Has their excellent and now discontinued Gold Medal Match on closeout. Still a ridiculous 0.14/round but this stuff is very accurate, suppresses very well yet still has enough oomph for popping streetlights, we have used it several times for this sort of thing. Many of the match brands don't have enough terminal kinetic energy at range for doing more than popping paper... fair amount of other ammo available too.

Worked with someone who was from Venezuela. She also had begged her mom to get out. Mom eventually passed away from old age, but then daughter had to go down and and sell off property, close bank accounts, etc.
Because daughter had at one time been a citizen of Venezuela, they weren't going to let her leave. Never mind that she had long since become a citizen of the US and renounced her citizenship there, they wanted to keep her.
Took a bit of finagling but she finally got out again. Never did hear how much of her mother's estate they "taxed" to agree to let her go.

That third girl's dress is almost perfect. from the feet up to the top of the waist is spot on. From the top of the top of the waist up, it either needs less fabric or more decolletage.

I like it. I'd swap out the black bows for a belt, but apart from that the bright colors on her are great. Besides, I think they say "I'm over here, Secret Service". But I've noticed this trend in liberals. Anytime you want to use a commonly-known symbol in a pejorative sense, they always try to take it away from you. Suddenly they become the ones (at least pretending to be) "rigorous" in their terminology.
There is literally a faction of people that think that Trump should have shut the country down and simply paid people to survive for however many months it would take Covid-19 to go away. But "socialism" is some weird idea we have. Nobody is really "socialist".
Gaffigan takes aim at that. There's really no "socialism" out there. It's just a story Trump tells his gullable followers.
But like I said the left is rife with this stuff. If it's a placeholder name that doesn't boil down to a solid detail of life, they'll always try to take that word away from you.

Every range you shoot at, if they allow it, scoop up all the spent brass you can. Even if you don't handload yourself, you will be able to sell the brass to handloaders. At these ammo prices, it could very well be worth your while.
I handload all my centerfire ammo, and I always scarf up whatever brass I can find. You would be amazed at some of the expensive brass you find. Once I found over 50 reloadable 303 Enfield; guys who leave good stuff like that behind must be made of money.

Yeah. I've seen that. I think it's more like they treat anyone who comes hat in hand for some help like shit because they can for one and for another they want to assert their Nerd fu and group belonging over those who are newbies.
Newbies interrupt their bonding experience by actually having some problem that they may or may not be able to solve thus endangering their rating within the tribe.
This makes them tense and angry and they take it out on the one who's causing it.
Nerd Bullies are the worst bullies because they go for the psyche not the physical and that can hurt worse and last longer.

Reported at work? That sucks. I work for people that feel like a lot of us here, and aren't enforcing the "rules;" letting people do what is comfortable for them. (Employees and customers.) They have asked us to have a mask at hand in case a customer requests us to put one on. Haven't had that happen, or lost any business. Almost everyone has commented on how great it feels to not be pressured. *this is in a county that the authorities are not enforcing the mandate.
The insanity hasn't changed, but thanks for asking!

Had some problems and then had to be held for observation.
During that time, all the staff wore the masks etc. And I would expect them to because the public would expect that and lawyers but guess what? I didn't wear mine most of the time and no one, not a nurse, doctor or even my roommate said boo about it.
Oh they had a notice saying we were supposed to wear a mask whenever anyone came into the room but I would always forget and half the time didn't know where the mask was any way. (no pockets on them dressing gowns).
So just like Fauci, he felt no need to wear it for his OWN protection. It's a visual placebo to give people and skyhook to hang onto telling them they're safe from the nasty bug. (even tho they aren't any safer)

Yeah but not too bad. Heart artery blockage. Small but hurt like hell and needed to get fixed. I got some stents and it all cleared up.
The time after was because they gave me a med that I don't do well on for high blood pressure. Causes heart rate erratic.
So they were keeping me because my heart rate was (wait for it) erratic.
Finally they listened to what I was saying and changed the med to one that I knew worked. I have a abnormal reaction sometimes to meds. It makes life difficult dealing with doctors.
I had nurses yelling at me cause I kept saying it was the med and they kept saying the med was a superduper fixitall med that works for EVERYONE. (except ME)
Luckily I have it on record of 10 years ago when I was on that med and things went sideways for some reason and my heart rate got erratic. They did tests and couldn't figure out why so I said "why not give me a different med and see what happens?"
Bingo heart rate smoothed out, Blood pressure under control. All this was noted by my cardiologist and the hospital saw that and changed the med. (jeessh!)
I recommend to everyone to take a cholesterol drug AND to get some really accurate (mri/ultrasound) testing done for artery blockage as even if there is no pain, it can make your life a drag plus eventually it will close and it will hurt at best or it could be the big one and you find yourself on the floor breathing your last.
Strangely I wasn't scared during it, it just hurt a lot.

the chart notes for my latest VA visit to see my primary quack read that Dr DeJour (i never get the same Resident twice) that i was wearing a "filthy" mask and only changed when they threatened to not "see" me...
it also notes that i stated it was a "protest" over the masks "because they don't do anything"...
he tried the "i can send you the reports..." bullshit, but i cut him off by telling him i've been reading the literature all along, which is why i knew they were useless. i also told him Fauci was a liar who had been wrong on AIDS, the swine flu, and now the #ChiComCrud.
they're not used to dealing with patients like me, that aren't impressed with them being "doctors", and who know all the specialized lingo.

I love it when you document what you're problem is and the techs keep telling you to do X but if they read what you have done they would realize you already tried that.
Usually takes 2 techs before someone actually reads what you've done and checked and starts to actually troubleshoot the problem as a problem and not a user error.

I have a doctor who I have a good relationship with. He knows I won't do a Karen on him when he speaks the truth or hits me with facts.
He told me that Doctors don't listen to patients. It's USUALLY a waste of their time so they ignore what the patients say.
This CAN result in important things getting missed so the patient has to keep repeating it and not assume the doctor paid any attention the first or second or third time.
And boy was he right. Nurses will do it too they just generally are less abrupt and kinder about it
