Man Vouched for by NeverTrump Conservative, Inc. as a "Reasonable, Moderate Centrist" Democrat Cancels All Federal Gas and Oil Permitting, Affirms His Campaign Pledge to Ban Fracking

Remember, fellas, when Conservative, Inc. comes a-begging, promising to defend you against the attacks of their leftist partners-in-crime -- make sure you sign so many checks that your fingers cramp.

They've earned your money!

@joshdcaplan

REUTERS: Biden administration suspends federal oil and gas permitting

Also: The "moderate, centrist" Biden cancelled all construction on the Keystone XL pipeline:

@JackPosobiec

Many in Biden admin see nothing wrong with cancelling Keystone XL and ending fracking altogether. Ron Klain is one of few arguing for phased replacement with renewable energy jobs.

Canada's far leftwing PM Trudeau is even bothered by how irresponsibly left-wing the Biden crew is:

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on Wednesday said he was "disappointed" in President Biden's pledge to revoke a permit for the controversial Keystone XL pipeline -- as the company behind it said work on the project was being suspended.

In a statement issued following Biden’s inauguration, Trudeau said he "spoke directly" to Biden about the $8 billion project in November, and other Canadian officials "made the case" in favor of it "to high-level officials in the incoming administration."

Biden promised to end fracking.

Then, when he felt he might lose Pennsylvania, he reversed himself and claimed he would not ban fracking.

The media actually labeled anyone who pointed out his previous vow to ban fracking a "lie."

Well, now he illegally occupies the White House, and the man promised to us by NeverTrump as a "moderate, centrist" Democrat reaffirms he will ban all fracking:

Hey, Conservative, Inc., when is Joe Biden going to start showing that "moderate centrism" you promised?

8 Campaign Biden: I'm going to ban fracking. We're going to transition away from fossil fuels. I'm going to cancel the Keystone XL pipeline.
Campaign Cucks: He doesn't mean it. Nothing to worry about.

President Biden: I'm going to ban fracking. We're going to transition away from fossil fuels. I'm going to cancel the Keystone XL pipeline.
Post-election cucks: What? How could he do that? What a shock.

I don't know if this has been mentioned, but after the SCOAMF administration refused to authorize completion of the cross-border Keystone pipeline link, the Canadians started building an alternate oil pipeline to Vancouver. The EPA can do rulemaking that would make fracking on private ground more difficult but it could be considered a taking depending on the degree.

Yeah, that's probably true.

The FedGov may give you a nickel on the dollar as value.
The ban on fracking on Federal Land is an immediate order that can take place now.
The gradual strangulation of new oil development on private land will take a little more time.

President-elect Biden is already pushing a radical left-wing agenda. Despite his calls for "unity," his first 100 days in office could be some of the divisive in U.S. presidential history. At home he has signaled plans for amnesty-based immigration measures, declared war on American energy by sabotaging the Keystone XL pipeline, and proposed a bloated $1.9 trillion job-killing wish list masquerading as a COVID-relief bill.

Ohio used to export electric power. Now, it imports electric power.
A lot of surge capacity for electricit is dependent on natural gas, gas turbines driving generators. With the fracking bans coming, the price of recoverable natural will go up, regardless of the wells still operating.

One tactic is to use required redistricting in WI, MI, PA, GA, AZ, etc. to eliminate winner take all in the electoral college for 2024. Make it by congressional district which pretty much kills the urban fraud machine incentive.

347 Mitch is the main person to blame for the GA senate losses, not Lin Wood. Both GOP candidates were leading in polls until Mitch killed the $2000 check idea which rural voters were counting on. Neither Perdue nor Mitch's handpicked Kelly Loeffler said boo about what Mitch did.

Perdue is also to blame as he did not even challenge the 2020 general results which he could have done. The entire steal came courtesy from the GA GOP elected leaders from the Gov, Lt Gov, and SOS. The LT Gov even purged three Senate Cmte chairs that wanted to investigate fraud in the new session.

But that doesn't change the fact that the legislature failed utterly to stop the state from being stolen by the communists. And they are doing abso-fucking-lutely nothing now to keep it from happening again - not that it matters once you get another 1-million democrat primary voters imported.

I'm sure they are sitting pretty with their government contracts, fuckwads. Last time I buy any Gold Dot. Was it Federal that just did a video sort of recently saying they're doing their best to increase production? When you all fix your election system and get rid of Newsome then you can tell us here in PA what to do and how to do it.

Wolf got elected because the GOP put an ignorant hick back up for re-election. He was stupid and clueless. So a lot of folks didn't vote.

Philly and Pittsburgh are controlled by the Dems and have been for years. They always cheat. There's always fraud. For whatever reason after the election no one cares to fight over it. (lots of racist name calling because that's where all the fraud takes place).

This time it was so bad they're going to actually hold hearings and maybe cut a few loopholes but I don't hold much hope because if it's effective Wolf will veto it.

The left just takes the term "moderate" to mean whatever the hell the official Democrat line is today.

And that is also why Trump could be a "far right wing conservative" when his policies were a little to the left of a 1980s "moderate" Democrat.

Hey buddy. We tried. Prop 187 tried to keep illegals from getting state benefits. Passed. Prop 8 forbade gay marriage. Passed.

