I am no defender of Netflix by any means, but this is not what the twitter commenter said it is. It is about a truly fascinating documentary on probably one of the first ever recorded videos of an octopus displaying anything close to a behavior that is not fight or flight.
Octopi are probably one of the most intelligent creatures in the ocean. Their intelligence has been demonstrated in aquariums when they have been seen surreptitiously sneaking into adjacent aquariums to steal crabs. I have scuba dived in the Puget Sound and seen numerous Giant Pacific Octopus- and fed them urchins. They are amazing creatures that understand scuba divers (at least the ones i interacted with) and will let you get close.
I think the guy was broken up a the end of the documentary because he had been filming the one octopus for a year- and it clearly recognized and interacted with him- even "hugging" him which was something akin to those videos you see of wild lions being raised by a vet/zoo worker, released, and then seeing the lion recognize the person years later and jump on them like a dog, clearly happy to see them .
When it was time for her to mate and subsequently die, he watched her in the death phases. He was pretty broken up not interfering with the predators tearing her apart over a day and i think he very much regretted not interacting with her one last time before she died. He took the approach of a scientific observer and didn't bat the predators away or say goodbye.
It was very moving. Nothing sexual or weird about it. See if for yourself.

No, Jordon wasn't the Ambassador to the U.N., but he was involved. Clinton asked Jordan to help Lewinsky find a job. Jordan called some friends of his in NY (one of the places Lewinsky wanted to be), and got Revlon to offer a job to Lewinsky. Jordan also hired a lawyer to represent Lewinsky in the Paula Jones lawsuit (where she was on the witness list). But Richardson was the U.N. ambassador from 1997 to 1998, and he came to Monica's apartment to personally interview her for the U.N. job (without ever asking if she had any job qualifications).

I was on a Cruise Ship Scuba Dive off of St. John's when the Dive Master spotted a small octopus on the reef, and picked it up to show us all. The octopus latched onto his forearm and started turning waves of different colors as we all came over to see it. Then the octopus used his little octopus bird beak mouth to bite a chunk out of the forearm it was clinging to and nobody could do anything about it at a depth of 90 ft. We compressed his arm as we decompressed on the way up to the boat but it looked like we were chumming for shark in the process.

518 I expected this guy to get "Arkancided" when he turned on the Clinton's in 2008. When he didn't, I assumed he was supposed to be Clinton's 'Inside' guy but the Obama's took his endorsement and never trusted him.
