Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | Devin Nunes: Public Will Learn of More Unethical Actions by Mueller's Angry Democrats In the Coming WeeksIs this what the group resignation, coordinated for maximum media impact, is about? Devon Nunes has been accurate in everything he's said. Adam Schiff has lied repeatedly. I think I'll trust Nunes on this.Elizabeth Vaughan writes: The NSC, according to Dobbs and Nunes, is the primary source of White House leaks. Nunes said that having so many Obama advisors on the NSC puts Trump’s presidency in danger. Impeachment has opened up Trump’s eyes. He knows he must purge his administration of as many deep staters as he possibly can to set things up for his second term.Yes, he was told who the Bad Guys were, but Trump at that time didn't know who to trust -- the Deep Staters were also telling him who "The Bad Guys" were, eliminating Trump supporters!!! -- and on top of that, Trump had several Deep State secretaries who hoped to cultivate the Obama Holdovers into their own little power base in the NSC, a little group of connected liberals who would help them maintain the Iran Deal, continue Syria Intervention, etc. Also check out this piece, featuring commentary from Lee Zeldin and Victor Davis Hanson.

The absolute craziest thing about the Cargo Cults in the South Pacific in the '50s and '60s was that many o the small boats bringing donated food from post-WWII military ships ashore to these isolated island were using Johnson Outboard Motors. So the nativs began to think that someone named "Johnson" was responsible for all this magic food arriving miraculously from nowhere.
AND THEN, when LBJ became President, they that it must be the same Johnson, and so for a while there they thought the messiah had arrived and that the End of the World was coming, and many Cargo Cult islands basically prepared for Armageddon. Needless to say, nothing happened, except the Vietnam War and the rest f the LBJ legacy. But Armageddon never came to the Cargo Cult Islands, much to their msytification. It's going to be the perfect opportunity for him to unload a lot of what he knows in the broadest possible venue, and he has the excuse that the Dems asked for it, so he has to give it to them. Also, if this is what he has planned, he won't say much at all about it for the next 6 weeks, because he doesn't want to scare them off. >>t Trump at that time didn't know who to trust -- the Deep Staters were also telling him who "The Bad Guys" were, eliminating Trump supporters!!! -
This is very true, and very common in business. These diseased departments always fall into factions, and the biggest problem is that the good guys get demoralized and look like troublemakers (from above) and the bad guys get into positions of trust by being good at looking loyal (from above.) It is so hard to know who to trust, and so easy to make the situation 10x worse by firing the wrong people. I was not surprised when my kids were not interested in a formal Cherry dining room or silver pieces that I never even used. It is not because they are looking for the money but because styles have changed and the things we valued are not valued by there generation. They still have solid values, both kids married and families and are wonderfully supportive but the fact that they don;t want the burden of old fashioned belongings is not suprising. Now some tidbits are leaking out but the key folks have had time to shred documents, resign from Burisma and similar boards and so on.

Responding to content from the last thread because I was too busy for it when it was germane and I don't care about stories about criminals who will never be punished. Let me put it this way: Leaving my personal position (which is fine) aside... I am, at this very moment, preparing a materials order that represents a larger outlay of cash than my company has spent on this type of material in the last ten years combined. The order alone will take a couple weeks to place, because it will cover materials for branches in sixty cities. We are doing this: 1.) because we can. The money is there; and 2.) because it will help our plans to grow as quickly as we can in the current badass business environment. Strike while the iron's hot, hot, hot!! Trump's problem in staffing is that he couldn't trust anyone on either side.
If you remember, the deep state opened a special council investigation after the very first major firing when Trump let Comey go. So of course Trump is going to feel wary of reconstituting his personnel. He was maneuvered into a no win position, and he still won, because of all things you would never think would happen, he was patient. Posted by: Thatch at February 12, 2020 10:05 PM (v5Cc/) 419
