Is Florida Already Won For Trump?

Trump stopped most of his advertising for Trump, provoking the leftwing media and NeverTrumpers (but I repeat myself!) to proclaim he was just giving up.

Giving up -- or redeploying resources from a state he's already one to one he can win, like Minnesota? Update: Trump and his campaign spokesman say the Bloomberg story about Trump reducing his Florida ad buy is completely wrong and must be retracted.

This guy is tracking all the early votes in Florida, both by-mail and in person.

The Democrats have a 200,000 lead right now, though that's dropping by the minute.

Let's look at the "supervoters" who have not voted yet. These are the voters who have voted in four of the last four elections, and thus are a lock to vote in this election, but who haven't yet voted.

Democrats have 305649 "supervoters" left to vote.

And Republicans?

555,193. We have 250,000 more supervoters still expected to vote.

In North Carolina, Democrats have already banked 111% of their total 2016 vote.

But so have Republicans. And Republicans won last time. So Republicans are ahead now.

I already mentioned that Jon Ralston, a highly partisan Democrat "journalist," is worried for the Democrats in Nevada, as they're underperforming their 2016 vote.

To meet 2016 metrics at end of early voting, Dems would need 54K statewide and 88K in Clark -- they are not on track to get either with three days left.
That NYT poll may show 6-point Biden lead, but I doubt the Dems are sleeping well tonight.

Mollie Hemingway makes a good point: Why is Biden using one of his very few non-lid appearances to shore up Michigan, where he's supposedly up by (giggle) 12 points?

If he really believed that 12 point lead, why isn't he spending his time in Florida or North Carolina?

They had that lead with mail-in voting, but once Fla opened up in-person early voting, the Republicans have been knocking that number down. As I write this, the Dem early vote lead is down to 204,000. Republicans are beating the Dems at a rate of 50k per day. Come Friday, when early voting ends, Republicans will probably be 100,000 behind come election day. Not enough for Dems to hold off the Rep Election Day storm.

But as I looked closer there was tiny little writing, done in blue ballpoint pen, scribbled underneath. It said this (not verbatim -- can' remember it word for word, but this is close):

"Like most of you I am not excited at all about Biden and have serious doubts about him as a candidate and person but Trump is completely unacceptable and we must stop him. Even if you don't like Biden, you must vote to stop Trump."

Written all scribbly, like the person was on Trumps or in a panic attack.

This is the level of enthusiasm they have for Biden: Zilch. And I am in the bluest of blue areas.

Every sign is anti-Trump. Biden's name is barely to be seen anywhere. There are more leftover "Warren 2020" stickers from the primaries than there are actual Biden signs.

In MI, they went out of their way to send my elderly godfather absentee ballot requests. Hell, they might have even sent him an unsolicited absentee ballot.

He is a democrat. He used to like Biden, but, in the past, said it would not vote for him because he's too old. Now he simply says HE will not vote because he is too old.

The take away? I think a lot of Democrats are simply demoralized. My godfather is a good example. To be honest, I doubt that he even knows 10% of the Bad Biden stuff going on. Yet they have talked him out of voting.

The problem is that Democrats have literally become a cargo cult. They know rallies boost voting numbers, but have no idea why. So they bring in fleets of cars where no one is motivated to get out and sign up. Meanwhile Trump is throwing insane parties- really, I was shocked to see the last airport rally. It may as well be in a stadium for capacity!

It also could be a huge own goal by the Dems if they lose PA and then try to send in a bunch of fake ballots. Statistically those will be seen as a mismatch against the existing ballots.

You end up with the ballots thrown out AND people going to jail.

The fraud risk was always if the election is close. This isn't looking to be close, so why risk your fraud operation to getting it shut down permanently? You are going to need it in 2022 to try and get that Senate seat.

Well, I just told my mother about an hour ago that I'm not worried about election day for Trump. I am pretty sure he's got this.

How can you watch the horror of the last 4 years and not vote Trump? You've got to be completely nuts and insanely high on TDS.

The riots alone.

His response to the wuhan flu regardless of what the media says. We watched all of the press conferences. Every single day Trump came out eventually with the team to update the nation. Every single day.

The economy was rolling.

International relations, if you're into that, you got a heckuvalot to cheer about.

Judge Amy turned out to be a wonderful choice that many watching were impressed with.

It's all of the "surface" stuff that people see and feel.

The only big issue outstanding is health care. I'm disgusted at McCain for what he did. Shows you his true character no matter what they try to tell you.

ROANOKE, VA - Police in Roanoke were on the scene of a shooting with multiple victims Wednesday afternoon.

Around 4:30pm local time, Roanoke Police were notified of shots fired in the 1400 block of Rorer Avenue SW. While officers were responding, they were notified there was a victim with a gunshot wound in a home in the immediate area.

Responding officers located three additional victims on scene. All four victims were transported to Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital for treatment. There is no information available about their conditions.

No one has been arrested regarding this incident, police said.

NV then becomes irrelevant. If Trump gets MI, NV counts. But if he gets MI he probably gets WI.

this is without PA, because biden needs PA without question. also without any weird surprise like NH, which would indicate a big red wave.

Every single NC county is red except Mitchell County, which has only 6 early votes, all of which are Democrat votes. That county is 98% white.

The models substantially assume lower white turnout. He can do better in every demographic but if his strong demographics make up a smaller share of voters you could see that result.

No rubber stamp. The Court hasn't even formally accepted the case for review yet, but now it will because now Roberts' face is red, both sides in the case have told the Court that they agree segregating the votes is proper until the case can be heard on a proper schedule, and now Coney Barrett gets to weigh in on whether the case can be heard.

Roberts and the Three Commies will have to agree to hear the case because now there are votes being sequestered by the PA Secretary of State, and there has to be a decision whether to count them.

scenario one: the GOP is turning out early, canalizing their day-of voting the same as Dems. Maybe it's excitement not wanting to wait till election day, or it's fear that the lines will be too long, I dunno. But that's the idea. The GOP is cannibalizing their vote total with early voting.

scenario two: the GOP is turning out big in the early voting but however many early votes they get, it will still only be about a third of the total votes they get after the day-of voting is done.

If it's scenario one, we're looking at a close race, maybe as close as 2016, or maybe as close as 2000, with it really coming down to who wins a couple of key states like Pennsylvania and Arizona.

If it's scenario two, forget it. Trump is winning 35+ states

630 Did my part early voting in NV day 1. No one in my neighborhood has biden signs (1 trump/big dan sign) but there are a lot of closet Rs amongst my neighbors (me included). The dems sent me (and the previous 4 residents of my address) voter registration cards. Would not be surprised if they stole this election with all the mail in fraud.
