Former National Security Council Staffer Mike Doran: I Know, For a Fact, That Members of the Obama Administration Sent Personal Letters to Iran's Terror Chief Qassem Suleimani

And he calls upon Congress to "excavate" the letters back and forth between pen-pals, reasoning that if it's a matter of utmost urgency that we know exactly what Trump said to Ukrainian president Zelensky, surely it is equally important that we know that Susan Rice, John Brennan, John Kerry, and Obama himself said to Iran's Master of Terror.

He also calls upon the press to take an interest.

Good luck trying to get the Iranian Proxy Media to do something that Ben Rhodes hasn't instructed them to do.

Those tweets below.

Meanwhile, the pro-Iran, terror-curious Democrat Party refuses to merely praise the US military for having expeditiously taken care of Suleimani.

The resolution is structurally identical to the 2011 Senate resolution praising former president Barack Obama for the operation that killed al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden. At that time, all 100 Democratic and Republican members of the Senate joined to support that resolution.

But that is not the case with President Donald Trump's operation to kill Soleimani. No Senate Democrat has voiced support for the resolution.

The post he links is below:

He's snarkily asking that you respect his anonymity as a whistleblower:

Corrected: I mistakenly wrote that Doran was a former NSA staffer when I meant NSC staffer.

A source clarifies: He's being cheeky about his "anonymous whistleblower" status, making fun of Eric Ciaramella and the media's defending of him as if he were a beloved Iranian terror leader, but he's very serious about personal letters from Obama and company to Suleimani.

Separate events, no doubt, there's a lot of money floating around Iran too. Hezbollah has been running a worldwide money laundering and drug running program for years. Obama shut down the investigation during the Iran deal negotiations. It's back up and running now and has been for a couple years.

It just seems that the Obama team is way too afraid of what Trump is doing in Iran.

My wild-a$$ guess: Ukraine was Soros-globalist corruption on steroids (see all the DC spawn involved), while the Iran stuff was more related to Obama's (and a lot of those in his inner circle) chuminess with islam/muslim brotherhood. Ideologically, Obama cared a lot more about what he was doing in the ME and on behalf of islam (refugees, stopping terror investigations, getting CAIR and MB involved in all levels of government).

So, graft (Ukraine) vs. true beliefs (Iran/MB).

248 Let this settle in for a moment. Soleimani was actively engaged in killing members of our military. There was no pause in their deaths and maiming while the negotiations were taking place and after they were complete.

He was also actively arming and training proxies groups who were doing the same. That's demonstrably true.

After the Iranians were given pallets of cash, their defense budget increased by almost double and more funding was disbursed to their regional proxies to carry out operations. They also demonstrably increased their armament stores.

Every one of those deaths and mailings is on Obama and his ship of fools. I hope they're all comfy collecting their multi million dollar paydays and houses on Martha's Vineyard.

I just remember being shocked to read that someone actually thought Iran could be a stabilizing super-power in the ME, that they thought giving all the power to them and removing the US (not just our forces, but our voice) from the region was absolutely nutty given Iran's terrorism track record and pledge to destroy Israel.

273 By the by, I got attacked by a squirrel today.

Okay, not exactly but Outside came Inside at work.

Our office closes at noon today and for once I, Boss, and co-worker were all leaving at noon (usually Boss skives out at like 11:30). Boss was talking to co-worker when I heard scratch scratch scratch over by the windows.

And there was a squirrel. INSIDE.

I screamed bloody murder, they came running, squirrel took off running all over the place, and it was mayhem.

Boss grabbed a broom to try to herd the thing Outside, I was closing doors and co-worker was trying to block the way into the rest of the office.

Squirrel went up the frame of the window and WHAM.

The hawk that lives in the backyard slammed right into the window trying to get the tree rat. Hawk was fine, I saw him fly up to the roof.

Squirrel ran into another room, Boss and I tried to shoo him towards the door, co-worker Brave Sir Robin'd it out of there, and then Boss got a call on his cell.

By the time he was done with the call, no squirrel anywhere. We decided it went up the chimney and left.

So. Yes. There was a squirrel inside at work today.

That was nice.

Every single article was other than the one in WaPo was based on reporting what the WaPo article said.

The article in WaPo was written by Devlin Fusion GPS Barrett, the number one source for leaks from Team Coup before and after the election.

