELLO, did any see what just happened Nov 3rd? Elections, the Constitution, rule of law all went bye, bye.

--

Skepticism is certainly understandable. I like Noem and DeSantis too, alot. For now. But I also know not to hang my hopes on them as yet.

And here again, when I do consider them (or anyone else up and coming) who might really be who we need, my brain will not escape the very ugly truth of what happened on Nov. 3rd. And how it will happen again and again and again. That is, until we have a hard reckoning with election fraud so deep, so massive that it flipped several states and determined a presidential election. We will continue to be doomed until we come to terms with what happened and figure out a way to keep it from happening again.

I feel like that's a state level issue, not a national one. A better top at the RNC can begin to patch over those holes using resources and contacts. Should the VAGOP essentially just walk away from a third of all House of Burgess contests? No, not in the least. Not ever. Is that something better handled by a new manager at the VAGOP or by a completely new organization?

I feel like a new manager at the VAGOP would be better positioned to make improvements quickly rather than starting from scratch.

I mean, this would be like the far left giving up completely on the DNC because their presence in Mississippi wasn't up to snuff, but less bad.

He did turn his back on his family's social standing and ways of life. So I think it is looslely his autobiography in someways. Or the autobiography he has chosen for himself. It was a 2 for 1 sale at the water hold. We hadn't even got settled in the blind yet when 5 little ones came out. S wasn't ready an just handed me my rifle. I took the shot and headshot one and didn't notice till later that I'd gone through and hit the one next to it as well.

We didn't get much action after that, but I've got 3 in 2 trips. We're going to change our approach a bit for next time and actually harvest some for eating. Since we're doing good, might as well take advantage and see what happens.

Always just file the paperwork for someone to be on a ballot. Always.

What if that incumbent suddenly dies of a heart attack in the middle of the election without an opponent on the ballot? He'll win by default and the Democratic governor will appoint a replacement.

Have just a body on the ballot? An unexpected wave could float a couple of non-campaigning nobodies into office to help bolster the overall numbers.

The Forward is increasingly stupid in content. This morning I read a piece saying that on Purim, Jews should stop booing the bad guy, Haman, and try to "build bridges". Apparently some Israeli doctor used "Hamans of every generation" as a reason to shoot Palestinians, hence we must be nice to a historical figure who wanted to kill Jews.
In the meantime, The Forward loves to stir up animosity toward today's white Americans over slavery and the need for reparations and "white supremacy" (which is the reason Republicans like Israel, btw)

Essentially, if you want "moderate conservatism" you need someone to balance out the far left and even moderate left Dems.

Look at what happened with Trump, he tried to roll back some of what the Dems did from 2008-2016 which is something the "moderate conservatives" running the GOPe claimed to want. And on most things they fought him tooth and nail.

I'm ready for the GOP to suffer bigly in the 2022 midterms. America needs to get it from the Dems good and hard - with cities practically in flames - before the electorate will wake up and make the fundamental changes that need to be done. Frankly, if a large part of the non-conservative population isn't with us on at least this part, any 'victories' will be transitory.

But my fear is that the Federal Government is vastly expanding its domestic police power under the Rule of Fraud and will be very loathe to surrender those powers. We really do need to destroy these institutions, and salt the earth on which they stand. Reforming the FBI or CIA has proved to be a laughable prospect, deserving of full-on mockery.

210 I'm ready for the GOP to suffer bigly in the 2022 midterms. America needs to get it from the Dems good and hard - with cities practically in flames - before the electorate will wake up and make the fundamental changes that need to be done. Frankly, if a large part of the non-conservative population isn't with us on at least this part, any 'victories' will be transitory.

problem with your logic (and believe me, I like the sound of it) is that many, if not most americans are dumb. we haven't even reached peak Idiocracy. And because they have the attention spans of goldfish, they'll forget facts or those facts about who caused this pain will be whitewashed, memory holed and re-written. or they will be gaslighted. and so, they will empower the libs with more elections- because nancy and her crew will say they need MOAR power to fix what DJT and the Repubs did. And they will fall for it. And that is how we get...wait for it....TRUE FASCISM. Or Communism. Or Oligarchy. them in charge. permanently.

Um, the electorate woke up a long time ago. Democrat electoral fraud is legendary going back decades. They've been stealing elections a lot longer than 2020. They pulled out all the stops to he sure, but the problem is in a very real sense elections don't matter. Coupled with the "opposition party" that reliably offers up candidates that are merely failure theater squish thumbs designed as a sort of honey pot trap, we're bones either way. We're not voting our way out of this.

