18 I installed Linux Mint on my Mac the other day and have been using the Firefox browser that came with it. I noticed some formatting problems when commenting here. If I quote a comment, it gains additional spaces between paragraphs, and my own comment doesn't have spaces between paragraphs unless I hit return two or three times.

I found that if I compose my comment in a plain text editor and then paste it in the comment window, it is formatted correctly. Something about the comment window doesn't play nice with Pixy. I also notice that it has the non-functional formatting buttons, which didn't appear at all in the Epic browser on the Mac OS.

26 I used to love flying when I was a kid. It became tiresome when I did it for work, but mostly because it was so frequent. After 9/11, it is just plain loathsome no thanks in part to the TSA.

Those fucksticks pulled my wife out of line because she had trail mix in her bag. She said the lady who gave her the 'pat down' was all up in her stuff, to the point that my wife asked her if she was gonna buy her dinner. I hate the TSA with the heat of a thousand suns.

Slave markets were common. Ah, but that's like a hundred years ago dude. Probably can't happen today.

Possibility that the reason Pelousy is tamping down the impeachment talk is that she is now actually controlled by the white hats?

That she has been shown they have "the goods" on her?

That that is the reason PDJT was talking her up for speaker?

No, I haven't seen that alluded to anywhere.
Just think it's a possibility.

Now keep in mind, it wasn't all that long ago that what is now referred to as the deep state was considered "crazy talk."

Consider...

Someone posts a picture in January of a watch, a very expensive watch that appears to be laying on a leather folder next to a presidential pen.
That watch is set to 3:15, I think it was.

A month or so later another watch set to I think 4:59.

I can go look up both to get em exact if needed.

Time passes and then, on Mar 15, at 4:59 AG Barr declares state of emergency.

And you have seen a good many of different things like that done over the past year or so.

Think it might make you at least consider the possibility that there is something to all this?

But I have met many a knucklehead who has tried to collect every damn qualification out there. Perhaps to enhance their promotability.

And there seems to be an almost inverse relationship between the number of Quals they wear to their ability to master their primary rate.

They tend to have the largest list of collateral duties as well.

There is a setting called smart type or something similar that needs to be shut off.

Another problem for everyone regardless of platforms is em dashes (the long hyphen). That and curly/angled apostrophes and quotation marks will cause the errors, too. You often can't quote content from the top of the page in the comment section without tracking down quotation marks and removing or replacing them.

190 The way I see it, the next Presidential election will determine who is in control of the Democratic Party. Whomever the nominee is will be the sacrificial lamb and the person upon whom blame will be laid and provide justification for the other wing to take over.

Biden as the nominee puts the Dem Old Guard Establishment on the chopping block. Biden loses and the Millennial Marxists take over.

Sanders as the nominee does the opposite.

Voter choice in this process means nothing, as we saw with the Dems gaming the system to ensure that Clinton would be the nominee. Dem superdelegates are the power and that is where the battle is.

Rove actually has a point, though. AOC won a primary in which no one voted. Turnout was tiny. That was okay because her district is 80 percent Democrat and no one voted in the general, either.

But in any other kind of district, a whackjob like her would get crushed in the general.

The Dems have used media dominance for years to try to make voting Republican simply unthinkable. Yet they're now fielding candidates who are making every right-minded citizen see the Dems as the ones who are simply too crazy to be trusted with power.

Ironically, the Dem echo chamber is pushing them off this cliff.

SO Bernie is essentially wanting to kill off education opportunities specific to poorer families. Families with the means can avoid public school by sending them to private schools or homeschool (which is already under attack).

Which makes me wonder if the socialists plan to do to education what they did healthcare: eliminate the competition by putting private/independent options out of business.

left was attacking because global warming. Pretty stupid position in a
country that lives and dies with the mining industry.

I saw that. One of the Aussie publications had the obligatory quotes worrying about fascism descending on the Lucky Country. Almost the same crap that was trotted out when Hillary lost.

I was reflecting on the hysteria on the left and it occurred to me that these people are actually starting to buy into their own b.s.

So they really do believe the earth will end in 10 years, etc. Absolutely bonkers.
