It won't work. The channel is the flagship. Streaming is an adjunct. If the channel goes hard left before the streaming service becomes nominally independent (or at least rebranded before Fox's name becomes mud), it all fails anyway.
They're flirting with disaster. There is nothing to differentiate them in Left news. The fact that they were more or less centrist and occasionally conservative is the only thing that made them stand out.

I think a key element to understanding guys like Goldberg is their frustrated desire to be seen as upper-class.
It's a major obsession with these people, and they think if they tack on enough degrees, Endowed Chairs and go to elite schools, they will be accepted as part of the aristocracy.
But they aren't and they never will be, because they have zero actual class.
Trump does, and it's enraging to them. He acts the role of the Queens blowhard, but when he wants, he's remarkably charming and at ease with himself. He likes his suits to drape, but he also knows how to look dapper when it suits him. His white tie tux fits perfectly, because Trump knows how to rise to the occasion.
You see this anger all the time, and I think it goes beyond Trump to a mid-life realization that they'll never be fully accepted as elites. Actual elites (like VDH, Roger Kimball, etc.) speak multiple classical languages and read Homer in the original Greek to relax. A while back Jonah hit Kimball and he responded in Latin, just to show off.
Having failed to be an educated elite, they try to be culturally elite, i.e. aristocratic, but there again they fail because they have no concept of actual class. Smoking a stogie, wearing rumpled clothes and throwing around pop culture references from the 90s isn't rakishly debonair, it's pathetic.
The same is true with Kevin Williamson, who fancies himself a patron of the arts, but whose go-to move when dealing with an uppity woman is to physically slap her down - just like his dirt-poor childhood.
If you actually live the country club lifestyle, were raised to have good manners, you understand that the key element is to put people around you at ease, regardless of *their* origins. It's an easy charm, relaxed and comfortable around the good things but disdaining to brag about them.
They're nouveau-riche trying to act like Old Money.
That's why they look even more vulgar than Trump.

When I did watch it, it was usually in a really passive way like just having it on in the background while I worked or did other things. I never thought they were that great just somewhat better than the other channels.
BUT...the most fun I had with it was at a job I had where customers came and went for most of the day. There was a tv there and it was on Fox News and some old twat started up with HURR DURR FAUX NEWS WELL I NEVER BLAH BLAH BLAH COMPLAIN COMPLAIN GRUMBLE GRUMBLE and I lied and told her we couldn't change the channel lol.
What was great is she kept coming in and when I saw her walking up to the door I made a mad dash to make sure I changed it to Fox before she came in. Every time she'd start up like a broken record. Fun times.

Flynn plead guilty, if he were to withdraw his guilty plea it would matter not one bit, Trump can pardon him.

If I was Ciamerella, I would be considering what happened to Seth Rich. From all indications, he is a keystone of the Ukraine mess during the Obama years. He set up the meetings at the NSC and coordinated the shebang--including Biden, the Ukrainians, etc.

There is a big, stinking rotten record, of the Obama administration doing a lot of dirty work like running stuff from Libya to support Syrian rebels which morphed into Isis. Supposedly Ukraine was also involved in shipping weapons to the Syrian rebels. Turkey was the conduit for Libyan arms apparently which is why the whole Benghazi thing blew up. Mike Rogers (the rep from MI, not NSA Rogers), Intel Cmte Chair was in that up to his eyeballs along with Ryan. I also suspect a lot of skimming of foreign aid and military aid coming back to Sen. and Rep. families and foundations.

1) Not testify and count on executive privileged. Perfectly honorable and safe.
2) Testify, but restrict your testimony to facts that you yourself observed and verified. No opinions. ex. "on August 24, at 2:36, I heard the president say..." Less safe but still perfectly honorable.
3) Include hearsay as part of your testimony. ex.
"I heard from the ambassador, who heard from a Ukrainian officials, that Trump said..." Not honorable or safe.
4) Mix your opinion in with facts, hearsay, and whatever else comes to mind. "I heard from the ambassador, that heard from a Ukrainian guy, that trump wanted to do this, but didn't because X and I think that is wrong and betrays the trust of the country blah blah." Not safe, not honorable, and you deserve to get your ass canned.

IMO, Trump is still trying to reform DC, I believe that is impossible. Right now would actually be the best time for states like Texit before Trump leaves office and we lose the senate.

I suspect that he has known a lot since the NSA director Adm Rogers risked it all during the transition to warn him what was going on. The Deep State just did not have enough time to punish Rogers and run their little insurance scheme and traps.
What has come out, I suspect Trump knows even more now and probably has key nodes of the Resistance identified.
Targeting these nodes without damaging the patient is the problem. Open up all the FBI misdeeds, you risk collateral damage in all sorts of criminal cases, Open up the CIA misdeeds, you blow covers, compromise sources, and damage foreign relations, Ditto with NSA-Five Eyes abuse and State Dept. misdeeds. And then the DOJ has similar problems when the Atty Gen. is committing a coverup for Hillary with the assistance of the FBI. Imagine the cases that could be compromised.
Trump is a civic nationalist and wants the country to do well but going to the mat will make the Watergate, Church Commitee on CIA abuses, and Iran Contra look like a Sunday picnic in comparison. A sitting President, His Attorney General, the Directors of the FBI, CIA, his National Security Advisor, the National Security Agency, and numerous underlings at those agencies directed a political intelligence operation designed to eliminate or remove a presidential nominee who became the incoming President. They then executed a criminal investigation to coverup their misdeeds. Covering up Hillary's misdeeds, as bad as that is, is small potatoes to this.
