Report: Staffer Overheard Chief Justice Roberts Screaming That the Bush V. Gore Precedent Should Be Ignored In Texas Case, Because Now "We Have Riots"

I can't rate this as factually true or false, but I can rate it:

Extremely plausible

Remember, Roberts was initially in a 5-4 majority to rule Obamacare unconstitutional -- until he got phone calls from the Obama Administration (and maybe the media) telling him that if he ruled Obamacare unconstitutional, the court would lose legitimacy in the eyes of the (leftwing) public.

Notice they never care about retaining their legitimacy in the eyes of the right-leaning public.

Those deplorables can fuck right off. Who cares about what Serfs think?

What they're teaching the right is that we will never win -- hell, we won't even be considered full citizens -- until we start rioting, looting, committing arson, and beating people half to death in the streets.

Are you sure you want to teach that, fellas?

Thanks to bat nationalist.

111 The Insurrection Act was designed as the means for the Commander in Chief to fight "enemies domestic."

After the Civil War, the Insurrection Act was expanded to give the President the authority to enforce the 14th Amendment and the rest of the Reconstruction agenda.

That authority is now found in Title 10, Section 253, which gives the president the right to take military action within a state when "any part or class of its people is deprived of a right, privilege, immunity, or protection named in the Constitution and secured by law, and the constituted authorities of that State are unable, fail, or refuse to protect that right, privilege, or immunity, or to give that protection."

We're not asking for Trump to go full-Napoleon here. We're asking him to follow the law and the powers vested to him as President. Foreign agents have infiltrated our country and, through the machinery used in our election, have fraudulent deprived the American electorate of their constitutional right to a republican form of government. Legal challenge after challenge has been dismissed without any consideration of the merits, state legislatures have refused to intervene in accordance with Article 2, Sec 1.2. The Senate Majority leader has ordered the upper chamber of congress not to exercise its constitutional right to challenge potentially fraudulently-decided electors. The Supreme Court has denied the injured states the request for the highest court simply to order their sister states to uphold the Constitution.

When the Legislative and Judicial Branches have failed to stop the enemies domestic, it falls on the Executive Branch to fulfil its oath of office.

114 As an aside, I am pissed at the SCOTUS for failing to support the rights of the individual states to sue the other states for their election misbehavior. However, that job description is not specifically written, albeit strongly implied.

However, the job description of those in each of the individual states that choose the electors is specifically written, and those gutless piles of feces are completely to blame for their deriliction of duty.

We're not willing to herd them into re-education camps. We're not going to separate them from their children. And we have no practical means to remove their voting rights - even if somehow we successfully occupied them. Which, again, we not only won't do - we probably can't do.

And Hell - we're going to be busy in about four weeks just trying to survive. We have no political representation, and we just got shown that elections are whatever the DNC say they are. I have no answers. Secession will have it's own problems - as those blue cities in red states won't be going away.

Sex designations on birth certificates offer no clinical utility, and they can be harmful for intersex and transgender people. Moving such designations below the line of demarcation would not compromise the birth certificate's public health function but could avoid harm.

Compare:
Today (Tuesday), the lawmakers amended the Hungarian constitution. When a person is born, it is determined whether it is male or female, by looking at anatomic signs of the sex. This identity holds for a lifetime, the constitution says. Also, the adoption of kids by homosexual couples is effectively prohibited. It's clear that breaking the law is acceptable if demorats do the breaking. He should be removed from the bench and investigated for corrupting his office.

Yep. When cases are rejected, it's like when a guy supposedly hangs himself, even though the wounds are more associated with strangulation. And cameras were conveniently not functioning, and guards were asleep, and so on and so forth.

Roberts may or may not have said this. But if he did, it's just a convenient excuse. The explanation is much simpler: Like Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, Barrett, and many other nominally "conservative" federal appointees, John Roberts is a judge.

And 90% of judges are, for obvious reasons, dedicated to heavy-handed Statism to a degree few other people on earth are. They love State power sexually, and will do and say *anything* to advance it.

With most of these "people," anything they say about originalism, small government, blah blah fuckin' blah, is a smokescreen. They say those things as a path to advancement in the judiciary, and once they hit the federal bench or Supreme Court, they are finally free to let that freak flag fly.

Anybody who counts on a judge is a fool, plain and simple. They really are, as a general rule, extremely evil people. It's why most of them pursued their careers in the first place.

