Revealed: Both CNN and MSNBC Paid the Antifa Leader $35,000 for His Video of the Riots He Encouraged and Took Part In

"Burn this mother down," he encouraged his fellow rioters, and then talked a cop into letting them into the Capitol.

Which is supposedly the greatest crime of the past two centuries. Worse than the Holocaust, really.

He was a professional coaching raw amateurs about how to riot.

He was an architect of "the terror" Jake Tapper and the slightly-less-partisan AOC say happened that day.

And CNN, and MSNBC, paid him a lot of money for that terror.

They are terror-financiers.

Maybe some drone strikes are needed?

A federal magistrate judge has turned down prosecutors’ effort to block a man accused of participating in the Capitol riot from using Twitter and Facebook, but ordered him to end his involvement with a business he founded that the Justice Department says promotes and glorifies violent protests.

The defendant, John Sullivan of Utah, has maintained that he attends raucous demonstrations as a journalist, sharing videos through his Insurgence USA website and social media platforms. Sullivan’s defense attorney even filed invoices with the court showing that CNN and NBC each paid Sullivan’s firm $35,000 last month for rights to video he filmed of chaotic scenes outside and inside the Capitol, including the deadly shooting of protester Ashli Babbitt by a U.S. Capitol Police officer.

By the way, Politico claims the political affiliation of this Black Lives Matter activist is "murky," because their Black Lives Matter pals say he's not one of them.

Of course they say that. And of course Politico repeats, without skepticism, the unproven claims of the media's allied paramilitary forces.

All the data has been compiled. Arrest records, affiliations, social media presence, etc.
Video evidence of the capital police letting "rioters" into the building that runs counter to the narrative and the 20 seconds of violence they show on a loop forever.

Of course, once the case was cogently made that 1/6 wasn't what it's been built into, that writer would have no place to get published, nor would a web host allow the info to stay up for long.

126 The parody that is now the public square, major institutions, and most non-"conservative" public voices is simply jaw-dropping.

Imagine how dumbed down much of the public is, that the "press" can carry on this absurd fantasy campaign of "insurrection", as if there was any connection to Trump, or any attempt to seize power, or any effort to kill, or even any significant mayhem, when the whole thing comes down to still-unexplained behavior by the Capitol Police (not just closing access to the Capitol, a simple and easy thing to do) and the actions of known s**t-stirrers (like the one in the post - and others).

Not that it will get serious traction - but this is crude, stupid lying and propaganda that contradicts all common sense (Trump rallies attract a mature adult crowd, with no know record or likelihood of violent behavior).

This is claiming that extraterrestrials have landed on the Mall and are controlling Americans via their smart phones. It's that absurd.

_____________

There were LE officers who reported that they saw young people dressed in black with black backpacks coming into D.C. the night before, and they appeared to be coordinating the action.

It sounds very much like the way antifa operates. It's very likely that the bombs planted at the RNC and DNC headquarters were leftist operations, and much of the trouble at the Capitol was instigated by antifa or other leftist groups. We know that several of the people who were urging others to break windows and push into the building were lefty activists. There were some actual Trump supporters there, but they probably didn't realize that a false flag operation was going on -- and they were not armed, so it was not an "insurrection" as the media has falsely claimed.

There's a whole lot that we don't know and probably never will know about what really happened, because the left and the media (BIRM) won't let it get reported to the public.

198 Didn't the natgas freeze up too?"

No, it didn't - that is misinformation being spread by ERCOT and repeated by the AP. The AP's story is a clever piece of misinformation, and they got it from ERCOT, which is very motivated to cover up their failure. I'll borrow some explanation from Chuck DeVore, who has a clear short synopsis on how the failures actually happened;
ERCOT crashed the grid through mismanagement, the crashing of the grid is what knocked some thermal generating plants off line. Not the cold. Now ERCOT is fudging the timeline as to what happened (and trying to keep people from looking at the actual details) to cover
up the mismanagement that caused the entire thing to happen.

The short term failure came at about 1 AM Monday when #ERCOT should have seen the loads soaring due to plummeting temperatures and arranged for more generation. Texas came very close to having a system wide outage for the whole state (ERCOT area, about 85% of the state) due to not arranging for more generation.
This tripped the grid, knocking some reliable thermal plants (gas and coal) off line.

214 from Chuck DeVore, continued:
the long term problem:
In the last 4-5 years, Texas lost a net of 3,000 megawatts of thermal out of a total installed capacity 73,000 megawatts today. We lost the thermal power because operators couldn't see a return on investment due to being undercut by wind and solar, which is cheap for two reasons - it's subsidized and it doesn't have to pay for the costs of grid reliability by purchasing battery farms or contracting with gas peaker plants to produce power when needed, not when they can. Meanwhile, Texas has seen a growth of 20,000 megawatts of wind and solar over the same period to 34,000 megawatts of installed capacity (they rarely perform anywhere close to capacity). This subsidized state and federal) wind and solar have pushed reliable thermal operators out of business or prevented
new generation from being built as operators can't make money off of the market. This reduced the capacity margin - grids must have excess capacity to ensure stability.
Texas is experiencing what California has - with California affecting the entire Western Interconnection due to its policies. Blackouts are a feature of the push to have more unreliable backup.

