Was the Corporate Parent of Dominion Voting Systems Bought By... China?
And Just in October?

Plus: New whistleblowers allege first-hand witness of voter fraud.

Including this allegation of 388,000 ballots, either improperly counted or improperly not counted, in Wisconsin.

Several whistleblowers on Tuesday cast new uncertainty on the 2020 election process, claiming up to 288,000 ballots disappeared, another 100,000 were improperly backdated, and mail promoting President Trump was junked while mail for Joe Biden was delivered.

In the most extraordinary report, a U.S. Postal Service contractor said his trailer full of 144,000-288,000 completed mail-in ballots, which he drove between New York and Pennsylvania, disappeared after he delivered it to a Lancaster, Pennsylvania, depot.

Another claimed that ballots were backdated by postal workers, and in Traverse City, Michigan, Trump campaign mail was put in bins labeled “Undeliverable Bulk Business Mail” while the same type of mail for Joe Biden was ordered to be delivered on time.

And a third raised new issues about the integrity of Dominion voting machines.

The claims were unveiled by the Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society, which has mounted an independent investigation of voting and voter registration in several key battleground states. It recently made headlines by revealing that the FBI has requested the findings of its Voter Integrity Project.

Corporate-sponsored Democrat webzine National Review is calling for a surrender to voter fraud, because, well, they're aligned with the party that defrauded the election, and increasingly funded by that party:

Meanwhile, Sydney Powell is retweeting people demanding that Trump impose martial law, and Lin Wood is talking about a civil war.

And I don't disagree with them.

I don't think these things are likely -- but they are morally justified.

The Democrats, the media, the tech monoplists and mind-controllers, and their allies on the corporate pseudoright have ended democracy.

I don't see any need to pretend it still exists myself.

YOLO.

Posted by: Brian in New Orleans at December 01, 2020 04:07 PM (CQ3Qb)

By the way, as broker dealer, and filling out the form D exemption, you are telling the SEC that the securities are real, you know or represent that the securities as real, that the company is not some illegal entity and is properly represented as legal (ie not some secret shell organization for a communist country, in other words). Its not as everyday as some might think, there are consequences if Dominion turns out to be wholly owned by a communist country and that was not represented to the buyer in the transaction. So, it might be fine, it might be problematic depending on where these allegations against Dominion go in the next year or two.

Posted by: junior at December 01, 2020 05:22 PM (t7M1v)

41 Slightly incorrect. So the $400M commitment is for Staple Street Capital's second fund. The Chinese government owned branch of UBS is likely not the investor but representing unknown Chinese investors. Whoever funded their second fund, without any apparent fundraise, also presumably funded their first fund, which is the fund that owns Dominion.

Afaik Dominion was not sold by the fund that Staple Street Capital is running.

Pluto.TV (which is free) has:

The First: Channel 244
There are multiple right-wing sites now that provide live TV news during the day. You can go to their site or watch them on a Roku or other streaming device. You can watch them on your computer or TV or phone. You don't need FoxNews to get live breaking TV news. There's NewsMax, Blaze, The First, InfoWars, One America News and more.
OANN is the only one that doesn't provide some kind of free streaming service. The rest you can usually find an easy way to watch them for free.

Other than that discovery - the transaction looks normal - well, other than Dominion picking this firm to buy/sell their securities...they're not really a fit, one would suggest, for a South Asia BD.

That absolutely played into why the Governor has barely lifted a finger to help.

If I have a single serious complaint against the man, it's that he didn't see the score in 2017 and just go nuclear on everyone around him. Fire everything with a pulse, and nominate horses and cows and chickens to replace them. Make the Senate vote on it.

They're all self-dealing statists with no guts and fewer principles. If he'd recognized early on that the fix was in, he might have been able to make it more of a "statement" Presidency.

A better comparison would be if it were a high performance sports car that needed a specially configured engine that you just "coincidentally" happened to buy the day of the heist.
My point is that the Chinese didn't buy Dominion in October, and then set the machines to throw the election. The purchase is effectively irrelevant to what happened, as everything - including the voting software - was probably prepped at least a year ago. And the same thing would have happened even if the $400,000,000 transaction were set to take place tommorrow instead of in October as it actually did.

Methods
To determine if SARS-CoV-2 reactive antibodies were present in sera prior to the first identified case in the U.S. on January 19, 2020, residual archived samples from 7,389 routine blood donations collected by the American Red Cross from December 13, 2019 to January 17, 2020, from donors resident in nine states (CA, CT, IA, MA, MI, OR, RI, WA, WI) were tested at CDC for anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibodies.

