Mike Cernovich: The Biased Forewoman Told the Court She Didn't Remember Who Roger Stone Even Was, But Her Twitter Timeline Says Otherwise...!

Lovely.

But there are no rules for Democrats. It's Thunderdome. Tweets from Cernovich below.

Tucker talked about this last night. Andrew Napolitano -- no friend of Trump! -- says that this forewoman "must have hidden" her bias.

He says that she should have been automatically disqualified.

Here's that Tucker clip:

20 Actually, the judge in the case, Amy Jackson Berman should be impeached. She was also Manafort's judge and she thwarted every reasonable discovery motion by the defense.

Like her colleague Contreas who was removed from the FISA warrant cases, I suspect that she and her hubby are friends socially with DOJ and FBI folks. The court clerk of the DC court is also probably playing favoritism in assigning cases to judges as well.

43 I guess it's safe to assume, since we all know Democrat liars and co-conspirators face zero justice, that the head of the DOJ...the top cop in the entire country, can't do a damned thing about this horrific miscarriage of justice we're witnessing across the board. Could be I'm missing something because I readily admit not knowing the whole labyrinth of gov't tentacles and who can do what and is responsible for what. But it sure doesn't seem like anybody with the power to do so will do a freaking thing about this blatantly obvious farce of "nation of laws." Because that concept is dead and nobody seems to care.

45 The Gramscian March through the Institutions has paid off.

The people in charge of the powerful institutions of government and society no longer respect the idea of mores, norms, and limits to their behaviors. They have internalized the belief that the end justifies the means. They have decided that they do not need to govern, that they should rule, without any notions of fair play. We who resist will be marginalized and if need be, crushed.

The Gramscians wanted to set the stage for a revolution. They may be succeeding.

For a few minutes.

Right now, we see a blatant disregard for the law in DC. And we all know exactly what would happen to any of us if we swapped places with them: they'd come down on us like a ton of bricks. Remember the swabbie that PDT pardoned for a very minor offense, photographing part of a nuke sub (IIRC). A female juror had testified on.voir dire that she had not been a victim of domestic violence but, years later, she appeared as a protester protesting against a local politician accused of domestic violence telling a tragic story of long-term domestic violence. 72 From what I hear, this matter with McCabe as far as lying about leaks to reporters is not related with the matter of assisting in fostering the Steele Dossier on the FISA court - at least not enough to suggest it could be added to charges involving that.

Therefore, whereas normally a prosecutor would not dismiss process offenses like this if it would bolster a relevant case, an ethical DOJ would not pursue this if it was a one off and minor. So, in a way, I get why the DOJ isn't wasting time and tax payer money on a max possible 2 or 3 month sentence if all comes out just right at trial - if and only if, other charges unrelated are moving along just fine.

I would not have announce this though, but quietly dropped it - I don't get giving this scum bag a national pee-pee dance if he is indeed being pursued elsewhere on other charges.

96 Actually we can do something about it for the future.

One, move every damn federal agency out of the district and disperse them throughout the nation--no more imperial city. FBI, put them in Detroit. Put the DOJ in Memphis, etc. Put every agency in the country's worst urban districts so that the FBI agents are afraid to go and park their cars in the employee parking lot and the DOJ Social Justice Resistance types can meet their clients in the hallways when they are robbed.

If Trump really wanted to troll, it would be his HUD chief building these buildings as an economic boost to depressed areas through federal agency opportunity zones. It would also cause an existential crisis among House Dems as they would be caught between greed for their home constituents versus their natural constituency of DC.

119 To get a lawyer to just review the case for an Appeal is at least 20-30k. And if it makes the Judge look really bad, good luck finding a lawyer that will follow through on the appeal. The system on the local level is really really bad. The Judges don't give a shit and write terrible orders and rulings. People can't afford to do anything, and if you can, very few lawyers will take an appeal that makes a Judge or their BAR tribe look really bad. Oh, and going retainers to take to District court are at least 50k up front.

156 Ace, this got willowed in the last thread due to the time it took me to find the data:

Ace, some Operation Barbarossa German Army Order of Battle info for you, showing how much the Army Infantry Divisions depended on horse-drawn artillery, artillery ammo wagons, field-kitchens, and general supply wagons (the troops walked, yes walked, everywhere the division went, unless they could be moved by rail):

Infantry Division: ~5,300 horses, ~950 motor vehicles, 14 armored personnel carriers (APC), 3 armored cars, ~450 motorcycles.

