Sean Davis: Durham Is Dropping His Investigation, Fearing Reprisal Prosecutions by Biden

This is what a coup looks like.

@seanmdav

A source familiar with Durham's ongoing investigation of the bogus Russian collusion operation tells @FDRLST: "Durham isn't doing anything. Dropping his investigations. He's worried about blowback from Biden. What an absolute disgrace."

8 Durham's Lame Duck Period: Democratic Leaders Suggest A Dim Future For Biden-Related Investigations

https://tinyurl.com/y5nguwmo

Jonathan Turley's recent.

House Intelligence Committee Chair Adam Schiff again strongly suggested that such investigations should end with the entry of a Biden Justice Department. Schiff told MSNBC that investigations of a president-elect constitute "tearing down our democracy" and a way to "delegitimize" a president.

This is precisely what I raised in my column on the expected effort by some to scuttle the Biden related investigations. The statement was only the latest indication that Democrats are likely to push to end any investigations touching on the Bidens, including statements from individuals known to be under consideration for Attorney General. In doing so, they will likely have the support of many members of the media who would be embarrassed by any findings of wrongdoing after insisting that there was nothing to cover and refusing to ask Biden specific questions on the campaign trail on these allegations.

Posted by: Asshoes at November 16, 2020 12:10 PM (22mNy)

Somehow, though, word is getting out about the truth. There are people all over the world praying for President Trump's triumph because they know that if he succeeds, America succeeds and so does their nation or their fight for freedom. Christians in Nigeria pray for our President because he's the only world leader who stood up for them. There were lots of foreign press at the Million MAGA March on Saturday in DC. It was always the same: one guy with a phone and a mic and one other guy with a camera recording, but these duos were everywhere and from just about every country. They may not be the major networks, because the major networks are in on the scam, but these journalists were there to get the real news out to their audience. There were many groups from China showing their support for Trump. They know he's their only hope in defeating the CCP.

As important for us as it is to win now, and winning is our only option, it is just as important to the free world, and around the world, those who value freedom are watching and know the score and support our President Trump.

The more loudmouthed Democrat politicians, celebrities, talking heads etc. have been saying for months that getting Trump out of office is not enough. Also that railroading Trump and his family into jail is not enough. What they demand is that every Trump supporter, and their cats dogs and houseplants, also be destroyed.

This appears to be what their base expects, or at least a sufficiently large Red Guard hard core for it to matter. They expect Cultural Revolution society-wide attacks and reprisals. Maybe to be expected, given the Chinese Communist Party involvement.

116 GA "recount". All that matters right now. That's it.

That doesn't get done right, it's over, in many more senses than some people here seem to be considering.

I think Baris the pollster is working on a comprehensive election results analysis that will show how impossibly anomalous and non-credible a Biden victory was here. At least that's what he's hinted at - I could be wrong.

But just on the surface, a Biden victory would be counter to every single "bellwether" indicator known, including the approval rating one. But the key counties, and vote patterns within key states, are the real jarring and ridiculous ones.

I fear it is impossible to recount fraudulent "electronic" ballots.

Thanks Judge Totenberg> A federal judge has denied a request to switch Georgia's election to hand-marked paper ballots for the November election, hours before in-person early voting is set to begin in a state that is the epicenter of the fight for voting rights.

The people who stole their vote, though, definitely committed fraud.

Why is it so hard to figure how the Democrats cheated?

All they did was keep feeding the machines with ballots they had on hand. There was no software trickery.

Democrats had millions of ballots and they filled them out and fed through the machines at the polling stations. This is what you get when you don't make certain Poll Watchers are inside watching every single machine.

I'd suggested right after the f*ckery began that Trump voters take a day off the same way the left encouraged the illegals to not drive drunk for one day a couple of years ago so that everyone would feel the impact of their absence on our roadways.

Except we would be the people who make useful things and keep stuff working, so the nation would notice.

Two weeks off would do it. Easy peasy, too. All you have to do is say you've got the COVIDs.

