Biden Baby-Mama's Private Eye: Hunter Biden Is Subject of Multiple Criminal Probes

This sounds like a conspiracy theory to me.

Note: the definition of a "conspiracy theory" for both CNN and the Bill Sammon/Chris Stirewalt/Chris Wallace Fox "News" division is "anything that damages a Democrats' chances of winning an election."

Hunter Biden is the subject of multiple criminal investigations related to "fraud, money laundering and a counterfeiting scheme," it's claimed in court documents filed Monday in his Arkansas paternity case.

The claims were put forward by a Florida-based private-eye firm, D&A Investigations, in Biden’s ongoing case against alleged baby mama Lunden Alexis Roberts, a former Washington, DC, stripper who went by "Dallas."

Remember: Their conspiracy theories are important allegations which must be investigated, and your important allegations which must be investigated are conspiracy theories.

30 How far out of the loop have I been? I did NOT know the baby mama was a stripper!

So rich, so aromatic, this whole thing is. What a freakin' joke, if somebody had written this script in Hollowwood for a network sitcom... and not a good network either, they would have tossed it out as unrealistic.

Posted by: BurtTC at December 24, 2019 03:46 PM (hku12)

31 I'm pretty sure that Baby Mama doesn't want him arrested and stripped of his ill gotten gains so it's not at all as though she's got a personal interest in finding out that he's a crook. She just wants to know what he's got so that the court can decide how much of it goes to support her baby.

Like many of you, I liked to look out that window as I passed through big cities like Baltimore and smaller towns, like Newark, Delaware. And when it was 9:30 pm on my way home, all you could see was light coming from the houses along the route.

I often wondered what they were saying at the kitchen table. My guess is they were -- and still are -- talking about the same things that Americans all across the country are. They're asking, "are we going to be okay?"

What they're looking for is not a policy prescription. They just want to know their leaders are looking out for them -- making sure they get a fair shot. Not a guarantee. Just a fair shot to get ahead.

And with Donald Trump in office, they don't have that. Look around. Most of us are worse off now than we were before.

San Francisco is far whiter now than it was when I grew up there. Even the pissbums are whiter. It is 'safer', in the sense that some aggrieved member of a diverse, inclusive community is less likely to stick a hogleg in your ribs, because Willie Brown got them all Section 8 vouchers and dispatched them to second-ring Antioch, and most of the pissbum contingent has just enough daily sobriety to break a couple car windows and couldn't manage a stickup if you handed them a Glock and an instruction sheet.

If they are not, they get the usual and I move on to the next bar and repeat the process.

Okay, former USSR. Some cute chess women. But in the overall scheme of things, while Mexico decays into a failed state and the Idiots Up North reelect Mick Effin' Jagger's patently incompetent lovechild, when electoral sanity in Brazil is offset by mayhem in Chile (what used to be just about the one stable large democracy in LatAm), Ukraine is a long way away.

179 Always a ton of graft and corruption during war, its inevitable. As much money pours through, you just cannot avoid it. WW2 the corruption was epic, but low end stuff (art, antiques, food, supplies etc). These days its in the billions.

with improved oversight they are lucky to get a 1-2% skim on the cash flow. So the obvious solution was to increase the cash flow. Even then they had to declare billion$ simply 'lost track of'.

If they are not, they get the usual and I move on to the next bar and repeat the process.

221 Honestly, Obama is an America hating goon, but he's better than any of them morally. You could call him a traitor, but he'a not actually an American. Exile him to Canada: it would actually be doing him a favor and avoiding copious bloodshed.

Define 'morally'.

If a President is a wholly-owned agent, either ideologically or purchased, of a foreign power, does that make him morally superior to those who are merely corrupt around the edges?

We know about Ted's efforts to undermine Reagan, and we know about what China purchased from Clinton, but those were transactional.

I think there's a substantial case to be made that Obama was top-to-bottom a foreign mole, whether bought and paid for by the mullahs or a Soviet sleeper who outlasted the Evil Empire he served.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to go replace my foil headwear.

Trump is impeached. She said it when the vote passed and that is how the resolution reads - the President is impeached.

There is no requirement to transmit to the Senate.

Senate can have some fun too and run with what they got - the two one line charges published on TV.

- Broad, nebulous, without cite of US Code to the alleged unlawful act (i.e.: High Crime and Misdemeanors), nor evidence presented.
- It can only be assumed that the House meant to cover every act, real or imagined, by the President to the date of the impeachment.
- Therefore, every act, real or imagined, by the President to the date of the impeachment is hereby dismissed with prejudice. Do not go pass go, do not collect $100. Do not come back with another impeachment.

They could also let the House know the date and time for the trial and for the House to be ready to go, and there is no one who can tell them no. And they could dismiss all of the charges if the House is not ready and again, there is no one who can tell them no because that is what a plenary power does.

All speculation at this point, of course.

You're going to have to explain that to me. The house and Senate are separate bodies, they're not going to show up and be part of the trial. Other people do that work, in the Senate, Senators, trying the case before the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.

The impeachment is an indictment process, but its different from the usual criminal indictments because the same guy doesn't do both that and the trial.

Of course not. We have only had two presidential impeachment trials so it is more or less what the Senate wants to do. They have the sole power to try these things and no one can tell them what to do or how to do it. If the Senate says "We take notice of the impeachment as it is printed in the Congressional Record and the trial starts at 8:00 am January 7, 2020 so be ready to go" there is no one that can say they are wrong and make that stick.

As the Majority Leader in the Senate, McConnell can do a lot of things on impeachment unilaterally.

I suppose one of them could be to not even have a trial. That seems dumb, because that means they can be heard at a future date. A sword of Damocles over Trump. They want to end this thing.

There are existing Senate rules that McConnell wants to keep in place, and they start off with the impeachment managers coming over to the Senate to present the Articles. But McConnell delivered a shot across the bow - he can change the rules. He can change ALL of the rules.

That is the game he has with Schumer - let's stick with existing rules.