DeVore is a transplanted CA guy who I believe gave up on CA, after being one of the last/only voices of reason in office.

229 Describing an alleged exchange with the governor that has not been previously reported, Democratic Assemblyman Ron Kim told CNN that he received a call on his cell phone from the governor last week as he was bathing his children at home.

"Gov. Cuomo called me directly on Thursday to threaten my career if I did not cover up for Melissa [DeRosa] and what she said. He tried to pressure me to issue a statement, and it was a very traumatizing experience," Kim said. Cuomo proceeded to tell the assemblyman that "we're in this business together and we don't cross certain lines and he said I hadn't seen his wrath and that he can destroy me," according to Kim.

230 The pumps on the natgas lines used to be powered by the gas in the pipe. Switched to external electric which failed when the grid failed when the bird blenders iced up.

231 Didn't the natgas freeze up too?"

No, it didn't - that is misinformation being spread by ERCOT and repeated by the AP. The AP's story is a clever piece of misinformation, and they got it from ERCOT, which is very motivated to cover up their failure. I'll borrow some explanation from Chuck DeVore, who has a clear short synopsis on how the failures actually happened;

Almost no nat gas plants "froze up", that's a lie. ERCOT crashed the grid and kicked a bunch offline, which caused them to go through the shut-down restart procedure, which takes time. Now they are blaming the Freeze for that, even though it's ERCOT's mismanagement, not the weather itself, which caused the shutdowns.

Of course the AP is doing everything it can to hide the actual causes.

From the wellhead into a gathering system to a gas processing plant is where the freeze ups happen. There are efforts to de-liquefy the gas along that route but the effects of residual moisture are cumulative, like fatbergs in a sewer system.

Natural gas has to be treated before it can be sold commercially. They remove any H2S and other sulfur compounds, then remove any hydrocarbon liquids that can be sold as more valuable products (propane, butane). Then it's mostly methane with a little ethane. The they remove any water and add the odor.

I hate it when people say they smell methane. Methane is odorless. They add the odor to natural gas, otherwise you'd never smell a leak.

A pumping station (I think in WV) failed, during an extreme cold event that covered the country from OH eastwards.

Gas transportation is also a "grid" that can fail when a major node fails. The possible implications of the WV failure included *loss of natgas to medium-sized cities*.

Quietly, govt. authorities and legal teams were assembled to explore the implications of *evacuating entire small cities* and letting the massive infrastructure damage occur that was unavoidable without gas.

Of course it didn't happen, fortunately, which is why you never heard about it or remember it. But it was a pretty close call.

297 How is this any different than CNN/MSNBC paying somebody to ignite and burn down a federal building (or any building), film themselves doing so, and claiming they're just "journalists" filming the event for the news? It's completely absurd.

Posted by: Lady in Black - GODSPEED Rush Limbaugh

They would almost certainly say they didn't pay him ahead of time to do the deeds, but rather just paid him after the fact for his footage. Thereby removing themselves from being a prior cause of the mayhem.

Whether or not they had a relationship with him that predated 1/6/2021 is the question that answers whether they would be held criminally or civilly liable for his actions.

Just got my power back at 11:00 am after down for 48hrs. Also no cell phone service in my area. ( I'm going to drop AT&T because of it or rather get Verizon because they remained in service)

Now I'm concerned about the rain we've had today because it's supposed to freeze at night for a couple more days. I've been through an ice storm before. Not a pretty picture.

think about it analytically - all the affected nat gas plants came back online within 24 hours, even though the weather was 20 degrees colder by that point. If it was the cold that was the problem, that could not have happened. But the wind generators didn't.

Same reason why Republican legislative majorities refused to do the things they've promised for decades.

They don't intend to do any of it. Lies, all the way down.

They've also got the Lucy With The Football schtick going on, but corporate media keeps them blaming powerless Republicans rather than their own criminal leadership.

Representative government died over a decade ago, at least. Now, the political class only represents itself and its cronies.

Yes and there are numerous ways to protect it starting at the wellhead. There are also processes and systems to catch any accumulations or ice balls that may develop. It's not really expensive and should be a fundamental part of any well design

Posted by: Jen the original

There was a caller on the replay show this morning who was a single mother of 4 who was fired from a job at a medical supply company because "she was not qualified enough to be making as much money as they were paying her." She worked hard for two years based on her listening to Rush's lessons on not being a victim, and ended up starting her own company and then buying the company that fired her. She was also an immigrant to the US. Pretty touching call. She gave a ton of credit to Rush but of course he gave it right back to her.

The Hard Left are a bunch of stupid, ignorant people making stupid, ignorant policy so they can give themselves tongue baths on social media on how wonderful they all are. A few of them know exactly how their ideas will turn out in the end, but most of them are gentrified or suburban children of privilege (their term, not mine) who don't know what they wish for and wouldn't like it if it did occur. The fact that some of their ideas can become national policy is not proof of their intelligence, it is proof on how morally, politically, and ideologically corrupt the Beltway has become.

The whole episode was about Journalists, not Jill and Joe, who may actually love each other for all anyone knows. But hearing "journalists" gush and gush and gush and GUSH really was enough to send anyone to a breaking point. First, does any one of them know what happens between them when they aren't "on"? Of course not. Second, at what point is this news?