However, since the focus of Trump/GOP complaints right now is over the lack of independently observed signature-matching, I'm gonna assume there are physical ballots or print-outs representing them, and signatures involved.

On this one, Jack, you are demonstrably wrong. If any of these investigations that were covered up had broken in the summer - just take the info on the laptop that Barr helped to cover up until it was too late - the entire trajectory of the race would have changed. The ONLY reason this race was close enough for them to cheat was because Barr and Durham deliberately failed to do their jobs. Now, perhaps a miracle will turn up or someone will pull a rabbit out of a hat. But it's far more likely that now we're going into a real, shooting civil war because of these failures, and each one of us is going to have to decide who we're willing to shoot, and where.

Durham aka the Loafer has been on the case for well over a year and half and by some accounts since 2017 or said another way 1169 days.

You're talking about Barr and Durham, two seasoned professionals who know how counter-intel/investigations are run and predicated, they know how the system works.

Durham has produced one sweetheart plea deal of which the bulk of the heavy lifting was done by another investigator, Horowitz.

Barr is a joke and Deep State button man, Durham is simply milking it at this point, its 66 days before a potential change to the Meat Puppet regime, shit or get off the pot fella.

I've no patience for this bullshit argument that Durham is investigating anything anymore.

If there were going to be indictments of the Coup Crew it would have a happened years ago.

The only thing Durham is investigating at this point is an exit strategy.

This is why the Left is truly all powerful. Their opposition is legitimately afraid of them for good reason--they will punish and hurt those who disagree!

The Left can protest and march and loot and burn all they want and receive no punishment because law enforcement and the courts and city hall is on their sides.

That strikes me as a bit dramatic.

I'm of the opinion they don't have to KILL anyone, or even lock them up, if there's an option of turning your once enemies into allies.

When Mittens announces he's no longer Dem-curious, but is now an "independent," then an exodus from the R Party in the House and Senate start to happen... well, then you know the DNC are collectively creaming themselves over the true victory.

You don't NEED to publicly shame and execute your enemies (unless you're Mao and Stalin, who truly enjoy such activities). You only need to get them to start mouthing your... words.

I sounds to me like their plan is to make it ABUNDANTLY clear that the election results in the disputed states are the result of criminal tampering with the election. In the face of OVERWHELMING evidence that their state's election had been spoiled, the legislatures - who are all REPUBLICAN, except NV - CAN'T certify the election.

There MIGHT be case where you can isolate enough fraud that tainted votes can be thrown out, and a clear winner emerges. In THOSE cases, they can reasonably give the electoral votes to Trump - because the will of the people is clear - whether the state SoS does or not.

If all this talk of state legislatures, etc, sounds too extraordinary to be a real possibility, consider this. The US has never had election fraud on this scale before - this is an unprecedented event, a literal ATTACK against the US.

I consider it a 9/11 kind of event - an unbelievable unbelievable attack that happened. But the thing is, it's NOT unbelievable at all - it just never happened before, at least it was never noticed. The Dominion machines were literally DESIGN for this sort of thing, and have been used in that capacity in other places before.

So EXPECT an unprecedented response. The People making a LOT of noise would surely "help" our elected officials to do the right thing.

A CHP retired chief revealed the real reason that uniformed police write speeding tickets. It's not due to studies that show speeding causes accidents. Speeding is as likely a culprit as driver distraction or a hundred other things.

Speeding tickets are written because the people who receive them? Pay them.

In a just world people like the envoy who admitted he lied about troop levels, would be spending the weekend getting fitted for his guillotine block.

At this point I have no problem if Trump can get a group of 200,000 or so active military personnel, along with armed citizenry, to finally start this coup the left had been claiming.

Transcript of Trump Attorney L. Lin Wood being interviewed by Howie Carr. All the words are his.[/]

When all is known I am 100% confident that Donald Trump will be President of the United States for four more years. And I'm just as confident that Joe Biden and the people like him that have been trying to steal this election, committing crimes for years, they're all going to jail.

