Without Evidence, Joe Biden Declates Kyle Rittenouse a "White Supremacist"

I blew a circuit when Chris Wallace, who fancies himself a hard news man, and not an opinion or speculation man -- even though the things he thinks are "facts" are really just his opinions -- demanded that Trump condemn "white supremacists" like the ones we'd seen "in Kenosha."

In Kenosha? There is absolutely no evidence at all that Kyle Rittenhouse is a "white supremacist."

But Christ Wallace is a red-diaper baby leftist, so in his mind, anyone who doesn't gladly lay down to be stomped to death by the Righteous Boots of Antifa and BLM must be a "white supremacist."

Chris Wallce's tag-team debating partner Joe Biden now explicitly brands Kyle Rittenhouse, a man being currently being charged for crimes, to be guilty of "white supremacism."

Here's the video ad. Biden puts up the image of Kyle Rittenhouse as Chris Wallace says "white supremacists in Kenosha," at about second 12 or 13.

That's obviously who Chris Wallace-- who deals in FACTS, not OPINIONS -- was defaming when he said that. Without evidence.

So Joe Biden was just dunking the ball after Chris Wallace's alley-oop pass.

Lin Wood just served Joe Biden a takedown notice -- with a threat of a defamation lawsuit to come:

But there is this to consider - in any presidential "debate," the GOP candidate is always hobbled by the fact that the Dems will insist on one of their lackeys as the moderator, and there is very little wat for the GOP candidate to refuse without immediate charges of being afraid, of only wanting lapdogs and of being unwilling to lay out their positions to the American people.

The Dems, on the other hand, can always reject a GOP moderator and will never suffer any blowback for it; in fact, they will be praised for standing up to "corporate media."

That's not quite it. Defamation (I'm using that as a catch all term for defamation, libel, and slander) generally requires that the offending party be given an opportunity to retract and correct. The rationale is to encourage people to make such corrections and to attempt to mitigate the actual damage done via something other than money.

Publication of correction/retraction in a timely manner (that is very key) is a means to mitigate damages and to attempt to make the plaintiff whole.

Our kids have be in school for 6 weeks, 4 days a week. Previously, if you were "exposed" (within 6' for more than 15 minutes) of someone who tested positive, you must quarantine at home for 14 days. Since our kids are required to wear mask, someone must have pointed out that if kids are wearing mask, and mask work, then why does exposure require quarantine, as today the policy has changed to just that. I don't know if this helps or not, but the election has pretty much been decided now, we just don't know the results yet.

There isn't anyone who hasn't made up their mind. They are either going to enthusiastically vote for Trump, enthusiastically vote against Trump, or are not going to vote.

The mail-in fraud is a new wrinkle, but I think that Trump has that handled legally. The Dem telegraphed their intent way too soon, and allowed it to be opposed.

The polls are either right or they are wrong. We don't know. We do know they are being manipulated, but we don't know how much.

So it comes down to faith in America as an idea and its citizens. There is either a majority of voters who will vote against traditional American success and their pocketbooks because they don't like Trump's style (which hasn't changed since they last voted for him), or the support he had in 2016 will return and be increased by Blacks and Hispanics who have moved toward him.

I personally think it is the latter, but I've been wrong before.

My wife hasn't made up her mind. She voted for Trump, doesn't like Trump, thinks he's the world's biggest asshole. But also hates leftist policy. And think Biden is not quite there. But she says she is still on the fence. In the end she probably won't vote at all.

Not that it matters since we live in a solid red state. But I doubt out of 130M voters, she's the only one that is in this position.

It would be great if trump had the factual debate skills of Kayleigh McEnany, but he doesn't. Nor does he seem to have the patience for such prep or details. The same with a sense on flow, when and how to be aggressive, when to tone it back, etc. If he did, he could have scored bigly with the LIV crowd.

But, that would have to be in combination with his will to fight and confidence. No one is perfect. I have waited for "A Trump" since about 1995. Never thought one would make it thought the system. Then, miracle of miracles, Trump came along to stop our slide toward the USA of France.

So, you fight with the Army you have, or in this case the ONLY general you have that is on your side. And we could do a lot worse, and in fact we have no choice. Fortunately, Biden didn't exactly set the world on fire, and hurt himself in the process.

There is no standard definition. It was founded by Gavin McInnis but he denounced it once it seemed to turn into a group of angry men who just wanted to fight people. They're constantly evolving.

That's not what happened at all. Gavin stepped down after the NYC District Attorney charged two proud boy members with being part of "gang violence" after they defended themselves from Antifa attacks outside Gavin's speech at the Manhattan Republican Club. Gavin's lawyer told him the best way to help his friends was to step down because it would be harder to prove the Proud Boys were a gang if they had no leader. In the end it didn't work and the judge gave the two proud boys several years of prison time.

Then I loved him because I felt he was a fighter for what we believed in and never backed down.

I don't really fault Fox employees for having something of a blind eye to the faults of their fellow employees - that's just how it works in corporations. You're paid to support the company, not attack it.

But when a prominent and popular representative of the company makes an isolated comment questioning something fairly aggregious? Seems like that's the time to have Wallace apologize for (or at least try to explain) what he did - not to insult their viewers by trying to "memory hole" it.

People say there is an implant by Joe's ears. When he is flummoxed by an answer he fiddles with his right pocket, which supposedly triggers ear thing with answers from handlers. Now he may have some sniffy trophy scalps in right pocket that soothe him and release pheromones. I dunno.

I thought he was a lazy arrogant asshole in 2016, but in truth, he turned out to be NOT LAZY AT ALL. He works very hard and is very productive. You may think he didn't study enough for canned responses to be crisp but he was RUNNING THE COUNTRY and traveling all over giving rallies. So trying to win.

The fundamental problem is the country has been turned into sentimentalists by Hollywood. we want a movie hero more than we want an effective president. Sad.

You generally have such thoughtful and intelligent commentary that I have to wonder where THAT came from.

In every clip I ever see of Trump doing ANYTHING he's constantly building everybody around him up - telling them how great they are. His entire campaign was all about "the forgotten man" - he's been complaining about that man's livelihood being exported to China for something like 30 years. If anything, that could only make labor for his own businesses less expensive - but he's AGAINST it.

His mode of communicating is very much in the vernacular of "the common man". That manner of speaking - sounding like the unwashed masses - is considered "crude" and even "offensive" to elitists.

When Trump gets hostile and crude there's a very definite common denominator - it's when he (or the country) are being attacked. In other words, when HE'S THE ONE BEING BULLIED!

What's this nonsense about him having bullied the other kids in school? That you bring up more than once? It sounds like it's more about some baggage of your own you might have, possibly including a fair amount of jealousy.

I'd take that over McCain - who literally took it upon himself to DEFEND Obama during his campaign, and was dismayed when Sarah Palin actually attacked him - any day of the week.
