Audio From Goodyear Training Session Leaks:
Leftwing Messaging Is Okay, Because Leftwing Political Agitation Isn't Political

Goodyear says that any message that has to do with "social justice" or racial grievance is "appropriate," because they are -- insanely -- deeming that non-political.

Only conservative messages are "political." Leftwing agitation is just The Truth that All Good People on the Right Side of History believe.

"Some people may wish to express their views on social justice or inequity or equity issues such as black lives matter or LGBTQ pride on their face coverings, shirts or wristbands. That will be deemed approved because it applies with a zero-tolerance stance," the speaker on the recording said during the meeting. "However if any associate wears all, blue, white lives matter shirts or face coverings, that will be not appropriate."

It "applies" with the zero-policy stance, this illiterate says.

He/she/they meant "complies."

English, motherfucker, do you speak it?

Had enough?

Have you had enough of Jim Crow rules, pushed and promoted by leftist-converged corporations, with the aim of making you and your children second-class citizens, or do you want more?

Cash these motherfuckers out.

Boycott them until the entire management team is fired, and the incoming team fires the social justice termites in Human Resources.

Via Tim Pool.

It is perhaps because of the leak of this audio -- and because the company already lost 6% of their stock value yesterday -- that Goodyear has now partially retracted its clearly biased (and racially biased, to boot) policy.

They'll allow pro-police messages on masks.

And that's it. They're still claiming that support of the avowedly Marxist, grievance terrorism group Black Lives Matter is not "political," nor is pushing "Love is Love" and other messaging of the Sexual Fringe Left, but that supporting Republicanism or Trump is political (and on The Wrong Side of History).

But they can't claim you can agitate against cops but not for cops, so they have made that single allowance.

And I doubt they'll really allow it -- anyone wearing a Blue Lives Matter mask can expect to be harassed for a welter of petty complaints until they get the message and stop wearing that mask that they're now supposedly permitted to wear.

The boycott is on, as far as I'm concerned.

They must be Made to Care -- for our goodwill, and our willingness to do business with then.

The corporate left aren't the only people who can engage in dehumanization and boycotts intended to separate targets from society and any hope of making a living wage.

We can do that too. In fact, we must do that.

Unless we're all now ready to let our children be forever dehumanized.

And you know, the Acela C*ckservative class who's telling us that we should allow our children to be dehumanized, rather than ruffle the feathers of one of their corporate class donors -- you can just fuck yourselves right to hell.

It's time to cash out the Acela Corridor class, too. For every Rick Wilson you see who is openly working with Democrats, there are 100 "conservative activists" and politicians secretly working with Democrats.

In a way, Rick Wilson is the least objectionable sort of "Republican." At least his betrayal of you is out in the open and subject to debate.

What I mean is once you really screw up the people who voted for you are kind of stuck supporting you. Because the last thing people will do in modern narcistic society is admit they collectively, royally messed up. No they will double down. The more you screw up, the harder your voters will fight for you. And this becomes a game theory strategy. rulers vs. the ruled

You know that saying that goes something like "if you default on a thousand $ debt to the bank you have a problem but if you default on a 100 billion $ debt the bank has a problem"?

Conservatives who insisted Jared Loughner was not an Angry Tea Partier targeting Democrats on a map, but rather a mentally deranged schizophrenic registered Democrat (BIRM), were, without irony or remorse, called out for "politicizing" the tragic shooting of The Gabster.

The commies used this lie - and infiltration of bottom feeding single celled fecal filth like Marco Rubio - to kill the Tea Party in its crib. Before it mutated into MAGA and buttfucked them with an eight year battering ram called Drumpf.

That their political opinions and philosophies simply exist as eternal obvious realities that obtain independent of our "belief" in them. The sky is blue, sugar is sweet, and Republicans like guns to compensate for their small penises. Duh.

The left isn't pretending or being facetious about this: They literally cannot understand how anyone could have an opposing viewpoint, since the SJW stance is simply eternal reality. To deny it would be like insisting the Earth s flat-- which is a good example, because the Left actually does accuse conservatives of all being "flat-earthers."

Go car or truck "shopping". Do the homework and identify some model with a sizable price tag that comes with Goodyear tires.

Get qualified and well into the process. Then "discover" Goodyear tires. "What? Oh, no, I can't even..." and walk.

Because Morons are the most intelligent and aware group of humanoids in America, yesterday someone pointed out how this Goodyear move was really dumber than at first glance.

The comment was aimed at city folk. Urbanites.

City folk don't own as many cars per capita, nor drive them as much as suburbanites and rural folks. You know, the ones that BUY TIRES the most.

Yet, the Goodyear HR/Communications department slammed their biggest customers.

Great move, sugartits.

Of course HR is run by a sugartits. They all are.

This is part of it. But upper management of a lot of corporations are either part of the upper class (if it's a big deal corporation) or have class anxiety (if its a small taters corporation). More often than not, I think this nonsense either reflects the actual values of management or their social aspirations. If it were just HR Karens, it would be more hamfisted and less effective, because those broads are idiots who are barely effective in their day-to-day jobs.

HR isn't handling the crisis communications. That's coming from the front office.

That lets you know this is Official Policy.

When HR goes and does something dumb, the Front Office stomps on it and you get a "wow, that's not appropriate, investigation will take place, etc." type reply.