Motorized Infantry Division: 0 horses, ~2050 motor vehicles, 105 APCs, 26 armored cars, ~1300 motorcycles.

Panzer Division: 0 horses, 110 APCs, 162 tanks, 68 armored cars, ~1300 motorcycles.

For the attack on Russia, the Wehrmacht deployed
120 infantry divisions,
14 motorized infantry divisions and
19 tank divisions

Probably not, but voting might still change the outcome in ways that are hard to predict.

Something politically drastic would need to be the result of voting in November. Something like Palsi Pelousi or Shuck Fumer or a few others who've been in Congress since the previous century would be a good start.

Of course, the jello-spined GOPe would need to get up offa their butts and start finding people to run against them.

The fact that they didn't win is solely due to the herculean predisposition of Trump to battle and muscle his way through.

I would be at peace with all of the Coupspirators skating if there were structural changes put into place to make sure this can never happen again...

But instead we get Chris "Training Day" Wray doing fuck all at the FBI and an Obama apparatchick put in charge of "cleaning up" the FISA court.

And we have elements of the IG, IC and DOJ rat fucking Trump at every turn.

And we have Ms Lindsey making noises about Committee hearings, so far nothing.

162 111, Rhomboid, There is a pattern in this case as jurors on that case have outed themselves one by one. There is another law enforcement individual with problematic social media posts etc. that the judge rejected. My guess is that the DC Court of Appeals may reverse the conviction but double jeopardy would not apply (new trial would be by the defendant's choice which makes a difference). Judge Berman should trigger a mistrial herself but she would lose all face with her Resistance buddies.

CNBC actually ran a pretty good summation of what was found so far on the foreperson. https://preview.tinyurl.com/rskve2k

There was a similar pattern with the Manafort jury in DC as well but do not remember particulars.

The problem with the Germans was although they had very good tanks, they did not have the trucks to transport the panzer grenadiers to take and hold ground fast enough. Always a lag, and despite the mass encirclements early on, when they drove on Stalingrad they lost priceless time waiting for the ground troops to catch up.

Arguable if they could ever have beaten the Soviets at all but remember that Stalin almost withdrew from Moscow and was ready to sue for peace and cede European Russia to the Nar-zees.

The lightly-mechanized version worked well early in the war (actually, Poland had some major eff-ups - the Wehrmacht went into a major review and self-examination about the problems), France, USSR up to late '42.

And all of their subsequent "victories" (i.e. salvaging of horrible situations, stemming outright collapses) depended on their small but good mechanized forces staving off the still-evolving Soviet juggernaut.

But mass, scale, and the much improved Soviet team eventually overwhelmed them. Their enemies learned to use shock and speed and movement, better than they had.

I like it, but anyplace these agencies settle down will become a festering boil of corruption.

The agencies should be housed in big compounds of office trailers/temporary buildings in various parts of the interior and not particularly close to major cities. Run them like army bases with a PX, etc. Live on-site in a company town.

And the rotate the agencies through facilities every five years. The USDA in North Dakota moves to the where the EPA was in Missouri, etc.

230 The thing about Sherman tanks and tank-loss stats in Europe is that the US was almost always on offense in Europe and when you're on offense you will lose more tanks than when you're defending.

The defender often has the battlefield prepped. he has anti-tank guns and tanks hidden with good lines of fire.

The attacker has to face this and usually gives up the first shot.

If you look at late european tank battles where the German were on offense against the US you see they take heavy tank losses.

281 re German and US tank reliability and maintainability:

Well, in 1941, German tanks traveled on their tracks all the way to Moscow, Leningrad, Rostov, and some diverted on the way to Moscow down to Kiev and back to the drive on Moscow. Sort-of puts a lot of wear on engines, transmissions, and worst of all, the tracks themselves.

US and British tanks went quite a few less miles on their tracks in Sicily, Italy, and France than German tanks had to in Russia. Mileages were greater in North Africa, but most on-track moves were probably less than the ones in Russia.