215 There are only three ways to address the sort of fraud the Dems are using now
1) Use the same methods, but more of them. Oh, the Dem candidate just got 100K votes overnight from the Big Blue City? Well what do you know, this little red county just found 120K more vote for the Rep!
2) Arrest, prosecute, and execute those responsible. Anything less will just have the guilty back out on the street when the Dems have the option
3) Respond to stolen elections directly - don't allow the "winners" to be seated. Secede if necessary.
Anything else is failure theater.

Jack, on the surface, I certainly agree with your perspective - the electorate is pretty dumb.

However, as a native New Yorker I remember NYC pre-Giuliani. There was no way that NYC would have ever voted for a Republican unless the cities were practically in flames, which is what the Crown Heights riots basically created.

Once the city took a look at what unfettered liberalism did to it, they held their noses and voted for the Federal prosecutor to clean the place up.

This is the only way we'll change. Unfortunately, it will be painful.

254 On the whole Starting a New Party movement, I had a thought last week, when there were a number of stories about disaffected union and centrist, working-class democrats who were suffering buyers' remorse.

"Where will they go?"

If the GOP splits into separate "True Republicans" and "RINOs," the likelihood of these new potential allies vanishes. Given that this past election was so clearly between Right and Wrong, they would most likely just stay home rather than do the work necessary to figure out which of the GOP factions best fit their views.

So, Trump's desire to shore up and refine the GOP comes as a welcome message to actual patriots and real Americans than it will to the grifters and pretenders.

The smell was memorable. Just going to the street from the train station let me meet six panhandlers all fairly aggressive.

262 If you want to cut off Big Tech, you need to cut off Big Tech. Just like the great Clarence Thomas said in regards to racism and discrimination.

First, you need to pull yourself out of their advertising stream. Something as simple as black-holing all the servers related to AdSense and everything else dealing with Google's invasive advertising. On Windows machines, the 'easy' but incomplete way is adding those servers to the HOSTS file but with a "0.0.0.0" address (versus 127.0.0.1, unless you're techy enough to build/host something on your computer to process those requests just to see how many calls are made). Phones and tablets are a different matter, unfortunately... moreso if it's based on Android, which again has Google's eldritch tentacles everywhere.

Then it's weaning yourself off the other niceties. G-Mail, for instance. Facebook. YouTube. Anytime a website hosts ANYTHING hooked to them, such as a embedded video or a LIKE button, each visitor will get tagged by those systems because their browser will happily reach out for the content or even just the image that is hosted on those servers.

267 We all know Cuomo's going down for reasons other than sexual harassment and nursing home deaths. Media didn't give a crap about those until five minutes ago, despite it all being public knowledge for how long?

Which leaves the interesting question of why he's *actually* being taken out. I heard a rumor from NY that right before all this stuff finally broke in the news, he had started some kind of inquiry or investigation into corruption among the NY state legislature. Have been poking around for other sources, but can't confirm. Anybody know anything about that? It would make more sense of the whole thing.

I mean, the guy's getting his just desserts, no doubt. But I HATE when the stated reasons for something are clearly not the actual reasons-- it just bugs me. I feel like we are missing the real story here by clapping along with the media narrative on it.

268 Forgetting elections for a moment, at least on a national level, the time is ripe to get involved on as local a level as you can possibly get.

Thats what I've been saying. Join us at FortifyRed as soon as I get it going.

269 Guy Smiley, I used to think Swedish-made movies were the benchmark for grim, bleak art.

Then I read "The Road"...

270 Why is the Center-Right always shrinking from a fight? Get rid of the Goddamn RINO's and take over the Republican party. Organize and fight. No reason to run away and form a new party. The Republican party is OUR PARTY. We just need to fight for it.

271 BTW, Trump said the DoD offered Pelosi 10,000 NG troops on Jan 6th and Pelosi turned it down. Also, that the crowd of Trump Supporters was YUGE. Basically this whole Jan 6th insurrection was a huge Left-wing GayOp and McConnell and his gang were in on it.

272 Small correction in paragraph 4 (not counting the quotes in gray as paragraphs): "unlike the Angel of Death in New York who is now circling the drain despite an Emmy Award" should read "unlike the Angel of Death in New York who is now circling the drain because of an Emmy Award".

After all, the Emmy Award is for ACTING as opposed to DOING.

Soon-to-be-ex-Governor Cuomo really was an outstanding actor, constantly saying things to the press that were fake, and even writing a popular novel "American Crisis: Leadership lessons from the COVID-19 Pandemic". The book has gotten rave reviews on Amazon (the top six are one star!). He may win the Pulitzer Prize for Fiction.