Goodyear is fully down with the struggle. They've decided that they really kind of hate their current customer base and would like to trade up to a morally superior one.

200 Just sent this to the "contact us" form on the Goodyear website.

I have been a loyal Goodyear customer for much of my life. Anytime I have had to replace tires on any of my personal vehicles, or our church van, I have used Goodyear tires whether they be Wrangler for my SUVs/church van, or Eagle for my cars. Given the slide from the diversity training, including the recently audio released in the media from the training, I will never purchase another set of Goodyear tires. Your response to the light shown on your blatant hypocrisy of differing points of view is an abomination to the principles of this country. You openly endorse a view that is antithetical to freedom and suppresses the opinions of a population over more than half the country. I hope the shareholders punish you and ushers in a change of leadership that embraces the freedoms of this country and the principles of America. If this occurs, I would be happy to once again consider using Goodyear tires for all my vehicles.

A big reason a lot of people in business go along with this shit is fear of being considered hostile to some privileged class.

These special classes go to HR, and HR goes to upper management and make trouble.

(slightly related. I once got screwed in a company because I threw the ISO 9000 asshat out of my department when he tried to confiscate every piece of test equipment in the department for "calibration." This was one month before they were due, on a friday when I had guys already committed to coming in on weekend to meet delivery of some equipment so we could make the quarter. No warning, no scheduling, no rental replacements - he just came through with a cart and stole everything and locked it in his office for shipping on Monday. I went to his office and took it all back. Told him to schedule a meeting with my admin.

True, but in many places they decide who gets an interview and who doesn't, which means they over time the company gets infested with these termites in all departments. They also get to decide who is "problematic" and needs to be fired, and these days all it takes is an evidence-free claim of an -ism or -phobia and out you go, which tends to keep people in line, especially those making bank.

273 Not only that, but for decades these woke companies have used "hostile work environment" compliance to shift power.

In silicon valley, as long ago as the 90s I know of gays and women making unfounded claims against people they did not like using their privilege to harm other employees.

It is same with schools - this stuff did not happen overnight, it has been a slow build up and accumulation of power and control. Companies will do everything they can to avoid that lawsuit, and I can't sure because the manager disses me because I am fat, or old, or Christian; but the gay, trans, whatever can sue so the company starts treading lightly. They realize they have power and abuse it. Soon, they have control. Then you end up with this BS like we have now but it took decades of dissipation to get here.

335 If nobody has deconstructed the weasel-worded corporate response:

(1) "the visual in question was not created or distributed by Goodyear corporate"

This tries to make it sound like "it wasn't us", but all this means is that that EXACT graphic was created by somebody further down the corporate ladder than the executive headquarters - which is practically the whole company. In other words, it means virtually NOTHING, and is completely besides the point. In fact, chances are that it was made based on whatever the person who made it was briefed on from their bosses.

The question is, is this the company's policy or NOT? They don't DENY that it is, nor do they promise to straighten out whatever employee is "going rogue".

(2) "... nor was it part of a diversity training class."

Again, trying to make it sound like it didn't really happen, without denying it. All this really says is that the training class where it was presented was NOT CALLED a diversity training class - it was part of some "training" that was called something else.

Again, it's meaningless, besides the point, and an obvious attempt to be deceptive.

(3) "... we ask that associates refrain from [anything] that falls outside the scope of racial justice and equity issues."

Weasel words, of course, for "If you say anything that's not 'woke', you're fired." You know, to make sure we're all one big happy tire-making Family. The references to "Family" are especially nauseating.

You can't even imagine how much contempt I have for corporate culture. It's barely even different from Nazi Germany. I seriously doubt that this thing is atypical.

338 I worked at a iconic soup company and they produced a bunch of cans (10,000 or so) and put the wrong lables on the cans. The only thing wrong with the label was a small icon on it that meant it was kosher, but it wasn't made from a kosher batch.

So at the meeting about it, we were told that people need to go in and tear off the old label by hand and run it back through the line to put the correct lable on. Roughly a weeks worth of work for a small crew.

Being a smart ass, I said damn, wouldn't it be easier to just kill the jews? The whole room laughed, but I got a stern talking to.

It's 2020, and we're proud to announce the new Goodyear "Badyear" line of tires.

They come enabled with a smart, GPS-enabled transponder. If you leave your home without a mask, the embedded sensor will deflate the tires, keeping you safe and at home.

Also when you put your race and political affiliation on the order form, Badyear's integrated Societal Pressure Management System™ can decide whether to steer you to the nearest peaceful conflagration, or to simply explode at highway speeds.

More People Get Necklaced In Badyear's Than Any Other Kind.

411 I have a 2012 Mini Cooper, which is really a great car. It is really a BMW 1 series with a mini body wrapped around it.

The thing is, it doesn't have a spare tire, not even one of those donuts. They sell it with Michelin run flats.

After 25K miles those suckers needed to be replaced, went to find out the price on 4 of them, and was hit with sticker shock. $400 and change per tire.

However, Bridgestone had just released a new run flat tire at a $180 per tire price point. Bought 4 of them and they lasted a good 50K miles. I just replaced them with another set of Bridgestones. They had some life left, but I happened to have cash on hand. The price had come DOWN since I first bought them.

Goodyear can DIAF.
