Bret Baier Finally Addresses Erroneous Call of the House... A Full Week After the Election

Scumbags.

He and all of Fox refused comment for a week. Deb Heine pressured Fox for a question about this on Monday, and now they send this nasty snotty garbage to her.

First he tries to distinguish this from the "call" of Arizona or the "call" of the House for Democrats by saying it was only "an estimate" that Democrats would gain +5 to +15 seats -- much different than a "call," you see.

So don't think this means that their other calls are garbage.

Bret Baier emphasizes that the decision desk was "correct," supposedly, in calling the House for the Democrats. He pretends the +5 to +15 Democrat pickup call was just a minor detail.

Again, not part of the "call." Just part of "an estimate."

But obviously, with the Republicans almost taking the House -- and who knows, we probably did win it, absent fraudulent ballots -- Fox did not have anything like the statistical certainty to make a projection of any kind.

Remember the Super Democrat Donor, Arnon Miskin, who said that the channel's projection of Arizona had four confidence intervals behind it, and was therefore a statistical certainty?

Yeah, Trump is behind (allegedly!) by 12,000 votes out of three and a half million?

That's what the Fox News decision desk calls four confidence intervals? That's what they call an unassailable statistical lock?

I imagine the same level of statistical certainty was present with their call of the House for Democrats.

And yet-- Republicans either won it or came within a few thousand scattered votes of winning it.

Fox should not have made either call. This is like claiming you have Foolproof Gambling Method for winning at roulette, and then winning a single bet, and saying, "See? I told you, it was foolproof!"

No, it was random luck, asshole. Your "foolproof method" was bullshit, voodoo, and bait for a sucker.

Fox refuses to admit any error whatsoever in its Voodoo Divining of future election news.

They also refuse to admit any error with their garbage, Democrat-skewing, Republican-demoralizing suppression polls.

They refuse to admit any error with the voter surveys -- apparently conducted in partnership with AP -- which informed their faulty vote projections. Voter surveys which would have been infected by the exact same systematic error due to Trump voters wisely refusing to tell the scalp-hunting media their preferences.

Fox News will do anything to avoid admitting a conservative's criticism is correct.

They've learned quite a bit from their big strong brother CNN.

Remember when Chris Stirewalt defended Fox's call of Arizona, stating that "voter surveys" were used in connection with vote count to call races?

Yeah, those vote surveys would have featured the same +8 or +10 Democrat bias as polls.

They used garbage polls to "adjust" the actual vote count numbers.

And they continue insisting that they did everything right and if they had to do it all again, they'd do it the same way.

Here's the thing:

I believe them.

I believe they'll be out in two weeks with yet more Democrat-skewing suppression polls.

They are incapable of reform, and any corrupt institution incapable of reform must be destroyed, razed to the ground.

FoxNews must be destroyed.

They must be made example.

By the way:

In England, citizens are cancelling their television licenses -- payments to the BBC for the privilege of watching their social-engineering leftwing propaganda garbage -- in droves.

So many people are cancelling their TV license that the BBC is telling people they don't have the manpower to process their cancellation request, and that they should instead cancel on the BBC website.

But that doesn't work, either.

Sure seems like the BBC just doesn't want to give up the funding it forcibly extracts from the public.

But in the UK, the situation is especially egregious, where you are forced to pay a license fee to listen to state-run propaganda (and there are monitoring vans that cruise down the street to make sure you don't have extra TV sets you aren't paying for.)
It's a situation similar to the US and cable TV--everyone got so angry they decided they'd cut the cord altogether rather than be subject to this.

I grew up in an area with a lot of very wealthy people. From my anecdotal observations, most drove normal people cars. Like Lexus, Toyota, Acura or Honda or whatever.

Some drove BMW's or Mercedes.

A few assholes drove super expensive cars (like Aston Martins or Lambo's or whatever), but they were routinely made fun of by the other people in town who could also afford to drive a car like that, but thought it looked pretentious as fuck.

