After Damning Video of Ballot Stuffing Goes Viral, True Warrior of the Constitution Georgia Governor Brian Kemp Finally Calls for Signature Audit After Refusing to Do So for Weeks

(BTW, I'm bumping the non-political chat thread right below this one.)

This corrupt sonofabitch.

"Our" party is one of incompetents, cowards, and simple grifters.

Put them all out of office and start over.

@kylenabecker

GEORGIA.🚨

GA Gov. Kemp is calling on Sec. of State Raffensperger to call for a *SIGNATURE AUDIT* of votes.

Kemp appeared on The Ingraham Angle in the wake of damning security cam footage that showed poll workers in Fulton County illegally processing ballots with no observers.

So only in the wake of that video does he decide that it might be a good idea to bother checking of the signatures on the ballots even resemble those of the voters allegedly casting them.

The Secretary of State, however, is refusing to conduct the signature audit. He's making up excuses.

Again.

Larry O'Connor had a good column earlier, in which he said, I'm not saying the Democrats rigged the election, but they took every single step you'd take if you wanted to rig an election.

This column does not in any way allege that Democrats, Joe Biden, the Mainstream media, Big Tech, or any other entrenched, left-leaning institution in this country rigged the 2020 election.

God forbid anyone would think such a thing.

If this column were to even come close to making such an assertion, it would be flagged, banned, and removed from social media platforms and other avenues of entry to this website in an effort to prevent the unwashed masses from informing themselves of the facts surrounding this past ballot process.

So, let us repeat: This column does not accuse the Biden campaign or the Democratic Party of cheating in the 2020 election.

Got it?

That said if they were going to cheat... here's what they would have done.

First, they'd make sure that the voter rolls were full of ineligible voters. Deceased people, non-citizens, and people who have moved out of state would not be purged from the rolls, and there would be no mechanism in place to purge those ineligible voters.

Further, they wouldn't have any preemptive check to ensure that only eligible voters registered in the first place....

Next, they'd modify existing election laws so that voters could mail-in ballots on a whim and not for a specific "absentee voting" reason. This way, in-person voting (the most secure kind of voting) would diminish, and mail-in voting (the least secure) would increase.

Read the whole thing.

Sarah Hoyt re-linked Trump's speech about voter fraud, and urges people to watch it.

Or re-watch it.

Meanwhile: I don't know if this is true, but I do want answers here.

Some of it has gone to get counties/states to release data and stuff that they demand huge fees for. Most of the campaign contributions probably went to the crazy ad campaigns the Trump camp ran as well as for paying to fly Trump around the country 3 times a day for months.

As for the money to the RNC's legal fund? It needs to be dumped into Trump right now. None of it should be kept for pathetic little Republicans.

We got to see 100 envelopes & our handwriting expert called 6% "inconclusive" while the Dems' expert called 11% "inconclusive" b/c there was only 1 signature on file for comparison. So Maricopa Co just counts the ballot even though signature on the affidavit (envelope) that is the ONLY form of identification of the voter for that ballot cannot be conclusively confirmed to be signed by the person swearing they have the right to cast that vote. Over 1.9M ballots were cast this way in 2020 in Maricopa County alone. Maricopa County only rejected ~600 ballots for signature mismatch. Seems legit, right?

If - BIG IF - SCOTUS does do the right thing, my gut is it'll be Alito and Thomas leading the way with ACB, Kavanaugh and Gorsuch.

Roberts is such an egomaniac that he will actually join them just to prevent Thomas from writing the most historic majority opinion perhaps in US history.

But that is a big if, as I said.

SCOTUS probably won't even hear the case, and if they do, I doubt they will 'overturn" the election.
This is why AP rushed to declare Biden the winner and why Big Tech and the MSM is dismissing all allegations of fraud--to prevent discussion about it.

People are starting to accept that Biden won.

103 @51
I've been doing something similar to what Sarah talks about in "tit-for-tat" with Leftist businesses in my neck of the woods. It's not hard to figure out who votes for who or what political flavors someone has -- a BLM sign in the window, obnoxious sloganeering and -isms abound, the need to lecture me on my various privileges, etc. I like to go in to their business and document all the code violations that are occurring and take copious amounts of photos/videos with my cellphone.

I then contact the various local code enforcement agencies in my area and file complaints. Health and Safety complaints, ADA complaints, environmental and noise complaints, signage complaints, improper display of licenses and permits complaints, etc etc. No business is perfect... very business has problems... I just like to point out those problems (helpfully of courses... lol) that occur at predominantly Leftist/Democrat owned businesses.

I basically call for the Government Locusts to come down and do what they do best... harass, scold, fine, and in at least one case shutter a business and padlock the door.

Is it cruel or petty? Hardly. I'm simply giving these people what they wanted and voted for -- a Government that loves them to Death.

157 SCOTUS isn't overturning an election. It will hold the contested states to their pre-election secured election requirements, find that there were equal protection violations, and find that because the legislatures failed to ensure that their own method of selecting electors was not followed -- if the legislature has the sole power under the U.S. Constitution to determine the method of the selection of its electors, then that means it cannot go "oh, it wasn't us, it was the SOS or the executive or..." and the response to that will be:

"You have always had the power to make sure the election was done properly. You chose to abdicate that power. Therefore, as a result, and because the conduct for which you (legislature) are responsible for constitutes unclean hands on a federal constitutional level, we hold that you and these other states have forfeited -- this means you chose to give up -- your right to send electors to Congress under Article II. Given the number of electoral votes these combined states have, the matter now falls to the United States House of Representatives to determine, under Article II of the Constitution that established all three branches of this country, who shall win the 2020 election for President."

