CNN Reinstates the Ban on Fredo Cuomo Covering Sonny Cuomo, Reversing Its Previous "Suspending" of the Same Ban

So first, Fredo was not allowed to cover his mafia don brother Sonny, because that's an obvious conflict of interest.

Then, because Sonny was being used by the left as a political weapon against Trump, CNN suspended that rule, because, let's face it, no one on CNN was going to cover Sonny any less affectionately than his own brother. It's not like Fake Jake Tapper was going to ask about the nursing home murders.

Now that Democrats are talking about impeaching Sonny, CNN says the ban's back on.

This isn't done for purposes of journalistic hygeine.

This is to provide Fredo with an excuse for not covering his brothers' mass-killings or the current FBI investigation into them.

CNN claimed Wednesday that it has reinstated a "rule" that prevents Chris Cuomo from "interviewing or covering his brother" -- after the host completely ignored the nursing home death cover-up scandal engulfing Gov. Andrew Cuomo.
Last year, Chris Cuomo repeatedly interviewed his older brother about the coronavirus pandemic, engaging in often-cringey banter that initially helped boost the ratings for the 9 p.m. "Cuomo Prime Time."
But the controversy over the Cuomo administration's admitted cover-up of nursing home death numbers -- exclusively revealed by The Post last week --hasn't been mentioned on Chris’ hour-long show.

In a prepared statement, a CNN spokesperson said, "The early months of the pandemic crisis were an extraordinary time. We felt that Chris speaking with his brother about the challenges of what millions of American families were struggling with was of significant human interest."
"As a result, we made an exception to a rule that we have had in place since 2013 which prevents Chris from interviewing and covering his brother, and that rule remains in place today. CNN has covered the news surrounding Governor Cuomo extensively," the statement added.
The network didn't respond to a question asking when Gov. Cuomo was again banned from his brother's show.

This is all Integrity Theater. The rest of CNN covered up this story until this week, and only began covering it because the Democrat Party they all belong to gave them permission to cover it, by talking about impeaching Cuomo.

And even since they started "covering" it, it's still very soft coverage, considering we're talking about the calculated murder of thousands.

But they can't cover it too much -- three other Democrat governors also made the murderous decision to seed the nursing homes with covid: Murphy of NJ, Wolfe of Pennsylvania, and the Witch of Michigan.

And they can't cover it too much because it would lead to uncomfortable questions that CNN doesn't want to answer, like: What stopped you from covering this story for the entire past year (well, since March 25, 2020), apart from, 1, campaigning for a Democrat win in November and 2, not having yet gotten permission from the Democrat Party that you serve to cover it?

So they wrote a bill that said any company with x number of stores and Y number of employees in the state would have to provide health insurance to its workers. Of course Walmart was the only company that came even close to matching that criteria. It was an obvious anti-Walmart bill even though Walmart was not specified. WM went to court and won both at the district and circuit level.

This bill against Trump should theoretically be illegal based on that ruling alone.

Yes, actually been hearing this for a while. Covid is weird AF. It's been linked to bizarre rashes, ulcers, etc. For some reason it makes the immune system in some people go bonkers. I think one of the first ones I heard was some gal in Italy's fingers turned black and fell off. Of course, Italy. I'd be a LOT more concerned if this happened at Cedar Sanai. But my friend working ICU in SoCal has described some bonkers stuff.

While the survival rate is high, one concern is what happens to your system down the road. If this is a manmade thing, it's pretty creepy to think about.

Yeah. My brother had it last spring, was sick as hell for a week and then got better - except he says that since then he's noticed he becomes easily winded. He really notices it when he's exercising or doing chores. That concerns me.
And I now know of one person in his late 50's with no pre-existing conditions that died of it and another who survived although he is in his 70's and has loads of other health problems. The symptoms and severity are all over the board. It's very weird

Yeah, we've had the "new" TB in CA for a while now. The best part is it's pretty much unphased by even the super-antibiotics. Cool.

There's also the polio like disease that's made its way through kids in Los Angeles (mostly East LA, go fig) and they can't figure out WTF it is. But the media has been doing an amazing job of keeping it quiet. I think people might get upset at Gavin if something like that were to spread to school kids in Boise. But it really makes one think - if this really is a manmade virus, what would stop said creators from attempting to make say, Asians less susceptible? No, I hear a murderer telling you to just lie back and let it happen. Ivermectin absolutely works. So does HCQ, but Ivermectin is better. Take at first sign of symptoms for a couple of days. Combine it with heavy Vitamin D. It reduces fatal outcomes so much that vaccination becomes meaningless.

I've been in Houston 40 years. A bunch of times there were temperatures as low as these, but only for a couple of days and nights, and rarely along with precipitation that caused ice on everything.

Yes. I think it was stupid and ill-timed - but basically, a minor gaffe, that the Left will predictably blow up in a major scandal.

But hell, it will be replaced within a week by a even bigger scandal for everyone to go nuts over for several days. It's very tiresome.