Some few, of course, are decent. But if you were to drag every judge out into the street and gun them all down with firing squads, both as a corrective measure and a warning to future judges, we'd be in a better country.

207 there are only two ways to go, (1) RIOT back and I mean take it to the streets and target them and burn them all up and show them what riots mean if that is their major factor for determination because they think we will never do that because we respect law and order but if they refuse to "judge" elements of cases because of their own fear and immersion into DC insular society lets show them what is coming ; or (2) everyone resign from any current party you may be in and that's Republican, Democrat (the ones with any semblance of right and wrong) or any other group (including Libertarians) and lets form a third party with a parlimentary list of objectives that we hold to (term limits for all, balanced budgets, reform elections to take away corporate/union money and all others, and down the line....)and take away majority status from both Republicans and Democrats. This is the only peaceful alternative otherwise we continue to exist in this ongoing hell.

Posted by: Paul at December 17, 2020 05:02 PM (UQP9U)

208 This is what having the entire power structure aligned against you looks like.

OK I've been sitting on this for quite a while, thinking about doing an essay on my blog, but since I am shutting it down I'll do it here.

Bear with me a moment.

In the past, there have always been groups who have been marginalized, disenfranchised, out of power, and oppressed. Native Americans, blacks, women, Chinese, etc in America. Before that it was other groups: Irish in the UK, Protestants in Spain and France, Bretons when the Danes invaded, on and on through history.

Its part of human existence: someone is always getting the shaft, someone is always the low man on the totem pole being stomped on by everyone above (yes I know in tribal mythology the one at the bottom was the powerful one).

In 1948, being a black man in much of America was pretty much trying to stay out of trouble, hoping to find a job, keeping your eyes down so you didn't come across as "uppity", never talking to white women, drinking from the right fountain, riding in the back of the bus, etc.

Someone is always in that place, because we are fallen human beings, sinful, and corrupted by that. Our outlook is selfish, greedy, and cruel where not restrained by the grace of God and social pressure. Its the test of the red light in the country when nobody is around at night. Do you stop because its the law or blow through because there are no consequences?

Very few of us in any circumstances do the right thing when there is no consequence, or avoid the wrong thing when we can gain by it and not pay a price, even if its little stuff like downloading a song off the internet.

And when it comes to society, people form groups and those groups tend to benefit each other, at the expense of those not in that group. In the past that has almost always been the majority faction, the largest or most physically powerful social group. Women pushed down by men. Minorities pushed down by majorities.

Its always been a part of society. It always will be, until kingdom come, except for very brief periods.

Well, its our turn now. White folks, men, we've had the upper hand for centuries in the USA. Now we're the ones being stomped on. This isn't new, its just a different group being stomped and a different group doing the stomping.

The problem is that in the process of making this happen, the people in power have uprooted, upended, and destroyed each and everything that made the US what it is and how it could be. They've destroyed our culture, our traditions, our civics, our laws, our heritage.

And that means that not just we but the entire world is going to suffer from the lack of a clear city on the hill, that beacon of liberty and power in the world to push for peace, freedom, and democracy. While the US was the world power, democracy spread fast and wide around the world. Everyone, everywhere, became richer as our economic system dominated the world and lifted everyone's boat.

And now that's all being torn to bits. Not because white people aren't in charge, but because the systems which white people happened to be following this time are being destroyed. Anyone could and would follow them, but they are instead determined to tear it all down.

And that's the real sad thing. We had a nice run. Now we get to watch sadly as it all is destroyed, everywhere. Its been a very long time since the last time civilization reversed, but here we go. God forgive us for our failure. May our grandchildren and later generations forgive us for what they must face.

There is nothing anywhere in the Constitution that suggest you cannot avail yourself of the legal system of the United States unless some judge decides you have "standing." The idea is preposterous on its face, its retarded and imbecilic, you are a citizen of the United States and the legal system was devised to address wrongs you think might have happen...doesn't mean you're right, but you get to be heard. The whole concept of having to have 'standing' is unconstitutional - its a made up term from 100 nyears afor avoiding looking at the case brought to them and deciding it either has no merit, or can be brought the another court that would hear it...

230 156 Thereis no excuse for the Trump appointees. A moral failure on their part.

There is no excuse for any of the Justices. Thomas' argument is simple, compelling and true. There is no nuance. SCOTUS does NOT have the ability to turn down a case between states.

They could have taken the case and then ruled that one state cannot have any say over another state's methodology insofar as voting goes. A little reasoning on how they reached their holding would have been nice.

