Sydney Powell: We Were Just Informed That Our Infallible Government Workers Supposedly Marked All of Strzok's Notes as From Plietka and Vice Versa
Why does this matter?
Well, among many complaints Powell lodged on General Flynn's behalf was the fact -- or so it seemed -- that Strzok and Plietka had lied to the court in claiming that it was Plietka who wrote up the form 302 (interview memo) based on his own notes, not Strzok's. The problem with that is that if you look at the report, and the two sets of notes from the two FBI agents (one of them a disgraced former agent), it is clear that Strzok's notes mention a whole bunch of things Plietka's do not mention, and that Strzok, not Plietka, was the main mover in this report. Twitter researcher John W. Huber demonstrated that, as compiled here by Twitchy. Huber points out that based on these documents, it seems that Strzok lied to the government, breaking the same law that Flynn was pressured into pleading guilty to.On 07/19/17 Strzok was interviewed by a Senior Assistant Special Counsel & an FBI Supervisory Special Agent

This is confirmed by the fact DOJ demanded Flynn plead guilty by the close of business or have his son charged, too, --on the very night before Page and Strozk were to be outed and fired from the Mueller Frame-up, a fact known only to the Dirty Prosecutors.
Another little trick: When Flynn's former counsel filed to update his foreign lobbying permit, a perfectly legal and prermissible action, the dirty prosecutors threatened to charge his lawyers with manufacturing documents--while they were the ones using forged and misattributed 302's.
This is beyond dirty. It is tyranny.
And it is just the crooked legal system they want to impose 63 million Trump voters, not just General Flynn and the President.

Problem is that 302s are signed by YOU, they are your notes and recollections.
They are not supposed to be edited by others, because they are YOUR memories of the interview.
That anyone else was involved in the process, makes any evidence taken from said documents, tainted at best.

On a related subject. I saw Graham on Hannity. If people are worried about the Impeachment in the house, the Senate has already ruled that if the impeachment process in the House does not conform to more traditional standards, it is a dead letter in the Senate.
I think that's why they held that sham vote on "formalizing" the still-bogus "process".
But I thought the dead-letter thing was pretty strong play from Republicans. It says to the House "You can play dress-up all you want because you're an independent house. But that doesn't mean anything to the Senate."

I do think, though, that Barr is generally a "government guy" and wants to try to protect the DoJ and save its reputation at very least, and possibly the wider government.
I don't think he's necessary Deep State himself, but Do think that he wants to contain the damage to his department with minimal blowback.
This is why I think we might get some low-level guys going down to some degree, but the conspiracy itself will go unpunished.

There is a docketed guilty plea. If they try to 'undo' that it will take the Judge to do it. They don't just get to walk away. They could say we recommend no punishment but the Judge is deciding that not the government. I think they can't just walk away from it without doing something they don't want to do, admit they defrauded Flynn's defense.

There is a docketed guilty plea. If they try to 'undo' that it will take the Judge to do it. They don't just get to walk away. They could say we recommend no punishment but the Judge is deciding that not the government. I think they can't just walk away from it without doing something they don't want to do, admit they defrauded Flynn's defense.

American culture is very, very fond of dogs, which makes the election of an admitted dogeater all the more perplexing.
I've been rewatching The Wire, because it's great. This show is raw, and real, and has no problem showing a young boy who is a very sympathetic character being brutally murdered, and then laying dead in a dingy corner of a tenement with a hole through his skull, leaking blood all over the floor.
That kind of thing is pretty typical for The Wire.
But in a scene that depicts a dogfight, the producer/ director decided to cut away from the violence.
American audiences can't bear to watch it.

I would like to propose another context for the word "primarily" here:
That, of the two men, Strzok and Pientka, 1) Strzok was the guy largely dealing with the interview and 2) Pientka was not so much dealing with the interview, but was primarily responsible for taking notes and writing the FD-302.
That comparison sorts out the two in terms of their work on the interview, NOT their relative amounts of work on the note-taking.

As mentioned by a few of us locals last night, Bevin was doing the right thing dealing with the pension crisis (that he inherited) but its how he came across publicly when he was getting frustrated with the legislature who were tactfully trying to get a grip on things.
So its not that those were voting against Bevin b/c many will not vote for a Gimmedat but they voted straight Republican minus Bevin. My relatives and in-laws included... calling teachers stupid, childish, and unruly (even thought true) on a public forum and telling them to call him on it were enough to sway it to the other guy.
I'm pretty positive that a re-count or what other irregularities he wants the Sec of State (still controlled by a donkeycrat until the new guy is sworn in) to look into isn't going to help him at all but stranger things have happened.