NOTE: All armies moved tanks by rail to as close to the front as possible, to reduce wear on the drive train, and especially the tracks.

I was pretty opinionated during past administrations. but at this point you have to be delusional to second guess G-d Emperor Trump

Norks - gave up 3 generations of propaganda that US was evil to cow his people and run his extortion scam against the West

Iran - Complete turn around from bowing to the expansionist, extortionist terrorists to blowing up their shit.

China - Started to revers the greatest transfer of wealth in the history of mankind (from West to IP thieves)

Russia - I don't see them invading any neighbors lately

Economy - speaks for itself

Corruption in DC - Well, as JJ said, at least now we know.

Border - 100 miles or "perfect" wall, 500 in progress, crossings down.

Opiod crisis - turned the corner

... I could go on, but who am I , a stupid keyboard warier to think I could do anything better. I am even thinking of getting a comb-over and have already bought longer ties.

309 A Republic that cannot fix the ravenous appetites for an aristocracy like our political class will either become a despotism or a mobocracy.

Venezuela became a mobocracy before anointing Chavez as their despot because the existing parties just could not stop themselves from widespread indefensible corruption. China was a oligarchy and Ji turned it into despotism for basically the same problem.

In both cases, the corruption continue with just a different set of actors skimming the till.

You don't take their Votes without taking their Voters.

Trump knows what he is doing. If he sees what he is doing isn't working as designed, I trust him to change it up as needed.

He needs to get into these Democrat shitholes and invite the constituents there into the fold.
He wants them.
We want them.
So. Someone has to go and get them.

327 306, I do not disagree that Trump should have a joint session of Congress but instead, he will need to say,

It is high time for me to put an end to your sitting in this place, which you have dishonored by your contempt of all virtue, and defiled by your practice of every vice; ye are a factious crew, and enemies to good government; ye are a pack of mercenary wretches, and would like Esau sell your country for a mess of pottage, and like Judas betray your God for a few pieces of money.

Is there a single virtue now remaining amongst you? Is there one vice you do not possess? Ye have no more religion than my horse; gold is your God; which of you have not barter'd your conscience for bribes? Is there a man amongst you that has the least care for the good of the Commonwealth?

Ye sordid prostitutes, hae you not defil'd this sacred place, and turn'd the Lord's temple into a den of thieves, by your immoral principles and wicked practices? Ye are grown intolerably odious to the whole nation; you were deputed here by the people to get grievance redress'd, are yourselves gone! So! Take away that shining bauble there, and lock up the doors.

In the name of God, go!

OR

Posted by: Me In 10 Years at February 14, 2020 05:49 PM (6MoD2)

329 317, That has been the whole problem with GOPe.
They only want a certain type of voters because of their down ballot hacks. They don't want ticket splitters that might cause them to lose local races and many of those Gope candidates are in on the skim.

A true populist party has less to fear from the people; it is the elites that generally hate and fear them as they generally despise the commoners.

To get a vote, you have to ask for it and it is best that you go to their places to get it instead of stupid robocalls and media campaigns.

331 309, Joe,
We are past that stage in California, New Jersey, Illinois, and New York, heading there fast in Oregon, Maryland, Washington, and Virginia. And are already there in almost every single large urban area in the nation.

The scale of the money involved and potential for graft in these places is so large that a culture of corruption like that of Tammany Hall is present in almost every large city and most large blue states.

DC and the federal government however, is ramping up fast because the corruption always begins with the guardians of law and order. Once they are corrupted, the deluge happens.

334 Actually, there is one way left to vote our way out of this.

We need a Republican majority in the House and Senate in Trump's second term.

We need to repeal the Pendleton Act (as it has clearly failed in its goal of producing an apolitical civil service), then tell every non-elected official "You're fired!"

The permanent bureaucracy is the host. Kill the host, and the parasites lose their sustenance.

Of course, if you read Max Hastings, he'll tell you the US Army was
hopelessly inferior to the Wehrmacht, its soldiers were timid, its
officers stolidly ineffective and its weapons not as good as those of
the Germans.

Initially parts of that was probably true. The soldiers weren't timid however, inexperienced and cocky probably, but not timid. My Dad rode into Kasserine Pass as a tank commander of an M-3, 37mm main gun and all. "At least it was fast" he used to say.