I wrote to everyone I could think of, every conservative radio show. Actual letters. National Review. Weekly Standard. CA GOP.

Only one response.

Peter Robinson, who to this day claims he came up with Reagans Tear Down This Wall statement (he wrote the speech, but Reagan used those words in a debate with Robert Kennedy in the 60s).

- "Unconscious Bias" has never been affirmatively proven to exist. It has been theorized to exist based on theoretical psychological work based on response time to images (the test for it).
- The guy who *invented* the test for "unconscious bias" has gone on the record in academic journals that the test is unreliable and has no diagnostic value.
- Unconscious bias, if it exists (e.g., if we assume it does), has never been demonstrated to be harmful.
- Unconscious bias, being unconscious (or subconscious), cannot be addressed consciously. In other words, in order to address it (if indeed it exists *and* is harmful - neither of which has been demonstrated), you are essentially discussing formalized brainwashing. No thank you. Hard pass.

Philosophical opposition:
- It is based and predicated on an acceptance of critical theory, which I reject out of hand (along with the rest of post-modernism)

That is reporting the official SOS count through clarity as there is no other system for reporting statewide results in GA.

The recanvass, audit, and recount will actually look at the voter history files to match the physical count of ballots cast from that precinct and should match the statewide totals. Totals must match.

I believe that the voting was dishonest in GA among other states, and there are numerous affidavits and evidence collected in other states and being collected in GA and PA. You choose not to believe those fine.

For me the supercars are just paying for the nameplate/status symbol. Even with the cheaper ones, 99% of users will never have the skill or the balls to use even a third of its capabilities.

I've used all of them in various jobs. Here's my thoughts:

GoToMeeting is easy to use, but also always seemed a bit glitchy to me, and is kind of cheap looking.

WebEx is/ was by far my favorite, had a lot of great features, but is expensive and requires a bit of training / learning to figure out.

Skype was fine for like one on one calls, but got really shitty when you had a group meeting.

Teams is ... I don't know what the hell Microsoft was thinking there. It works, but tends to glitch. Has very few features, doesn't work well on mobile, and has always been super laggy for me when multiple people joined.

And Zoom is not the best at anything, but is very intuitive for people who know nothing about tech to use. I suspect they had a great marketing team pushing it when the pandemic began, because I would have expected gotomeeting to be the "go to"

Go and read the Great Lakes lawsuit in MI, federal lawsuit rules are a bit different as often you have to have a pacer account to read things like exhibits of data to support your claims. You can, however, read the complaint itself for the Middle Dist. lawsuit in PA.

A lot of people are running around reporting state court losses when those were actually request for TRO's--injunctions to stop alleged illegalities.

Basically, if there is sufficient ways to redress such as recounts, lawsuits after the election, etc. then courts will deny TRO's.

To stop something in progress is a difficult reach and many of these were filed in urban blue court districts with obviously 'fair' judges deciding these TRO's on such things as throwing GOP observers out and still counting, restrictions on the late ballots being introduced, etc.

Trump already knows that he won, as a certainty. OTOH, the Democrats know that they cheated, and that their specific methods of cheating have been identified. They're stuck defending results that they know are rotten.

The only strategy open to them is to hope that the media or their remaining operatives within the government will be able to exert enough pressure to make Trump give up before he wins, or coerce the courts and state legislatures into publicly destroying themselves by ignoring the evidence he's accumulating.

Before I went to bed I watched the Shiva video and played with some numbers on excell to check my thinking (I also left some comments on the ONT.)

Now over the past week I have been skeptical of many of the theories floating around (hammer and scorecard, the vote switching, the grand conspiracy stuff with the NSA in charge, etc.) and I have left comments and been criticized. I do think there was massive fraud, but mostly mail-in, and pallets of ballots when they realized that was not enough.