This was a well-planned - almost for two decades - attack to overthrow our government. Was it well done in the sense of trying to hide the fraud? Sure. But it was too massive. Donald Trump surprised even the enemy in the wide margins in which he won in the key states they had targeted to steal. So in in the middle of the night they started having to produce tens of thousands and in some cases hundreds of thousands of fake paper ballots. They had set that up with Covid.

So, will this be resolved by the courts? Yes. But I don't believe that it necessarily has to be resolved by the courts before the people in this country fully recognize by the irrefutable evidence that Joe Biden is illegitimate, his votes were fraudulent, he tried to steal this election, and he failed. So the people of this country will actually do what the people of this country are supposed to do. The people of this country will decide who the next president of the United States will be. It will be confirmed by the courts in terms of the illegality of the fraud. But between now and when all these deadlines come to pass the evidence that will be put out over time will convince any fair-minded and objective American, even many who did not support Trump, that there was a concerted, calculated effort to steal our government and our freedom. And in the process the record will show that they themselves killed many people in this country. These people are despicable, they are criminals. Going forward, I'm confident there will be no more corruption in the White House. Donald Trump's going to drain the swamp. Stay tuned.

I am working specifically on a lawsuit that will be filed in Georgia where the Georgia election will have to be deemed unlawful and void because the Democrats got the Secretary of State in Georgia to enter into a consent settlement in litigation in March of this year where the Secretary of State substantively changed the rules of the election as they related to the absentee ballots. The law doesn't allow the Secretary of State to do that. It has to be done in a Federal election by the state legislature. Just like in Pennsylvania, just along the same grounds where Justice Alito ruled when he separated the ballots. So the state of Georgia will ultimately have to have the governor order a special session of the legislature. They will recognize that the election was unlawful and illegal, that it is likely impossible without it taking a considerable length of time to show the level of the fraud in the real vote count, so that under those circumstances the legislature will select and elect the electors. Those electors will vote for Donald J. Trump.

Legislators are politicians. And most of the state politicians, they have to run for office within a couple of years. Too many of them are in government because they want power, influence, and money. So they probably want to stay there. If they want to stay there, they're going to follow the will of the people. And the will of the people this election was overwhelmingly to reelect Donald J. Trump President of the United States. I am confident that President Trump won an historic landslide election. What you're hearing now in the media is a lie. The media has been lying to this country as a propaganda tool for the people trying to overthrow our government for years. They groomed us, they played us, but you fool us once - OK, you're not going to fool the people of this country twice. We know what they've done now. They've been caught. In time, a lot of people are going to jail.

I know that there are whistleblowers. I think there's probably going to be much more than three. But I can tell you that the evidence is going to be undisputed that the Dominion voting machines were originally in Venezuela, paid for by Cuban money, and then found their way into this country in business relationships tied to George Soros and to the Clinton foundation. It doesn't take rocket science to figure out who is behind the effort to overthrow our government. It's the global elitists. It's the criminals like the Clinton crime family. And the country's going to find out there's been a heavy involvement by China. We're going to go through some difficult days and weeks ahead, but we're going to prevail, freedom's going to reign. But it's going to be difficult. When it's over things in this country are going to return to the days of when we lived a truthful life, and we'll get rid of all of the swamp, the swamp creatures, who have used our government, used our taxpayers' money, to stick it in their own pockets, like Joe Biden, like Bill Clinton, like Hillary Clinton, like Barack Obama.

Every lie, with time, will be revealed.

373 >>Remember how you said Biden could never, ever possibly win and you had known that for a year? And that Trump had a plan to stop the cheating? You have a record of vastly overestimating our capabilities and of underestimating our enemies.

Biden didn't win. He cheated. What do you think is happening right now? They did catch them.

There was no way to stop the cheating. The states run the elections and control the processes. The best they could do was 1) win in an overwhelming fashion and 2) catch the cheaters and prove the election was rigged.

Everyone can see the cheating, even the left. We aren't dealing with honest and rational people on the left anymore, we are dealing with radicals who don't give a shit about the law or appearances or anything but brute force.

