Vanity Fair: Trump Knew Epstein Had Incriminating Pictures of Bill Clinton on Pedo Island

lol, nice try, media.

Another own-goal while trying to get Orange Man Bad.

Sam Nunberg told Vanity Fair:

"Michael was sitting in there when I came in, and the issue of the National Enquirer with the pictures of Prince Andrew was on his desk. He said not to tell anyone, but that [NE publisher David] Pecker had just been there and had brought the issue with him. Trump said that Pecker had told him that the pictures of Clinton that Epstein had from his island were worse."

As PJ Media points out, what we're not hearing about is, "There is incriminating information linking Trump to Pedo Island," despite the obvious thirst of leftwingers and NeverTrumpers (but I repeat myself) to replace Conspiracy Theory 1 with new sand shiny Conspiracy Theory 2.

Meanwhile: have the NeverTrumpers finally decided if they never believed Conspiracy Theory 1 or if they did believe it and they were right to believe it? They seem to shift their position with every Glenn Simpson linked leak.

For example, here's Noted Conservative AllahPundit getting horny for the thousandth time over Conspiracy Theory 1:

Yes, dude. "Whoa" indeed.

By the way: Although it appears that AllahPundit has stopped his biweekly hardcore agitation for atheism on Hot Air -- whether he was told to knock it off, or if he decided that maybe he ought to stop, as he was already bating actual conservatives on every other issue -- on Twitter, he lets his freak-flag fly and joins David French in attempting to shame the group he truly hates, religious Christians:

I encourage people to read AllahPundit's twitter feed -- if you think he's bad at Hot Air, oh boy, you can see from his Twitter feed that he's actually churching it up at his actual job.

On Twitter, it's nothing but hatred and conspiracy theories.

He retweeted this, for example. Apparently the terrorist-sympathizing anti-Semite and possible citizenship-defrauder Ilhan Omar is an example of our immigration policies working correctly, and it's racist to say otherwise:

I don't know if I buy this "rule," but it's generally claimed that you can't be accused of animus against a group you belong to. Thus, David French isn't accused (usually) of being anti-Christian just because he's always trying to shame Christians, and Jews are generally given a partial pass no matter how rough their anti-Jewish rhetoric.

But AllahPundit is an atheist whose antagonism, bordering on loathing, for Christians is well-known and long-standing.

What the hell's he doing attacking Christians like this? Would he feel comfortable attacking members of another religion?

I dunno, maybe he should be reported under Twitter's new rules against hate speech against a religious group.

He does support that kind of thing so he really can't object to my suggestion of it.

Example: This thread.

64 So what?

During the 2016 campaign, someone here posted an excellent article by NYC gossip columnist AJ Benza, where Benza recounted his tight relationship with Trump in the 80's/90's. Trump was one of his best sources, the guy who always called with a great story, and all he wanted in exchange was good gossip written about himself ("make sure you get my current wealth correct.").

Trump is no idiot, and he has been very good at sizing up all the people around him. I imagine never drinking or doing drugs helped him bigly with this.

77 As far as the Epstein investigation goes, I was trying to make this point to JJ this morning. Of course the MSM and the Dems will yap about Trump, but they are just a pack of yapping little yorkie dogs, and what they say and think has just about as much impact.

With respect to what's going to happen in the REAL Legal World, *Everyone* *Already* *Knows* who's implicated. They've known for years. The FBI has known for years, and has been helping to cover it up for their own reasons. (influence, leverage, orders from the powerful, whatever)

Epstein is not going to testify to anything they don't already know, because everyone official already knows all of it. They just need him to give them some admissible evidence for court proceedings. In other words, they've got the story - all they need now is the story printed in Times New Roman, font size 12, double spaced, signed, and notarized.

There may be secrets still to come out as far as the public is concerned, but not to anyone official.

Like the airhead NPR listeners he appears to crave as fans, he seems unaware that America enables/funds/does/encourages about 85% of the "good" done in things like humanitarian aid, refugee aid, etc. Yet his background makes ignorance unlikely.

And that's just *official* aid. Private aid - much of it from religious-based organizations - from America dwarfs all others, in all senses.

84 By the way, while adultery is a sin, so is bitterness and envy. And President Trump appears to have repented of and stopped that particular sin a decade before he ran for office. Forgiveness is the primary characteristic of Christianity, and love.

Something bitter, angry atheists cannot seem to grok. Every time they accuse Christians of doing or being something wrong they merely are confirming our central theology of original sin and the need of a savior. Yes, I am a hypocrite and a sinner. Forgive me Father God for my sins. That's the entire reason Jesus came here, you know...

Once upon a time RedState was given over mostly to the anti-Trump rantings of Susan Wright. There's a rational case to be made that Trump is a loose cannon, that the Darroch view of the administration is valid, that the administration is one chaotic step from a fatal blunder, but she was incapable of making it. She was David French cranked up to 11, and while I can occasionally read his stuff without laughing, Wright wrote without any real-world context.

They cleaned house over there, and some sanity has emerged.