Well, the Shiva video is my field. I have built a reputation for analyzing data (in a different field) and have run R&D labs were every Friday we hold meetings to go over graphs a lot like what you see. Again, not votes but data from semiconductor manufacturing so the graphs might be particles or O2 levels, or yield loss, etc. but you spend a lot of time manipulating data and putting it on graphs looking for a cause. I also have a background in computer programming for industrial equipment.)

This is my field.

I am experience Reverse Murray Gell-Mann right now. I know this stuff, and these guys make sense.

I want to explain what they are doing with a different approach. In this type of analysis, you are looking for some variable that gives you information about the data. Here, they suspect that the Trump vote ratio is manipulated. Well, wouldn't it be nice if you knew how republican a district was?

If you knew "how republican" a district was, you could see if it correlates with how much they voted for Trump. If you could only look through their credit card data to see how much MAGA gear they bought, or count yard signs. Well, none of that is in the ballot data.

What is in the ballot data for MI is how much that district voted straight party line Republican. (SPR)

Now you would expect that the more Republican, the more the district would vote for Trump in general even if people do not vote the SPR. Meaning that if a district has 100 voters and 60 vote SPR, you would expect that about 60% of the remainders would also vote Trump. Maybe they vote just the top of ticket, or maybe they fill in all the fields but did not want to use the SPR option. Or maybe there is one local Dem they like (or one local Rep. they don't like.) All these things average out and with enough data you should see a strong correlation between SPR (how republican a district is) and Trump percentage among the non-SPR voters.

Any deviation should apply equally to all types of districts (in the aggregate.) So if Repbublicans hate trump, you expect some to not vote SPR, and instead vote for down ticket R but not Trump. If some Dems start to like Trump, you expect to see the non-SPR voters to vote for Trump in a higher ration, etc.

What they graphed is SPR (or how Republican the district is) against ... well here it gets a little complicated. What they are showing is SPR vs. Trump vote, but for that you would expect a straight line starting at lower left and going up to upper right on the graph. But any cheat would lower that line as you move right, since it would be stealing votes from Trump. So what they graphed is the amount the line deviates from what you would expect. They did this by simply plotting the difference between SPR and the ratio of votes for Trump among people who did not vote SPR. If there were 100 people, and 60 voted SPR, well for the remaining 40, what was Trumps result? (This is slightly simplified since they probably subtracted out the percent who voted SPD from the remainder, but it has no real effect on the graphs.)

For any one district there is going to be error - there will not be enough people to remove small scale bias, but if you graph enough districts you would expect them to form a kind-of line which is flat and true.

This data has been manipulated. Manipulated using a simple equation of subtracting a certain percentage of Trump's vote and giving them to Biden. This affects all districts, but of course it affect heavy Trump districts more since they had more Trump votes (another simplification, it did not affect all districts since if the percent for Trump was low enough (about under 20%) they left it be.)

This technique reveals the manipulation.

Scytel makes a plug-in that takes your vote totals and formats graphs and maps with it for presentation purposes. I don't really know where the work is done, apparently the parent-parent company is in Spain? They had the lowest bid.

There's no way to predict how things would've turned out after the changes were made.

Road not taken and all of that. It took me some time to realize that this was true in all cases beyond say a few days or a week or so after the life changing event.

Just in the day to day you stopping for a moment walking or riding could've kept you from being creamed by a load of bricks or a runaway car.

I actually had this happen to me. A semi swerved across the divider in front of my car one evening went all the way across the road into the ditch on the right side.

If I'd been going just a few seconds faster I would've been in place to have gotten creamed by the truck.

Spooky.

Then there's the other side of the coin. Perhaps we went thru some evil times but if we hadn't, other good stuff might not have come to pass.

Counties had a fixed number of state legislators regardless of population at the statehouse.

My problem is that I disagree with the conclusion. If the hypothesis (that Trump votes were being reduced and shifted to Biden) is correct, then modeling the same data and using the same rules for Biden results should show a different result.

