It's possible; but I don't think he will, because that would take the case out of Sullivan's control and on to the next level. I think Sullivan has been ordered to keep this case in Limbo until after November 3rd, and I expect a ruling that accomplishes that. We'll see today how that prediction bears out.

In 2017, the Texas Legislature vote to end straight ticket voting. Whether one likes that position or not, it seems pretty clear that a State Legislature has the authority to regulate the terms of its voting procedure. But noooo.... just last week, an Obama Judge suddenly (after receiving his orders from the Dem party) announced that this was Unconstitutional, because minority voters were too child like and foolish to be able to figure out how to vote if they were asked to push more than one button.
Now, the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals has stayed his ruling, and will issue a full opinion on the matter soon. I do not think they will agree with that ridiculous opinion of the Obama Judge.

It would be hard to get full paragraphs through. Full sentences will be tough. But you don't have to feed full answers to be helpful. If Joe looks like he's about to start rambling, "STOP" is all you have to say. Or if it's the right time to tell a specific anecdote, you could just say "CORN POP."

Everyone wants to pay less taxes. So just be honest about that. Everyone uses every deduction they can. So just be honest about that. Taxes is not a policy issue, but a moral issue. Argue on morality lines (theft, etc.). Not on policy lines. Regardless, if they bring this up tonight, Trump will knock it out of the park.

Just provide an estimate of the tax revenue you've paid directly, + revenues you've generated via your business activities - and toss in that you're donating your entire salary to good public causes, something no recent incumbent has done. I really should have got into reloading before all of this kicked off. From what I've seen online, nobody can find primers and powder is hard to get.

As for using it, he should. But not for answers to questions. Rather he should use it to get direct references to media doublespeak when they start trying to "fact check" him. His people should immediately look up any instances of the moderators saying the same thing, or at least their employers publishing or broadcasting the same thing, and then challenge the moderators as to whether they or their employers were lying and spreading fake news when they said it.

JS now asking about a letter from Sidney to Barr. He wants to ask the govt about that. JS going to read from it now. (This is going to an argument of improper interference.)
JS now reading Sidney's letter. So now a defense lawyer asking for supervisory review of a case is creating "interference" with justice apparently. Unbelievable. JS notes she had not entered her appearance yet in the court.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with a person having lawyers who represent them in court and different lawyers who don't enter their appearance in court but approach the govt for resolution. I certainly hope Judge Sullivan isn't going to try to say this is a problem
There he goes. He questions the "propriety" of the letter.
"One must wonder" what the public would think. "Someone who doesn't represent someone." THAT IS WRONG. Just because you have not entered your appearance DOES NOT mean you don't represent them.
I had this same issue with another judge. They forget that entering your appearance is NOT the same thing as representing them. It is ENTIRELY legal and ethical for people to have a team of lawyers, some of whom are in court and some of whom are not.
Mooppan telling Sullivan he does not see why this would be a problem. Even if she was an unrelated person, why would it be wrong for someone to raise a question of justice with DOJ?
JS wants a copy of any reply and wants to know of any discussion within DOJ about it or with Sidney. This is not appropriate. Mooppan says he'll look into it and respond. Sullivan says DOJ might have reasons to redac
Sidney tries to jump in. JS says he'll let her talk in a minute.
She's talking now, says there was no meeting; no discussions; only response she got was a denial that there was any Brady.
She's starting to make objections. Sullivan interrupts her. Asks if she's had discussions with the President.
Sidney declining to answer. Says any such conversation would invoke executive privilege.
Sullivan incredulous.
Sullivan says she doesn't work for the govt. She says that isn't required to invoke the privilege.
Sullivan pressing her about with discussions with DJT and who in his office she spoke to.
Sidney saying once after the govt moved to dismiss and to update him about status.

Im still have some primers for everything. Im in best shape in Small Rifle with about 4k on hand.
Ive still got a 8lbs jug of CSB 1 left from when they were selling that shit by the pallet and I have 6lbs of Red Dot. Rifle powder Im kinda hurting on. I have maybe a couple pounds of TAC for 556 and almost out of 4350 for 270.
I also have 800lbs of lead sitting in the garage to cast. I use lead on almost all of my pistol calibers and my lever actions.

I've got 500 rounds of Sellier and Bellot .308 coming and it cost me nearly a buck a round.
I paid close to $2 a shell for some Winchester SuperX #4 buck the other day.
I really should have got into reloading before all of this kicked off. From what I've seen online, nobody can find primers and powder is hard to get.

I have enough now, but I was "topping off the tank" like everyone else and it was hard as hell to find. I found a Big 5 that actually had a pretty reliable supply. People would line up in front of the store on Friday morning when the got their shipments. Online sources seem completely drained unless you want to go to a sketchy place to order.
The gun issue is a big one, I feel like Trump is not doing as good as he can to make Biden own he's a gun grabber.

Glad someone finally took it to how Whedon's writing is so packaged and repetitive. It sounds clever, until you listen closely and realize its the same thing over and over, and every single character has the same interchangable lines. And how his characters are always the same set of the same group of people.

Can you make a frequency hopping encrypted earpiece small enough to fit in Joe's ear and not be visible? Because if not, you bring some radio scanners, and maybe a powerful transmitter. Biden's team isn't going to want to have their transmitter be more powerful than necessary (power == detectible). Find his frequency, record what's sent out. Heck, once you find the frequency start a livestream that's 1/2 hour tape delayed.
Or, use a more powerful transmitter to send him things to say, so when he says them he's caught

Willowed on the last thread, but PDT needs to get as close and overbearing to Biden as he can. In high-stakes business, when two men meet for the first time there is always a moment where they size each other up and determine nonverbally who can kick whose ass. PDT is 6'3" and brawny. Biden is 6'0'' and scrawny. PDT was in NY real estate for decades and he knows how this works, probably does it instinctively. Hillary, if you recall, reacted to being intimidated. I wouldn't be surprised if Biden does too.

I saw a clip of a MLB game yesterday. Christian Yelich was wired and was supposed to answer the usual inane questions from broadcasters while he was standing around in the outfield. Except the sound didn't work - you could see Yelich talking but couldn't make out what he was saying. Apparently the broadcasters could hear him but not TV viewers.
I can see Biden yelling "Bill! Speak up! I can't hear you!"

It wouldn't be hard to do. Those things probably use a relatively small set of frequencies. A frequency scanner could sweep for transmissions and figure out which one they're using. Then use a similar transmitter...

I think Trump's best play tonight is to answer questions, but try to rile up Biden in the process, make it so nothing being relayed to him has the chance to be processed before he starts spouting out gibresh, or better yet goes into one of his tourette like spats where he gets angry, calls people names and yells "come'on man"
