Dog throws a tantrum when his master tells him it's time to leave the dog park.Horse plays with a big ball like he's a puppy. I didn't know horses did this. Baby elephant plays the chasing game with a dog, but then gets frustrated because he can't catch the dog. I've been there. Injured sea lion jumps on to boat, looking for help. A few more robotic spy animals: Robot orangutan. Robot gorilla. Robot ostrich chick infiltrates an ostrich brood. In this one, a leopard shows up, and the mother ostrich feigns an injury and flees, limping, trying to draw the leopard away from the chicks. By the way, how fast are ostriches? This fast. Scrappy chihuahua protects kittens from bigger dog. The bigger dog just seems to want to play, but the chihauhau doesn't want him roughhousing with the kittens. Below: Cats: The Butthole Cut.

That makes sense. Sailor is the first cat that I've had for a long period of time and I had no idea felines were so scent conscious. He smells everything. When Teddy's been out Sailor smells him to see where he's been. When he's outside he's always got his nose into the wind.

I found it a very long version of a half hour TV show of "what if the Manson kids attacked an implausibly capable super ninja stunt man?"
Watching faux Sharon Tate just drive around and do boring things like "watch a lousy movie" for half an hour did not appeal to me. But tastes vary.

About 200,000 of those positions are EMPTY right now.
If MAGA supporters (like us) would just show up and take them, MAGA would control the Repub party. Literally call your county Repub party, attend a meeting and introduce yourself, and seek an empty available position.
If they are all taken in your country, offer to "shadow" the existing person, learning what they do, and run for their spot in the next round.
Oh, and Bannon points out, BE RESPECTFUL! They are RINOs, not Commies.
This makes sense, start from the grass roots. It is how the lefties took over the Demo party a generation ago. Without wasting billions on trying to start a third party.

Not a bad flick for the first hour and a half. Tense, mysterious, sad (it's about the hunt for a serial killer of women), with a lot of very good acting. Went off the rails in the last half an hour, though I can't say I'm disappointed with the resolution (everyone got what was coming to them).
Two out of four stars, I guess. Denzel's excellence was a bit wasted on this film. Every time I saw Leto I wanted to kill him with my bare hands. I kept thinking "Is his character really that evil, or is it just that Leto is such a shitty actor that makes me hate the character so much?" I ultimately concluded that the answers to these two questions were Yes and Yes.
I really need to find a new series to watch.

The majority vote at the precinct level controls the vote at the state level, which controls the vote for national candidates.
If the locals are only supporting MAGA candidates, and not RINO candidates, the RINOs will die on the vine with no support.
And if the rich money candidate won't do what the majority vote of that chain of representatives will do, they get shut down and replaced with someone who will.
It starts at the grass roots level, Democrats have known this for years. You can't find an open Democrat precinct spot. But half of Repub ones are a ghost town.
Go make the call and become a local member. Take charge. Bannon says you have to commit to one meeting a month. That's all.

Leto thinks he's a great actor because he can make psycho eyes.

He's kind of odd looking but very talented, even better than his tragically dead brother. He plays messed up people really well. Casting was terrific in that film, I was very impressed with Connie Nielsen as Lucilla. She did a ton with a fairly small role and always came across as very capable and slightly frightening.

Joker is a tough film to watch - especially if you know and recognize disturbed people - the film is really good and really bad - depending on how you feel about the subject. I found it difficult to watch knowing my own son and the condition he struggles with. I found the ending of Joker poor...but it was odd in a certain way - its how Hollywood would figure it would end...a shame after all that honesty that went before.

It's a great movie. I didn't like the hangout vibe of the first 90 minutes but it's definitely a "trust the process" movie and QT has yet to lay a total egg so I was on board the whole way.
Honestly one of the best experiences I ever had in a theater. And likely to be the last time I go to a theater.

Yes, there are better topdown ARPGs now and more popular, china's Path of Exile is very popular, grim dawn is popular. Inquisitor is decent if you want something scify WH4Kish. Steam beta Last Epoch is looking good. Torchlight III, now that's a complete failure which is sad because T1&2 were nice and Runic was made up of old blizzard people.
But DII remastered will make bank and DIV will make bank.

Yeah I guess he thought it was the best way to make his super stuntman Brad Pitt character seem more badass, or something. Like the 90 second "fight" where Thanos trashes the Hulk: see how powerful he is??? It just makes the person they beat seem worthless, rather than the winner seem powerful.
Its a cheap device, but I guess it was the best he could come up with.

I read the first novel in that series. Thought it was decent. Went into a bookstore, picked up the second one, read the first chapter... And put it back on the shelf. Cringeworthy levels of grrrlpower. I get it. She's a strong woman. You don't have to hold me down and shove it up my nose like a covid test.

Got it wedged back closed, so I will leave it until daylight. Will probably have to drill holes and put new tapping screws into it.
On a more fun note, I think I have successfully fixed buddy's FIE .22 automatic. At least it popped the primer on a .22 LR shell from which I removed the powder and slug. Wouldn't fire at all before.
And I bought a '99 Suburban 4X4. Need some fixing, but nothing I cannot do.

It displays his independent streak, despite the fact that he can be a raving lefty idiot. He's not all lefty - I'd say other than his dummy forays into racial identity oppression garbage, his movies mostly have a "conservative" core. And let's not forget that it's statists and lefty douches who did almost all of the historical racial oppressing in question. It's too bad that always gets lost in the shuffle.

Yeah that's another weakness. But art is art and I love what he creates. I don't think you can change one thing about a super creative dude like that and not take some other valuable stuff with it.
The clue about how good Tarantino is (to me) is most of the critics still keep waiting for him to "mature". Which I think in part means turn his movies into artsy leftardganda and take away the fun parts. He won't kowtow, and his last movie demonstrated that.
The final issue with him is he's definitely missing his original editor, the late Sally Menke.

I thought it was okay but the problem is that Tarantino desperately needs and editor but is too "big" to listen to one. So his stuff goes on for ages, often with no real purpose. They lose suspense they lose punch, and you lose track of what is going on in the movie because each scene just goes on for freaking ever.
Also, he does a poor job of establishing scenes at times. That big scene in Pulp Fiction where the guys go pick up the suitcase with the golden glow in it? I didn't even see there was a guy on the couch the first viewing. I thought Sam Jackson had just shot the couch, not someone lying on it.
You as the viewer had no real sense of the layout of the room or what was in it or where. It was so focused on the main characters that when the bathroom door opens you're like "wait, there's a door over there?"

NBC moved it to Friday night and the ratings suffered. Wed at 10 was it's original time slot and it did much better there.

But a lot of "baby powder" these days is made of corn starch, which will of course burn, just like wheat flour does.
Some lawyer discovered that talcum powder may contain minute traces of asbestos. So California is convinced it causes cancer.