In fact I would go so far as to say that there are certain number of people in every civilization, every age, that are viciously intolerant of any other ideology, because that's their nature. They tend to gravitate to whatever they think is most popular at the time, because it's the easiest place for them to display their intolerance.

But these people actually never rally believe anything, which is why they can move around so easy. They just believe in feeling the power rush of trying to assert their own superiority over others.

Christianity, especially the Evangelical movement, is actually fortunate that we're now at a cultural place where most of those types are leaving the Christian Faith, because it's hard work to maintain when there are constant outside attacks. Those prone to vicious intolerance seem to have all agreed that they can get the most gratification by swarming over to the Atheist/SJW/LGBT bandwagons, where they can spew out their vile filth and all congratulate each other on how smart and woke they are.

Can't resist temptation

Not going to keep going on this much longer, as I have legit work to do, but it's not "misinformation" that Epstein got a deal no other person could, and he got it from Acosta. That's corruption of at least a pedestrian sort, and deserves to be condemned. Those girls---children---were raped by an evil son of a bitch and passed around by that same vile bastard to his big-shot friends. None of that is in the least false. Someone should be held to account, not the least of whom is Epstein, and we can take out BJC too. But Acosta knowingly played his role, and is part and parcel of the whole sordid affair.

I get it. You don't like it that it gives the Left ammo against part of this administration, but I would offer that Acosta is not exactly Seb Gorka or Michael Anton when it comes to current right-side nationalism. We can clean our own house (or advocate such) without giving up an inch.

Trump will get through this fine. He's gotten through worse. It won't derail a damn thing to get rid of some dead wood before the election, especially when the person you are defending has slow-walked reforms at DOL for years now.

The US is the most giving nation in terms of private charity, and they give not just money, but all sorts of donations (food, clothing, furniture, etc.) as well as their time, both here and in the countries in which these refugees originate. Posted by: Northernlurker at July 10, 2019 04:43 PM (n1yOz)

French displays something that has been common in the Christian Church for a long time - the big mainline Protestant denominations, ESPECIALLY those who are focused almost exclusively on really rich, "cultured" people - like the Episcopalians and Presbyterians, especially PC-USA, have regarded their country, low church brothers with complete contempt, viewing them as illiterate country bumpkins who need to shut up and listen to their Betters.

And now that the Evangelicals, who generally are NOT part of the Ultra Rich, Cultured East Coast set, suddenly appear to be gaining some political might, while the Cultured Class is losing theirs, and their magnificent Cathedrals where they worship Wealth more than anything else are dying.

That's the kind of "Christianity" that David French represents - the kind that has always sneered at any other Christians who can't buy $1,000 dollar suits like he can.

I go through phases. For decades my most productive textual hours (email, writing, research, etc.) has been 8PM-1AM, I used to write buckets of code in the evenings. Close the door, no distractions.

I've been trying in recent years to conform my sleep hours to my wife's schedule, which is more the early-to-bed-early-to-rise thing, and it's not really working for me.

Yeah, whereas I need 9-10 hours of sleep a day. I'm part cat, I think.

My assumption is that God is operating at a moral level that we simply can't comprehend.

CS Lewis put it this way: imagine you know nothing about biology or medicine. Now imagine you are at an operation and watch a doctor knock someone out with gas and cut them open to remove parts. How horribly evil would that seem to be? Your capacity to understand what is happening and why it is being done controls your ability to discern its morality.

God is operating on a level we cannot and will never fully understand, interweaving the entirety of history and all living creatures at once.

We see the movie one frame at a time; he sees the entire reel. You either trust Him or you don't.

251 > What is the significance of the magazine's title? I don't see its
relationship to the novel "Vanity Fair," but then I haven't really
devoted any time or effort to doing so, either.

The original Vanity Fair magazine was a 19th Century British "society" rag, the kind of thing that rich people read so they could see their names in print.

"Lord Inbred was seen escorting the Honorable Amanda Pamela Cousinfuck-Horseteeth at the vole-shooting range in Upper Snobberton last fortnight". That kind of thing.

The title has been reused by a number of different magazines over the years.

I think that's largely accurate. There have always been jerks who just hate and want targets for their hate. They will be attracted to movements that allow them to do so. Racism, Fascism, radical atheism, the inquisition, whatever.

Just like there have always been people who are weak, dependent, selfish, and demand to have all the benefits of hard work without the work to do it. They are attracted to movements that allow them to do so, as well. Some become criminals, others seek out a sap to live off of, others become socialists.

Cults exist because there are weak people seeking a leader, to give their lives meaning and purpose even if its insane purpose or stupid purpose.

The nation that ignores these cranks and minimizes them and focuses on the productive, sane, and positive in their population is the nation that will best succeed and be a net positive to the world.

Those who fall into these previous categories hate such a nation because it minimizes them and marginalizes them.

There are documented flight logs of him flying with Epstein, yes, but not to Pedo Island.

Pedo Island is too small to have a runway capable of landing Epstein's private 727. The only way to get there is by taking the plane to a larger island and transferring to a boat or small plane (= no logs).
There are people who place Clinton on Pedo Island, but there aren't any flight logs to that effect.