But the dems have taken over Calizuela with the help of left wing immigrants. India(ns). South Americans. Chinese. Whites are 37% of the state, meaning that the left has long taken over.

It was your legislature that ignored Mark Levin, who begged them to assert themselves before the election. They could have, and they could have told the Supreme Court to pound sand.

As for Californians who are leaving, most of those are what are left of the conservatives. I was in Colorado last summer. Every Californian I met (and I met a lot) had escaped California and the dems, and went to a place where they thought they could escape. But the weed legalization screwed that over.

So, fight. I gave you and yours some suggestions. You have two years.

They decided to allow the governor to shaft their constituents, which makes them complicit. Sending an "alternate slate" is BS, it's just bullshit theater. You might not have been but rural voters did not turn out for the ugly GOP twins and polling indicates at least part of it was that the Dems were effective in demonstrating that both GOPers were responsible for the checks not being in the mail while benefitting from insider trading.

Loeffler did worse than Perdue, in part, because a lot of rural folks figured her numbers were jimmied too in the general to knock out Doug Collins. Neither were strong candidates and Loeffler's own hubbie announced the day before the runoff that he was not going to delist Chinese Military companies from the NYSE.

477 As for Californians who are leaving, most of those are what are left of the conservatives. I was in Colorado last summer. So, fight. I gave you and yours some suggestions. You have two years.

As someone who lives in CO, I have to disagree. The Californian influx was not largely conservative. Perhaps they were by CA standards, but not by CO standards. Legal weed has indeed caused problems (most of them, I suspect, because we were first to do it, along with WA), but a lot of those problems are localized in the cities. CO died when we went to all mail-in voting and enshrined the Left forever as the power force in CO politics, and that followed a few years of the resurgence of CA migration after the Tech Wreck (we survived the first one in the 90s telecom boom and got a break when the bubble burst).

But SCOTUS was right in saying that TX didn't have standing to sue PA over their election laws. 537 485 Harry,
The legal issues are a bit more muddled than that--what Texas did was try to apply Bush v. Gore equal protection precedent to unequal voting standards among the states.

Scotus itself was to blame for not enjoining the PA administrative changes to voting laws in October due to Dred Judge Roberts.

The joke is on him, he and other courts effectively neutered the legal system for electoral disputes as effectively as the Dred Scott decision did. What happened in the 1870's to 1890's is that rural counties got into the vote fraud game as well because of the urban practices of regularized vote fraud. You allow cheating for cities, it is going to happen in suburbs and rural areas in response and the courts have shot their legitimacy to stop it.

557 Nope. Standing comes into play when the legal vote of any American is cancelled by the actions of any state. Hiding behind the idea that nobody can mess with another state does not account for the fact that states which did honest counting were disenfranchised by states that cheated.

Hiding behind "standing" is the coward's way of avoiding growing a spine or a pair.
Posted by: tcn in AK, Hail to the Thief at January 21, 2021 04:57 PM (okGHj)

Their complaint alleged that PA illegally changed their voting laws in the run up to the election.

TX has no say in the method in which PA changes their laws. Thus, they lack standing.

They could have argued an equal protection argument -- expect:
a) that applies to people, not states
and
b) states get to decide their own election laws absent constitutional rules (they can no longer limit voting based on race or gender.) Back in the day before those amendments, different states had different criteria on who was eligible to vote, and that was perfectly constitutional.

Yes, I saw reports on that but did not go into polling internals. Loeffler had an insider trading scandal, and both of them refused to go after Kemp and SOS Ratfink over fraud other than one statement. Perdue could have probably won a recount had he done one. They did not have the chance to cheat as much in the general on that race. But, that would have highlighted the cheat in the prezzy race.

PDT was taken out by a targeted hit in GA by his own titular party at the state level, probably in conjunction with some national folks like Mitch. Something similar might have happened in AZ.

I lived in CA for a few years, and I didn't see that myself. One could make an argument that the first people to leave, other than the Silicon Valley types whose office relocated, were relatively conservative. The weather in SoCal, for instance, is amazing, and it would take a crowbar and dynamite to get the average person to move someplace else. If you're not moving when the effective tax rate is 50%+ because of the weather, you're dealing with a lot of Blue State Blues before reality bites you hard enough for you to make the switch. Besides, the MSM gives flyover country such a bad rap that it has to be really bad for those locusts to consider working next to 'those people'.

Now, with the Dems with a real chance to run the table for a generation, I can see locusts making a real effort to accelerate the decline by moving.

I think so. The catch is the way they word the question is confusing so we end up voting the opposite way from what we want. Like when they sprung the mandatory retirement age for SCOPA on us. We wanted it at 70, but the way they worded it, we got 75.

603 " NeverTrump Conservative, Inc. "

There really isn't any such thing, Ace. You can't have an incorporated circular firing squad.
And while we are at it, populism's natural home is in the democratic party. Class envy and personality cults are not republican principles.
I consider myself a conservative but I voted for Trump twice. Making common cause against something involves a degree of compromise and empathy on both sides or else you find yourself completely out of power with a senile meat puppet being run by the remnants of the weather underground and not a lot of levers to pull to slow things down.