Trump needs to respond in kind by not conceding and making is so incredibly obvious that the election was rigged the state legislatures in the states in play won't certify the elections as valid. It's not an easy task but pretending that somehow this wasn't a multi-year Democrat plot to steal the election isn't very convincing.

395 Got news for y'all. That was the plan all along. Don't know how they would've delayed it if Trump won, but then we see that this time they made sure he didn't.

That's the only difference between this year and 2016. They thought that Hillary was a shoo-in and they got lazy and didn't make sure of it.

This time they took no chances. They falsified ballots, added ballots and topped it off by fixing the machines to steal the votes.

No judge will care about statistical anomalies and they can't show who or how they gimmicked the machines.

All the other stuff is no good because there's no way to say that enough ballots were messed with to make a difference and it can't be proven in a court anyway. The machine fix was the only hope and I'm pretty sure they can't show legal proof. Oh we know they did it and the judges know they did it but they can keep that from showing up in court and being proof.

I said that Durham was stalling all the way back when the "Fixer" was made AG.

(doing much better this year, amazingly) But in the past, I've learned to put in a strict personal rule - if we're on the phone and you start yelling or screaming about anything, I instantly hang up and turn the phone off for 30 minutes. No exceptions. And if after 30 minutes, the phone rings and the yelling starts in, then it goes off and another 30 minute hold goes in place. It's a matter of having respect for yourself, and having boundaries as to how you will allow yourself to be treated. And of course it's most important with family, because usually no one except family would dare to try to treat you that way.

History has shown over and over and over again, you have your true baddies, pulling the strings, and you have the people whose strings are being pulled, and then you have the people who quietly go along, doing their thing, staying out of the way.

All support the State, in their own way. You don't have to be one of the active baddies to be a part of the State.

News: brave men and women are almost always afraid when they do those amazingly brave things but they do those amazingly brave things, anyway. It's the pucker factor in combat that everyone feels at one time or another. Fear is normal. Fear is human. It's what you do that counts, not what you feel.

My former platoon sergeant all those years ago was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross in Vietnam. He told us the circumstances in a straightforward way when a few of us newer guys in the unit saw it during a Class A inspection. We were like little kids: "Were you scared?"

"Shit yeah I was scared," he said. "It was a scary situation."

He was the bravest man I've ever known and I've known brave men.

So sick of cowards.

409 As I posted in a few other threads,

I have found a treasure trove of information online on all of your local Democratic officials. It really is all there...for now.
They want to attract people through a web presence and the internet is their friend.

It appears that each county in the US has their own Democratic office with board members, identified by name and with photos. They also have facebook pages. I've found links to their college sites. And with one quick search, I found the linkedin profile of the first person I was using as a test.

I've just set up an email, in my nic through protonmail.

If I gather information, I'll want to send it to people.

If anyone is interested in getting what I found, or have time simply to help, please let me know through the nic.

I'd prefer you use a new protonmail or similar account that doesn't need a phone number to sign up. I don't want to know crap about you...not even a nic....

Just say you're interested.

If I get even a handful, I'll start today...

419 Oh and one thing everyone overlooks. Sure fraud is illegal. Ballot fraud is illegal.

Problem is that even if they prove it, there is no legal means to change the out come of the election.

They neglected to include that in those voting fraud laws.

Mainly because usually it's not that large a number to make a difference. In this case it is but there is no means to reverse the election.

The judge can come out and say that Yes the election was unfair and fraudulent but that he has nothing he can do to change the election. He can't even call for a special election.

It's a flaw in the system but it's there to keep chaos from overturning elections. Even if it's not fair.

420 ZH: A lawyer with Kirkland & Ellis, attorneys of record for PA SoS, send 1-minute voicemail to Trump lawyer that "falls afoul of the standards of professional conduct."

"Since this case was filed, undersigned counsel has been subjected to continuous harassment in the form of abuse e-mails, phone calls, physical and economic threats, and even accusations of treason - all for representing the President of the United States' campaign" wrote Kerns in her filing.