But it doesn't. I downloaded the Macomb County data (as of November 5 - what's on their website) and I see a similar trend to what Shiva found, but then I also ran it for Biden. It isn't identical, but it *is* similar: as the party line vote increases (as an overall proportion) for a candidate, that same candidate's individual candidate ratio drops. The Dem data is noisier and seems to lack the inflection point, but the overall trend looks quite similar. I used the same methodology he described in the video, but applied it to both sides.

That's what I got as a replacement. Same engine, I believe, biggest difference appears to be in weight, and while the Accord has giddyup, the Civic was that much more zippy.

From what I read this a.m., they don't have a residency requirement.

But they do have a law that says it's illegal to move to the state solely for the purpose of voting in an election there, and then moving out.

So these people urging people to do this are advising people to break the law.

the assumption that you are making is that the cheating is uniform but because precincts pass results to the county which passes results through reporting software, there are multiple ways to jigger the count.

The major issue was Wayne County in MI with some odd flips in at least two counties, Antrim and Oakland, for example that could have been done locally with the weighting function being activated.

Basically, a hand count is necessary in order to match voting history files with the actual number of ballots found at a location. The old system of paper reporting and ballots was much harder to game with signatures etc. as the digital world allows stuff to go poof, be siphoned off, etc.

So you have to go the best data possible first to determine whether the digital data is corrupted--that means the original ballots, ballot statements, and compare that with the voter history and existence.

What you have is a bunch of people, particularly those in government, that are convinced that the Trump supporters are Nazis, racists, white supremacists, etc. The four year "resistance" encouragement by the Dems and mass media basically has removed any ethical considerations for a lot of people in this country to disenfranchise the "other".

So, you will see a mix of people doing the fraud for money as in the social worker voting for 130+ in Texas, doing fraud by discarding ballots or ballot requests from a person receiving Trump fliers, adding dead people to the polls and voting for them, changing setting and 'curing' ballots by exercising admin controls over the votes, discarding Trump ballots in the counting room and shredding them, and so on.

Some people have even more power as officeholders, election supervisors, and as DA's and as we have seen, those of the left that do wrong are not punished, while the poor little widow that votes for DJT in IL for her husband who died before the election is convicted for vote fraud (2016). Why should they fear any reaction from calling for example, Trump supporters as Nazis as the SOS of AZ did? If the SOS of AZ felt free to do so without repercussions, then what might be done on election fraud approval and corrupt election practices allowed.

Personal experience here. Fox makes it easy to quit them. I do watch Tucker, but nothing else on Fox. When , on election night, I turned on Fox I turned it off when I saw Juan and Donna Brazil and Karl Rove. When I turned on the 5, Juan made it necessary to turn it off.even before the election I had switched to Newsmax, as Fox seemed intent on irritating me with dumb pundits.

670 GA voting requirements, it is a bit more involved for first time voters because you have to have a GA id to register online either driver's license or some other acceptable id with GA address. Paper, you have to fulfill requirements also.

Did not think that you were--the organized steal was concentrated on urban counties in swing states and I am sure that other places also had the normal fraud percentages in localities.

Personally, I believe it was a combination of running ballots through over and over for Biden, discarding or spoiling Trump ballots, ballot harvesting (paying for ballots received), and perhaps a corruption of the voting reporting systems.

There is long assumed to be a normal margin of "fraud" in every election and that mailed absentee ballots are a nexus of fraud in past elections. Thus, the massive increase in mail in ballots, the move to all electronic vote tabulation and reporting, and bypassing voter election safeguards such as signature matches created an perfect storm of fraud in 2020.

In my past life, I was active in politics in a corrupt state where I saw most things done and how the game was played because I ran the numbers on election night for a federal officeholder and came to know precincts by heart and you could tell when the results came from jiggery pokery in the backroom.

They showed example "flat lines" but it sounded like that was test data - not real data (they did not cite the source - seemed it was a test data set with assumption put it)

4) do they have data on voter registration by party in these counties ? ... would be interesting to know how many independents (assuming only registered republicans would chose to do SPR ballot type)