326 I wrote something about French's views on accepting Refugees a couple days ago, can't find it so I'll just rewrite it.

So, David French says we have a Christian Moral Obligation to help all refugees. Well, the refugees who make it here are generally only the strong ones, the ones who can travel, who are healthy enough to try to relocate. Is our Christian Duty only to the strong? Clearly, we must also have an equal Christian duty to those who are still suffering back home under those conditions that caused others to try to leave. Isn't that morally obvious?

But, when we look at the places where suffering is greatest, it is clear that it is the Governments in these places that are causing most of the suffering. So, it logically follows that we have a Christian Duty to raise powerful Armies and put thousands of our men in uniform, so that we can knock over these corrupt, craphole governments and install Governments that will treat their own people well, and in a Christian Way. If you believe like David French does, then it is clear that we must have a Christian Duty to Bestride this World like a Colossus, sending our Armies everywhere we see Wrong being done. Isn't that what Jesus told us to do????

Or, on the other hand, we could just say that our Government doesn't have any special moral responsibility to non-citizens who are outside of our borders, and just leave it at that.

Ben Had, for the first time ever, my girlfriend (not a voter, hates both parties, hates Trump, too) was receptive to the idea of just voting against Dems.

She saw their debate, and the ideas were insane, and her friend that was watching with her said he'd move from the country if any were elected President.

She usually hears that kind of stuff from me and dismisses it, but I think their debate (and his corroboration of my fears) finally convinced her that I might - just maybe - be right that Dems are a real danger at this point.

I think Dersh comes out smelling like a rose. IIRC, Dersh was pressing the prosecution to do more, and then they leaked some anonymous information to some news outlet claiming that Dersh was involved. It was the same play as the Steele Dossier, later - leak a bunch of innuendo to the press to embarrass the target, but never let anyone see any of the actual source material. That's why Dersh has been pushing to open the records, so he can prove that the Prosecutors executed a smear campaign against him to try and make him shut up.

Yeah, yeah, it's still a sin.

Christ also addressed the whole sin thing (in a vignette involving an adulteress! Really! It's in the Bible! I know....shocka!) - "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone."

So-o-o-o-o-o, if God expects that we will sin, it's not a huge surprise that someone elected President will also be a sinner.

We weren't electing a God. And Trump didn't have to be perfect.

Yeah, Jeff could be funny, but you often got the sense that he was on the edge, psychologically. I don't comment, mostly, but this Epstein's one of my triggers, to use the current parlance. Allah's photoshops were one of the mainstays at the time. Carhles Jhnoson was even decent. It was like a golden age...

The fact that Iraq fell apart and then was abandoned, with A'stan still dragging along and our men dying, has broken the fragile coalition that existed then. The added cultural wedges driven in by the Gramsciites and ramped up by ignorant and self-absorbed millennial generation has not helped in the least.

So much for me getting much done here.

I'd like to see the list too if you would be so kind.

Doesn't Dinesh D'Souza have a good movie about that stuff? Can't remember the name of it.

455 416 What I'm saying is AD is a person of interest. Let me ask you. What came first AD flipping to a Trump supporter or the Epstein victims allegations? He was in too deep and had to know everything..Today out of the blue he stated he didn't know how bad Epsteins behavior was.. Not buying it.

Well, I'm just starting since I had this breakthrough last night. The first will be "Soviet Story" (documentary) followed by "Lives of Others" (very realistic fiction, with a lot of impact).

There is plenty of good footage and docs on the internet... but a lot of dreck too. I like a lot of the BBC stuff from the 1970s on Communism in Europe and Asia, and what happened.

There's also a guy who shows everyday life in the later, much milder version of the USSR, with way less brutal violence. But it shows the day-to-day bullshit that full socialism brings with it, when it's at its very best and most prosperous, and about to collapse under its own weight. His YT channel is called "Ushanka Show."

459 Came to compare AllahPundit to Charles Johnson's own descent into inanity. Found two posters already made the same point.

460 We weren't electing a God. And Trump didn't have to be perfect.

Oh for God's sake do you think if we were electing a Pope we'd have elected the dude the Catholics have now? I hope not.

Next to Mr Liberation Theology, Trump is a goddamn saint.

462 EVERYTHING the Left says contains an inbuilt attack on free speech and a slur on conservatives. It's like the brain-to-vocalization process is produced by an integrated chip and it cannot be otherwise.

464 just in case anyone missed it, I just want to remind everyone I would rather have dental surgery without anesthetic than watch a second of the all-dyke US kickball team parade in NYC this morning.

I can't believe the NYPD sent a marching band to honor that repehoe bint.

465 One of the Power Line guys noted a while back that Acosta has wanted to be a federal district judge.

This
plea was negotiated in late 2007 and the first half of 2008, when it
was still likely Hillary would get the nomination, and probably win an
election against a GOP nominee in a country with Bush fatigue.

So
taking care of a Friend of Bill (and Bubba himself) would have been
rewarded with a judgeship by a grateful President Hillary.

Of course not. He's a (T)rue Pussy.
