Laura Ingraham: Newly Released Email Shows Obama's White House Meeting With Ukranian Prosecutors to Discuss... Hunter Biden and Burisma
And the fake "whistleblower," Eric Ciaramella, checked the Ukranian officials into the White House?
Politico reporter Ken Vogel contacted the White House for comment on a story he was working on. It's this email that has just been revealed.
On May 1, 2019, Vogel contacted State Department official Kate Schilling about a story he was working on regarding an Obama administration meeting in January 2016 with Ukrainian prosecutors and mentioned the name of the CIA analyst believed to be the whistleblower whose complaint sparked impeachment proceedings that led to two articles of impeachment: abuse of power and obstruction of Congress. Ingraham did not state the name of the alleged whistleblower — Fox News hosts are banned from doing so until the identity is confirmed — and blacked out the name when showing excerpts of documents. However, she likely was referring to Eric Ciaramella, who some Republicans and conservative media figures believe is the whistleblower. In the email, Vogel wrote, "We are going to report that [State Department official] Elizabeth Zentos attended a meeting at the White House on 1/19/2016 with Ukrainian prosecutors and embassy officials as well as ... [redacted] from the NSC ... the subjects discussed included efforts within the United State government to support prosecutions, in Ukraine and the United Kingdom, of Burisma Holdings, ... and concerns that Hunter Biden's position with the company could complicate such efforts." ... Using archived Obama White House visitor logs, Ingraham said her team was able to corroborate details of the January 2016 meeting, showing on the screen the names of Ukrainian officials checked into the White House by Ciaramella, who was Ukraine director on the National Security Council.

I don't believe Trump ever wanted the impeachment crap to go forward, but he may very well use it as a campaign issue as he tries to get back control of the House.

First, the Prosecution lists the Charges made, and in it's opening statement, the Prosecutor lays out a Road Map for the Jury. He explains what the charges are, he explains what evidence he has to back up the charges, he tells the jury what witnesses and/or documentary evidence he is going to present to them to verify his claim that he has evidence. The rest of his case will be the Prosecutor showing the jury what he told them he would show them in his opening statement / road map.
After he's done, the Defense gets its turn. The Defense will dispute the Prosecutions evidence; the Defense may say "We will show you that the Defendant was in South America the day this happened!" or whatever. After both sides present, they make closing statements, and the Jury makes its decision.
BUT... if the Prosecution presents no evidence, then the Defense doesn't have to do anything. It's over right there. This happened most recently in the big Exxon Trial brought by the New York State's Attorney General. At the close of his phase of the trial, the Judge ruled that New York had presented NO evidence of any kind to support their allegations, therefore case dismissed, no need for a defense of any kind by Exxon.
So - what has Schiff been doing for the last 2 days? Does anyone see any evidence of a "Road Map" at all? Does anyone have any idea of what kind of evidence he wants to present that he knows would prove his claims? (Hint - "lets talk to this guy and MAYBE he'll say something that kinda supports my side" is NOT evidence.
If we treat this as a real Trial, the way the Left wants - this thing is dead already.

I still think that the "insurance policy" was related to the Russia-centric coup attempt. Putting Ukraine in as the "insurance policy" is possible, but this pivot to Ukraine was pretty hurried and sloppy. The insurance policy talk seemed to be a lot more contextual and the context at that time was Russia and the election and - if everything went sideways - dealing with him as the president.
All of this Ukraine stuff strikes me more as, "What's next? Put it into the pipeline. I know it's weak and it isn't ready, but it has to ship. Now."

Don't get me wrong: I listen to his show every afternoon on my drive home (skipping to the oldies station during the long commercial breaks). I love his banter with his producer lady, Linda, who has a perfect comedy voice. And there really isn't much else on free radio at that time.
Sean has his little drawbacks and quirks, but he's great.

It's really a shame that all the people who support progressive politics and policies haven't understood that that's exactly the right question to ask. We do have some well-off people who support Democratic candidates, there's no doubt about that, but they've never bought a TV station. They've never gobbled up radio stations. Ukraine was a money laundering operation posing as a country and everyone was getting paid. Look at the number of Obama administration humps that were paraded in front of the House to back up the case that everything in Ukraine was on the up and up and Orange Man Bad. From the ambassador on down they were all involved.
How many politicians do you know that could have put up with what Trump did and uncover all this crap? I put the number at roughly zero. And look how close they came to getting away with it.
Besides, what choice did they have? According to Lee Smith an investigation into the company run by Adam Schiff's top bundler, a weapons manufacturer with operation in Ukraine, began on July 22, 2019. The call was on July 25, 2019. Walls were closing and wheels were coming off.

As I noted above, and this time doing the math, if you simply subtract the Illegal Aliens from that poll, you get 54.5% in favor of keeping Trump, and 45.5% in favor of removing him. Which is about where I'd think any national election would fall if it were held today.

Not for reasons of truth about the event (Trump fixed their wagon but good by releasing the transcript and protecting it from Vindman's "edits"), but because these people are still there agitating against American citizens from within the government. I remember watching and MSNBC was not batshit crazy then. CNBC was not batshit crazy then. CNN was not batshit crazy then.
They were clearly more sympathetic to Clinton but you would see Joe DiGenova and Gloria Toensing and Kelly Anne Fitzpatrick and Anne Coulter (leggy blondes in short skirts not bad for ratings) and they would have real live discussions.