I am a clerk for one of the Justices on SCOTUS. Today was like nothing we have ever seen. The justices are arguing loudly behind closed doors.

The Justices met in a closed and sealed room, as is standard.

Usually it is very calm, however today we could hear screaming all the way down the hall.

They met in person, because they didnt trust telephonic meeting as secure.

Chief Justice Roberts was screaming

Are you going to be responsible for the rioting if we hear this case? Dont tell me about Bush v. Gore, we werent dealing with riots then! You are forgetting what your role here is Neil, and I dont want to hear from the two junior justices anymore. I will tell you how you will vote.

Justice Clarence Thomas says, This is the end of Democracy, John.

When they left the room, Roberts, the Libs and Kavanagh had big smiles. Alito and Thomas were visibly upset. ACB and Gorsuch didn't seem fazed at all.

The Constitution has been betrayed and murdered by its own custodians.

In the Texas decision, their use of the risible "standing" argument amounts to nullification. Why would any state have standing in any other interstate case but not this one? The responsibility to adjudicate interstate disputes has been abandoned.

Why is any other part of the Constitution more valid than the one so discarded?

In this nullification, the court has shredded the Constitution, its own legitimacy, and the legitimacy of the US government, which only existed due to the ratification of the now-nullified Constitution.

"Yes," the ex-President said with a sigh. "We will be brave, you and I and our friends, because we have the character to be brave, and also because in a sense it doesn't really matter to us: our lives are fairly well along, even in the case of such as Lafe and Cullee or young Hal: the pattern is set, we have done what we could, we will all do it to the end, whatever the end may be. But what of the new generations coming along, Bob? What kind of America will they have?"

"The kind of America they know," Bob Munson said. "And since it is the only America they will ever have known, they will probably be reasonably content, if they have enough to eat and sufficient shelter. I am sure history will be rewritten to leave no wistful memories of the dream of free men that died. Give the thought manipulators twenty years, and there will be no memories of anything but things as they are then. This has been the pattern in other countries, and every day new inventions make it easier to achieve in America... Books, records, documents, national memories - they can be destroyed or changed by computer in an instant nowadays. It will be very simple and very swift once the process starts in earnest..."

320 The first version of this rumor indicated that Roberts had basically told the two junior justices (Goersch and Barret) "I will tell you how to vote, I don't want to hear anything out of you." and then went off on Alito and Thomas.

Remember, as I understand it the SCOTUS only needs 4 votes to force a hearing. So Roberts had to push hard to get at least 2 of the five conservative votes (not counting him) to at least be cowed.

Tom Kratman, an author I rather like has opined more then once that he figures that Roberts has as his primary motivating goal to not ever let the SCOTUS drive a wedge into the country that would cause a civil war.

Its pretty clear that SCOTUS throwing this to the congress, which might well have happened on legal reasons, could do that.

"Officials seeking to impose Covid Sharia on its citizens are starting to fear those same citizens. "In Boise, Idaho, public health officials about to vote on a four-county mask mandate abruptly ended a meeting Tuesday evening because of fears for their safety amid anti-mask protests outside the building and at some of their homes." [Buck Throckmorton]"

If we want to take our country back, we have to make our elected representatives & those who run the levers of power more afraid of us than they are afraid of the Democrat Antifa Red Guard. The Constitution is already being used as doormat by those in power so what have we got to lose?

The founders would agree with this tactic...

"God forbid we should ever be 20. years without such a rebellion. The people can not be all, and always, well informed...What country before ever existed a century and half without a rebellion? And what country can preserve it's liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is it's natural manure." - Thomas Jefferson

If this cheat stands, if the Democrats know they can make the election go their way in every way that matters, then the Republic is grievously damaged anyway. Might as well let the illegals vote and scrap the Electoral Congress, if Dominion picks the President, Senator, Congressman, Mayor, and all the others. Having President Pinochet ensures at least that the forms WILL be respected and enforced. If the price of cheating and treachery is death, then standards will be upheld. And the little folk will go on their lives as before.

What all of you don't realize is this: The six months of Antifa/BLM riots, looting, assaults, murders and property damage was not just a reaction to the death of a drug dealer in Minnesota. 427 That shroud wearing cocksucker is going to have worse than riots to worry about if he throws out the rule of law like this.

434 This leak sounds believable, and I do believe it. Roberts and most of the rest are weak-kneed scum.

That said, we wouldn't have riots if Trump had taken his role as chief executive seriously.
