The Washington Examiner:

Former Attorney General Loretta Lynch denied to congressional investigators last year that she ever instructed former FBI Director James Comey to minimize the Hillary Clinton email investigation by urging him to call it a "matter" instead of an "investigation."
"I did not. I have never instructed a witness as to what to say specifically. Never have, never will," Lynch told a joint task force of the House Oversight and Judiciary committees.
The transcript of the Dec. 19 interview, released Monday evening by House Judiciary ranking member Doug Collins, R-Ga., clashes with what Comey testified under oath.

Comey testified that that she did instruct him to only call it a "matter."

In most cases it was BOILING pine tar which was poured over the victim. Caused horrific burns, and when it was scraped off would tear strips of skin along with the tar, leaving the victim bloody and near death.

It was definitely a torture, at least in most cases.

180 The reason none of them will see a second of prison time is because nobody in the DOJ will touch it. Two reasons. First, they are career minded and want a career past the day when Trump leaves office. What DC law firm will hire a prosecutor who went after Comey or Lynch? None of course.

And second, chances are every DOJ employee has a kid who is married to Comet's cousin or some shit like that. It's an incredibly small world. These people are basically family, and you don't go after family members.

Sorry but I am more concerned about those two assholes let someone skate on 150,000 criminal violations than whether or not one told the other to call it a "Matter" rather than an "Investigation".

The slow roll strategy seems to be leak out damaging info about the spygate group, bit by bit, so that collectively, as each new fact is acquired and taken into consideration, that the sum total = Holy sh#t it really was a coup!!

This testimony release seems to say: Lynch and Comey are liars. I'm sure this will come in handy with later releases. I'd better, right?

I don't agree. The investigation into this "matter" has been going on for more than a year, with both Congressional and DoJ investigations going on simultaneously. All of that sworn testimony is in the can, most of it for quite some time. The reason they're ratting each other out is because we are in the investigation wrap-up phase. Final grand jury testimony, sealed indictments, charges, all that in the near-future, I would guess.
