Now, Trump's request for Ukraine to investigate the matter and a
political rival, former Vice President Joe Biden, is at the heart of a
congressional inquiry that produced Trump's impeachment by the House of
Representatives. A Senate trial is next.

The discredited theory, spread online by GOP allies in interviews and
tweets, has been embraced by a president reluctant to acknowledge the
reality of Russian election interference.
They add that hopefully the Senate trial will show that Trump is full of BS.

We have already been told that the US and America's Hat were both issuing statements of physical/electronic evidence proving that Iran shot it down.

After Trump had walked the Iranian leaders right up to the cliff's edge known as "We're done, if your done. Your move", maybe they felt that there was no other viable option.

1. They knew that it was an unarmed Ukrainian Airliner
2. Knowing this, they either took positive action to cause the firing of the missiles, or failed to take action which would have prevented a fully automatic launch by the missile defense system.

I don't consider a misidentified target being fired upon as an intentional downing, for the purpose of this discussion.

77 Here's a good long read on Earth's Ice Ages from WUWT:

https://tinyurl.com/rmklh3w

Here are a couple of takeaways -- Over the last 550 million years, one or both poles have been covered in permanent ice just 9% of the time, as they are now. Yes, we are still in the 4th or 5th major ice age of last 550MY.

In fact, out of the last 550 million years, the earth has had permanent ice caps on one or both poles only nine percent of the time.

and then there is this --

As Figure 1 makes clear, the "normal" or "optimum" global average temperature of the Earth is 19.5 degrees C. or 67 degrees F. This is over 5 degrees C. (9 degrees F.) warmer than today.

The IPCC report freaks out that the world may warm by an additional 2 degrees C in the next 100 years; that, they claim, is the End Of The World. Nah, bruhs, I think not. Greta and Al Gore hardest hit.

There's lots more in the article.

I am not defending the other royals at all. The "Brand" and the other royals yes do get funds in one way or another from the public, but on the other hand they are also a huge tourist draw that benefits the UK greatly. My point was this scrunt marries into the Royal Family, when her career was more or less stagnant, and now she wants to use the royal name and brand for her own personal gain totally independent of anything to do with the UK.

One "Extremists vs. Anti Semites" talk about a man, Weir Weinstein who is coming to NY to talk about anti semetism. Apparently the group has been dormant for years, but this man wants to revive it. It's noted that the JDL has been declared a" right wing terrorist organization by the FBI (Now there's an organization to trust-the FBI/sarc) and apparently
established Jewish leaders in the AntiDdefamation league are upset at this man coming to NYC.

In another article I am told that "Texas racists (part of a group called Patriot Front) hit NY putting up signs saying, "LIfe Liberty and Victory" and apparently we're all supposed to get upset because the SPLC declares they are hate group. I haven't read about this group but the slogan "Life, Liberty and Victory" is not hate speech and practically every conservative group there is the SPLC has declared a hate group in their relentless attempt to raise more moola.

The discredited theory, spread online by GOP allies in interviews and

Meh.

Megs has already won this fight no matter what.

All she has to do is say the magic word, "racism".

And she'll get a gazillion hours of TV time. She can play the "tragic victim" for years.

A tell-all book, movie, TV series whatever will make her independently wealthy.

Then she can tragically dump Harry and get a whole nother round o'cash.

Prepare to see her everywhere for years.

Sometime during the Oblabla Mistake, there was a muslim terrorist group, maybe Iran(?), calling for muslims in the US to engage in jihad by setting forest fires in CA and in national parks.

Makes me wonder how many of CAs many fires are actually jihad arson.

Australian brush fires could fall under the same scenario.

273 Finland's Prime Minister has sparked enthusiasm in her country by announcing plans to introduce a four-day week and a reduction of the workday to six hours.

Sanna Marin, the 34-year-old social democrat in charge of a coalition of five parties, wants much shorter working hours so that people can spend more time with their families.

.. why has none of the dimwitted Democrats envisioned this idea ?

280 still think it was a setup, where they were expecting a retaliatory strike by us which they would blame for the plane going down.

wow, that does not read clearly; they wanted to say that a US fired missile hit the airliner.

281 164 - Nevergiveup, ref plastic bags

The Commies -'scuse me, Democrats- who've taken over both houses of the Colorado Legislature are busy-busy-busy doing EVERYTHING that California has done or is dreaming of doing. Our plastic-bag "fee" of 10-cents per bag goes into effect in July, as I understand. And it's "cruel and unusual" per some rabid black-robed tyrant to keep The Sainted Homeless from camping (and doing everything else) on sidewalks and in public areas. The lawmakers are also doing everything they can to hamstring energy production (largely by allowing individual communities to regulate "fossil fuel extraction" in their local areas).

Since they're a super-majority and can pass anything they want without regard to the Republicans, one of the FIRST things they pushed through was that Electoral Popular Vote Compact (or whatever its proper name is), which, due to citizen petitions, will be on the ballot this fall and I HOPE will be overturned. But - we've got plenty of Feelgood Californians who moved here to enjoy our lower cost of living; of course they are happy to vote for more services and more Virtue-Signalling, so there's no guarantee at all that Reason and The Constitution will prevail.