Results
Of the 7,389 samples, 106 were reactive by pan Ig. Of these 106 specimens, 90 were available for further testing. Eighty four of 90 had neutralizing activity, 1 had S1 binding activity, and 1 had receptor binding domain / Ace2 blocking activity >50%, suggesting the presence of anti-SARS-CoV-2-reactive antibodies. Donations with reactivity occurred in all nine states.

Conclusions
These findings suggest that SARS-CoV-2 may have been introduced into the United States prior to January 19, 2020.

139 I twitter ranted about the NRO thread yesterday. Look, fine, Orange Man Bad I get it.

Might we possibly have anyone in the supposed conservative press give anything other than lip service to the serious issues with voting that have been proven so far?

I'm not even talking about the allegations at the various hearings. I'm not even mentioning Dominion.

I'm talking about the stuff that is uncontroverted.

All those suddenly appearing USB drives.

All the votes "found" on the USB drives.

The 60,000 votes in Georgia that people "forgot" to upload.

Now there's this:

"WOW: An attorney from Chenango County drops a bombshell with the court-- 55 uncounted early votes were just found, having never been seen before.

In a congressional race separated by just 12 votes, these newly discovered early votes could make the difference"

https://twitter.com/JRosenblattTV/status/1333852927090417665

The tweet has the link to the letter. 55 ballots were mislaid and were never counted. Just oopsie forgot those ballots over there.

These are all things that actually happened and no one is disputing. But it won't flip the vote and Trump is awful and we totes mentioned voter fraud is bad, m'kay!

A couple things...

- Trump was largely boxed in and constrained by the coup, the GOP and external actors inflicting a thousand cuts.

- He was surrounded by a panopticon of traitors from within and without the administration, Sessions and Barr from the inside, Graham and McConnell from the outside.

- Trump was simply not ruthless when he needed to be ruthless, he was tough and that toughness allowed him to muscle through but also gave him false confidence that he could over come any Op thrown at him, he was wrong.

And the thing is, that once he loses the cloak of protection the presidency affords on him, the Deep State will move on him with great dispatch and there is nothing that can be done about any of this.

And the truly sad thing is that Trump did not need to do any of this, he did not need to be President, he did this for truly honorable and noble reasons.

And this is what he got.

He did not deserve this.

This seems right given what we know - UBS placed the securities to the fund and filed the form D - it wasn't selling Dominion or investing it. Whether all these transactions are nefarious is not something I think anyone here on this blog can ascertain given the limited things we know.
Posted by: Boswell at December 01, 2020 05:36 PM (w2LAm)

We can basically infer that the investors in the new fund are Chinese with connections to the government(given the broker they aren't moving money overseas without Chicom approval). A further inference we can make is that the likely owners of the fund that owns Dominion, which is not the fund that just received a capital commitment, is the same group of people. The basis for this inference is the lack of apparent investors from normal sources, and given the timing of the commitment this is almost certainly what we call a re-up(investors in a prior fund investing in the new fund).

In short, it is highly probable that Chinese people or institutions with ties to the Chinese government are the ultimate owners of Dominion.

What makes October make sense, though? A second payment. I'll bet that if they go back far enough - sometime after 2016 but well before October - they'll find a similar amount from similar sources. Half upfront, half on delivery. Just like getting a roof put in.

Almost all innocent software tabulation companies like this would submit to a complete audit of the vote tabulations by the suing candidates to clear their good name and preserve their viability in the market, as long as their contracts for non-disclosure of confidential and proprietary materials is adhered to. And Dominion has shown to inclination for that - even as serious national accusations damaging their brand swirl...its not a good look.

Shibumi, it's a Tuesday and most conservatives are working if they aren't shut down from Whitmer's Covid Coven. It's snowing with a wind chill of 19 degrees, the hearing was closed and we didn't even know where it was. Trump was told by the two leaders of the GOP in MI that they will not override a certified vote in Michigan by instructing electors for vote for him. That would change if the SC decertifies the vote because of the massive fraud. But that is were we are right now. You can bet that there will be thousands demanding electors be appropriately appointed if the SC decertifies. I"ve spent many hours in the past working with the Michigan GOP and the Michigan Dem. party on legislation my professional organization wanted passed and you cannot imagine how dumb, ignorant, and short sighted most politicians are. They are only interested in what could help them get reelected or what their major donors want done because they can't get reelected without their money. I"m talking about the career or long term politicians, they morph into that mold out of necessity and because they forget what the people they represent are actually about. They sit in fricking committee meetings all day when they are not being smoothed by donors. It's all a chess game .