"On November 14, 2020 at 8:43 a.m., an attorney at Kirkland & Ellis left a one-minute voicemail for undersigned counsel. The voicemail ... speaks for itself and by any measure falls afoul of standards of professional conduct."

Kirkland & Ellis's attorney in the case initially tried to suggest it wasn't one of their employees who made the call - before eventually admitting it was. They then 'excused the conduct by saying the lawyer (who works in the same office) does not work on this case or in litigation,' though agreed that the call was 'discourteous.'

I have zero doubts that if Biden gets in, the plan is to punish us, and make an example for others who might stray the golden path. Of course, they'll have their proxies do the legwork, and turn a blind eye to it all, as they've shown us right now. I've seen this all play out, only it was other countries doing it.

The vaccines and contact tracing will be one more tool in their arsenal, as I'm also sure that social scoring is on the shortlist. They have to make up for lost time, and they were so close to tasting it. I don't think I really grasped how far they'd gotten from 2008 (2000 really) to 2016.

Trump only managed to tap the brakes. But we're still heading for the edge of the cliff.

BTW, I can't believe I'm getting messages from Cocaine Mitch to save the senate (5x matching). Is this like paying the axeman to sharpen the blade?

The MAGA Marches are going to need to be a daily occurrence going forward, just like The Left would do/has done all these many months starting in May.

It was good to see how many turned out without President Trump organizing it, but he's our leader. Can the StopTheSteal organization, which has to operate in daylight, get us out in numbers that represent the 74 million that voted for PDT?

The Left also has leadership, but they are many layers deep in the shadows and getting paid to foment violence is one of their perks.

Politicians are afraid of The Left. Right now, nobody is afraid of us, we are polite, law-abiding, pick up after ourselves, and never cause trouble.

All this speculation exists because - no one is seeing any progress.

Sure, interviews are taken, evidence collected, yada yada, but no one is charged and taken into custody and given plea deals to roll over on the bigger players. All that evidence neatly collected in piles for easy shredding/Bleach-bitting.

This type of investigation, when wholly legit, takes a long time, and when you aren't even seeing small fish caught in the net, ya better not hold your breath to expect a shark or whale anytime soon. Couple that with a possible change in the Administration in 1/2021, and this will get slow-walked until statutes of limitation run out, or shelved entirely. Hell, this Muh Russia probe has taken a back seat to Hunter's Footjob Laptop, which has now taken a backseat to Vote Fraud 2020. CNN and NBC and others now employ little hall monitor dweebs whose only purpose is to pressure other platforms to censor or block the voices that are most threatening to them. It's not journalism: it's quashing of dissent. That's their function: it's vital to see that clearly.

Posted by: Lady in Black at November 16, 2020 12:38 PM (O+I8R)

News flash, even the "medical" masks don't work.. period. We have 40+ years of research on this and quite frankly, I'm sick of having to tell people this. They are actually more dangerous because you keep touching "shit" literally and figuratively and then touching your mask, then you breathe in that contamination and it goes right into the part of your body with the weakest immune response .. the Upper Respiratory System. yay..

People are wondering how they are getting sick when they are wearing masks? it's literally "Ass to mouth"..

A single individual could be investigated and tracked. 1,000 a day? No system has the resources to cope with that.

Maga March

Posted by: Stateless Infidel at November 16, 2020 01:18 PM (v2c9/)

477 @425
"The MAGA Marches are going to need to be a daily occurrence going forward, just like The Left would do/has done all these many months starting in May.

It was good to see how many turned out without President Trump organizing it, but he's our leader. Can the StopTheSteal organization, which has to operate in daylight, get us out in numbers that represent the 74 million that voted for PDT?"

I was there and I would say there were at least 50,000 people there.
And I can also say that attendance was seriously suppressed by the foul, lying media. I heard about it tangentially and when I went to look up "Million MAGA" and similar basically every "news" source either buried it or described that a "Proud Boy" and "neo nazi"-organized march was scheduled, and that violence was expected.
If the thing were allowed to go viral in the normal way there would have been 1M people there I'm sure.

