The answer is that the law in question was a California State Law, there were no national issues raised in the case. The ruling invalidated that California State Law. The DNC left it wide open as to whether they were even going to *nominate* Biden.
They knew the VP for weeks or months (remember she had plastic surgery for it) but waited to announce to make it harder for Trump to fight. I saw the gunman was identified early. Baby faced. Looks less than 18yrs old. Also looks, well, somewhat not in Mensa range of IQ.
To these yowling youth, it is like a video game til the bullets take off part of your arm (I figure his will be amputated, just my opinion, as it looked very, very bad. While the police later put on tourniquet, the artery appeared to have clamped down...which is how arteries are supposed to do if severed. He was not bleeding out at time of photo, but severe damage to elbow. I will be surprised if I am wrong.
I also saw the first guy down with bullet to right side of head. This was before the supposed gunman, who must be him, ran holding cell phone and videoed saying "I just shot someone." I have no idea what happened prior to that initial shot.
From what people could tell, he ran, people gave chase to man with gun, and then stupidly attacked him. He shot one guy in chest, then pretty much blew off the "medic's" arm. Medic was shown approaching guy with hands up then grabbing for his own gun and boom. Then holding arm, which was useless at that point. Hideous wound.
Gunman then was shown walking toward police cars and a SWAT team with arms up, wanting to turn himself in.
This is where it got weird: the police ignored him as he stood baffled on grass by street.
Plenty of video. He will be found. The people yapping on twitter last night felt his last two shots were self defense.
I have no idea as it was just mayhem and chaos and I honestly don't think anyone knew who the "bad guys" were.
They need to were uniforms or something to help me figure it out.
Regardless, the mayor of the town wanted 750 National Guard. The dim Gov. sent 250 with orders, per grammie, to stand down. Had they been doing their job vs idiot governor, who I read today, informed President Trump he did not need National Guard for riots but for Covid 19. WUT?
Once again it falls on that Dim Governor. Blood on his hands.

The US Military has spent the last 20 years doing counter insurgency operations.
They totally changed training, and even organization, from large battle doctrine, to counterinsurgency.
I LOUDLY condemned that change.

I also strongly believe that at the top levels of the Dem Party, they were certain that Trump was going to react harshly, with troops, and they could make this all about him ordering the shooting of Innocent American Civilians. Order of events:
Two groups arguing. Short (white) guy in red shirt yess "Shoot ME, ni---" repeatedly. Groups separate. Green shirt (Rifleman) was walking across car lot away from area, red shirt throws something at him from 25 feet away and then rushes at Rifleman. You hear boom boom and red shirt is not head shot. Not clear from any video whether rifleman shot him on purpose or gun went off when red shirt rushed Rifleman.
Green shirt guy runs around car with headshot on ground. Reporter from a conservative news org takes off his shirt and tries t stop the bleeding. Rifleman runs away, with several people chasing him. Trips and falls. One guy jumps at him, shot goes off, another jumps at Rifleman on the ground, gets it in the chest. Finally, "medic" comes up with a pistol levelled at rifleman still on the ground, Rifleman fires first and blows the guys arm into mist under the streetlight.

Bullshit. We need a National Conversation on why a wanted knife-wielding rapist at a domestic violence crime scene gets to ignore a judge's arrest warrant, fight with police, resist arrest and apparently go into his car to get a gun out from under the seat like he did in his 2015 arrest.
Jacob Blake shouldn't have even been out of jail from his previous gun crimes, but he got Hug-a-Thug justice like Nikolas Cruz and so many other criminals.
His parents came out with their racial parasite lawyer yesterday to lecture America on racism. Maybe they should have spent more time lecturing Gangsta Junior about threatening people with a gun, domestic violence, sexual assault, brandishing a knife, resisting arrest and cocealing weapons under the car seat to use on police when he decides he's not going back to jail.
He left those cops no choice. He earned every bullet. Those cops should be given a medal.
Instead, Shithole Governor Evers--who got his office by vote fraud btw--immediately threw the cops under the bus, inviting Klantifa and Black Lives Murders to burn down the city.
And now the Gates of Hell unleashed by Jacob Blake and his Thug Life choices are getting people shot while derelict and complicit Democrat politicians aid and abet the Mob.

I have to agree with you. If honest elections were possible anymore, then I'd think it might flip. But having looked into how they combine vote-by-mail and Ballot Harvesting, I say with complete confidence that there is not even the possibility of an honest election in California anymore. That state is now just as corrupt as Venezuela, which is why I maintain that every honest person should leave immediately.
A lot of Jews had very good reasons for not leaving 1936 Berlin, but in hindsight those reasons didn't count for much, did they?
Here's how corrupt California voting is - a Hispanic activist (for example) can request 500 ballots be sent to the people in her apartment buildings. She can collect all 500, she can fill out all 500 herself, she can turn all 500 of them in at the post office herself. She can do all of this legally, with no worries from any authorities. Someone tell me how any honest election can go on under these circumstances.
ALL California elections should be decertified, but no one has the nerve or power yet to take on a battle that big.

It won't flip because a solid majority of the total electorate (including probably most "educated", suburban, white voters) are dumbed down beyond recognition.
They sit there meekly and stupidly while teachers - vastly over-paid and who deliver declining results, decade after decade - make demand absurd irrelevant demands to return to work, ostensibly because of a "health threat" that is non-existent (and known to be).
They pay the highest energy prices in the country (CONUS) and even suffer Third World brownouts because they're so dumb they buy all the AGW and "green" idiocy - and/or don't understand economics.
There have tiny, tiny, barely visible twinges of intelligent, semi-American behavior in response to the ridiculous virus tyranny, in some places (rural/mountain areas have been mostly common sense-driven and even rebellious from the start).
Cheating at the ballot box does *not* account for the results in CA or many other degraded "blue" states that were formerly economic and cultural powerhouses.

He went to prison for other reasons, but he was responsible for illegally selling Illinois CDL drivers' licenses to illegal aliens while he was Sec of State in Illinois. Sec State issues drivers' licenses.
One of those fine illegal aliens who purchased a DL from Ryan's office ended up causing an accident on I-94 in Wisconsin, which resulted in the deaths of six children in one family in their minivan. The six Willis children were incinerated on the side of the road, nobody could get them out in time.