I believe this is what Paul Ryan was talking about when he said Trump had no idea how government works. Trump's work and style has worked for us, but it hasn't helped him at all in the political arena. We are seeing the fruits of that now, when Republican politicians won't use their own power their job gives them, to right a fraud election unless a court forces them and gives them cover.

Who leads the resistance?
What are the enemy's centers of gravity?
Where is the enemy weakest?
How do we best fight back initially and then later.
Acts of civil disobedience? Riots?
Who are the leaders?
Do we, and if so, how, do we create linkages to potential allied nations?
Think back on all the crap the Founders had to do. Where are we in this process and how do we engage?

seeing the fruits of that now, when Republican politicians won't use
their own power their job gives them, to right a fraud election unless a
court forces them and gives them cover."

And this is why I believe rather than Civil War II, we need American Revolution II. Do we want to shed blood and treasure, do we want to pledge a lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor defending THIS crap?

Time to go back to pre-1913. Add the 19th Amendment, the Civil Rights act, a few others. But this monstrosity is not worth fighting for.

210 I don't want my party making deals for things we don't want. We have lived under that since before time. It doesn't work. It's just guaranteed losing.

What I wanted was for my party to use the authority and power the voters gave it from 2016 to 2018 and do things to promote this country, its citizens, the cause for freedom and rule of law. Had they built the whole fence, a tyrant Biden admin couldn't just open the border. Had they gotten rid of Obamacare, they could have implemented better options that would make our citizens more prosperous and, maybe, even healthier. Did anyone think for one second that maybe they would earn more money and power by actually bettering the lives of the citizens they allegedly represent?

All of this is happening because commie scumbags like Mitt ROmney, Paul Ryan, Lindsey Graham and others put dirty chinese (spit) money, petty bullshit and presumed power ahead of the good of the country.

And now, in the throes of the death of this great country, we have less than 10 reliable patriots and supporters in congress willing to stand up. Entire states see their votes trashed and their cities burned and not only do nothing, they tell us nothing bad is happening. Not an honest or moral soul among hundreds of thousands of people involved in this fraud election. Those who do come forward are mocked, harrassed and now, even beaten. This isn't America anymore. It's tragic.

He hasn't broken any law in his professional life. He won't be breaking any laws now. He breaks norms, not laws.

I never thought I would live to see a president that surpassed RWR. It's been a pleasure to be proved wrong in DJT.

I pray that he gets the four more years he so richly deserves. In fact, he should get a do-over on the last four, because he never had the chance to be recognized as President the first time.

Yeah I watched every pathetic minute of it and for the most part all I saw were a bunch of disinterested elected officials who, by virtue of being elected by the people, felt too entitled to listen to the people tell them that votes are no longer worth shit if they don't do anything.

Now think about this, I'm going to outline it:

1. elected republicans feel entitled over and superior to the people who elected them

2. the people who elected them warn them that, if they do not act, voting will no longer matter

3. in response, these elected officials sit bored and half-asleep, checking their phones, and hurrying witnesses along after their three minute buzzer goes off, after which they bang the gavel, say meeting adjourned, and will do jack shit about any of it.

So what comes next? Work it backwards...

1. elected republicans do nothing about election stealing
2. voting no longer matters so the people no longer vote
3. elected republicans quickly become defeated republicans

And they will go home, unelected, back to live amongst the people they looked down on and did nothing to help with the power vested to them.

I don't see it ending well for them, but if that's the way they want it to go, alright then...

Explain how keeping the Senate stops:
1) Executive Orders that make Obama look restrained
2) new agency rules
3) sue and settle consent decrees
4) discretionary enforcement and non-enforcement

Then follow up with an analysis on why the Republican Senate:
1) will not approve 100% of Biden's judicial nominees
2) will not approve 100% of Biden's Executive nominees
3) will not approve 99.5% of Biden's spending requests
4) will not pass Biden's comprehensive immigration reform

Oh, and did you miss that the FCC chairman is resigning?