Since the Biden guys are openly celebrating that they lied to Trump to keep them in Afghanistan and Syria after multiple orders to get them home from those hell-holes? Yeah. Also, look where most military enlistees grew up. It ain't Detroit or LA. Red counties in red states, or deep red counties in blue shithole states like CA.

But it won't come to that. SCOTUS will toss the electors from states that had elections screwed up by executive malfeasance. Hello to Nancy Pelosi, who said she would get Biden elected. I can't wait to watch her face as the GOP House members get to elect Donald Trump.

I'm pissed at all the "wait and see" and "trust the plan" types I've been arguing with for a year. I know a lot of us here saw Barr as the POS he was, others took a while to come around to that. When he replaced Sessionszzz, I figured I'd better see something happen, like... NOW. It didn't. It hasn't. Just what has this turd in a tie accomplished?

Trump's biggest error has been either not shit-canning every last rat-bastard the day he walked in the door. His second biggest error was going to the same pool of talent that has been keeping the swamp swampy for decades. I just don't get it.

Oh sure, he wanted to play nice at first, and thought that the GOP, since they're republicans and all would be on his side. But after a year it was just being stupid. Was he worried about optics? 4D chess my ass. More like go fish. At this point, I'm not even so sure anybody at all is trustworthy, including his entire legal team.

480 jake, no, elections are over-turned or adjusted when illegalities or other problems are found - it's not that uncommon. House race in NC last year re-run, NY House primary this past summer re-run, just the latest federal races subjected to do-overs. State and local happens too.

Remedies applied can vary. Obviously a presidential cannot be re-run, but remedies that change outcome absolutely available to courts.

I don't think people get how important and egregious this is.

State election laws were altered, illegally and unconstitutionally. In many cases even *those* altered laws were not properly followed. And to top it off, observers were blocked from seeing how things were counted and screened.

This is a complete abandonment of elections with any integrity. Not just stuffing the boxes in 2 counties, as in 1960, when the election was stolen from Nixon.

Due to the irregularity of this current 2020 Presidential Election, this is a crowdsourcing tool for organizing anomalies and legal issues. Our desire is that more of the election process would be made transparent so there would be unquestionable confidence in our voting systems.

This is for aggregating items of evidence that would be admissible in court, not general election news stories or updates.

482 >>> 398 361 292 I listened to my husband's unhinged prog siblings actually screaming at him during their weekly "family zoom meeting" last night."

You should buy him the book "Boundaries". I've dealt with a daughter who's had mental illness issues over the years.

That with the police blocking some routes, and certainly stopping them in other states. Going forward, we can expect that "permits" will not be granted. That antifa black bloc will have advanced notice of everything being planned and given every tool necessary to put us down.

Twatter will stop any communication, as will FB. If they think that coordination is taking place on other platforms such as gab or parler, they'll simply deplatform those entities. They've got a dozen ways to do it.

They also believe that "climate change" caused all those forest fires this summer that magically didn't happen north of the border into Canada. They also have no idea what SCOTUS is required to do by the Constitution. Sure, they'll be shocked when the election goes to the House of Representatives. Latest Q post, one word: Durham. So does that mean "watch him crawl back down into his hole?" Of course not.

He doesn't have reputation for being intimidated or for quitting. I would believe that he has been ordered to put Obamagate on hold while he investigates election fraud by CIA. He was selected to pursue Obamagate because of his success in prosecuting intelligence agency crimes.

494 1.) So Durham quit. Or, he may not have quit. How would we judge the results either way, considering he hasn't done shit in the year-plus he's been "on the job"? He hasn't interviewed anyone, empaneled a Grand Jury, or done anything else that would indicate a healthy investigation. What makes anybody think that he is any less quit now than then?

2.) Call the Office of the Governor of Georgia and tell that RINO sack of crap to do a full on audit of the Election, and that any recount must be according to the rules set down by the Legislature and not according to some bogus "consent decree" that the stinking swine of a RINO Raffesnberger entered into with the Traitor party. Georgia is going to stab us all in the back on Friday when they certify their election as pure and clean, unless we yell our lungs out at the spineless bastards.