I'm also going to dispute this. It's pretty obvious that even in democrat controlled areas, most people did not vote for democrats at all. Perhaps Reagan's failures and Trump's failures are a case of that, most of this is just unjustified. I don't believe in democracy myself, but this situation gives one no reason to assume that people vote for their own destruction - rather, it gives one reason to say "if people want to vote for their own destruction we should let them -- and then let democracy be disproven. A sham democracy deserves to get real democracy good and hard."

You have been waiting for the first person who fears the consequences of their conduct so much that they squeal to deal. Abject, outright, utterly-emotion, full-on fear. It could be fear of Jesus, fear of ridicule, fear of prison, or fear of being murdered, but right now, *everyone* who did something wrong knows they're f*cked and they are doing the only thing that they all can -- shoot the Moon. The only way they survive (literally and metaphysically) is to get Biden inaugurated. They have no other option. Firm That Conducted 'Audit' of Georgia Voting Machines Has Long History With Dominion

The firm hired by Georgia's secretary of state to conduct an "audit" of Dominion Voting Systems technology used during the 2020 elections is the same one that previously certified the Dominion systems and also approved a last-minute system-wide software change just weeks before the election.

Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger failed to disclose that the company, Pro V&V, had a preexisting relationship with Dominion that dated back years, in his Nov. 17 statement announcing the results of the audit.

Raffensperger also failed to disclose that Dominion had used technical conclusions from Pro V&V in a pre-election Georgia lawsuit that questioned the reliability of Dominion's systems during a last-minute software fix before the Nov. 3 election. The testing from Pro V&V had been characterized as "superficial" and "cursory testing" by an expert cited in court documents.

Take the John Birch society. Millions of members. What did they achieve? Jack shit.
Fact is, "stopping them" is not something most people would have any idea how to do anyway. They do not deserve this sad sack of sh*t government because they are working people and are being conned. Obedience is outlined in an officer's actual commission.
"And this officer is to observe and follow such orders and directions, from time to time, as may be given by the President of the United States of America and other superior officers, acting in accordance with the laws of the United States of America"

If you aren't in compliance with that you my not rightfully wield the power of your commission. I.e. so long as the orders are lawful, you must obey them. In the case where orders are unlawful you are to carry out your duty as an officer based on your own prudent judgement as best you can.

There (realistically) isn't much then can do. Unless they were an activist court. But fortunately, Republicans have been very consistent on one thing: we don't want activist judges. We want them to follow precedent. Precedent set by the lefts activist judges.

The "management" position was to tech out out the employees of a huge Indian consulting firm (not naming names, but it was Tata Consulting) in an effort to replace every single full-time employee coder with an Indian consultant.

The process was a joke... by phone at 6 am, where you'd get "Bob" on the line. I'd ask him some basic Java and Python questions... he'd do ok. Then I'd get "John" who oddly had the exact same vocal tone as "Bob."

I quit in 6 weeks, went back to coding. The H1B situation is BULLSHIT... like when they were saying a couple of years ago "Gosh! We need foreign talent... for we are falling behind due to our limited domestic talent!" AAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

400 When Bush 43 was elected with a Republican congress the expectation was there would be *significant* reductions in the size and scope of the then $2T federal budget, that R v W would be overturned, and that the conservative reform that largely failed in the mid-90s with Bill Clinton as president was about to start.

___

The big ticket item in early 2005 was SS reform including allowing people to invest their SS money elsewhere. All it took was a few articles in the NYT calling the GOP mean, and the super duper conservative GOP caved.

The US revolution for instance was not brought about by an impoverished colonies. WWI was not caused by an economic calamity. The civil war want about the south or the north going to be unable to feed their family. The first war of Scottish independence was certainly not driven in the most significant amount about money.

So your historical analysis is inaccurate. Money has to be on the line but in reality money is always on the line in war, and certainly doesn't have to be the only or the most significant factor.

But Team Trump says they have identified many more than enough frauds to make up the difference. Biden must "get the boot".

440 @369
When I decided to job hunt for a better position I found it odd that A LOT of job advertisements I saw for "entry level" positions asked for a Masters degree or higher and 5-10 years experience. The job duties in the ad were written for a Bachelors degree level of education and maybe 1 - 2 years experience and the pay was commensurate with someone just starting out in the work force.

I didn't think about it much then but later I read an article about how businesses would write up entry level job positions with impossible requirements (higher education, lots of years of experience, but entry level pay) so that they could certify to the government they were unable to fill the position with an AMERICAN worker. They would then be given the green light to advertise the position to a FOREIGN (often H-1B) worker on a FOREIGN online job board with the lower requirements (education level appropriate for the entry level position, 1 - 2 years experience requirement, and the same low level pay) who would almost always take the position.

It was all a big scam and one of the reasons a lot of these kids coming out of college (even with appropriate education) have problems finding a job.

You see all these "fake hate" crimes? Usually instead of punishing a perpetrator when caught, they say "Oh, I am sure they learned their lesson!" On the Democrat side, it would be the same.