Guess what else we get under Biden-- that the Senate will be helpless to stop:

The furious blowback against the Evil Empire II has caught them a bit off guard, though. It is hilarious that this run-off is underway in Georgia. Otherwise, the GOPe would have demanded we all be arrested already. As Fox goes, the GOPe goes. And watch: the election in Georgia very well may be stolen and the GOPe will roll right over.

There isn't a whole lot a president can do in that situation. He sent in US Marshalls and other federal law enforcement, who are limited in scope to enforcing federal laws (like protecting federal buildings).
But if local law enforcement doesn't want to cooperate with them, it gets ... tricky from both a legal and logistical standpoint.

I always hated Sherman's March to the Sea, and the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, but growing up and getting wiser, I get it. You have to go scorched earth sometimes so your demoralized enemies cannot rise again.

Trump needed to go Sherman in 2016, but he tried to play nice with the swamp, thinking they would play nice with him. Like Ned Stark, he is getting his head fitted for a pike from the left. And also from the turncoat GOP.

It was so dumb that Obama was obsessed with GoT, but it is clear he learned a LOT from how the Lannisters run things. And to not run things like Ned, idealistic but doomed.

Sidney Powell?

One of the very best appellate attorneys in this country and that is very rarefied air indeed. She knows her stuff, she knows how to craft cases to be in the best posture on appeal (which is NOT easy), and she has been there and done that with uncovering massive government malfeasance.

That said, it is possible that she is out over her skis. There's a reason that lawyers are told over and over and over again to never fall in love with your case.

But anyone who thinks that she is a crazed conspiracy theorist is so lacking in basic cognizance of empirical reality as to make all their other statements risible.

And that goes for NRO's passive aggressive Mean Girl bitchery in that editorial where NRO takes shots at her and Lin Wood and Rudy but refuses to use their name because they are pathetic little 13 year old girls who just got their first period.

They were saying things like "on election night, it'll look like Trumps ahead, but by the next week, it'll be clear Biden won." while they were also saying that Biden was leading by healthy margins in every swing state in the polls, with some polls even showing double digit national leads for Biden.

You'll still see shooting come Electoral College results/Inauguration day. But it will be sporadic and probably suppressible by local LE.

If Fighters are the majority, it'll be like The Troubles, nation wide. DNC offices firebombed. Election officials shotgunned. Police chiefs sniped. City Councilmen ambushed in their cars by riflemen on motorbikes. Everywhere, all at once, with no center and no co-ordination, I'd guess.

I can't tell you the odds though, of one way or another.

Any government emplaced by the results of a fraudulent election is illegitimate.

For the 100th time, the data indicates fraud of the sort that Sidney alleges also occurred, and was likely the main cause. That is there was systematic fraud on a small scale going on in R districts in favor of Biden.

Conventional human-touch fraud appears to only account for around 3-5 million fraudulent votes.

I don't think many people here really took the "uniparty" stuff that some of us have been talking about for like 10 years to heart.

I don't understand why ANYONE is surprised that the GOP is not fighting to try to help Trump. He wasn't part of their plan. Everyone in DC, regardless of party, wanted him out from the moment it became clear he got elected.

In other words -- there really isn't a difference between someone with an "R" or a "D" after their name -- they are all just playing a big game, and are getting rich in the process.

Oh -- and they're not the real power in DC, either.

You didn't watch the same hearings I did.

Posted by: Braenyard at December 01, 2020 06:01 PM (CZm2G)

++++++++

I admit my disappointment might have skewed my conclusion, but I'll say this.

The most outspoken voice in the room was Sen. Lucido and, despite how clearly frustrated he was by the evidence of fraud, the most telling thing he said was "did you turn this in to the atty general of our state?"

You mean the liberal lesbian democrat atty general of Michigan? Yeah, I'm sure she'll get right on prosecuting all this fraud.

The second most telling thing was "we're legislators. we're policy makers. What can we do about it?"

Not a one of them wants to seat their own electors. They have completely set aside that responsibility. Without that, they're playing chess without a queen.

I just can't get over these lawmakers asking ordinary citizens "what are we supposed to do?" and "what's the solution here?"

Like, what the fuck did the people vote for you for? Do your job, that's the solution.

These state legs have the national spotlight on them for the first time in their lives. Before this no one in America cared about their small town hick policies and laws about road conditions and Sunday alcohol bans.

But now that the Republic hangs in the balance, these dweebs have the queen mother of all spotlights on them and they are withering like a flower on the sun. They can't wait to punt this ball and get out of the light.