A couple weeks before the Horowitz delivered his report Barrett wrote a similar article saying that the IG report was going to be a big nothing burger and a surprising number of people bought it and started the narrative that it was in fact a nothing burger. Perhaps you noticed.

And then when the report dropped it was anything but a nothing burger with the entire senior team of the FBI being recommended to Durham.

Barrett and team have only been doing this shit since the start of the Russia hoax, narrative building. You'd think people would have caught on by now. Maybe Huber will find nothing to prosecute but basing your beliefs on what Devlin Barrett says seems pretty odd.

Still, it's nice that people are no longer denying that Huber is actually the handing of the Clinton issues.

305 It is ludicrous to imagine that Iran could be a stabilizing force in the middle east. But let's say for the sake of argument that you:

(1) intended to withdraw from the region for the most part; and

(2) were therefore going to try and turn a regional power into a proxy/stabilizing power.

Who's available other than Iran?

Iraq and Syria are broken. No other Arab power has the actual ability to stabilize the region.

Who's that leave as possibilities? Turkey?

The other alternatives are to:

(1) maintain a military presence at some level or another and nation build; or

(2) abandon the region altogether, in which event Iran likely steps in on its own.

Most people here probably prefer some version of (1), despite its indefinite character. But does anyone actually like any of these options?

320 The other alternatives are to:

(1) maintain a military presence at some level or another and nation build; or

(2) abandon the region altogether, in which event Iran likely steps in on its own.

Most people here probably prefer some version of (1), despite its indefinite character. But does anyone actually like any of these options?

321 302 We have a huuuuuuuuuuge hawk that comes through and clears out the tree rats from time to time. Last week he was in our yard pecking and eating something he had caught. He was beautiful and I made sure to not get close, startle him or get in his way. His talons were quite deadly looking. Shame I didn't have a good angle or I would have snapped some pics. He was close to our well and that blocked me from taking a great shot of him.

The wildest thing was the day I looked out and there was a wild turkey. Big old tom turkey too.

It is nice having a bit of nature right at work SO LONG AS IT STAYS OUTSIDE. Ahem.

If that's his gambit, I can't fault the man for trying given the situation he has inherited. But it's a solution with its own problems. It's likely to be unstable because the Arabs hate the Jews and can never be trusted in that regard. And while there are four names in that alliance, the only one that matters is Israel, which could wipe the floor with all those countries combined. There are limits to how much we can accomplish with a de facto Israeli alliance because the only thing the rest of the region agrees on is "death to the Jews." Like a lot in life, I'd be happy to be proven wrong.

You really should do that.

I am fond of cryptozoology. There is a large manmade lake about an hour away and people keep saying there is some weird large creature in it. Given that the lake is manmade, either someone is stocking large fish or, as is likely, it's gators and no one wants to admit it. 362 Obama did well at Harvard Law. Here's how he did it.

He "wrote onto" Law Review. He didn't get it on grades. There were spots reserved for minorities. So he only had to beat a few other minorities

At the time, the only black tenured professor was leading a strike. There was a lot of pressure for firsts

The woman who was #2 in the voting was the de facto head editor

Obama seduced Leftie professors from the start, including Lawrence Tribe. And after first year he only took Leftie courses. It was easy for Obama to signal who he was on his exam paper to get a great grade

Obama never clerked for any judge which is strange for someone with his paper credentials

400 380 It's coming for the classic rockers. How many are 70+?

Mass extinction over the next decade. Keith Richards will, of course, survive.

401 "RIP Neil Peart."

This is actually choking me up. Rush was one of the first bands I
ever got "into" as a kid. I'll crank up 2112 tonight in his memory.

WHAT? Oh, fuck me! Damn! There were rumors - but...

This makes me very sad. I wasn't a huge Rush fan, but listened to them a lot in the late 70's early 80's. Respect the dude's talent immensely. Fuck cancer.

427 I don't recall exactly when, but at some point during the reign of error, maybe in second term, somebody (Ace?) noted that while he would not call Obama an enemy spy/agent, he could not really think of how an enemy spy/agent would have acted much differently than Jug Ears.

Even earlier, I think. The short form was, "If Obama *were* an enemy agent, what would he have done differently from what he has done?"

429 I wish John Kerry would one day have to face a press gaggle, constituted solely by Morons and 'ettes. And his life depending upon him giving honest answers to the questions posed . . .

Perhaps not a press gaggle, perhaps, I dunno, a grand jury maybe?
