Wide Majority of Public Believes Trump Had Sex With Stormy Daniels and Knew of Payment to Her; Even Wider Majority Doesn't Give a Shit

The Clucking Hens of the NeverTrump movement should come out of their carefully-curated cocoons and Emotionally Validating listservs and, for once in their lives, talk to Americans who aren't the same old jackasses.

The Quinnipiac University poll, released on Tuesday, found that a majority of voters, 58 percent, believe the affair actually did happen, compared to 14 percent who believe it did not happen...
But a whopping 73 percent of voters said they do not believe the affair is an "important issue." That includes a majority of Democrats (51 percent), independents (79 percent) and Republicans (90 percent).
Quinnipiac also asked about the $130,000 payment that Trump attorney Michael Cohen made to Daniels in 2016, which Daniels alleges was in exchange for her silence. A majority of voters, 59 percent, said they believe Trump knew about the payment, compared to 24 percent who said they believe Trump was not aware.
But once again, the poll found that voters tended not to care whether or not the president knew about the payment. Fifty-nine percent of voters said whether or not Trump knew about the payment is not an important issue.
"Yes he did it. No we don't care. A big yawn from voters on Stormy Daniels, President Trump, and the payoff," summarized Quinnipiac University poll assistant director Tim Malloy.

Meanwhile, Rassmussen had Trump's approval rating at 50% on Thursday.

Took kitty in to see why she stopped eating as of this morning. Huge cancerous mass in her belly.

I held her as she was put to sleep. Husband and son came home and buried her under a crepe myrtle in the back side yard.

She passed her physical two months ago with a few elderly kitty problems. The tumor was fast and aggressive. She went to sleep peacefully in my arms, and I gave her to the extremely kind vet and assistant to euthanize her.

She would have been 17 in August. Found her the day after 9/11, a tiny, horribly abused 4 week old kitten. Survived surgery to repair her diaphragm that had been torn open and her intestines had collapsed one of her lungs.

She was a tiny, feisty little girl. Gave us so much joy. We were to leave tomorrow on a week's vacation on the FL Gulf. I was a nervous wreck trying to figure out what was wrong with her. G-d answered my prayers and we found our answer this morning. Joining two of our best friends in a lovely house on the beach tomorrow. They loved her, too.

Anyhow, she's at peace now and I'm trying to stop the tears. Will have fun with our buds toasting PDT and mocking the left.

So sorry to hear this, Jane. It's almost exactly how we lost Max a few months ago. He was fine Tuesday, stopped eating on Wednesday (a month after a teeth cleaning and checkup), was almost too weak to walk Friday, had to be put to sleep Saturday.

We miss him a lot. There are still his nose prints on the patio door; we can't bear to clean them off.

To Trump's credit, his sons have said that they didn't get an easy ride. Starting in their teens he took them to construction sites and put them to work with the builders, pouring concrete and laying bricks, etc. Trump wanted them to see the labor that went into how his buildings went up, top to bottom, before they inherited the business. Even when they started taking on executive roles, he treated them like employees, not sons, while on the clock. Apparently, Trump is not easy to work for.
I think that's alot of the reason they come across as pretty down to earth considering the wealth they were born into.

That's the way to do it, when my oldest was in high school I got him a job with a earth moving contractor. We sent him to a surveyor to work for a couple of weeks to learn how to lay out stakes from plans.

After three days in the field he told his boss he had a little brother that could run circles around the laborers they kept throwing at him. That summer they laid out the rough grading for all of Royal Oaks in Houston. They were so wore out they were asleep by 9pm every night.

To this day they swear that was why they got college degrees. And both are in construction today doing nicely.