That's my take, sorry it's cynical.

And yet, despite that, I still maintain that this will be solved by SCOTUS telling these states "your shit stinks, seat your own electors."

And then, THEN, these state houses (Michigan included) will have the political cover to do what they should have done already.

Like total number of votes counted going DOWN.

There are also 4 Counties where they were suddenly counting mail in ballots MUCH faster than the machines in those locations COULD possibly count votes.

To the tune of more than 100K votes.

There are also places where vote totals were being sent to a central location on unsecure thumb drives, with no chain of custody. There are affidavits saying they just 'kept finding' more thumb drives with votes on them.

It is CYA/insurance for Barr with those not in on his grift, an attempt to fend off some uninformed left-wing loon running around D.C. thinking Billy Bagpipes needs to be offed. When it emerged early this year that Barr was the sweeper who covered up for FBI sniper/murderer Lon Horiuchi, it became glaringly obvious nothing would be done about the coup attempt. It would be nice if POTUS told us who recommended Barr, though.

So, yes, you are one hundred percent correct. Fire Barr. Or do something Trumpy like give him the option either to resign or tell the world he will declassify the Trump/Russia collusion hoax at the end of a bayonet if necessary (no doubt he will resign; the appointment of Durham as SC was to give a pretext to not declassifying these documents).

Trump has been the most important president of our lifetimes, largely inadvertently, because he forced the system to reveal how utterly corrupted and unsalvageable it is now.

I don't see a whole lot of folks rioting for dementia Joe and Kopmala. Maybe a few blocks of selected blue cities get the burn loot murder treatment, but who cares?

441 But Billy Barr doesn't see any evidence of election fraud!

Antifa & BLM would gain a helluva lot more supporters if they dragged Bill Barr out of his house and executed the fat piece of shit right in the streets. People across America would finally be unified.

One of the main reasons we are losing America is because we no longer have the rule of law, at least when it comes to Democrat crimes.

442 I saw woke AoS commenters earlier saying that calling for extreme measures to combat an electoral coup that it means the lawsuits don't have any merit.

I think in order to prove that there was voter fraud on a massive scale, we must allow Biden to take the Oval Office or else we look bad.

443 The only way we avoid Civil War is if Biden is prevented from stealing the election.

Though, I suppose if only a few of us have the guts to stand up in that event, then we'll get mowed down pretty quickly, and the rest of you pathetic limp-wrists will shackle yourselves, or maybe each other. F you, Ace.

444 If only Trump hadn't gone scorched earth against everyone, maybe he'd
have some allies in this fight. Instead he has Rudy and Sidney Powell.

The Supreme Court has a clear path to reverse the 2020 election theft
without disenfranchising a single vote. Yes, you read that right.
Obviously
there is a mountain of uncontested evidence for SCOTUS to rule that
Constitutionally protected State laws were methodically violated on an
immense scale. The following remedy is fully within its power:

The
mail-in ballot counts of each law-breaking county are voided due to
massive ballot spoilage caused by that county's grossly unconstitutional
actions. SCOTUS further rules that any county which mixed its invalid
mail-in ballots with its valid ballots chose to undertake an unnecessary
and easily avoidable action which instantly tainted and nullified that
county's entire ballot count. (That is the county's law-breaking fault;
not the High Court's.)
Note that this does NOT void the millions of
valid ballots legally cast elsewhere in that State. However it does void
that State's current certification of its election results. SCOTUS can
clarify that the State is perfectly free to re-tabulate its vote total
(excluding the illegal mail-in ballots) and then recertify its election
results. If, however, the Governor and Secretary of State prefer to do
nothing and effectively disenfranchise the millions of legal voters in
their State, that is entirely on them.

By virtue of SCOTUS's
remedy, the millions of valid votes which were cast in each of these
contested States remain perfectly legal and eligible for State
recertification. Moreover, none of these millions of legal votes are
cancelled or diluted by hundreds of thousands of illegal ballots which
the law-breaking counties tried to dump into the State's vote total. So
rather than SCOTUS disenfranchising even one legal vote: it protects
_all_ legal votes from being ruinously diluted by a clearly coordinated
and illegal scheme to include hundreds of thousands of unlawful ballots.

SCOTUS simply puts the responsibility of legally and
Constitutionally recertifying that State's election results squarely
back on the State itself.

Under Article II Section 1 Clause 2 of the US Constitution, the Supreme Court has the authority to implement this remedy.
